The intelligent household appliance service platform is built for a platform service provider and is provided for a household appliance service platform used by a household appliance manufacturer; the manufacturer service platform is a service platform which is built and used by household appliance manufacturer enterprises.
Different types of service platforms can provide different services, and the different services are uniformly distributed with service unique identification codes by the service platforms. The service unique identification code consists of three parts: "S" + service type (2 bits) + service sequence number (8 bits), where the service sequence numbers are uniformly distributed by the service platform, and the service types are shown in table 2.

After the manufacturer service platform and the industry service platform sign a relevant agreement successfully, a flow of platform registration in the industry service platform is shown in fig. 6, the manufacturer service platform initiates a platform registration request to the industry service platform, and parameters of the platform registration request include PlatName, PlatType, PlatURL and the like, as shown in table 3.

Further, the user management service module 200 is used for registering an interconnection user on the business service platform and registering a user on another platform that needs cross-platform access when a user of the vendor service platform needs to interconnect other vendor home appliances, and after the registration is successful, interconnection of different vendor service platforms or different types of service platforms can be performed.
Further, before the user uses the first manufacturer control terminal to perform the cross-platform operation on the second manufacturer home appliance, the user should register as an interworking user on the industry service platform through the interworking user registration interface 210, wherein the first manufacturer service platform and the second manufacturer service platform should have already been registered on the industry service platform.
Further, the interworking user registration interface 210 is configured to enable a manufacturer to control a terminal user to register as an interworking user on the industry service platform, and as shown in fig. 7, a specific process of registering the manufacturer to control the terminal user as the interworking user on the industry service platform includes: after the industry service platform is registered through a contract relation, the industry service platform allocates UPLatID for the manufacturer service platform, a manufacturer control terminal user with a user identification code of the manufacturer service platform starts a cross-platform operation function in a manufacturer intelligent appliance application program of the manufacturer control terminal, applies for registration of an interconnection user to the industry service platform, the user inputs a mobile phone number at the manufacturer control terminal, initiates a request for obtaining a verification code to the industry service platform through the manufacturer service platform, the industry service platform calls a mobile phone verification code application sub-interface to send a mobile phone verification code to the manufacturer control terminal, the manufacturer control terminal sends a verification code confirmation request to the industry service platform through the manufacturer service platform, the industry service platform calls the mobile phone verification code verification sub-interface to verify the authenticity of the user mobile phone number through the mobile phone verification code, after the verification is successful, the manufacturer control terminal sends a request for applying for user registration to the industry service platform through the manufacturer service platform, the industry service platform responds to the user registration request and allocates a user unique identification code (UUSRID) to the manufacturer service platform after the user registration request is successful, the manufacturer service platform establishes an association relationship between the user identification code (UUSID) of the manufacturer control terminal user of the manufacturer service platform and the user unique identification code (UUSRID) allocated by the industry service platform, and the manufacturer control terminal user is registered as an interconnection user on the industry service platform. The user identification code (UserID) is a user identification code distributed by the manufacturer service platform for the manufacturer service platform user, and specific content and format are defined by each manufacturer service platform.
Furthermore, the industry service platform should limit the daily registration times of the mobile phone number and the submission time of the verification code.

Further, the interworking user logout interface 220 is used for logging out the interworking user from the industry service platform and canceling the authority of cross-platform operation, as shown in fig. 8, the specific process includes: the user starts the interconnection and intercommunication user logout function in the manufacturer intelligent household appliance application program of the manufacturer control terminal, and applies for interconnection and intercommunication user logout to the industry service platform through the manufacturer service platform. The method comprises the steps that a user inputs a mobile phone number in a manufacturer control terminal and requests an industry service platform to obtain a verification code through a manufacturer service platform, the industry service platform calls a corresponding request of a mobile phone verification code application sub-interface to send a mobile phone verification code to the manufacturer control terminal, the manufacturer control terminal sends a verification code confirmation request to the industry service platform through the manufacturer service platform, the industry service platform calls the mobile phone verification code verification sub-interface to verify the authenticity of the mobile phone number of the user through the mobile phone verification code, and after verification is successful, the manufacturer control terminal sends a request for user logout application to the industry service platform through the manufacturer service platform. The industry service platform judges whether the logout user is a master user, if the logout user is a slave user, the industry service platform updates the information of the user and the equipment related to the user; if the user is a master user, the slave user associated with the master user and the device information associated with the slave user should be updated simultaneously, and information synchronization should be performed. The industry service platform responds to the user logout request to logout the UUSRID, and after the logout is successful, the information of 'successful logout and UUSRID logout' is sent to the manufacturer service platform. The manufacturer service platform judges whether the logout user is a master user, if the logout user is a slave user, the information of the user and the equipment related to the user is updated; if the user is a master user, the slave user associated with the master user and the device information associated with the slave user should be updated simultaneously, and information synchronization should be performed. And the manufacturer service platform logs off the UUSRID, and after the log-off is successful, the successfully logged-off message is fed back to the manufacturer control terminal. And after the user logs off, the binding equipment under the user realizes the unbinding of the user and the equipment. The industry service platform limits the daily logout times of the mobile phone number and the submission time of the verification code.

Further, the third party user registration interface 230 is used for the user of the control terminal of the first manufacturer to perform third party user registration on the service platform of the second manufacturer, and the user of the control terminal of the first manufacturer is already registered as a user of the interconnection user on the industry service platform before being bound with the household appliance of the second manufacturer, and the third party user registration should be performed on the service platform of the second manufacturer through the third party user registration interface 230. The third party user registration comprises a non-owner user for performing third party user registration for the first time by using the manufacturer control terminal and an owner user for binding other manufacturer household appliances for the first time by using the manufacturer control terminal. The specific process of the third party user registration of the first manufacturer control terminal user on the second manufacturer service platform comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that a first manufacturer control terminal user obtains a unique household appliance identification code of a second manufacturer household appliance by using a first manufacturer control terminal, the unique household appliance identification code is sent to an industry service platform through the first manufacturer service platform, the industry service platform enables a code analysis interface 510 to carry out code analysis operation on the unique household appliance identification code, information of the second manufacturer service platform is obtained, binding request information of the unique household appliance identification code and the unique user identification code is sent to the second manufacturer service platform, the first manufacturer control terminal user generates a user identification code based on the binding request information, the user identification code of the second manufacturer service platform is associated with the unique user identification code, and third party user registration is completed.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, the registration process of the owner-less user for the first registration of the third party user by using the vendor control terminal includes: a user of the first manufacturer control terminal obtains a unique household appliance identification code (UDevice ID) of a second manufacturer household appliance by scanning a bar code or a two-dimensional code by using the first manufacturer control terminal, and the UDevice ID of the manufacturer household appliance needs to be coded in a clear code mode. Before a user of a manufacturer A control terminal is bound with a manufacturer B household appliance, the user needs to register as an interconnection user on a manufacturer B service platform, then the third party user registration can be carried out on the manufacturer B service platform, the user sends a request for adding the manufacturer B household appliance to the industry service platform through the manufacturer A control terminal and the manufacturer A service platform, the industry service platform calls a code analysis interface 510 to carry out code analysis on the UDevice ID, address information of the manufacturer B service platform is obtained, and user added manufacturer B household appliance request information, namely UUSRID of the user and UDeviID binding request information, is sent to the manufacturer B service platform. The manufacturer B service platform confirms whether the UDevice ID has an owner UserID, if the owner UserID does not exist, the manufacturer B service platform sends a mobile phone verification code to a mobile phone number registered by the UserID user on the manufacturer A control terminal, the manufacturer A control terminal initiates a mobile phone verification code confirmation request to the manufacturer B service platform through the manufacturer A service platform and the industry service platform after inputting a correct verification code, and the manufacturer B service platform registers the UserID to a third party user according to a user registration rule of the manufacturer B service platform to establish a UserID account. And the manufacturer B service platform synchronizes the related associated information to the industry service platform, and the industry service platform pushes the related information to related parties including the manufacturer A service platform, the manufacturer A control terminal and the like, so that the registration process of the user without the owner is completed.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, the binding process of first binding owner users of other manufacturer home appliances using the manufacturer control terminal includes: a user of the first manufacturer control terminal obtains a unique household appliance identification code (UDevice ID) of a second manufacturer household appliance by scanning a bar code or a two-dimensional code by using the first manufacturer control terminal, and the UDevice ID of the manufacturer household appliance needs to be coded in a clear code mode. Before a user of a manufacturer A control terminal is bound with a manufacturer B household appliance, the user needs to register as an interconnection user on a manufacturer B service platform, then the third party user registration can be carried out on the manufacturer B service platform, the user sends a request for adding the manufacturer B household appliance to the industry service platform through the manufacturer A control terminal and the manufacturer A service platform, the industry service platform calls a code analysis interface 510 to carry out code analysis on the UDevice ID, address information of the manufacturer B service platform is obtained, and user added manufacturer B household appliance request information, namely UUSRID of the user and UDeviID binding request information, is sent to the manufacturer B service platform. The manufacturer B service platform confirms whether the UDevice ID has an owner UserID or not, if the manufacturer B service platform confirms that the UDevice ID has the owner UserID, the manufacturer B service platform checks whether a mobile phone number reserved during registration of the owner UserID, namely the owner mobile phone number is consistent with a mobile phone number associated with the UserID in the binding request information or not, if the mobile phone numbers are consistent, the manufacturer B service platform sends a mobile phone verification code to the mobile phone number, a confirmation request is sent to a manufacturer A control terminal of an owner user in a mobile phone verification code mode, the user inputs the mobile phone verification code at the manufacturer A control terminal, the manufacturer A control platform and the industry service platform initiate a mobile phone verification code confirmation request to the manufacturer B service platform, and after the manufacturer B service platform succeeds in verification, the manufacturer B service platform responds to the user request to establish a UserID account and UserID association table of the manufacturer B service platform according to the UserID; if the mobile phone numbers are not consistent, the manufacturer B service platform sends a mobile phone verification code to the owner mobile phone number, a user of a manufacturer A control terminal needs to input the verification code on the owner mobile phone number on the manufacturer A control terminal, a mobile phone verification code confirmation request is sent to a manufacturer B service platform through the manufacturer A control platform and the industry service platform, an owner user name and a password of a manufacturer B household appliance need to be input on the manufacturer A control terminal, and after the verification of the manufacturer B service platform succeeds, the manufacturer B service platform responds to the user request to establish a UserID account and UserID association table of the manufacturer B service platform according to UserID, and binding of the owner user is completed.

Further, the third party user logout interface 240 is configured to use the vendor service platform to log out the third party user initiated by the third party vendor service platform through the industry service platform, as shown in fig. 11, the specific process includes: the user starts a third-party user logout function in an intelligent household appliance application program of a manufacturer A control terminal, the manufacturer A control terminal sends an application of a user request for logout of the UUSRID to a manufacturer A service platform, the manufacturer A service platform determines that the UUSRID is not a user directly managed by a manufacturer A, then the manufacturer A service platform sends a user logout application to an industry service platform, and the industry service platform forwards the user logout application to a manager platform of the user, namely a manufacturer B service platform. The manufacturer B service platform sends a verification code to the mobile phone number registered by the UUSRID user, the user sends a verification code confirmation request to the manufacturer B service platform through the manufacturer B service platform and the industry service platform after inputting a correct verification code at the manufacturer A control terminal, the manufacturer B service platform responds to a user logout application after successfully verifying, the UUSRID carries out logout on a third party user according to a user logout rule of the manufacturer B service platform, related user and equipment information are updated, whether the user is a master user or not is judged, and when the UUSRID is the master user, slave users related to the user and equipment information related to the slave users are also updated. And the manufacturer B service platform synchronizes logout information to the industry service platform, the manufacturer A service platform and the manufacturer A control terminal to complete the logout of the third-party user.

Further, the cross-platform user and appliance binding interface 310 is used for binding a cross-platform user and an appliance, and a manufacturer a control terminal user who has completed registration of a third party user on a manufacturer b service platform is bound with a manufacturer b appliance, and includes: the manufacturer B service platform confirms that the unique user identification code of the manufacturer A control terminal user which completes the registration of the third party user on the manufacturer B service platform is associated with the unique user identification code of the manufacturer B service platform, a binding relation between the unique user identification code and the unique household appliance identification code is established based on the binding request information and the unique user identification code of the manufacturer B service platform, and meanwhile, the information synchronization service module 400 is executed to complete the synchronization and the updating of relevant information between the industry service platform and the manufacturer A service platform.
Further, as shown in fig. 12, a specific flow of binding between a cross-platform user and a home appliance includes: a user of the first manufacturer control terminal obtains a unique household appliance identification code (UDevice ID) of a second manufacturer household appliance by scanning a bar code or a two-dimensional code by using the first manufacturer control terminal, and the UDevice ID of the manufacturer household appliance needs to be coded in a clear code mode. A user sends a request for adding the home appliances of the manufacturer B to an industry service platform through a manufacturer A control terminal through the manufacturer A, the industry service platform calls a code analysis interface 510 to carry out code analysis on the UDevice ID to obtain address information of the manufacturer B service platform, and the request information of adding the home appliances of the manufacturer B by the user, namely the UUUUID of the user and the binding request information of the UDeviID are sent to the manufacturer B service platform. The manufacturer B service platform responds to the binding request information to judge whether the UUSSERID of the cross-platform user is registered by a third-party user on the manufacturer service platform, if the third-party user is not registered, the cross-platform user can be bound with the household appliance after the user is registered according to a third-party user registration flow; if the UUUSRID of the user is confirmed to be registered on the manufacturer service platform, the UUSRID is correlated with the UUSRID in the manufacturer service platform, an association table of the association relation between the UUSRID and the owner UUSRID and the binding relation between the UUSRID and the UDeviceID is established, the manufacturer B service platform feeds back successful binding information to the industry service platform, the manufacturer A service platform and the manufacturer A control terminal and synchronizes the association information, and the cross-platform user and household appliance binding is completed.

And the manufacturer B service platform feeds back the unbinding success information to the industry service platform, the manufacturer A service platform and the manufacturer A control terminal, and simultaneously synchronizes the associated information to complete the unbinding of the cross-platform user and the household appliance.

A cross-platform user of a manufacturer A control terminal initiates a request for obtaining a device description file of a manufacturer B household appliance to an industry service platform through a manufacturer A service platform to apply for downloading the device description file of the manufacturer B household appliance, as shown in FIG. 14, when the industry service platform can provide the device file of the manufacturer B household appliance, the industry service platform feeds the device description file of the manufacturer B household appliance back to the manufacturer A control terminal through the manufacturer A service platform; when the industry service platform can not provide the equipment files of the household appliances of the second manufacturer, the industry service platform sends a request for obtaining the equipment description files of the household appliances of the second manufacturer to the service platform of the second manufacturer, and the service platform of the second manufacturer feeds the equipment description files back to the control terminal of the first manufacturer through the industry service platform and the service platform of the first manufacturer.

The access token (accesstken) is a kind of certificate allowing mutual access between the platform and the user, and is a string of mask codes composed of a mobile phone number and a verification code. The cross-platform user's access token is issued by the home appliance platform for final access, such as: the user accesses the equipment of the manufacturer B through the manufacturer A control terminal, the user firstly uses the manufacturer A control terminal to log in the manufacturer B service platform, and then the user acquires the accesstaken issued by the manufacturer B platform, communication can be carried out between the two, and the manufacturer A user can access the household appliance of the manufacturer B to acquire the equipment state or operate the equipment.

Furthermore, the related information such as user information, device information, binding authorization relationship between the user and the device in the third-party platform, the industry service platform and the manufacturer service platform should be kept synchronous in different platforms. Once the relevant information changes, the relevant platforms all need to acquire corresponding updates and synchronization.
