It should be noted that, the odor monitoring device, the infrared temperature measuring device, the environmental sensor, the multispectral imaging device, the non-contact physiological monitoring device, the three-dimensional sensing device, and the miniaturized medical detection instrument included in the extended application service platform of this embodiment may be changed as needed, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
In some embodiments, the third party access subsystem comprises:
the software interface is used for accessing various software programs to acquire third information data of non-medical qualification certification or third information data of a common medical information department;
and the hardware interface is used for accessing various hardware devices so as to access instruments with non-medical qualification certification or instruments with common medical information departments.
In the embodiment, the third-party access subsystem accesses various software programs through the software interface and accesses various hardware devices through the hardware interface, so that the troubles of medical qualification authentication of two, two and three types can be avoided, various applications are met, the expansibility is high, and the system can be put to the market as soon as possible.

step S200, acquiring first information data in a single direction from a plurality of private cloud subsystems, acquiring second information data through an observation acquisition terminal, or acquiring third information data from a third-party access subsystem according to information data required to be acquired;
step S300, the first information data, the second information data or the third information data are pushed to a consultation management cloud subsystem, so that the expert can perform diagnosis and analysis according to the first information data, the second information data or the third information data to obtain a diagnosis result.
In the embodiment, in order to ensure data security and realize resource sharing, an information acquisition request is received, and information data to be acquired is screened from a consultation management cloud subsystem based on an artificial intelligence model frame and the information acquisition request; according to information data needing to be obtained, first information data are obtained from a plurality of private cloud subsystems in a unidirectional mode, second information data are obtained through an observation and collection terminal, or third information data are obtained from a third party access subsystem; and pushing the first information data, the second information data or the third information data to a consultation management cloud subsystem so that the expert performs diagnosis analysis according to the first information data, the second information data or the third information data to obtain a diagnosis result. In the embodiment, the first information data is obtained in a unidirectional manner from the plurality of private cloud subsystems corresponding to each hospital, so that people in other hospitals cannot tamper with the information data of the hospital at any time, the safety of the information data can be ensured, information can be obtained from the third-party access subsystem, and resource sharing is realized.
In some embodiments, the remote consultation medical management method further includes:
screening a case similar to the current case through an artificial intelligent model frame for consultation to obtain a consultation result of the current case;
and writing the diagnosis result into a private cloud subsystem of a hospital where the corresponding patient and the expert are located, and backing up in the consultation management cloud subsystem.
In the embodiment, the case similar to the current case is screened through the artificial intelligence model frame for consultation, so that the consultation of the same disease of different patients can be answered, and the expert time is utilized to the maximum extent.
In some embodiments, the third party access subsystem includes a software interface and a hardware interface, and the obtaining of the third information data from the third party access subsystem includes:
accessing a software program through a software interface to acquire third information data of non-medical qualification certification or third information data of a common medical information department;
accessing the non-medical qualification certification instrument through a hardware interface to acquire third information data acquired by the non-medical qualification certification instrument; and accessing the instrument of the common medical information department through a hardware interface to acquire third information data acquired by the instrument of the common medical information department.
In some embodiments, the remote consultation medical management method further includes:
acquiring second information data through third-party medical sensing equipment accessed by an entity platform of the observation acquisition terminal and the extended application service platform;
the first information data, the second information data or the third information data are pushed to an observation acquisition terminal, so that an expert can conduct conference consultation or live consultation according to the first information data, the second information data or the third information data to obtain a consultation result;
and storing the diagnosis result into a private cloud subsystem or a diagnosis management cloud subsystem.
It should be noted that, since the remote consultation medical management method in the embodiment is based on the same inventive concept as the remote consultation medical management cloud system, the corresponding contents in the system embodiment are also applicable to the method embodiment, and are not described in detail herein.

1. A remote consultation medical management cloud system, comprising:
the consultation management cloud subsystem is used for receiving an information acquisition request and screening information data corresponding to the information acquisition request through an intelligent AI according to the information acquisition request;
the private cloud subsystems are in communication connection with the consultation management cloud subsystem and used for storing first information data of a corresponding hospital and sending the first information data corresponding to the information acquisition request to the consultation management cloud subsystem;
the observation acquisition terminal is in communication connection with the consultation management cloud subsystem, and is used for acquiring second information data corresponding to the information acquisition request of each object, sending the second information data to the consultation management cloud subsystem, displaying the information data sent by the consultation management cloud subsystem and being used for meeting or live consultation;
the monitoring cloud subsystem is in communication connection with the consultation management cloud subsystem and is used for monitoring the consultation management cloud subsystem in real time;
and the third-party access subsystem is in communication connection with the consultation management cloud subsystem and is used for accessing a third-party service, acquiring third information data of the third-party service and transmitting the third information data to the consultation management cloud subsystem.
2. The cloud system for remote consultation medical management according to claim 1, wherein said consultation management cloud subsystem further comprises:
the patient case information base is used for storing case data information of the patient;
the expert information base is used for storing consultation information of experts;
the medical instrument equipment library is used for storing the state information of the medical instrument equipment and the information data acquired by the medical instrument equipment;
an encryption information repository for storing encryption information;
the AI inference decision frame library is used for storing various artificial intelligence-based model frames, and the model frames are used for screening various information data to obtain prior information data;
the ultra-high speed network transmission module is used for communication transmission of each subsystem in the remote consultation medical management cloud;
the public resource management library is used for managing the first information data acquired from the plurality of private cloud subsystems and managing public resources in the consultation management cloud subsystem;
the supervision user access module is used for accessing the supervision cloud subsystem into the consultation management cloud subsystem;
and the third party access module is used for accessing the consultation management cloud subsystem by the third party service.
3. The cloud system for remote consultation medical management according to claim 1, wherein said supervision cloud subsystem comprises a supervision interface for accessing a supervisor.
4. The cloud system for remote consultation medical management according to claim 1, wherein the observation acquisition terminal comprises:
the ultra-high-definition conference equipment is used for receiving a conference request of an expert and making a conference connection response according to the conference request;
the ultra-high-definition live broadcast equipment is used for receiving the live broadcast request of the expert and making a live broadcast connection response according to the live broadcast request;
the entity platform comprises medical equipment in a medical institution, and the medical equipment is used for acquiring the second information data;
and the extended application service platform is used for accessing third-party medical sensing equipment, and the third-party medical sensing equipment is used for acquiring third-party information data.
5. The cloud system for remote consultation medical management according to claim 4, wherein said extended application service platform comprises:
an odour monitoring device for odour monitoring each subject, said subject comprising a patient or an expert;
the infrared temperature measuring device is used for carrying out infrared temperature measurement on each object;
the environment sensor is used for sensing the environment of each object;
the multispectral imaging device is used for acquiring the coordinate information and the wavelength spectrum information of the two-dimensional image of each object;
a non-contact physiological monitoring device for performing non-contact physiological monitoring on each subject;
the contact type physiological monitoring device is used for carrying out contact type physiological monitoring on each object;
the three-dimensional sensing equipment is used for acquiring three-dimensional information of each object;
a miniaturized medical examination apparatus for performing medical examination on each subject.
6. The cloud system for remote consultation medical management according to claim 1, wherein said third-party access subsystem comprises:
a software interface for accessing a plurality of software programs to acquire the third information data of non-medical qualification certification or the third information data of common medical information department;
and the hardware interface is used for accessing various hardware devices so as to access the non-medical qualification certification instrument or the common medical information department instrument.
7. A remote consultation medical management method, comprising:
receiving an information acquisition request, and screening information data to be acquired from a consultation management cloud subsystem based on an artificial intelligence model frame and the information acquisition request;
according to the information data needing to be obtained, first information data are obtained from a plurality of private cloud subsystems in a unidirectional mode, second information data are obtained through an observation acquisition terminal, or third information data are obtained from a third party access subsystem;
and pushing the first information data, the second information data or the third information data to the consultation management cloud subsystem so that an expert can perform diagnosis analysis according to the first information data, the second information data or the third information data to obtain a diagnosis result.
8. The remote consultation medical management method according to claim 7, further comprising:
screening a case similar to the current case through the artificial intelligence model frame for consultation to obtain a consultation result of the current case;
and writing the consultation result into a private cloud subsystem of a hospital where the corresponding patient and the corresponding expert are located, and backing up the consultation result in the consultation management cloud subsystem.
9. The remote consultation medical management method according to claim 7, wherein the third-party access subsystem includes a software interface and a hardware interface, and the acquiring of the third information data from the third-party access subsystem includes:
accessing a software program through the software interface to acquire the third information data of non-medical qualification certification or the third information data of a common medical information department;
accessing a non-medical qualification certification instrument through the hardware interface to acquire third information data acquired by the non-medical qualification certification instrument; and accessing an instrument of the common medical information department through the hardware interface to acquire third information data acquired by the instrument of the common medical information department.
10. The remote consultation medical management method according to claim 9, further comprising:
acquiring the second information data through a third-party medical sensing device accessed by an entity platform and an extended application service platform of the observation acquisition terminal;
pushing the first information data, the second information data or the third information data to the observation acquisition terminal so that the expert can perform conference consultation or live consultation according to the first information data, the second information data or the third information data to obtain a consultation result;
and storing the consultation result into a private cloud subsystem or the consultation management cloud subsystem.
