Abstract
本发明涉及农业肥料技术领域,具体涉及一种微量元素生物肥料及应用,微量元素生物肥料为以微量元素复合肥和微量元素肥作载体再搭配除草剂、生物农药和微生物农药制成,本发明的微量元素生物肥料只需施一次,便可使水(旱)稻的产量增加,同时具有治虫、除草、松土、防病、促长、耐旱、耐寒、抗倒伏、兼治血吸虫、钉螺及卵等多种功能,对鱼、蛙、蜜蜂、天敌等有益生物安全,解决现有的肥料会造成水稻贪青迟熟的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业肥料技术领域,尤其涉及一种微量元素生物肥料及应用。
背景技术
对于水稻生产而言,长期以来,人们习惯于单一施用氮素化肥,盲目施化学农药,既成本高、又效果差,也污染了环境,致使稻谷遭受不同程度的农药残留,同时杀伤了天敌和有益生物导致生态失衡。部分地区稻谷已出现鬲大米,农药残留等诸多问题。使土壤有机质大量消耗而得不到必要的补充,形成土壤板结酸碱化,破坏了土壤团粒结构和微生物活性,妨碍了土壤水、热、肥、气的运转,降低了土壤供给和水稻需求之间的调节能力,造成产量、质量下降,造成水稻贪青迟熟的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种微量元素生物肥料及应用,旨在解决现有的肥料会造成水稻贪青迟熟的问题。
为实现上述目的,第一方面,本发明提供了一种微量元素生物肥料,所述微量元素生物肥料为以微量元素复合肥和微量元素肥作载体再搭配除草剂、生物农药和微生物农药制成。
其中,所述生物农药和微生物农药的重量比例为83-88:12-17;
所述微量元素复合肥包括磷和钾蚯蚓肥;
所述生物农药包括微生物农药和微生物毒素;
所述化学农药包括纯度为90-95%的二氯喹啉酸和苯噻酰可湿性粉剂中的任意一种。
其中,所述微生物农药包括苏云金杆菌、乳状芽孢杆菌、青虫菌、烟碱素和印楝素中的任意一种。
其中,所述苏云金杆菌的质量百分数为15%;
所述乳状芽孢杆菌的质量百分数为10%;
所述青虫菌的质量百分数为5%,并复配质量百分数为50%的沙蚕毒素;
所述烟碱素的质量百分数为10%;
所述印楝素的质量百分数为10%。
其中,所述微量元素肥包括锌和硒。
其中,所述微量元素生物肥料的制备方法,包括:
将所述微量元素复合肥、所述微量元素肥、所述生物农药和所述微生物农药混合,得到混合物;
对所述混合物进行抗性测试、拮抗测试、络合测试和化反测试,测试通过,得到半成品;
将所述半成品内吸处理后制成颗粒,得到微量元素生物肥料。
第二方面,本发明提供了一种微量元素生物肥料的应用,包括以下步骤:
在水稻移栽3-5天时,将水稻田中保持3-5cm深度的水;
向所述水稻田中喷洒微量元素生物肥料。
本发明的一种微量元素生物肥料及应用,微量元素生物肥料为以微量元素复合肥和微量元素肥作载体再搭配除草剂、生物农药和微生物农药制成,本发明的微量元素生物肥料只需施一次,便可使水(旱)稻的产量增加,同时具有治虫、除草、松土、防病、促长、耐旱、耐寒、抗倒伏、兼治血吸虫、钉螺及卵等多种功能,对鱼、蛙、蜜蜂、天敌等有益生物安全,解决现有的肥料会造成水稻贪青迟熟的问题。

请参阅图1,第一方面,本发明提供一种微量元素生物肥料,所述微量元素生物肥料为以微量元素复合肥和微量元素肥作载体再搭配除草剂、生物农药和微生物农药制成。
具体的,搭配以生物农药及对大白鼠、小白鼠致死中量LD50≥5000毫克公斤的除草剂,微量元素生物肥料为以微量元素复合肥和微量元素肥作载体再搭配除草剂、生物农药和微生物农药制成,本发明的微量元素生物肥料只需施一次,便可使水(旱)稻的产量增加,同时具有治虫、除草、松土、防病、促长、耐旱、耐寒、抗倒伏、兼治血吸虫、钉螺及卵等多种功能,对鱼、蛙、蜜蜂、天敌等有益生物安全,解决现有的肥料会造成水稻贪青迟熟的问题。
进一步的,所述微量元素生物肥料的制备方法,包括:
S101将所述微量元素复合肥、所述微量元素肥、所述生物农药和所述微生物农药混合,得到混合物;
具体的,所述生物农药和微生物农药的重量比例为83-88:12-17;优选所述生物农药和微量元素的重量比例为85:15;
所述微量元素复合肥包括磷和钾蚯蚓肥;
所述生物农药包括微生物农药(生物毒素)和微生物毒素,所述微生物和动、植物毒素的质量比例为60-70:30-40;
所述化学农药包括纯度为90-95%的二氯喹啉酸和苯噻酰可湿性粉剂中的任意一种。
所述微生物农药包括苏云金杆菌、乳状芽孢杆菌、青虫菌、烟碱素和印楝素中的任意一种。
所述苏云金杆菌的质量百分数为15%;
所述乳状芽孢杆菌的质量百分数为10%;
所述青虫菌的质量百分数为5%,并复配质量百分数为50%的沙蚕毒素;
所述烟碱素的质量百分数为10%;
所述印楝素的质量百分数为10%。
所述微量元素肥包括锌和硒等10多种组成。
S102对所述混合物进行抗性测试、拮抗测试、络合测试和化反测试,测试通过,得到半成品;
S103将所述半成品内吸处理后制成颗粒,得到微量元素生物肥料。
产品特点及优点:
1、无残留无污染对水稻人畜天敌无害,养鱼及埂边植桑安全。
2、能高效防除螟虫等多种水稻害虫,兼治血吸虫,钉螺及卵。
3、能高效防除稻田中一年生及多年生的杂草,如鸭舌草,稗草,节节菜,四叶萍.水案板及莎草科杂草。
4、松土防病,助长效果极佳,大田示范效果各项技术指标高达98%左右。
5、每亩省工10-20个,增产效果显著。
请参阅图2,第二方面,本发明提供了一种微量元素生物肥料的应用,包括以下步骤:
S201在水稻移栽3-5天时,将水稻田中保持3-5cm深度的水;
S202向所述水稻田中喷洒微量元素生物肥料。
具体的,通过人工或无人机械向所述水稻田中撒、喷洒微量元素生物肥料。
具体的,所述微量元素生物肥料多种生物微量元素,科学配以生物农药和微生物农药,所述微量元素肥的使用量为1kg/亩;所述生物农药和微生物农药的总使用量为1000g/亩,另以蚯蚓肥100kg/亩修复已污染土壤。
注意事项
1、施用时为睛天无露水,田中保持3-5公分左右浅水,田面尽量平整,以免药肥集于凹处。
2、保持田水5-7天,保水时间越长效果越好。
3、喷或撒时必须均匀。小苗、弱苗可延缓至移栽后8-10天使用,严格按每亩一袋施用。
4、漏水田,窜水田,过水田忌用,
5、严禁将施用本品后的田水排放至蔬菜田或其它作物田内。
6、严禁使用喷雾法施用.
7、忌雨天或灌漑施用,以免影响药肥效果。
实践证明:
草虫灭的应用技术,具有省工、省时、及时、简便、轻便、高效、安全、增产等特点,实用性强,值得大力推广应用。
本发明的数据证据:在泸州试验结果杂草防除95.69±2.13%;防治一代二化螟的保苗率±S.96.39±3.58%:省工<±S)25.68±2.88工日/亩;实际节省费用119.41元/亩(扣除药费和人工费);增产(±S.47.98±2.72%.因而具有省工节支、简便易行、经济有效,“一举数得”和增产、增收等优点,对发展、高产、优质、高效现代化农业具有重要的现实意义。
本发明的目的是提供一种创新型、多功能、多系列的生物药性微量元素肥料及其应用,该多功能的生物药性微量元素肥料只需施一次,便可使水稻的产量大大增加50-100kg/亩以上,省工10-20个/亩。其同时具有治虫、除草、松土、防病、促长、耐旱、耐寒、抗倒伏、兼治血吸虫、钉螺及卵等多种功能,且对鱼、蛙、人、畜、桑等安全;所收获的稻谷及副产物(包括稻草、米糠、碎米等)都富含多种人、畜体内必不可少的特需的微量元素,并使人或畜、禽食取大米及副产物吸收后能提高人和畜禽等免疫力,使稻草等达到了“变废为宝”的目的。从而形成良性循环的生态食物链。
有益效果:
1、该微量元素生物肥料微量元素蚯蚓肥只需施一次,即提高了水稻的抗逆性,解决了杂草与水稻争地、争光、争肥、争养料、争水分、争空间的矛盾,并从病虫害口中夺粮。便可使水稻的产量大大増加100-150kg/亩以上,省工10-20 个/亩;并同时具有治虫、除草、松土、防病、促长、耐旱、耐寒、抗倒伏,并兼治血吸虫、钉螺及卵等多种功能,且对鱼、蛙等天敌益虫及人、畜、桑等安全。
2、施该多功能、多系列的生物药性微量元素蚯蚓肥料后所收获的稻谷及副产物(稻草、米糠、碎米)都富含多种微量元素并属人、畜体内必不可少的,同时能提高入、畜禽水稻等免疫力,达到了“变废为宝”的目的。畜禽吃稻草或米糠或人吃大米后所产生的粪便还田形成良性循环的生态食物链,持续使用能逐歩改变上世纪70年代以来大量单一使用氮素化肥及化学农药,使土壤有机质大量消耗而得不到必要的补充,致使土壤板结酸碱化,严重破坏了土壤团粒结构和微生物的活性,也阻碍了土壤中水、热、肥、气的运转,降低了土壤供给和水稻需求之间的调节能力及污染板结土壤造成产量下降,水稻病虫杂草再生猖獗及生理性病害发生等恶性循环。
3、该药性微量元素肥料还具有松泡土壤,改善田间通风透光增强水稻抗逆性,解除病、虫、草危害,促进水稻茁壮成长,形成多蘖壮秧及籽粒饱满。免疫力增强,将恶性循环转变为良性循环,丰产增收,“费省效宏,一举多得”,真正实现“繁重、繁杂、繁忙一撤了之,轻轻松松,稻谷丰收”。

1.一种微量元素生物肥料,其特征在于,所述微量元素生物肥料为以微量元素复合肥和微量元素肥作载体再搭配除草剂、生物农药和微生物农药制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的微量元素生物肥料,其特征在于,
所述生物农药和微生物农药的重量比例为83-88:12-17;
所述微量元素复合肥包括磷和钾蚯蚓肥;
所述生物农药包括微生物农药和微生物毒素;
所述化学农药包括纯度为90-95%的二氯喹啉酸和苯噻酰可湿性粉剂中的任意一种。
3.如权利要求2所述的微量元素生物肥料,其特征在于,
所述微生物农药包括苏云金杆菌、乳状芽孢杆菌、青虫菌、烟碱素和印楝素中的任意一种。
4.如权利要求3所述的微量元素生物肥料,其特征在于,
所述苏云金杆菌的质量百分数为15%;
所述乳状芽孢杆菌的质量百分数为10%;
