Through the steps, after the user applies for goods return, whether the user is allowed to return goods is judged after sale, and the user is communicated with the user to solve the problem of the user as much as possible; if the user still needs to return goods, the user triggers a cloud data clearing button through the APP to clear the cloud data; the cloud data clearing capacity is configured before the equipment leaves a factory, so that the cloud data can be directly cleared; the cloud end judges whether the equipment is successfully cleared or not, and prompts a user to clear again through a physical key of the equipment if the equipment is not successfully cleared; if the clearing is successful, prompting the user that the clearing is completed and the equipment is restored to factory settings; by the scheme, the problems that a user cannot clear a large amount of user data stored in a cloud under the condition that the user does not continuously use the intelligent equipment such as the intelligent equipment is switched back and the safety of user information cannot be guaranteed are solved; the technical effects that the user can safely clear cloud bound data and the merchant reduces equipment loss are achieved.
It should be noted that, the above-mentioned user triggers the process of cloud data clearing key through APP, and can also trigger through the physical key set on the household appliance, and the user can trigger the process of data clearing through a mode of pressing the physical key for a long time.
It should be noted that the above scheme can be applied not only to a scenario in which a user purchases a home appliance and wants to change the appliance after use, but also to a scenario in which a merchant performs prototype demonstration and then sells the prototype, thereby ensuring the quality of secondary selling of the home appliance.
Through the description of the foregoing embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the method according to the foregoing embodiments may be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly may also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention or portions thereof contributing to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes several instructions for enabling a terminal device (which may be a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method of the embodiments of the present invention.
In this embodiment, a device for processing device data is further provided, where the device is used to implement the foregoing embodiments and preferred embodiments, and details of the description already given are not repeated. As used below, the term "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the devices described in the following embodiments are preferably implemented in software, implementations in hardware or a combination of software and hardware are also possible and contemplated.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram of an alternative device data processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the apparatus includes:
a receiving module 52, configured to receive a first device data processing request sent by a target application, where the first device data processing request carries identification information of a home appliance device, and the first device data processing request is used to request to clear target data corresponding to the home appliance device;
a determining module 54, configured to determine whether the home device supports executing the first device data processing request according to the identification information of the home device;
a response module 56, configured to, in a case that the home device supports execution of the first device data processing request, execute an operation of clearing the target data in response to the first device data processing request.
Receiving a device data processing request which is sent by a target application and carries identification information of household electrical appliances, wherein the device data processing request is used for requesting to clear target data corresponding to account information bound with the household electrical appliances; determining whether the home device is preconfigured with data clearing capabilities; under the condition that the household appliance equipment has the data clearing capacity, responding to the equipment data processing request to clear the target data; by adopting the technical scheme, the problems that a user cannot clear a large amount of user data stored in a cloud under the scene that the user does not continuously use the intelligent equipment such as the intelligent equipment is switched back and the like, and the safety of user information cannot be guaranteed are solved; the technical effect that the user can safely clear the cloud bound data is achieved.
Optionally, in the process of executing step S204, the determining module 54 is further configured to obtain all target configuration fields stored by the cloud server, where the target configuration fields are used to indicate that the home appliance supports the first device data processing request; determining whether identification information of the household appliance exists in the identification information of the first devices corresponding to all the target configuration fields; and determining that the home appliance supports the execution of the first device data processing request when the identification information of the home appliance exists in the identification information of the plurality of first devices.
Because a plurality of household appliances which do not support the execution of the first device data processing request still exist in the market at present, namely household appliances with lower versions and earlier production years, developers can synchronize the model information of the new device into the cloud server while configuring the data clearing capacity for the new device, and match the model information of the new device with a 'support' identifier; when a user clears the device data through a corresponding APP (equivalent to the target application), the identification information of the device is sent to the cloud server; the cloud server matches the identification information of the household appliance in the identification information of a plurality of first devices supporting the execution of the first device data processing request, and if the identification information of the household appliance is matched with the identification information of the household appliance, the cloud server proves that the first device data processing request is also supported by the equipment; if the data processing request is not matched with the first device data processing request, the device is proved not to support the execution of the first device data processing request.
On the other hand, the receiving module 52 is further configured to receive, before obtaining all target configuration fields stored in the cloud server, a synchronization instruction sent by the internet of things platform, where the synchronization instruction is used to indicate that the target configuration fields are associated with identification information of the plurality of first devices, the identification information of the plurality of first devices is determined by a first object in identification information of a second device in the internet of things platform, and the identification information of the plurality of first devices includes: some or all of the identification information of the second device.
The cloud server cannot automatically acquire identification information of the first device supporting execution of the first device data processing request; a developer is required to send related information to a cloud server while configuring data clearing capacity for the household appliance on an internet of things platform, wherein the related information comprises identification information of a first device supporting execution of a first device data processing request; after a developer succeeds in configuring data clearing capacity for the household appliance, synchronizing the identification information of the household appliance into a cloud server for storage; and the identification information of a plurality of household appliances which are not configured with the data clearing capability exists in the platform of the Internet of things, and is included in the identification information of the second appliance.
Based on the foregoing steps, the response module 56 is further configured to, after it is determined that the home appliance device does not pre-configure the data removing capability, prohibit a response to the first device data processing request, and send first prompt information to a mobile terminal bound to a target application, where the first prompt information is used to indicate that the home appliance device does not have the data removing capability.
If the household appliance is determined not to be pre-configured with the data clearing capacity, the cloud server is prohibited from responding to the first appliance data processing request, and sends first prompt information to the mobile terminal bound by the user, so that the user is prompted that the household appliance is not configured with the data clearing capacity, cloud data clearing cannot be carried out, and whether goods return is required to be considered again.
Optionally, the response module 56 is further configured to match, in the cloud server, all account information bound to the identification information of the household appliance according to the identification information of the household appliance; removing target data corresponding to all account information, wherein the target data at least comprises one of the following data: the scene information related to the household electrical appliance, the application data stored in the cloud server by the household electrical appliance, and the version information of the household electrical appliance.
If it is determined that the home appliance supports execution of the first device data processing request, the cloud server may respond to the first device data processing request, match all account information that has been bound to the home appliance according to the identification information of the home appliance, and remove the account information and the following data that may exist in the home appliance: the scene information associated with the household appliance, the application data stored in the cloud server by the household appliance specifically include data such as user binding relationship, master-slave relationship, timing reservation and the like, and version information of the household appliance and the like. Further, the response module 56 is further configured to, in a case that the home appliance device has the data clearing capability, respond to the first device data processing request, execute an operation of clearing the target data, and in a case that the operation of clearing the target data in response to the first device data processing request fails, send first prompt information to the target application to instruct the target object to send the first device data processing request again through a data clearing key provided in the home appliance device.
A cloud data clearing key/factory-reset key (equivalent to the data clearing key) is arranged on the household appliance, but a user (equivalent to the target object) usually triggers data clearing through an APP (equivalent to the target application) bound with the household appliance; if the cloud server detects that the operation of clearing the target data fails in response to the first device data processing request, first prompt information is sent to the APP to prompt a user to initiate the first device data processing request again through a physical key (equivalent to the data clearing key) on the household appliance.
Optionally, the response module 56 is further configured to, in a case that the home appliance device supports executing the first device data processing request, determine whether all target data corresponding to the account information bound to the home appliance device in the cloud server has been cleared after executing an operation of clearing the target data in response to the first device data processing request; under the condition that the target data is not completely cleared, determining partial data which is not completely cleared in the target data; and receiving a second device data processing request sent by the target application to clear the partial data.
After the cloud server responds to the data clearing request to clear the target data, data verification is needed to be carried out to ensure that all data are cleared; if the data is not completely cleared, the cloud server needs to determine the type of the data which is not cleared, inform the user of the type of the data, receive a second equipment data processing request sent by the user, and clear the part of data again; until all data are cleared, the fish with the net leakage is prevented.
Optionally, the response module 56 is further configured to, after determining whether target data corresponding to the account information bound to the home appliance in the cloud server has been completely removed, send second prompt information to the target application when the target data has been completely removed, where the second prompt information is used to prompt the target application that the target data has been completely removed and prompt the target application to remove second data of the bound mobile terminal, where the second data is used to indicate distribution network information and user data of the home appliance stored by the mobile terminal.
And under the condition that the target data corresponding to the account information bound with the household appliance in the cloud server is completely cleared, sending second prompt information to the mobile terminal bound with the user, informing the user that the target data is cleared, and prompting the user to clear local information of the mobile terminal, wherein the local information includes but is not limited to distribution network information, user data and the like of the household appliance stored in the mobile terminal.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program is configured to perform the steps in any of the above method embodiments when executed.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may be configured to store a computer program for executing the steps of:
the method comprises the steps of S1, receiving a first equipment data processing request sent by a target application, wherein the first equipment data processing request carries identification information of household electrical appliances and is used for requesting to clear target data corresponding to the household electrical appliances;
s2, determining whether the household appliance supports execution of the first equipment data processing request or not according to the identification information of the household appliance;
and S3, under the condition that the household appliance supports the execution of the first equipment data processing request, responding to the first equipment data processing request, and executing the operation of clearing the target data.
In an exemplary embodiment, the computer-readable storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
For specific examples in this embodiment, reference may be made to the examples described in the foregoing embodiments and exemplary implementations, and details of this embodiment are not repeated herein.
Embodiments of the present invention further provide an electronic device, comprising a memory in which a computer program is stored and a processor configured to execute the computer program to perform the steps in any of the above method embodiments.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
the method comprises the steps of S1, receiving a first equipment data processing request sent by a target application, wherein the first equipment data processing request carries identification information of household electrical appliances and is used for requesting to clear target data corresponding to the household electrical appliances;
s2, determining whether the household appliance supports execution of the first equipment data processing request or not according to the identification information of the household appliance;
and S3, under the condition that the household appliance supports the execution of the first equipment data processing request, responding to the first equipment data processing request, and executing the operation of clearing the target data.
In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
For specific examples in this embodiment, reference may be made to the examples described in the above embodiments and exemplary embodiments, and details of this embodiment are not repeated herein.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the various modules or steps of the invention described above may be implemented using a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of computing devices, and they may be implemented using program code executable by the computing devices, such that they may be stored in a memory device and executed by the computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into various integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and it should be noted that, as will be apparent to those skilled in the art, numerous modifications and adaptations can be made without departing from the principles of the present application and such modifications and adaptations are intended to be considered within the scope of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A method for processing device data, comprising:
receiving a first device data processing request sent by a target application, wherein the first device data processing request carries identification information of a household appliance, and the first device data processing request is used for requesting to clear target data corresponding to the household appliance;
determining whether the household appliance supports execution of the first device data processing request according to the identification information of the household appliance;
and in the case that the household appliance supports the execution of the first device data processing request, responding to the first device data processing request, and executing the operation of clearing the target data.
2. The method for processing the device data according to claim 1, wherein determining whether the home device supports executing the first device data processing request according to the identification information of the home device comprises:
acquiring all target configuration fields stored by a cloud server, wherein the target configuration fields are used for indicating that the household appliance supports the first device data processing request;
determining whether identification information of the household appliance exists in the identification information of the plurality of first devices corresponding to all the target configuration fields;
and determining that the home appliance supports the execution of the first device data processing request when the identification information of the home appliance exists in the identification information of the plurality of first devices.
3. The method for processing device data according to claim 2, wherein before obtaining all target configuration fields stored in the cloud server, the method further comprises:
receiving a synchronization instruction sent by an internet of things platform, wherein the synchronization instruction is used for indicating that the target configuration field is associated with identification information of the plurality of first devices, the identification information of the plurality of first devices is determined by a target object in identification information of a second device in the internet of things platform, and the identification information of the plurality of first devices includes: some or all of the identification information of the second device.
4. The device data processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein in a case where the home device supports execution of the first device data processing request, performing an operation of clearing the target data in response to the first device data processing request includes:
matching all account information bound with the identification information of the household appliance in a cloud server according to the identification information of the household appliance;
and removing target data corresponding to all account information, wherein the target data at least comprises one of the following data: the scene information related to the household electrical appliance, the application data stored in the cloud server by the household electrical appliance, and the version information of the household electrical appliance.
5. A method for processing device data according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the method further comprises:
and sending first prompt information to the target application to indicate a target object to send the first equipment data processing request again through a data clearing key arranged on the household appliance under the condition that the operation of clearing the target data is failed in response to the first equipment data processing request.
6. The device data processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein in a case where the home device supports execution of the first device data processing request, after performing an operation of clearing the target data in response to the first device data processing request, the method further includes:
determining whether target data corresponding to account information bound with the household appliance in the cloud server is completely cleared;
under the condition that the target data is not completely cleared, determining partial data which is not completely cleared in the target data;
and receiving a second device data processing request sent by the target application to clear the partial data.
7. The method for processing device data according to claim 6, further comprising: and sending second prompt information to a target application under the condition that the target data are completely cleared, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting the target application that the target data are completely cleared and prompting the target application to clear second data of a bound mobile terminal, and the second data is used for indicating distribution network information and user data of the household electrical appliance equipment stored by the mobile terminal.
8. An apparatus for processing device data, comprising:
the device comprises a receiving module, a sending module and a processing module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a first device data processing request sent by a target application, the first device data processing request carries identification information of household appliances, and the first device data processing request is used for requesting to clear target data corresponding to the household appliances;
the determining module is used for determining whether the household appliance supports execution of the first equipment data processing request according to the identification information of the household appliance;
and the response module is used for responding to the first equipment data processing request and executing the operation of clearing the target data under the condition that the household appliance supports the execution of the first equipment data processing request.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising a stored program, wherein the program when executed performs the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, characterized in that the memory has stored therein a computer program, the processor being arranged to execute the method of any of claims 1 to 7 by means of the computer program.
