As a preferred case, the system administrator can most widely distribute the system-wide announcements when selecting the announcement distribution scope, i.e. users in each system can receive the announcement at login. Of course, the scope may be reduced and announcements may be sent only for certain users. For all role users that are not system administrators, the maximum scope of publication of the bulletins is limited to the company in which they are located. That is, how many companies a user is in, the maximum related scope of the announcement is all employees of the companies where the user is located, and the system provides three ways to select the announcement object for the convenience of the publisher to quickly select the announcement scope. The first method is to select the whole company bulletins in company unit, the second is to issue bulletins of several departments in department unit, and the third is to issue bulletins to the selected users in user unit. When the announcement is established, a start-stop date can be selected, and the announcement is not released after the expiration date.

the enterprise terminal acquires an enterprise management function for the server through a login account, and the corresponding authority comprises account management, goods management and customer management;

the server establishes a management account corresponding to the control terminal and sends the management account to the control terminal; and the control port logs in the pair through an account and then acquires the functions of the enterprise management module through the server.

2. A management method for enterprise management according to claim 1, characterized in that: the method also comprises the steps that the account management module comprises two roles of a system administrator and a company administrator;

the account management module comprises an organization structure management module, a role authority management module and a user management module;
