The length from position a to position B may be programmed in advance in the controller so that the controller controls the tape 201 to automatically stop at position B after travelling a preset length from position a.
In other embodiments, a pause key may be provided on the gummed paper rewinding device 100, and the operator presses the pause key, and the controller controls the driving roller 8 and the rewinding shaft 11 to decelerate, and controls the leading edge L of the last gummed paper 202 on the tape 201 to reach the position B.
And 2, step: the tape 201 is pressed on the splicing platform 4 by a tape pressing mechanism.
Specifically, when the front edge L of the last piece of adhesive tape 202 reaches the position B, the operator turns down the tape pressing plate 5 to press the tape 201.
And step 3: the last sheet of adhesive paper 202 on the web 201 is removed and the web 201 is cut by the cutting slot 41.
Specifically, when the tape 201 is pressed, the operator tears off the piece of the adhesive paper 202 located above the cutting groove 41 and cuts the tape 201 along the cutting groove 41.
And 4, step 4: on the unreeling shaft 2, a new roll of adhesive paper 200 is replaced.
Specifically, after the new roll of adhesive paper 200 is replaced on the unwinding shaft 2, the third sensor 17 is used to detect whether the color and width of the adhesive paper 202 of the roll of adhesive paper 200 on the unwinding shaft 2 meet the preset values. If the color and the width of the gummed paper 202 accord with preset values, performing the step 5; if the color or width of the adhesive tape 202 does not meet the preset value, the controller issues an alarm to alert the operator to replace the roll of adhesive tape 200.
And 5: drawing the first piece of adhesive paper 202 of the new adhesive paper roll 200 to the cutting groove 41 and pressing the first piece of adhesive paper by using a belt pressing mechanism; and then is bonded with the original tape 201 on the tape splicing platform 4.
Specifically, the operator pulls the front edge L of the first sheet of the adhesive paper 202 of the new tape 201 to the position B, and presses the end of the tape 201 by the tape pressing mechanism.
Step 6: the adhesive paper 202 on the new tape 201 above the cutting groove 41 is removed, the new tape 201 is cut by the cutting groove 41, and the ends of the two tapes 201 are bonded.
Specifically, the operator tears off the adhesive tape 202 on the new tape 201 above the cutting groove 41, cuts off the new tape 201 along the cutting groove 41, sticks the ends of the tape 201 on both sides of the cutting groove 41 to the adhesive tape 202 output by the tape output mechanism 14, opens the pressing plate 5 by turning up after the sticking is completed, and then starts the driving roller 8 to wind.
The gummed paper rewinding device 100 and method provided by the embodiment of the invention have the beneficial effects that:
1. after a roll of the adhesive paper 202 is about to be used up, cutting the roll tape 201 of the roll of the adhesive paper 202 by using the cutting groove 41 on the tape splicing platform 4, then, installing a new adhesive paper roll 200 on the unreeling shaft 2, guiding the roll tape 201 of the new adhesive paper roll 200 to the cutting groove 41, pressing by using a tape pressing mechanism, and then bonding with the original roll tape 201 on the tape splicing platform 4, so that the roll of the adhesive paper 202 on each roll of the adhesive paper 202 can be fully utilized, and resource waste can not be caused;
2. the distance from the cutting groove 41 to the position B is just half of the width of the adhesive tape 202, and the width of the adhesive tape 202 adhered on the winding tape 201 is just the width of one adhesive tape 202, so that the waste of the adhesive tape 202 can be reduced to the maximum extent, and the production cost is reduced.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
