本申请实施例提供了一种无线通信方法、终端设备和网络设备。该方法包括:终端设备使用与终端设备的类型或者能力匹配的第一随机接入前导码格式,发送随机接入前导码。从而可以保证低能力终端设备发送随机接入前导码的成功率与普通终端设备发送随机接入前导码的成功率接近。
