Abstract
The invention discloses a moisturizing device and a digital printing machine comprising the moisturizing device. The moisturizing device comprises: the nozzle mounting plate comprises a vertical part and a horizontal part, and the edges of the vertical part and the horizontal part are connected to make the nozzle mounting plate in an L shape; the sliding seat is in sliding fit with the spray head mounting plate; the elastic thimble is arranged between the spray head mounting plate and the sliding seat and used for maintaining the spray head mounting plate at the first end of the sliding path; the driving device is arranged on one side of the spray head mounting plate and used for driving the spray head mounting plate to compress the elastic thimble and move towards the second end of the sliding path; and the moisture preservation part is used for covering the surface of the spray head on the spray head mounting plate. The invention has simple structure, and when in use, the moisturizing piece can be covered on the surface of the spray head only by opening the driving device and driving the spray head mounting plate to move a small distance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of digital jet printing, in particular to a moisturizing device of a digital printing machine and the digital printing machine comprising the moisturizing device.
Background
Digital printing machines are increasingly used in printing processes on products such as cloth. For example, chinese patent publication No. CN107901626A discloses a digital printing machine with double-sided jet printing.
The digital printing machine is a device for spraying ink drops onto a printing stock through a spray head. When the digital printing machine stops working, the spray nozzle does not work any more, the spray hole of the spray nozzle is exposed in the air, the ink in the spray hole is dried, namely the solvent of the ink is evaporated, and the residual solute is remained in the spray hole. This affects the smoothness of the ink in the next inkjet printing, further affecting the inkjet printing accuracy. And the nozzle holes can be seriously and even blocked, so that the spray head cannot work normally.
To solve this problem, there are generally two solutions. One is to clean the orifice before using the spray head. The spray head is allowed to empty for a certain time, and residual dried ink in the spray holes is washed away by utilizing the ink jet of the spray head, so that the aim of cleaning is fulfilled. The problem with this solution is that a large amount of ink is wasted, increasing the cost, and not being environmentally friendly. Moreover, if the downtime is long and the ink is dried seriously, the ink is difficult to clean and even cannot be cleaned at all.
The other scheme is that a moisturizing cover plate is buckled on the spray head after the machine is stopped, and the spray head is sealed so as to reduce the evaporation of ink. The operation of this solution is cumbersome, especially for the digital printing machine with two opposite spray heads as disclosed in patent application No. CN107901626A, a complicated structure needs to be designed to fasten the cover plate to the spray head, so that after the machine is stopped, the spray heads with two opposite sides can be separated by a large distance, and then the cover plate can be fastened to the spray head, which makes the structure quite complicated, and the precision of the spray head is difficult to guarantee when it is reset. In addition, when the cover plate is buckled on the sprayer, the sprayer is easy to damage due to improper operation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a moisturizing device of a digital printing machine and the digital printing machine, which are simple in structure, convenient to operate and free of damage to a spray head.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a moisturizing device of a digital printing machine, which comprises:
the nozzle mounting plate comprises a vertical part and a horizontal part, and the edges of the vertical part and the horizontal part are connected to make the nozzle mounting plate in an L shape;
the sliding seat is in sliding fit with the spray head mounting plate;
the elastic thimble is arranged between the spray head mounting plate and the sliding seat and used for maintaining the spray head mounting plate at the first end of the sliding path;
the driving device is arranged on one side of the spray head mounting plate and used for driving the spray head mounting plate to compress the elastic thimble and move towards the second end of the sliding path;
and the moisture preservation part is used for covering the surface of the spray head on the spray head mounting plate.
Furthermore, a limiting structure is arranged on the sprayer mounting plate and/or the sliding seat and used for limiting the first end position of the sliding path of the sprayer mounting plate.
Furthermore, the middle part of the horizontal part of the spray head mounting plate is a rectangular hollow part, and the sliding seat is arranged in the hollow part.

Detailed Description
The present invention is further described below in conjunction with the following figures and specific examples so that those skilled in the art may better understand the present invention and practice it, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the moisturizing device of a digital printing machine of the present invention includes:
the nozzle mounting plate 1, the nozzle mounting plate 1 includes vertical part 11 and horizontal part 12, the edge of vertical part 11 and horizontal part 12 links, make the nozzle mounting plate 1 take the form of L;
the sliding seat 2 is in sliding fit with the spray head mounting plate 1;
the elastic thimble 3 is arranged between the spray head mounting plate 1 and the sliding seat 2 and is used for maintaining the spray head mounting plate 1 at the first end of the sliding path;
the driving device 4 is arranged on one side of the spray head mounting plate 1 and is used for driving the spray head mounting plate 1 to compress the elastic thimble 3 and move towards the second end of the sliding path;
and a moisturizing member 6 (see fig. 4) for covering the head surface on the head mounting plate 1.
After the digital printing machine is stopped, the driving device 4 is only required to be opened, and the driving device 4 drives the spray head mounting plate 1 to move a small distance, so that the moisturizing part 6 can be covered on the surface of the spray head 9; then, the driving device 4 is closed, the driving force of the driving device 4 disappears, the spray head mounting plate 1 is reset under the driving of the elastic ejector pins 3, and the operation is very convenient.
Preferably, a limiting structure is arranged on the spray head mounting plate 1 and/or the sliding seat 2 and is used for limiting the first end position of the sliding path of the spray head mounting plate 1. In this embodiment, the middle of the horizontal portion 12 of the nozzle mounting plate 1 is a rectangular hollow, and the slider 2 is disposed in the hollow. When the nozzle mounting plate 1 is located at the first end of the sliding path, the first side surface 21 of the sliding base 2 contacts with the first hollowed inner side surface 13, and the first side surface 21 of the sliding base 2 and the first hollowed inner side surface 13 form a limiting structure. In other embodiments, other limiting structures, such as limiting block structures, may be used. The first side of this embodiment adoption slide and the first medial surface of fretwork form limit structure, and its processing is simple, simple to operate to can save space.
As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, one end of the elastic thimble 3 is installed at a second side surface 22 of the sliding base 2, and the other end of the elastic thimble abuts against the second hollowed inner side surface 14, wherein the second side surface 22 of the sliding base 2 is a side surface opposite to the first side surface 21 of the sliding base 2, and the second hollowed inner side surface 14 is a side surface opposite to the first hollowed inner side surface 13. The structure ensures that the elastic thimble 3 is positioned inside the spray head mounting plate 1 and the sliding seat 2, thereby greatly saving the occupied space and ensuring that the structure is more compact.
In this embodiment, the driving device is an air cylinder, the cylinder body of the air cylinder is installed on the fixing base 5, a baffle extends downwards from the bottom of the horizontal portion 12 of the spray head installation plate 1, and the piston rod 41 of the air cylinder 15 abuts against the baffle 15.
The elastic thimbles and the driving devices are preferably multiple, and the stress can be more uniform by the elastic thimbles and the driving devices. In this embodiment, there are four elastic ejector pins, two of the elastic ejector pins are disposed at the center of the sliding base in the horizontal direction and are arranged in an up-down manner, and the other two elastic ejector pins are symmetrically disposed at two sides of the central elastic ejector pin in the horizontal direction.
Fig. 4 shows an embodiment of the moisturizing device applied to a digital printing machine with double-sided inkjet printing. The digital printing machine with double-sided spray printing is provided with two groups of spray heads 9 which are oppositely arranged, a space for the printed material to pass through is arranged between the two groups of spray heads 9, and the two sides of the printed material can be simultaneously sprayed and printed by the two groups of spray heads 9. In order to be suitable for the digital printing machine with double-sided jet printing, in this embodiment, the nozzle mounting plate 1 includes two symmetrically arranged nozzles 9 respectively for mounting two sets of nozzles. Correspondingly, the carriage 2 also comprises two. The bottom of the sliding seat 2 is provided with a sliding block 7, and the sliding block 7 is matched with a sliding rail 8 arranged on a frame of the digital printing machine to slide.
Accordingly, two sets of the ejector pins 3 and the driving devices 4 are provided, respectively. To make the structure simpler, two sets of driving devices 4 may share one mounting seat 5. When two sets of driving devices 4 share one mounting seat 5, the two sets of driving devices 4 may be staggered in the horizontal direction. Of course, the two sets of drives 4 can also be offset in the vertical direction.
The moisturizing member 6 is preferably made of a soft rubber material.
When the moisturizing device of this embodiment is applied to the digital printing machine of two-sided seal that spouts, when shutting down for a long time and need to moisturize the shower nozzle and handle, open two sets of cylinders, make the piston rod 41 of cylinder stretch out, the piston rod 41 of two sets of cylinders promotes shower nozzle mounting panel 1 through baffle 15 respectively and slides to opposite direction, makes the distance increase between two sets of shower nozzles 9. And (3) putting the plate-shaped moisturizing part 6 between the two groups of spray heads 9, wherein the thickness of the moisturizing part 6 is slightly larger than the distance between the two groups of spray heads 9 when the digital printing machine works, then controlling the air cylinder to exhaust air, and removing the pushing force of the piston rod 41 to the baffle 15. At this time, under the elastic force of the elastic thimble 3, the two spray head mounting plates 1 drive the two groups of spray heads 9 to move towards each other and reset to the working position, and the moisturizing part 6 is clamped between the two groups of spray heads 9. Since the moisture retaining member 6 is made of a soft rubber material, it does not damage the head 9, and can be brought into close contact with the surface of the head 9 to form a good seal.
When the digital printing machine is required to work, the two groups of cylinders are opened again, so that the piston rods 41 of the cylinders extend out, the piston rods 41 of the two groups of cylinders push the spray head mounting plate 1 to slide in opposite directions through the baffle plate 15 respectively, and the distance between the two groups of spray heads 9 is increased. The moisture-preserving member 6 is taken out, then the cylinder is controlled to exhaust, and the pushing force of the piston rod 41 on the baffle 15 is removed. At this time, under the elastic force of the elastic thimble 3, the two nozzle mounting plates 1 drive the two groups of nozzles 9 to move towards each other and reset to the working position.

the nozzle mounting plate comprises a vertical part and a horizontal part, and the edges of the vertical part and the horizontal part are connected to make the nozzle mounting plate in an L shape;
the sliding seat is in sliding fit with the spray head mounting plate;
an elastic thimble arranged between the spray head mounting plate and the sliding seat and used for maintaining the spray head mounting plate at a first end of a sliding path;
the driving device is arranged on one side of the spray head mounting plate and used for driving the spray head mounting plate to compress the elastic thimble and move towards the second end of the sliding path;
and the moisture preservation part is used for covering the surface of the spray head on the spray head mounting plate.
2. A moisturizing device for digital printing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nozzle mounting plate and/or the sliding base is provided with a limiting structure for limiting a first end position of the sliding path of the nozzle mounting plate.
3. The digital printing machine moisture retention device as defined in claim 1, wherein the horizontal portion of the nozzle mounting plate has a rectangular hollow in the middle, and the slide is disposed in the hollow.
4. The digital printing machine moisturizing device of claim 3, wherein the first side of the carriage contacts the first interior side of the cutout when the nozzle mounting plate is at the first end of the sliding path.
