Description

Method and device for reporting user equipment capability of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing system
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of mobile communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for reporting a ue capability of an ofdm system.
Background
In broadband access, an available bandwidth is divided into a plurality of continuous or discontinuous sub-bands, each sub-band is transmitted by adopting an Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) technology, and an Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing system constructed by the method works in a 230MHz Frequency band. Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of frequency resource distribution of a 230MHz frequency band in the prior art, and as shown in fig. 1, the frequency resource of the frequency band may be divided into several sub-bands, the frequency spectrum of which is comb-shaped, the sub-band of the lowest frequency point is 223.525MHz, and the sub-band of the highest frequency point is 231.65MHz. The orthogonal frequency division multiplexing system introduces a carrier aggregation technology, realizes broadband service transmission on discrete narrowband frequency points, realizes broadband transmission based on narrowband discrete spectrum, supports services such as networking data acquisition, voice transmission, cluster scheduling, video transmission, accurate load control and the like, and is widely applied to industries such as electric power, petroleum, forest and the like.
The orthogonal frequency division multiplexing system divides the sub-band into a synchronous sub-band, a broadcast sub-band, a resident sub-band and a non-resident sub-band according to functions. The synchronous sub-band is used for carrying a synchronous signal; the broadcast sub-band is used for bearing broadcast information; the resident subband is a subband used for monitoring downlink control information or sending a scheduling request when no service is transmitted after a User Equipment (User Equipment, abbreviated as UE) is successfully attached, and the resident subband can also be used for service transmission in some scenes; the non-camping subband is a subband other than the synchronization subband, the broadcast subband and the camping subband, and is used for transmitting normal traffic. To reduce cost and implementation complexity, the UE supports both multi-subband and single-subband modes of operation, i.e., the UE receiver bandwidth need not be the entire system bandwidth, and may support reception of multiple or a single subband, and need not be able to receive all subbands. Depending on the hardware capabilities, the UE supports operation on all or part of the sub-bands, wherein the simplest (i.e., low cost) UE supports operation on a single sub-band; multi-subband UEs also include multiple types of UEs, supporting operation on different numbers of subbands. Thus, the requirement for the bandwidth of the UE receiver is reduced, and the requirement for hardware capability of the system is also reduced.
For the UE supporting the multi-subband operating mode, due to the limitation of the receiver bandwidth, the number of subbands that can be used in uplink and downlink data transmission is limited, for example, if the number of subbands supported by the multi-subband UE is 16, the number of used subbands cannot exceed 16 when the UE performs uplink and downlink data transmission, otherwise, the UE cannot perform data transmission due to the limitation of the receiver bandwidth. In order to ensure effective data transmission, the base station needs to know the transmission Capability of the number of sub-bands supported by the UE, and the UE may also report the number of sub-bands supported by the UE to the base station through a UE Capability (UE Capability) report. Due to the requirement of industrial users, the system needs to support the trunking group calling service on 230MHz frequency band resources, and the UE supporting the trunking function and the common UE not supporting the trunking function coexist. Because the trunking group calling service is a point-to-multipoint service, in order to accelerate call establishment and service data reception, the downlink generally adopts a broadcast or multicast mode to send control plane signaling and user plane data; and because the UE supporting the trunking function can selectively listen to the group call service of the trunking group to which the UE belongs, the base station does not actually know which UEs are receiving the trunking group call service. If the UE supporting the trunking function has concurrent services, that is, while the UE receives the group call service of a certain trunking group, and also performs point-to-point service transmission, at this time, the base station cannot determine the number of sub-bands that can be used by the UE at the current time because it does not know whether the UE supporting the trunking function is receiving the group call service, and thus cannot reasonably and effectively allocate resources to the UE, which may seriously affect the data transmission efficiency and reliability. Therefore, how to report the subband number information which can be used by the UE at the current moment becomes an urgent problem.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of protection of the present invention.
In the existing orthogonal frequency division multiplexing system, while the UE supporting the trunking function receives the group call service of a certain trunking group, it also performs point-to-point service transmission, at this time, the base station cannot determine the number of subbands usable by the UE at the current time, so that resources cannot be reasonably and effectively allocated to the UE, which will seriously affect the data transmission efficiency and reliability. It should be noted that, in the ofdm system, the common ue and the ue with the trunking function coexist, and the present invention reports to the ue with the trunking function, that is, the execution main body in the present invention is the ue with the trunking function.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for reporting a ue capability of an ofdm system according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a method for reporting a ue capability of an ofdm system, including:
step 201, when the reporting of the user equipment capability level is triggered, generating a corresponding user equipment capability level indication according to a preset reporting rule, wherein the preset reporting rule is determined according to a cluster group radio network temporary identifier in the user equipment or a cluster service radio bearer service;
step 202, reporting the ue capability level indication to a base station, so that the base station performs resource allocation on a ue according to the ue capability level indication, where the ue has a trunking function.
In the invention, when the reporting of the UE using capability level is triggered, if the UE supporting the cluster function is configured with a cluster service Radio Bearer service (TDRB for short) or a Group Radio Network Temporary Identity (G-RNTI for short) and is positioned on a non-resident subband, initiating the user equipment capability level indication of which the indication information is a quality-reduced using capability level on the transmission subband; otherwise, the indication information is initiated on the transmission sub-band as the capability level indication of the user equipment using the original capability level (i.e. maintaining the existing capability level), so that the base station can perform corresponding scheduling after obtaining the information.
According to the method for reporting the user equipment capacity of the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing system, the UE supporting the trunking function sends the use capacity grade indication to the base station, and the base station finally determines the maximum number of sub-bands which can be used by the UE for uplink and downlink transmission, so that the UE supporting the trunking function can obtain reasonable resource allocation when carrying out concurrent service, the data transmission efficiency and reliability are effectively ensured, and the experience of industrial users is further improved.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the condition that the ue capability level report is triggered includes:
when the user equipment is in the non-resident sub-band, if the current moment meets a preset reporting period, triggering the reporting of the user equipment capability level;
and/or triggering the reporting of the capability level of the user equipment when the cluster group wireless network temporary identifier in the user equipment is configured or the configured event is cleared.
In the invention, the reporting of the user equipment capability level can be triggered through two conditions, so that the UE generates the corresponding user equipment capability level indication. Specifically, in an embodiment, a sending period (i.e., a preset reporting period) of the UE capability level indication is configured, and when the UE supporting the cluster function is on the non-resident subband, if the current time reaches the sending period of the UE capability level indication, the UE capability level reporting is triggered. It should be noted that the transmission period of the ue capability level indication is configured by the RRC layer.
In another embodiment, when the UE supporting the cluster function is not configured with the G-RNTI, the G-RNTI is configured for the UE; or the UE supporting the cluster function is already configured with the G-RNTI, and the reporting of the capability level of the user equipment is triggered when the configured G-RNTI is cleared. Preferably, in the present invention, the periodic triggering mode and the trunking radio network temporary identifier triggering mode may be set at the same time, and when any one of the modes is satisfied, the reporting of the capability level of the user equipment is triggered.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the method further includes:
and configuring a user equipment capability level reporting function and a user equipment capability level reporting condition for the user equipment through the network side.
It should be noted that, the present invention can configure triggering user equipment capability level reporting conditions and user equipment capability level reporting functions for the UE with the cluster function in the early stage; the invention can also configure the starting of the reporting function of the user equipment capability level and the reporting condition of the user equipment capability level for the UE with the cluster function through a network side, in particular, a base station side.
On the basis of the above embodiment, when the reporting of the ue capability level is triggered, generating a corresponding ue capability level indication according to a preset reporting rule includes:
after the reporting condition of the user equipment capability level is triggered, when the user equipment in the non-resident sub-band has uplink resources available for new transmission, if the user equipment is configured with a trunking service radio bearer service or a trunking group radio network temporary identifier, initiating a user equipment capability level indication with indication information of degraded user equipment capability level on a transmission sub-band;
if the user equipment is not configured with the cluster service wireless bearing service and the cluster wireless network temporary identifier, initiating indication information on a transmission subband as user equipment capability level indication using an original capability level;
based on the capability level of the degraded user equipment or the user equipment capability level indication information using the original capability level, a corresponding user equipment capability level reporting MAC CE is generated through multiplexing and combining entities and assembled in the MAC PDU.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, when the reporting of the ue capability level is triggered, generating a corresponding ue capability level indication according to a preset reporting rule, further includes:
after the reporting of the user equipment capability level is triggered, if the cluster service radio bearer service or the cluster group radio network temporary identifier is configured in the user equipment, initiating user equipment capability level indication with indication information of degraded user equipment capability level on a transmission subband;
if the user equipment is not configured with the cluster service wireless bearing service and the cluster wireless network temporary identifier, initiating indication information on a transmission subband as user equipment capability level indication using an original capability level;
the MAC layer of the user equipment informs the physical layer of sending a corresponding capability level indication of the user equipment;
and the physical layer sends the corresponding user equipment capability level indication on the preset uplink resource according to the user equipment capability level indication notified by the user equipment MAC layer.
In the invention, the capability level indication report of the user equipment can be realized by newly adding a corresponding MAC CE (MAC Control Element), and the capability level indication report of the user equipment can also be realized by indicating corresponding information reported by the capability level of the user equipment through a physical layer signaling. Specifically, the reporting process is realized in an MAC CE manner:
step 301, when reporting of a UE capability level of a UE supporting a cluster function is triggered, when an allocable resource exists in an uplink resource of the UE and the UE is in a non-resident subband, if the UE has already configured a TDRB or configured a G-RNTI, an indication message initiated by the UE on a transmission subband is a UE capability level indication of a degraded UE capability level, specifically, a multiplexing and combining entity generates a corresponding UE usage capability level report MAC CE, and assembles the UE usage capability level report MAC CE in a MAC PDU, to step 303; if the UE does not configure TDRB and G-RNTI, go to step 302;
step 302, UE initiates indication information on transmission sub-band as user equipment capability level indication using original capability level, specifically, multiplexing and combining entity generates corresponding UE using capability level reporting MAC CE, and assembles in MAC PDU;
step 303, reporting the ue capability level indication to the base station, preferably configuring an indication sending period timer, and restarting the timer once the ue capability level indication is reported to the base station.
The reporting process is realized in a physical layer signaling mode:
step 401, when reporting of the UE capability level of the UE supporting the trunking function is triggered, and when the UE is in a non-camping sub-band, if the UE has been configured with a TDRB or a G-RNTI, the UE initiates indication information on a transmission sub-band as a UE capability level indication of a degraded UE capability level; if the UE is not configured with TDRB and G-RNTI, the UE initiates indication information on a transmission sub-band to be user equipment capability level indication using the original capability level;
step 402, informing the physical layer to send a corresponding user equipment capability level indication on the available uplink resources;
step 403, reporting the ue capability level indication to the base station, preferably configuring an indication sending period timer, and restarting the timer once the ue capability level indication is reported to the base station.
It should be noted that, after the UE supporting the trunking function returns the camping sub-band from the non-camping sub-band, the capability level indication is not initiated. When the UE supporting the cluster function returns to the camping sub-band from the non-camping sub-band and has triggered or is performing reporting of the capability level indication, the UE determines whether to cancel or terminate the subsequent capability level indication of the initiating UE or directly cancel or terminate the initiated capability level indication after continuing to complete reporting of the capability level indication of the user equipment in progress.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the MAC CE for reporting the ue capability level is obtained through the following steps:
and constructing the user equipment capability level report MAC CE according to the logical channel ID and the user equipment use capability level indication field.
In the invention, the user equipment capability level indication generated based on the MAC CE mainly comprises LCID (used for identification) and a user equipment use capability level indication field, wherein the LCID is a logical channel ID, and the user equipment use capability level indication field is used for indicating whether the UE is expected to use the degraded use capability level or the original use capability level. Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a ue capability level indication based on MAC CE according to the present invention, which can be referred to in fig. 3, where the ue capability level indication is identified by an LCID, the LCID is a logical channel ID, a field length is 3 bits, and a reserved value in an uplink shared transport channel (UL-SCH) LCID value in an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing system can be used; r is a reserved bit; BCI (Bandwidth Capability Information), i.e. UE Capability level indication, indicating whether a degraded or original Capability level is desired to be used for the currently available Bandwidth Capability of the UE, the field length is 2 bits, where 00 denotes the degraded or original Capability level indication and 01 denotes the original Capability level indication.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the sending, by the physical layer, the corresponding ue capability level indication on the preset uplink resource according to the ue capability level indication notified by the ue MAC layer includes:
the physical layer selects preset code resources from the scheduling request codes to construct a use capability level indication signal according to the indication corresponding to the degraded user equipment capability level or the use original capability level of the MAC layer of the user equipment;
and the physical layer sends the capability level indication of the user equipment in a physical layer signaling mode on the preset code resource corresponding to the UpPTS time slot of the non-resident sub-band and the user equipment initial transmission sub-band according to the use capability level indication signal.
In the invention, according to the related reporting indication obtained by the MAC layer of the UE, the physical layer sends a corresponding user equipment capability level indication signal on the preset uplink resource in a physical layer signaling mode. In consideration of realization complexity and system compatibility, the invention utilizes Scheduling Request (SR) code resources to send the indication signal of the capability level of the UE based on the existing design of the OFDM system.
Further, the UE capability level indication signal is used for sending, to the serving base station, the capability level information that is expected to be subsequently used for uplink and downlink transmission, to the UE supporting the trunking function. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a preamble format of a ue capability level indicator signal based on physical layer signaling provided in the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, a preamble of the ue capability level indicator signal of the physical layer is represented by a cyclic prefix T CP And sequence T SEQ Composition of, wherein, T CP =16T s ,T SEQ =256T s . In the invention, the user equipment capability level indication signal is only sent in a non-resident sub-band and is transmitted on an UpPTS (uplink pilot time slot physical channel) time slot of a starting transmission sub-band, time division is carried out among 8 wireless frame cells, and each cell can be allocated to an UpPTS to send the user equipment capability level indication signal. Code 1 and code 5 (index starting from 0, 0-7) in 8 SR code resources of SR time slot (interval 8 frame, 200 ms) in non-resident sub-band are respectively used as user equipment capability level indication signals, wherein code 1 isCode 5 is a user equipment capability level indication signal as a degraded use capability level as a user equipment capability level indication signal using the original capability level. It should be noted that, the capability level indication signal of the ue of the present invention employs Zadoff-Chu sequence, and the generation manner of the Zadoff-Chu sequence is the same as the generation manner of SR sequence in the ofdm system, which will not be described herein again.
Specifically, in the UpPTS timeslot (interval 8 frame, 200 ms) on each non-camping subband, the UE calculates the corresponding UE capability level indication signal time domain index (index = 0-7) according to the located cell ID mod 8, and when the corresponding radio frame is a non-DRX (Discontinuous Reception) radio frame, selects code 1 or code 5 in the SR code resource from the time domain corresponding to the index as a capability level indication signal for the UE to initiate a capability level indication, where transmitting code 1 or code 5 is indicated by the MAC layer. When the UE receives Downlink Control Information (DCI) scrambled by a Cell Radio Network Temporary Identity (C-RNTI), if a non-camping SR is initiated in a current Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) period, the UE capability level indication signal is cancelled.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiments, the corresponding UE capability level indication is generated based on the MAC CE or the physical layer signaling, and reporting of the UE capability level can be achieved only by controlling different signaling modes through L1/L2. MAC CE in the MAC layer is realized through an L2 control signaling mode, can carry more information contents and has expandability; the physical layer signaling is realized by an L1 control signaling mode, and compared with the MAC CE, the transmission delay is short, but the expansion is not easy. The implementation can be selected according to specific requirements in practical application. By the reporting method, after receiving the user equipment capability level indication reported by the UE, the base station acquires the indication of the capability level which can be used by the UE for uplink and downlink transmission at present, and determines the maximum number of the sub-bands which can be used by the UE for uplink and downlink transmission at present by combining the acquisition of the number of the sub-bands supported by the UE from the UE capability report. And the base station allocates reasonable resources for the UE according to the obtained maximum number of sub-bands which can be used by the UE for uplink and downlink transmission at present and by considering factors such as the service QoS requirement of the UE, the quality of a wireless channel, the state of a buffer area, the power limit of the UE, the interference situation in the cell and the like, and effectively transmits data.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a ue capability reporting apparatus of an ofdm system, as shown in fig. 5, the present invention provides a ue capability reporting apparatus of an ofdm system, which includes a level indication generating module 501 and an indication sending module 502, where the level indication generating module 501 is configured to generate a corresponding ue capability level indication according to a preset reporting rule when ue capability level reporting is triggered, where the preset reporting rule is determined according to a trunking group radio network temporary identifier in a ue or a trunking service radio bearer service; the indication sending module 502 is configured to report the ue capability level indication to a base station, so that the base station performs resource allocation on a ue according to the ue capability level indication, where the ue has a cluster function.
According to the user equipment capability reporting device of the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing system, the UE supporting the trunking function sends the use capability level indication to the base station, and the base station finally determines the maximum number of sub-bands which can be used by the UE for uplink and downlink transmission, so that the UE supporting the trunking function can obtain reasonable resource allocation during concurrent service, the data transmission efficiency and reliability are effectively ensured, and the experience of industrial users is further improved.
