Description

Housing and method for manufacturing the same
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a container suitable for conveying a plurality of packaging materials together and a method for manufacturing the container.
Background
At present, rice balls formed into a predetermined shape are individually packaged and sold in convenience stores, supermarkets, or the like. As a packaging material for such a rice ball, there is one of the following: sheet-like food such as laver is contained in a packaging material having a double-layer structure of an outer film and an inner film, and the outer film with a slit is separated to the left and right, and the inner film is torn to the left and right, thereby opening the sheet-like food in a state of being wrapped around rice (see patent document 1 and the like). For example, when the dried laver is used as a sheet-like food, the laver does not come into contact with the rice before opening the package, and therefore, the laver can have a crispy texture.
In some cases, in a manufacturing plant, about 50 to 100 sheets of the packaging material containing the sheet-like food stacked therein are put into a bag such as a polyethylene bag and transported to a packaging process, and then the packaging material is taken out one by one to package the cooked rice.

[ problems to be solved by the invention ]
When a large amount of packaging materials containing sheet-like foods inside are stored in a bag such as a polyethylene bag and transported, the packaging materials may move during transportation, and the packaging materials or the foods inside may be deformed such as bent. If the packaging material or the food inside is deformed, the operation of taking out the packaging material one by one from a large number of packaging materials is hindered, or the rice is difficult to wrap. In addition, there is a fear that the food absorbs moisture in the air in the bag to be moistened, and the taste and flavor of the food in an originally dry state are deteriorated.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a package and a method of manufacturing the same, which can suppress deformation of a packaging material or food and moisture of the food when the packaging material containing a sheet-like food is transported.

(2) Preferably, in the step (1), each of the plurality of packing materials constituting the packing material laminated body is laminated such that an inner surface on a side contacting with the rice ball is positioned on the base member side, and each end portion of the plurality of packing materials arranged at least on a surface side opposite to the base member in one direction of the plurality of packing materials in the packing material laminated body is bent toward the base member side by the storage bag.
(3) Preferably, in the step (1), each of the plurality of wrapping materials constituting the wrapping material laminate is laminated such that an inner surface on a side contacting the rice ball is positioned on the base member side, the base member has a folded-back portion which is folded back toward the one surface side of the base member and covers each of both end portions of the wrapping material laminate in one direction, and each of both end portions of the plurality of wrapping materials arranged at least on a surface side opposite to the base member in the wrapping material laminate in one direction is bent toward the base member side by the folded-back portion.
(4) The method for manufacturing the container body comprises the following steps: packing the sheet-shaped food individually in a packing material wrapping the rice ball; laminating a plurality of the packaging materials individually containing the food on one surface side of a sheet-like base member to form a packaging material laminate; storing the packaging material laminate and the base member in a storage bag; and forming a vacuum bag by evacuating the storage bag and sealing the packaging material laminate and the base member in the storage bag.
[ Effect of the invention ]
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a package and a method for manufacturing the same, which can prevent the package or food from being deformed and the food from being affected with moisture when the package containing the sheet-like food is transported.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings.
(first embodiment)
Fig. 1 is a plan view of a housing 1 according to a first embodiment. Fig. 2 is a sectional view II-II of fig. 1. Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing the packaging material laminate 10M and the base member 20 constituting the container 1. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the housing 1 includes: a packaging material laminate 10M in which a plurality of packaging materials 10 are laminated, a base member 20, and a storage bag 30.
Arrows L and W shown in fig. 1 to 3 indicate the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the container 1, the packaging material 10, the packaging material laminated body 10M, and the base member 20, respectively. The same applies to fig. 4 to 11.
The packaging material laminate 10M is formed by laminating a plurality of rectangular packaging materials 10. The wrapper 10 of the embodiment is a rectangular film wrapping a rice ball 50 described later, and the rice ball 50 is a rice ball formed into a triangular shape by grasping rice. Each of the plurality of packing materials 10 individually packs the sheet-shaped food 40 therein. That is, the packaging material laminate 10M is configured by laminating a plurality of packaging materials 10, and each of the packaging materials 10 is in a state in which the sheet-like food 40 is individually packaged. The container 1 of the embodiment is manufactured in a factory that manufactures a large amount of rice balls 50.
Examples of the sheet-like food 40 include, but are not limited to, sheet-like laver such as roasted laver that wraps the rice ball 50. Other examples of the sheet-like food 40 include a rectangular food which is thinly spread and molded such as dried shredded kelp (Tororo-kombu), boiled thin egg, dried sliced sardine, and the like. In any case, the food 40 is a flexible sheet-like food that can wrap the lump of rice 50.
Here, the sheet-like food 40 will be described as the example of the sea sedge 40. The rectangular sea sedge 40 has a size and shape capable of wrapping the rice ball 50. In the following description, the packaging material 10 in which the laver 40 is packaged may be referred to as a laver-containing packaging material 10B. The wrapper laminate 10M is formed by laminating, for example, about 50 to 100 sheets of the seaweed-containing wrappers 10B.
Fig. 4 is a plan view of the sea sedge-containing packaging material 10B as seen from the surface 10s side. FIG. 5 is an inner view of the sea sedge-containing packaging material 10B. Fig. 6 is an exploded perspective view of the sea sedge-containing packaging material 10B. Fig. 7 is a sectional view VII-VII of fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, the packaging material 10 includes an outer film 11 on the flexible front surface 10s side and an inner film 12 on the flexible inner surface 10g side. The inner face 10g side means the side in contact with the lump of rice 50. Thallus Porphyrae 40 is sandwiched between the outer film 11 and the inner film 12. In fig. 6 and 7, the inner film 12 is disposed below the outer film 11. Each wrapping material 10 of the wrapping material laminate 10M is laminated such that the outer film 11 and the inner film 12 are disposed on the same side.
The outer film 11 is formed of a single transparent or translucent film made of synthetic resin such as polypropylene. Notches 11a are provided at four corners of the outer film 11.
The inner membrane 12 has the same shape as the outer membrane 11. The inner film 12 includes a left film 13 and a right film 14 separated from each other in the width direction, i.e., the left-right direction. The inner edges 13a and 14a of the left and right films 13 and 14 overlap each other. The inner film 12 is provided with cut-outs 12a at the four corners in the same manner as the outer film 11.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the peripheral edge portions of the outer film 11 and the inner film 12 are joined to each other via a seal portion 15. The sealing portion 15 is a portion where the outer film 11 and the inner film 12 are joined by welding or the like. The sealing portion 15 includes a plurality of first sealing portions 15a, a plurality of second sealing portions 15b, and a plurality of third sealing portions 15c. The first seal portions 15a are disposed at the four corners of the packaging material 10. The second seal portions 15b are rectangular and arranged at equal intervals between the first seal portions 15a at both ends in the longitudinal direction. The third seal portion 15c is elongated and extends in the width direction, and is disposed in a pair of left and right at each of both end portions in the longitudinal direction.
A strip-shaped tearable tape (cut tape) 16 extending in the longitudinal direction is attached to the inner surface side of the widthwise central portion of the outer film 11. The tearable tape 16 is a film made of synthetic resin. The tear-off strip 16 extends over the entire length of the outer film 11. The outer film 11 can be separated in the width direction, i.e., the left-right direction, by tearing the tear-off tape 16 from one end portion thereof. The outer film 11 is provided with cuts 17a on both sides of the tear tape 16 at both longitudinal ends thereof. By holding the pair of slits 17a of the tear-off tape 16, an operation piece 17 is provided which can be turned up from the packaging material 10, and by pinching the operation piece 17 with a finger, the tear-off tape 16 can be easily torn off over the entire length.
When the outer film 11 and the inner film 12 are joined, the sea sedge 40 is sandwiched between the outer film 11 and the inner film 12 and is contained in the packaging material 10. Alternatively, after the outer film 11 and the inner film 12 are joined, the film may be inserted between the left film 13 and the right film 14 in the center in the width direction of the inner film 12 and stored in the packaging material 10.
The base member 20 is a sheet-like member. The base member 20 is made of, for example, a synthetic resin flat plate or a corrugated cardboard, which has a certain thickness and rigidity to maintain its original shape even if it is elastically deformed. In the case of a synthetic resin flat plate, examples of the material include acrylic resin, polystyrene, AS resin, PET, and the like. The base member 20 is a rectangle slightly larger than the packaging material 10. The laminated packaging material 10M is disposed on the one surface 20a side of the base member 20. The packaging material laminate 10M is placed on the one surface 20a of the base member 20 such that the longitudinal direction of the packaging material 10 is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the base member 20. Each packaging material 10 of the packaging material laminate 10M is laminated on the base member 20 in a state where the inner film 12 on the inner surface 10g side is positioned on the base member 20 side.
The storage bag 30 stores the packaging material laminate 10M and the base member 20, and seals the packaging material laminate 10M and the base member 20 in a vacuum bag state. The storage bag 30 is a flexible, transparent or translucent synthetic resin film. As such a synthetic resin film, a single-layer or multi-layer synthetic resin film is used. In the case of a single layer, the film is a synthetic resin film such as polyethylene or polypropylene. In the case of a multilayer, for example, a synthetic resin film of a three-layer structure in which PVDC (polyvinylidene chloride) forming a barrier layer against moisture is sandwiched with polyethylene, or the like is preferably used. For example, a three-sided bag having a rectangular shape and having only one short side edge open may be used as the storage bag 30. In this case, the packaging material laminate 10M and the base member 20 are stored in the storage bag 30 through the opening, the air in the storage bag 30 is sucked to be in a vacuum state, and the opening portion is sealed by welding or the like. Thereby, the packaging material laminate 10M and the base member 20 are sealed in the receiving bag 30 in a vacuum bag state. The storage bag 30 is not limited to a three-sided bag, and may be formed by arranging and bonding the packaging material laminate 10M and the base member 20 between two sheets of synthetic resin, and welding the outer peripheral portion or the like.
The packaging material laminate 10M is compressed in the stacking direction of the plurality of packaging materials 10 by the storage bag 30. As a result, as shown in fig. 2, of the plurality of packaging materials 10 of the packaging material laminate 10M, at least the end portions 10e on both sides in the width direction of a predetermined number of packaging materials 10 arranged on the front surface side (upper side in fig. 2) opposite to the base member 20 are bent toward the base member 20 side by the storage pockets 30, respectively. Moreover, over time, the curvature becomes fixed and habituated.
The housing 1 of the above embodiment can be manufactured as follows.
First, the laver 40 is individually packaged in each of the packaging materials 10. Next, the laver-containing packaging material 10B, which is the packaging material 10 in which the laver 40 is individually packaged, is stacked on the one surface 20a of the base member 20 while being bundled into a predetermined number of sheets (for example, 50 to 100 sheets). That is, the packaging material laminate 10M is disposed on the one surface 20a of the base member 20. Next, the packaging material laminate 10M and the base member 20 are housed in the housing bag 30. Thereafter, the inside of the receiving bag 30 is evacuated, and the packaging material laminate 10M and the base member 20 are sealed in the receiving bag 30 to form a vacuum bag.
By forming the vacuum bag, the laver 40 can be inhibited from being wetted. In addition, in the case where the base member 20 is a corrugated cardboard, the base member 20 may contain moisture, but forming the vacuum bag reduces the moisture content and can suppress the sea sedge 40 from being wetted.
Fig. 8 schematically illustrates the following process: in a factory for producing a large amount of rice balls 50, a sheet of the sea sedge-containing wrapper 10B taken out of the wrapper laminate 10M is wrapped over the rice ball 50 formed into a triangular shape by grasping rice. The container 1 of the above embodiment is transported to the site of the process, and the packaging material laminate 10M is taken out by opening the storage bag 30 and placed on a predetermined take-out table 60. In the laminated packaging material 10M placed on the take-out table 60, the respective seaweed-containing packaging materials 10B are laminated in a substantially horizontal state with the inner film 12 disposed on the lower side. Since the plurality of seaweed-containing packaging materials 10B are stacked on one surface 20a of the base member 20 and transported in a state where a vacuum bag is formed by the storage bag 30, the packaging material 10 or the seaweed 40 can be prevented from being deformed.
A rice ball 50 formed into a triangular shape by grasping the cooked rice is disposed horizontally below the packaging material laminate 10M. The one piece of the seaweed-containing packaging material 10B positioned at the lowermost edge is sucked from the packaging material laminate 10M by using a take-out device, not shown, such as a vacuum pickup, taken out downward, and covered with the rice ball 50 from above.
Here, the end portions 10e on both sides in the width direction of one sheet of the wrapping material 10 taken out from the wrapping material laminate 10M shown in fig. 8 are respectively bent toward the lower side where the rice ball 50 is arranged, and are accustomed to a bent state. This is because the packaging material laminate 10M disposed on the side of the one surface 20a of the base member 20 is housed in the pocket 30 to form a vacuum bag. Since the plurality of packaging materials 10 adjacent to the base member 20 in the packaging material laminate 10M are pressed against the one surface 20a of the flat and rigid base member 20, it is difficult to become a habit. However, the plurality of packing materials 10 stacked on the surface side opposite to the base member 20 are pressed against the packing material 10 having flexibility by the compressive force generated by the vacuum bag, and are easily bent and used.
If each end portion 10e of both sides in the width direction of the wrapper 10 is used to habit in this way, the wrapper 10 is formed into a shape along the outer surface of the lower rice ball 50, suppressing the turning up to the upper side on the opposite side to the rice ball 50. Thereby, the rice ball 50 can be wrapped more easily with the seaweed packaging material 10B, and poor packaging can be suppressed.
Thereafter, the rice ball 50 is wrapped with the laver-containing wrapper 10B, and the overlapped portion of the wrapper 10 is held with a sealing tape or the like, to obtain a wrapped rice ball 50B wrapped with the laver-containing wrapper 10B as shown in fig. 9. The wrapped rice ball 50B is sold in a shop such as a supermarket or a convenience store.
When the wrapped rice ball 50B is opened, the operation piece 17 is first pinched and pulled with fingers to tear the tearable tape 16 surrounding the rice ball 50 and to separate the outer film 11 left and right. Then, the left side portion of the outer film 11 and the left side film 13 of the inner film 12 are pinched and the right side portion of the outer film 11 and the right side film 14 of the inner film 12 are pinched and pulled to the left and right. Thereby, the outer film 11 and the inner film 12 are separated to the left and right, and the remaining sea weed 40 is attached in a state of being wound around the rice ball 50, so that the rice ball 50 with the sea weed 40 can be eaten.
The housing 1 of the first embodiment described above includes: a wrapper laminated body 10M in which a plurality of wrappers 10 for wrapping the rice ball 50 are laminated, each of the wrappers 10 being in a state of individually wrapping a sheet-shaped food, i.e., sea weed 40; a sheet-like base member 20 having a laminated packaging material 10M disposed on one surface 20a side thereof; and a storage bag 30 which stores the packaging material laminate 10M and the base member 20 and is sealed in a vacuum bag state.
Thus, when transporting a plurality of the wrapping materials 10 containing the sea sedge 40, the wrapping materials 10 or the sea sedge 40 can be prevented from being deformed and the sea sedge 40 can be prevented from being affected with moisture. As a result, the wrapper 10 can be more easily wrapped around the rice ball 50, and the dried sea sedge 40 can be tasted with a crispy texture.
In the package 1 according to the first embodiment, the inner surface 10g of the package material laminate 10M on the side in contact with the rice ball 50 is preferably positioned on the base member 20 side, and the package material laminate 10M is preferably configured such that at least the end portions 10e of the plurality of package materials 10 on both sides in the width direction, which are disposed on the surface side opposite to the base member 20, of the package material laminate 10M are bent toward the base member 20 side by the storage bag 30.
This enables the rice ball 50 to be covered with the wrapper 10 and the wrapping work to be smoothly performed, thereby improving the work efficiency.
The method for manufacturing the housing 1 according to the first embodiment includes the steps of: separately packaging the sea sedge 40 as a sheet-like food in the wrapper 10 wrapping the rice ball 50; a plurality of packaging materials 10 each containing a laver 40 are stacked on one surface 20a side of the sheet-like base member 20 to form a packaging material stacked body 10M; the packaging material laminate 10M and the base member 20 are housed in the housing bag 30; and, evacuating the inside of the storage bag 30, and sealing the packaging material laminated body 10M and the base member 20 in the storage bag 30 to form a vacuum bag.
Thus, the container 1 can be suitably produced in which deformation of the wrapping 10 or the laver 40 and moisture absorption of the laver 40 can be suppressed when transporting a plurality of wrapping 10 containing the laver 40.
(second embodiment)
Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 10 and 11.
The housing 1 according to the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in the form of the base member 20, and has the same other configuration. Therefore, the same reference numerals are given to the components common to the first embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted, and only the differences will be mainly described.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the base member 20 of the second embodiment has folded portions 25 at both ends in the width direction. The folded-back portions 25 are folded back toward the one surface 20a of the base member 20 and cover both widthwise ends of the packaging material laminate 10M. The base member 20 of the second embodiment has a flat arrangement portion 21 on which the packaging material laminate 10M is arranged, and a pair of left and right folded-back portions 25 that are folded back from both ends of the arrangement portion 21 to the inside in the width direction of the arrangement portion 21. The left and right folded portions 25 may be formed in advance, and the packaging material laminate 10M may be disposed on the upper surface of the disposition portion 21 between the two folded portions 25. Alternatively, each folded-back portion 25 may be formed after the packaging material laminate 10M is disposed.
In the container 1 of the second embodiment, the inside of the storage bag 30 is evacuated in a state where both ends in the width direction of the packaging material laminate 10M are covered with the folded portions 25. The packaging material laminate 10M is compressed in the stacking direction of the plurality of packaging materials 10 by the storage bag 30, and further, both end portions thereof are compressed in the stacking direction of the plurality of packaging materials 10 by the folded-back portions 25 of the base member 20, respectively. As a result, as shown in fig. 11, of the plurality of wrapping materials 10 in the wrapping material laminate 10M, at least the end portions 10e on both sides in the width direction of a predetermined number of wrapping materials 10 disposed on the front surface side (upper side in fig. 11) opposite to the base member 20 are bent toward the base member 20 side by the folded portions 25, respectively. Moreover, over time, the bend becomes fixed and habituated.
In the second embodiment as well, as in the first embodiment, the plurality of packaging materials 10 stacked on the surface side opposite to the base member 20 are pressed against the flexible lower packaging material 10 by the pressing force received from the folded portion 25, and thus the packaging materials are easily bent and become accustomed to.
If the end portions 10e on both sides in the width direction of the wrapper 10 are respectively used in this manner, the wrapper 10 is formed into a shape along the outer surface of the rice ball 50 as shown in fig. 8, the rice ball 50 is more easily wrapped with the sea sedge-containing wrapper 10B, and poor wrapping can be suppressed.
In the package 1 according to the second embodiment, each of the plurality of packaging materials 10 constituting the packaging material laminate 10M is laminated such that the inner surface 10g on the side in contact with the rice ball 50 is positioned on the base member 20 side, the base member 20 has the folded portion 25 folded back toward the one surface 20a of the base member 20 to cover both widthwise ends of the packaging material laminate 10M, and at least the end portions 10e on both widthwise sides of the plurality of packaging materials 10 disposed on the side of the surface 10s opposite to the base member 20 in the packaging material laminate 10M are bent toward the base member 20 side by the folded portion 25.
This makes it possible to cover the wrapper 10 with the rice ball 50 to smoothly perform the wrapping work and to improve the work efficiency.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and can be modified as appropriate.
For example, at least the one surface 20a of the base member 20 on which the packaging material laminate 10M is disposed may be formed in a shape that is curved as a whole in the width direction or a mountain shape, and not only the end portions 10e on both sides in the width direction but also the entire packaging material 10 may be used to be in a curved state.
In addition to the mode in which the end portions 10e on both sides in the width direction of the wrapping material 10 are bent and used, the end portions on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the wrapping material 10 may be bent and used.
