本申请实施例提供了一种HARQ信息的传输方法、终端设备和网络设备,针对免授权频谱上的CG‑PUSCH传输划分时间窗,网络设备对时间窗内的CG‑PUSCH传输进行HARQ‑ACK反馈,可以减少针对上行PUSCH的下行HARQ‑ACK反馈量,进而降低信令开销。该方法包括:网络设备确定第一HARQ信息,所述第一HARQ信息包括第一PUSCH对应的至少一个HARQ信息;所述网络设备在第一时间单元上向终端设备发送所述第一HARQ信息。
