Abstract
The invention discloses a bath explosive salt composition with itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of explosive salts and preparation methods thereof, and comprising an acidic substance, sodium bicarbonate, a nonionic surfactant, a silicon dioxide anticaking agent, laureth sodium sulfate, salt and composite essential oil microcapsules, wherein the composition is long in foaming maintenance time (generally about 10 min) when in use, and the composition formula also contains the composite essential oil microcapsules, so that the composition can be slowly released when in use, and has lasting fragrance and effect. The composite essential oil in the composite essential oil microcapsule is prepared from chrysanthemum essential oil, calendula essential oil and holly essential oil according to a mass ratio of 1:1:1, the three plant essential oils have synergistic effect, can well play roles of bacteriostasis, itching relieving and inflammation diminishing, and the chrysanthemum essential oil, the calendula essential oil and the holly essential oil have pleasant smell and good mosquito repelling effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of explosive salt and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a bath explosive salt composition with itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of living standard and consumption standard, people pay more and more attention to health care, wherein skin care is paid more and more attention to numerous people, especially women. The salt has long been recognized for the specific efficacy of skin health care, and not only has the effects of sterilizing and diminishing inflammation, expelling toxin and deodorizing, and relaxing channels and promoting blood circulation, but also has the effects of deeply cleaning skin, smoothening skin unevenness, improving rough skin, astringing sebaceous glands, removing redundant grease, losing weight and shaping body. However, most of the common bath salt products in the market at present are solid loose salt or single pasty bath salt, the solid loose salt is easy to run off when in use, which causes waste, and if the salt is simply mixed with other auxiliary materials, the product has relatively single function, and cannot achieve ideal bath effect; meanwhile, due to the fact that the salt particles are large in size, the skin is easily scratched when the salt particles are rubbed with the skin, and the application and popularization of the bath salt are severely limited.
Explosive salt (also called bath salt) is put into bath water during bathing, a large amount of bubbles are generated within a certain time, so that the bath salt not only has visual enjoyment, but also has certain impact on the skin to play a role in massaging, and people feel comfortable and pleasant during bathing, and therefore, the bath salt is more and more popular with consumers.
The hot, humid summer and dry autumn and winter are periods of high incidence of skin disease. In summer, due to the fact that in a high-temperature muggy environment, various germs are easily infected when skin sweats, sweat glands are blocked due to evaporation of the sweat, and papules, blisters and the like are formed; the skin is easy to dry in the seasons of frequent air conditioning and autumn and winter, the skin is easy to be damaged and infected after scratching, and no matter which part of the body suffers from skin inflammation or eczema, the patient can suffer from huge pain due to strong itch, and the normal life and work are seriously affected.
Chinese patent CN202110976425.6 discloses a shapeable explosive salt, which comprises sodium bicarbonate 3040%, alpha hydroxy acid 1030%, light sodium carbonate or tower powder or a mixture of light sodium carbonate and tower powder 10% 15%, emulsifier 0.1%, maltodextrin 10% 15%, soluble corn starch 6%, polyethylene glycol 1% 5%. The explosive salt of the technology generates a large amount of bubbles when meeting water, and has the advantages of long foaming time, good foam performance, rich and fine foam, good foam stability and strong foam liquid-carrying capacity. The skin feel is good, and the skin is moist, smooth, not dry and not tight after being used, but can not be used for relieving the symptoms of pruritus and inflammation of the human body.

The embodiment of the invention provides a bath explosive salt composition with itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects and a preparation method thereof, which are used for relieving pain parts of human body itching and inflammation during bath and comprise the following contents:
the first purpose of the invention is to provide a bath blasting salt composition with itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects, which is technically characterized by comprising 20-35 parts by weight of acidic substances, 30-40 parts by weight of sodium bicarbonate, 20-30 parts by weight of nonionic surfactant, 6-8 parts by weight of silicon dioxide anticaking agent, 3-4 parts by weight of sodium laureth sulfate, 20-30 parts by weight of salt and 6-9 parts by weight of composite essential oil microcapsules.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the acidic substance in the bath blasting salt composition with itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects is at least one of citric acid, tartaric acid, malic acid and fumaric acid.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the nonionic surfactant in the bath blasting salt composition with antipruritic and anti-inflammatory effects is selected from ethoxylated octyl phenol, ethoxylated nonyl phenol, and ethoxylated straight chain C 8-22 Alcohol, propoxylated straight chain C 8-22 Alcohol, ethoxylated and propoxylated straight chain C 8-22 Alcohols, polyethylene glycol ethers of sorbitol, ethylene oxide-propylene oxide block copolymers, and mixtures thereof.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the salt in the bath blasting salt composition with itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects is any one of sodium sulfate and sodium chloride.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the preparation process of the composite essential oil microcapsule in the bath blasting salt composition with itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects comprises: mixing gum arabic, maltodextrin and water according to the proportion of 1: (1-3): (20-60), and stirring at 50-70 ℃ for 4-6h to obtain microcapsule wall material aqueous solution; mixing compound essential oil, a surfactant and sodium dodecyl sulfate, wherein the mass ratio of the compound essential oil to the surfactant to the sodium dodecyl sulfate is (10-16): (0.2-0.6): (0.2-0.4), stirring for 2-5h at 40-60 ℃, and homogenizing under high pressure for 2-6min to obtain microcapsule oil core water emulsion; mixing the microcapsule wall material aqueous solution and the microcapsule oil core aqueous emulsion according to the proportion of 1: (0.1-0.3), homogenizing under high pressure for 2-6min, stirring at 40-60 deg.C for 2-7h, and cooling to 20-30 deg.C to obtain composite essential oil microcapsule.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in the bath blasting salt composition with itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects, the surfactant is at least one of sorbitan monolaurate and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the composite essential oil in the bath explosive salt composition with itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects is prepared from chrysanthemum essential oil, calendula essential oil and wintergreen essential oil in a mass ratio of 1:1:1 are mixed.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of bath explosive salt with itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects, which is technically characterized by comprising the following steps:
respectively grinding sodium bicarbonate, an acidic substance and a silicon dioxide anticaking agent by using grinding equipment to obtain uniform powder for later use;
step two, adding the composite essential oil microcapsule into the mixed powder in the step one, and uniformly stirring for later use;
step three, uniformly stirring the nonionic surfactant, the sodium laureth sulfate and the salt, then pouring the mixture and the substances obtained in the step two into a stirring device, and fully stirring the mixture until the mixture is uniformly mixed for later use;
and step four, adding the mixed base material into a proper mould, and forming under high pressure to obtain the bath explosive salt with the itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects.
Compared with the prior art, the bath explosive salt composition with the itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects and the preparation method thereof have the following beneficial effects:

Preferably, the acidic substance in the bath explosive salt composition with itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects is citric acid.
Preferably, the nonionic surfactant in the bath explosive salt composition with itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects is ethoxylated octylphenol.
Preferably, the bath blasting salt composition with itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects is sodium sulfate.
Preferably, the preparation process of the composite essential oil microcapsule in the bath explosive salt composition with the itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects comprises the following steps: mixing gum arabic, maltodextrin and water according to the proportion of 1:2:40, stirring for 5 hours at 60 ℃ to obtain microcapsule wall material aqueous solution; mixing compound essential oil, a surfactant and sodium dodecyl sulfate, wherein the mass ratio of the compound essential oil to the surfactant to the sodium dodecyl sulfate is 13:0.4:0.3, stirring for 2-5h at 50 ℃, and homogenizing for 4min under high pressure to obtain microcapsule oil core water emulsion; mixing the microcapsule wall material aqueous solution and the microcapsule oil core aqueous emulsion according to the weight ratio of 1: mixing at a mass ratio of 0.2, homogenizing under high pressure for 4min, stirring at 50 deg.C for 4.5h, and cooling to 25 deg.C to obtain composite essential oil microcapsule.
Preferably, the surfactant in the bath explosive salt composition with itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects is sorbitan monolaurate.
Preferably, the composite essential oil in the bath blasting salt composition with itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects is prepared from chrysanthemum essential oil, calendula essential oil and holly essential oil in a mass ratio of 1:1:1 are mixed.

The product of the invention can be made into other shapes besides the spherical shape so as to meet the requirements of different users.
Example 2
A bath explosive salt composition with antipruritic and anti-inflammatory effects comprises 20kg of acidic substance, 30kg of sodium bicarbonate, 20kg of nonionic surfactant, 6kg of silicon dioxide anticaking agent, 3kg of sodium laureth sulfate, 20kg of salt and 6kg of composite essential oil microcapsule.

A bath explosive salt composition with itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects is characterized by comprising, by weight, 20-35 parts of an acidic substance, 30-40 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 20-30 parts of a nonionic surfactant, 6-8 parts of a silicon dioxide anticaking agent, 3-4 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 20-30 parts of a salt and 6-9 parts of a composite essential oil microcapsule.
2. The bath blasting salt composition with itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects of claim 1, wherein the acidic substance is at least one of citric acid, tartaric acid, malic acid and fumaric acid.
3. The bath blasting salt composition with antipruritic and anti-inflammatory effects of claim 1, wherein the nonionic surfactant is selected from the group consisting of ethoxylated octylphenol, ethoxylated nonylphenol, and ethoxylated linear C 8-22 Alcohol, propoxylated straight chain C 8-22 Alcohol, alcohol,Ethoxylated and propoxylated straight chain C 8-22 Alcohols, polyethylene glycol ethers of sorbitol, ethylene oxide-propylene oxide block copolymers, and mixtures thereof.
4. The bath blasting salt composition with itching-relieving and inflammation-diminishing effects of claim 1, wherein the salt is any one of sodium sulfate and sodium chloride.

The bath blasting salt composition with itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects of claim 1, wherein the composite essential oil microcapsule is prepared by the following steps: mixing gum arabic, maltodextrin and water according to the proportion of 1: (1-3): (20-60), and stirring at 50-70 ℃ for 4-6h to obtain microcapsule wall material aqueous solution; mixing compound essential oil, a surfactant and sodium dodecyl sulfate, wherein the mass ratio of the compound essential oil to the surfactant to the sodium dodecyl sulfate is (10-16): (0.2-0.6): (0.2-0.4), stirring for 2-5h at 40-60 ℃, and homogenizing for 2-6min under high pressure to obtain microcapsule oil core water emulsion; mixing the microcapsule wall material aqueous solution and the microcapsule oil core aqueous emulsion according to the proportion of 1: (0.1-0.3), homogenizing under high pressure for 2-6min, stirring at 40-60 deg.C for 2-7h, and cooling to 20-30 deg.C to obtain composite essential oil microcapsule.
6. The bath blasting salt composition with itching-relieving and inflammation-diminishing effects according to claim 5, wherein the surfactant is at least one of sorbitan monolaurate and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate.
7. The bath blasting salt composition with itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects as claimed in claim 5, wherein the compound essential oil is prepared from chrysanthemum essential oil, calendula essential oil and wintergreen essential oil in a mass ratio of 1:1:1 are mixed.
8. A preparation method of bath explosive salt with itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, grinding sodium bicarbonate, an acidic substance and a silicon dioxide anticaking agent into uniform powder for later use by using grinding equipment respectively;
step two, adding the composite essential oil microcapsule into the mixed powder in the step one, and uniformly stirring for later use;
step three, uniformly stirring the nonionic surfactant, the sodium laureth sulfate and the salt, then pouring the mixture and the substances obtained in the step two into a stirring device, and fully stirring the mixture until the mixture is uniformly mixed for later use;
and step four, adding the mixed base material into a proper mould, and forming under high pressure to obtain the bath explosive salt with the itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects.
