If the sheet-shaped carrier is polluted by dirt, bacteria and the like, the needle application treatment is carried out by using the polluted press needle, after the polluted sheet-shaped carrier is attached to the skin, the dirt, the bacteria and the like easily influence the resistance, the current and the like in the coverage range of the sheet-shaped carrier, further influence the Shi Zhenxiao fruits of the press needle, and the bacteria are also easily inserted into the human body through the micropores formed by the needle body to cause the infection and the like.
Usually, an antifouling film is adhered below a part of the anti-rolling film to form an antifouling part, the antifouling film is made of release materials (such as release films, release paper or silicone films), when the thumb-tack needle is taken, the antifouling film plays a role of isolation, the hand or other objects of an operator cannot directly touch the sheet-shaped carrier to play an antifouling role, meanwhile, the release materials cannot be adhered to an adhesive layer on the sheet-shaped carrier, and after the thumb-tack needle is pressed at a needle application acupoint position for embedding a needle, the antifouling film can be separated from the lower surface of the sheet-shaped carrier through the action of uncovering the antifouling anti-rolling film by the uncovering part. The structure that this technical scheme related to can effectively avoid polluting the slice carrier on the thumb-tack needle, also can effectually avoid being used for the adhesive tape turn-up.
The antifouling anti-rolling film is adhered to the upper surface of the flaky carrier, the adhesive force between the antifouling anti-rolling film and the flaky carrier is smaller than the adhesive force of the flaky carrier adhered to the skin, the antifouling anti-rolling film can increase the toughness, elasticity, thickness and ductility of the flaky carrier and can be conveniently removed, and when the antifouling anti-rolling film is removed, the flaky carrier cannot be separated from the skin, and the situations of curling and the like cannot occur.
In order to facilitate production and facilitate tearing off of the antifouling anti-rolling film, the antifouling film is compounded on one surface of the anti-rolling film facing the base layer. When the thumb press needle is taken by bending the antifouling film (the antifouling film can be provided with no crease (or virtual tangent) or crease (or virtual tangent) so that the antifouling film is easier to bend), the antifouling film cannot be separated from the sheet-shaped carrier or shift on the sheet-shaped carrier, and the effect of taking the thumb press needle in pollution prevention can be effectively achieved. Preferably, the anti-fouling and anti-rolling film further comprises a hand-off part, the hand-off part and the anti-fouling part are arranged at a distance, and the surface of the hand-off part facing the sheet-shaped carrier is a separated material surface.
In general, the release film 33 is adhered below one side edge of the anti-roll film to form a release portion, the material of the release film is release film, release paper, silicone film, or the like, and the surface facing the sheet-like carrier corresponding to the release portion is a release material surface.
Preferably, the anti-fouling and anti-rolling film comprises an anti-rolling film 32, an anti-fouling film 31 and a hand-uncovering film 33, the anti-rolling film covers the sheet-shaped carrier and the anti-fouling film, the anti-rolling film at least covers part of the area of the hand-uncovering film (which can be completely covered), the anti-fouling film corresponds to the anti-fouling part, the anti-fouling film is adhered to the adhering surface of the anti-rolling film, the hand-uncovering film corresponds to the hand-uncovering part, and the hand-uncovering film is adhered to the adhering surface of the anti-rolling film.
In general, a hand-peeling film is adhered below the anti-roll film to form a hand-peeling part, and the material of the hand-peeling film is a release material (such as a release film, release paper or a silicone film);
the hand-lift part only covers the sheet-shaped carrier, or the hand-lift part partially covers the sheet-shaped carrier and extends outwards, or the hand-lift part does not cover the sheet-shaped carrier at all but extends outwards at the outer edge of the sheet-shaped carrier. The arrangement of the hand-uncovering part facilitates an operator to uncover the antifouling anti-rolling film, improves the needle application efficiency of the thumb press needle, and achieves the Shi Zhenti experience. In general, the peeling portion, the anti-fouling film, and the anti-rolling film are integrated.
The hand-peeling part is provided opposite to the anti-fouling film so that the anti-fouling and anti-rolling film can be peeled off more smoothly.
The anti-rolling film 32 is provided with an anti-falling adhesive layer, the anti-rolling film is adhered to the back surface of the base layer through the anti-falling adhesive layer, and the anti-fouling film 31 and the hand-uncovering film 33 are both adhered to the anti-falling adhesive layer. The lower surface of the anti-rolling film is provided with the anti-falling adhesive layer which can be adhered to the back surface of the flaky carrier, the anti-fouling film is made of release materials and cannot be adhered to the adhesive layer on the flaky carrier, and after the pressing needle is taken, the anti-fouling film can be conveniently separated from the adhesive layer and cannot damage the adhesive force of the adhesive layer.

as shown in fig. 2-5, the anti-fouling and anti-rolling disposable thumb-tack needle further comprises a container, the container comprises a base 4, at least one thumb-tack needle accommodating part and a corresponding needle taking concave part 5, the thumb-tack needle accommodating part comprises a needle insertion cavity 6 and a sheet-shaped carrier attaching part 7 arranged on the periphery of an opening of the needle insertion cavity, the needle taking concave part is matched with an outer edge part of the sheet-shaped carrier attaching part, the needle body 21 is inserted into the needle insertion cavity 6, the sheet-shaped carrier 1 is attached to the surface of the sheet-shaped carrier attaching part 7, and the needle taking concave part 5 is arranged corresponding to the hand-held part.
In particular, the container may be a panel-type container (as shown in FIG. 2), or may be a blister, blow molded, injection molded or compression molded container (as shown in FIGS. 3-6).
As shown in fig. 3-6, the needle pressing accommodating parts are arranged in at least two rows, each row is provided with at least two needle pressing accommodating parts, and each needle body accommodating cavity is correspondingly provided with at least one needle taking concave part.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the thickness of the base 4 is adapted to the length of the needle body (normally, the thickness of the base 4 is slightly thicker), the needle taking recess 5 penetrates the base 4 in the thickness direction of the base, and the axis of the needle taking recess 5 is parallel to the axis of the needle body accommodating cavity. The plate type container is usually a plate type container, after the press needle is accommodated on the plate type container, the plate type container with the press needle is usually required to be provided with an outer packaging bag, and the bag is kept clean and sterile through the outer packaging bag, so that the plate type container is favorable for storing, carrying, storing and transporting the press needle.
For the plate-type container, the needle taking concave part can penetrate through the base body and penetrate through the needle taking concave part of the structure, so that the production and the processing are relatively more convenient, the processing efficiency is improved, and the processing cost is reduced; the needle taking concave part can also be of a structure which does not penetrate through the base body, and a groove is only arranged at the position of the thumb press needle to be taken, so that the antifouling film is conveniently bent and attached to the lower surface of the sheet-shaped carrier, and the thumb press needle can be conveniently taken without pollution.
For plate containers, the insertion lumen may be a through lumen extending through the base or a blind lumen open at one end. When the cavity is communicated, the processing is convenient, the processing cost can be effectively reduced, and when the cavity is used, the other end of the cavity is sealed.
As shown in fig. 3-6, the container is a blister, blow molding, injection molding or compression molding container, the base 4 is a plastic sheet, the thumb-tack needle accommodating portion (including the needle body inserting cavity 6 and the sheet-shaped carrier attaching portion 7) and the needle taking concave portion 5 are formed by blister, blow molding, injection molding or compression molding from one side direction of the plastic sheet, that is, the wall body of the thumb-tack needle accommodating portion and the wall body of the needle taking concave portion are protruded from one side of the plastic sheet (as shown in fig. 5), and the sheet-shaped carrier attaching portion 7 is protruded from the base. For plastic, blow, injection or compression molded containers, it is common to place a sealing paper over the open end of the plastic, blow, injection or compression molded container, and to seal the plastic, blow, injection or compression molded container with the sealing paper, so that the thumbtack needles are stored in a clean, sterile cavity. For blister, blow, injection or compression molded containers, the outer packaging bag may also be filled and the thumbtack needles may be stored in a clean, sterile cavity via the outer packaging bag.

The disposable press needle according to claim 1, wherein the anti-fouling and anti-rolling film further comprises a release portion, the release portion and the anti-fouling portion are disposed at a distance, and a surface of the release portion facing the sheet-like carrier is made of release material.

The anti-fouling and anti-rolling disposable thumb tack according to claim 3, wherein the anti-fouling and anti-rolling film comprises an anti-rolling film, an anti-fouling film and a release film, the anti-rolling film covers the sheet-like carrier and the anti-fouling film, the anti-rolling film covers at least a part of the area of the release film, the anti-fouling film corresponds to the anti-fouling part, the anti-fouling film is adhered to the adhering surface of the anti-rolling film, the release film corresponds to the release part, and the release film is adhered to the adhering surface of the anti-rolling film.
4. The disposable press needle according to claim 3, wherein the hand-lift portion and the anti-fouling portion are disposed away from each other, that is, the hand-lift portion and the anti-fouling portion are respectively engaged with two ends of the composite anti-fouling and anti-rolling film.

The anti-fouling and anti-rolling disposable thumb tack according to claim 3 or 4, wherein an anti-rolling adhesive layer is disposed on the anti-rolling film, the anti-rolling film is adhered to the back surface of the base layer through the anti-rolling adhesive layer, and the anti-fouling film and the release film are both adhered to the anti-rolling adhesive layer.

The anti-fouling and anti-rolling disposable press needle according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by further comprising a container, wherein the container comprises a base body, at least one press needle accommodating part and a corresponding needle taking concave part, the press needle accommodating part is arranged on the base body and comprises a needle insertion cavity and a sheet-shaped carrier attaching part, the sheet-shaped carrier attaching part is arranged on the periphery of an opening of the needle insertion cavity, the needle taking concave part is matched with an outer edge part of the sheet-shaped carrier attaching part, the needle is inserted into the needle insertion cavity, the sheet-shaped carrier is attached to the surface of the sheet-shaped carrier attaching part, and the needle taking concave part is arranged corresponding to the hand-held part.

The anti-fouling and anti-rolling disposable press needle as claimed in claim 6, wherein the press needle accommodating parts are arranged in at least two rows, at least two press needle accommodating parts are arranged in each row, and at least one needle taking concave part is correspondingly arranged in each needle body accommodating cavity.

The anti-fouling and anti-rolling disposable press needle as claimed in claim 7, wherein the thickness of the base body is adapted to the length of the needle body, the thickness direction of the needle taking concave part penetrates through the base body, and the axis of the needle taking concave part is parallel to the axis of the needle body accommodating cavity.

The anti-fouling and anti-rolling disposable thumb tack according to claim 6, wherein the container is a blister, blow molding, injection molding or compression molding container, the substrate is a plastic sheet, the thumb tack accommodating portion and the needle taking recess are formed by blister, blow molding, injection molding or compression molding from one side of the plastic sheet, that is, the wall body of the thumb tack accommodating portion and the wall body of the needle taking recess are protruded from one side of the plastic sheet, and the sheet-shaped carrier attaching portion is recessed in the substrate.
