The invention relates to a self-healing metalized film capacitor dip-sealing wax which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: base oil: 0 to 30 percent; wax: 10 to 30 percent; asphalt: 40-90%; grain refiner: 0 to 10 percent. According to the invention, the viscosity of the asphalt is reduced by adding the wax compound with low viscosity and high melting point and the base oil into the asphalt, and the high-temperature performance of the asphalt is improved, so that the defects of high sealing cost due to the use of epoxy resin and microcrystalline wax, high sealing viscosity due to the use of black glue, difficulty in filling and no high temperature resistance are overcome, and the product has the advantages of lower cost than microcrystalline wax, low shrinkage rate, low viscosity compared with black glue, easiness in filling and good high temperature resistance.

4. A self-healing metalized film capacitor potting wax as defined in claim 1, wherein the asphalt is a matrix asphalt including natural asphalt and petroleum asphalt.
5. A self-healing metalized film capacitor encapsulation wax as recited in claim 1, wherein the grain refiner is selected from the group consisting of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, microcrystalline wax, polyethylene wax, and polypropylene wax.
