In addition, the end of each outer side plate 9 is provided with two upper connecting holes 18 and lower connecting holes 19 which are spaced up and down, and the connecting panel 10a is correspondingly provided with two connecting slotted holes 20 which are spaced horizontally; when the two outer side plates 10 are spliced and lapped on the supporting plate 12, the upper connecting holes 18 can be just aligned with the hole sites of the mounting holes 15, and the lower connecting holes 19 can be aligned with the hole sites of the connecting slotted holes 20; when the connection and fixation are carried out, the outer side plate 9 is connected with the connecting panel 10a by screws which are arranged in the lower connecting holes 19 and the connecting slotted holes 20 in a penetrating way; the outer side plate 9, the first side connecting rod 5 and the vertical plate 14 are fixedly connected by screws, and the screws are simultaneously arranged in an upper connecting hole 18 of the outer side plate 9, a second connecting hole 17 of the second side connecting rod 6 and a mounting hole 15 of the vertical plate in a penetrating manner; thereby make the connection of lateral part joint member 10, side bar subassembly and side shield subassembly three firm, joint strength is good. And after the connection, the side bar assembly and the side connecting piece 10 are both positioned on the inner side of the outer side plate 9, so that the connection traces can be hidden, and the appearance is attractive. A longitudinal upper convex plate 23 is arranged at the end part of the upper connecting plate 22b, and a lower convex plate 24 which horizontally extends outwards is arranged at the bottom of the outer connecting plate 22a; the first side connecting rod 5 is lapped on the upper connecting plate 22b and is connected with the upper convex plate 23 by adopting a screw; the outer side plate 9 is lapped on the lower convex plate 24 and is connected with the side leg 8 by screws. Thereby enabling the side legs 8 to further serve to connect and support the first side connecting bar 6 and the outer panel 9; so that the structure of the bed side frame assembly 1 is stable.
Secondly, the side legs 8 at the two sides are respectively provided with a supporting cross bar 21 which is vertical to the outer side plate 9 and extends towards the center direction of the bed frame; two ends of each supporting cross rod 21 are respectively provided with a U-shaped fixed seat 21a, and the U-shaped fixed seats 21a are sleeved on the side legs 8 and are connected with the side legs 8 through screws; a connecting square pipe 25 is arranged between the two supporting cross rods 21, and the other end of each supporting cross rod 21 is detachably connected with the connecting square pipe 25; then the two supporting cross rods 21 are respectively connected with the bed side frame assemblies 1 at two sides, so that the supporting performance of the bed frame is improved.
As shown in fig. 1-4, 9 and 10, the bed tail frame assembly 2 comprises two spliced bed tail connecting rods 26, two spliced tail baffle plates 27 and a tail connecting piece 28; the tail connecting piece 28 comprises a tail mounting plate 28a and transverse edge plates 28b which are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the tail mounting plate 28; when the tail connecting piece 28 is installed, the tail connecting piece is connected to the splicing position of the two tail baffles 27, and the transverse edge plate 28b is lapped between the upper end and the lower end of the two tail baffles 27. And the tail mounting plate 28a is connected with the two tail baffles 27 by screws, respectively.
The bed frame also comprises a bed middle supporting component 29 which is arranged in the middle position and is respectively connected with the bed tail frame component 2 and the bed head frame component 3 along the front and back direction, the bed middle supporting component 29 comprises three bed middle supporting tubes 30 which are butted front and back, wherein the end parts of the bed middle supporting tubes 30 positioned at the tail ends are fixedly welded with U-shaped connecting covers 31, and the U-shaped connecting covers 31 are sleeved at the splicing parts of the two bed tail connecting rods 26; and the connecting cover 31, the bed tail connecting rod 26 and the tail connecting piece 28 are connected by screws. So that the bed tail frame assembly 2 can be freely disassembled and assembled. During assembly, only the tail connecting piece 28 needs to be found, and then the bed tail connecting rod 26 and the tail baffle 27 are connected to the tail connecting piece 28 in sequence; the user can assemble the device conveniently.
As shown in fig. 2-4 and 12, the bed support assembly 29 further includes bed legs 32 respectively disposed between two adjacent bed legs 30, the upper end of the bed leg 32 is provided with a U-shaped bridging member 32a with an upward opening, the two adjacent bed legs 30 are connected to the bridging member 32a, and the bed legs 30 are connected to the bridging member 32a by screws. The bed support assembly 29 can improve the support of the bed frame, and the bed support assembly 29 can be disassembled into a plurality of bed support tubes 32 and bed support legs 32, so that the bed support assembly is convenient to package and transport, and is convenient to install and disassemble. The in-bed support assembly 29 and the support rail 21 are positioned in a criss-cross within the bed frame so that the slat assembly 40 can be further positioned on the in-bed support assembly 29 and the support rail 21 as shown in fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 1-4 and 11-14, the bedside frame component 3 comprises two bedside bases 33 which are butted at left and right, so that the bedside frame component 3 can be split into two parts, and the packaging volume is saved during packaging; the bed head base bodies 33 are of metal frame structures, each bed head base body 33 comprises splicing longitudinal rods 34 positioned on the inner side, the two bed head base bodies 33 are spliced together left and right to enable the two splicing longitudinal rods 34 to be in butt joint, and the two splicing longitudinal rods 34 are connected through screws; the bottom end of the splicing part of the two bed head base bodies 33 is provided with a U-shaped steel bar 35, and the U-shaped steel bar 35 is connected with the two bed head base bodies 33 by screws; making the structure of the bedside frame assembly 3 stable. And the bedside frame component 3 further comprises two spliced bedside connecting rods 36 respectively connected to the lower end of the bedside base 33, and the two bedside connecting rods 36 cross over the bedside frame component 3. Wherein, the end of the bed middle branch pipe 30 at the head end of the bed is also provided with a U-shaped connecting cover 31, the U-shaped connecting cover 31 is sleeved at the splicing position of the two head connecting rods 36, and the U-shaped connecting cover 31 and the head connecting rods 36 are connected by screws, so that the two head connecting rods 36 are stably connected. Then the front end and the rear end of the bed middle supporting component 29 are respectively connected with the bed head frame component 3 and the bed tail frame component 2; so that the bed frame has good support.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 9 and 11, the corner support leg 4 includes a longitudinal metal square branch pipe 4a and positioning support members 37 respectively disposed on two adjacent side walls at the upper end of the square branch pipe 4a, the positioning support members 37 are metal sheet metal members, and the positioning support members 37 are welded and fixed on the side walls of the square branch pipe 4a; specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the positioning support 37 comprises a fixing plate 37 perpendicular to the square branch pipe 4a and a U-shaped positioning insertion pipe 39 at the upper end of the fixing plate 37. The second side connecting rod 6, the bed tail connecting rod 26 and the bed head connecting rod 36 have the same specification and size; during assembly, the corner legs 4 are connected with the bed side frame assembly 1 and the bed tail frame assembly 2 at the same time, wherein the second side connecting rod 6 of the bed side frame assembly 1 is inserted into the positioning insertion tube 39 on one positioning support 37, and the outer side plate 9 is correspondingly attached to the fixing plate 37; then, the outer side plate 9 is connected with the fixing plate 37 by screws, and the outer side plate 9, the second side connecting rod 6 and the positioning insertion tube 39 are further connected by screws; thereby allowing the bed side frame assembly 1 to be assembled with the corner legs 4. The bed tail frame assembly 2 is perpendicular to the bed side frame assembly 1, the bed tail connecting rod 26 is inserted into a positioning insertion tube 39 on the other positioning support member 37, the tail baffle 27 is attached to the fixing plate 37, and then the tail baffle 27 and the bed tail connecting rod 26 are respectively connected with the positioning support member 37 by screws in the same way. After the assembly, the corner supporting legs 4 are just clamped between the bed side frame assembly 1 and the bed tail frame assembly 2, and the three are spliced tightly without gaps; so that the structure is very stable after assembly. Similarly, the front ends of the bedside frame component 3 and the bedside frame component 1 are assembled through the corner supporting legs 4; the bedside connecting rod 36 can be inserted into the positioning insertion tube 39, and the bedside base 33 can be connected with the fixing plate 37 by screws.
Then, the bed side frame assembly 1 can be rapidly assembled with the tailstock frame assembly 2 and the bed head frame assembly 3 through the corner supporting legs 4; the corner supporting legs 4 are provided with the square metal branch pipes 4a, so that the structure of the joint is compact after assembly, and a connecting gap is eliminated; the assembled bed frame structure is stable and can not shake.
And as shown in fig. 15, the dismountable bed frame of the invention, wherein the bed side frame assembly 1, the bed tail frame assembly 2 and the bed head frame assembly 3 can be assembled and disassembled through the corner legs 4; and the bed side frame assembly 1, the tailstock frame assembly 2 and the bed head frame assembly 3 can be further disassembled to form a plurality of plate bodies and rod bodies, so that the packaging volume of the bed frame can be greatly reduced during packaging and transportation, and the transportation cost is saved. And the respective mounting and dismounting structures of the bed side frame assembly 1, the bed tail frame assembly 2 and the bed head frame assembly 3 are simple and convenient. After the user receives the bed frame package shown in fig. 15, the assembly sequence is: finding the side links 10 and then assembling the bed side frame assembly 1; finding the foot link 28 and then assembling the bed foot frame assembly 2; then further assembling the head frame assembly 3; then, only the corner supporting legs 4 are needed to be found, and the bed side frame assembly 1, the bed tail frame assembly 2 and the bed head frame assembly 3 are assembled together through the corner supporting legs 4; the assembly is well-ordered, rapid and convenient.

the bed side frame assembly comprises a side bar assembly, a side baffle assembly, a side connecting piece and a side leg; the side bar assembly comprises a first side connecting rod positioned in the middle and second side connecting rods respectively detachably connected to two ends of the first side connecting rod, and the first side connecting rod is in splicing fit with the second side connecting rods; the side baffle plate assembly correspondingly comprises at least two spliced outer baffle plates; the side connecting piece is arranged at the joint of the first side connecting rod and the second side connecting rod; the side connecting piece comprises a longitudinal connecting panel, an upper support arranged at the upper end of the connecting panel and a supporting plate which is arranged at the bottom end of the connecting panel and horizontally extends outwards; the upper support is configured to support the first side connecting rod and the second side connecting rod, and the upper support is detachably connected with the first side connecting rod and the second side connecting rod; the outer side plate is lapped on the supporting plate and is detachably connected with the connecting panel; the side legs are positioned in the middle of the first side connecting rod, and the upper ends of the side legs are provided with middle connecting pieces which are configured to simultaneously support and connect the first side supporting rod and the outer baffle;
the bed tail frame assembly comprises two spliced bed tail connecting rods, two spliced tail baffles and a tail connecting piece; the tail connecting piece is connected at the splicing position of the two tail baffles and the bed tail connecting rod;
the bedside frame component comprises two bedside base bodies which are detachably connected from left to right and two spliced bedside connecting rods which are positioned at the bottom ends of the bedside base bodies;
corner supporting legs which are respectively arranged at the four corners; the corner supporting legs comprise longitudinal square branch pipes and positioning supporting pieces respectively arranged on two adjacent side walls at the upper ends of the square branch pipes; the positioning support piece comprises a fixing plate vertical to the square branch pipe and a U-shaped positioning insertion pipe positioned at the upper end of the fixing plate; the rear end of the bed side frame assembly and the bed tail frame assembly are respectively detachably connected with the corner supporting legs, and the second side connecting rod and the bed tail connecting rod are respectively inserted into the positioning insertion pipes on the two adjacent positioning supporting members; the outer side plate and the tail baffle are respectively attached to the fixed plate and connected by screws; the front end of the bed side frame assembly and the bed head frame assembly are detachably connected with the corner supporting legs respectively, the bed head connecting rod is inserted in the positioning insertion pipe, and the bed head base body is attached to the fixing plate and is connected with the fixing plate through screws.

The removable bed frame of claim 1, wherein: the upper support is of an L-shaped structure and comprises a bottom plate and a vertical plate, wherein the bottom plate horizontally extends from the top end of the connecting panel towards the inner side of the bed frame, and the vertical plate is positioned at the end part of the bottom plate and is vertical to the bottom plate; the first side connecting rod and the second side connecting rod are spliced and lapped on the bottom plate; and the first side connecting rod and the second side connecting rod are connected with the vertical plate through screws.

The removable bed frame of claim 2, wherein: the first side connecting rod and the second side connecting rod are both metal square tubes; and the two ends of the first side connecting rod are respectively provided with a plug-in connector which can be plugged in the second side connecting rod; the vertical plate is provided with two spaced mounting holes, and the end part of the second side connecting rod is correspondingly provided with two spaced second connecting holes; the plug connector of the first side connecting rod is provided with a first connecting hole, and the first side connecting rod is plugged with the second side connecting rod to enable the first connecting hole to be aligned with one second connecting hole; the first side connecting rod and the second side connecting rod are connected in an inserting mode and are in lap joint with each other in the upper support, and the second connecting holes can be aligned to the hole positions of the mounting holes.

The removable bed frame of claim 3, wherein: the outer side plates are arranged into three blocks, and the splicing positions of two adjacent outer side plates are superposed with the splicing positions of the first side connecting rod and the second side connecting rod; the end part of the outer side plate is provided with two upper connecting holes and two lower connecting holes which are spaced up and down, and the connecting panel is correspondingly provided with two connecting slotted holes which are spaced horizontally; two adjacent outer side plates are spliced and lapped on the supporting plate to ensure that the lower connecting holes are aligned with the hole sites of the connecting slotted holes; and the upper connecting holes can be aligned with the mounting hole positions on the vertical plate.

The removable bed frame of claim 1, wherein: the middle connecting piece comprises an outer connecting plate attached to the outer side wall of the side leg and an upper connecting plate positioned at the upper end of the outer connecting plate and horizontal, and the upper connecting plate is lapped at the top end of the side leg; the end part of the upper connecting plate is provided with a longitudinal upper convex plate, and the bottom of the outer connecting plate is provided with a lower convex plate which horizontally extends outwards; the first side connecting rod is lapped on the upper connecting plate and is detachably connected with the upper convex plate by screws; the outer side plate is lapped on the lower convex plate and detachably connected with the outer connecting plate and the side legs through screws.

The removable bed frame of claim 7, wherein: the side legs at the two sides are respectively provided with a supporting cross bar which is vertical to the outer side plate and extends towards the center direction of the bed frame; the two ends of the supporting cross rod are respectively provided with a U-shaped fixing seat, wherein the U-shaped fixing seat at one end is sleeved on the side leg and is connected with the side leg through screws; a connecting square tube is arranged between the two supporting cross rods, and a U-shaped fixed seat at the other end of each supporting cross rod is detachably connected with the connecting square tube; the supporting components and the supporting cross bars in the bed are distributed in a cross shape.

The removable bed frame of claim 7, wherein: the end part of the bed middle branch pipe positioned at the tail end is fixedly welded with a U-shaped connecting cover which is sleeved at the splicing part of the two bed tail connecting rods; and the U-shaped connecting cover, the bed tail connecting rod and the tail baffle are connected by screws.
