Since the length direction of the water tank 400 is parallel to the width direction of the door body, the space occupied by the water tank 400 in the thickness direction of the door body is reduced, the water tank 400 can be installed at the rear side of the dispenser 150, and the door body space is fully utilized.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, a limit rail 500 is further disposed at the rear side of the door body, the limit rail 500 may be disposed on the fixing frame 300, the limit lever 600 is pivotally connected to the shelf 200, and the limit post 610 is disposed on the limit lever 600, and the shelf 200 rotates to drive the limit post 610 to slide in the limit rail 500. The limit rail 500 includes a deployment rail 510 and a return rail 520, and a one-way stroke limit mechanism 511 is provided in the deployment rail 510, and the one-way stroke limit mechanism 511 allows the shelf 200 to rotate toward the deployment position and limits the shelf 200 from rotating toward the storage position. The one-way travel limit mechanism 511 may be a ratchet structure disposed within the deployment track 510.
Both ends of the deployment rail 510 and the return rail 520 are communicated to form a closed loop shape. When the rack 200 rotates from the accommodating position to the unfolding position, the limiting rod 600 is driven to swing, at this time, the limiting column 610 slides in the unfolding track 510, and the ratchet in the unfolding track 510 is matched with the limiting column 610, so that the limiting column 610 is allowed to move towards one side of the unfolding position and the limiting column 610 is limited to move towards one side of the accommodating position, and the rack 200 can hover at any position, so that a user can conveniently take out or put the water tank 400.
The track of the unfolding track 510 and the restoring track 520 comprises concentric circular arcs centering on the rotating shaft 340 of the rack 200, the limit track 500 further comprises a guide track 540 positioned at one end of the unfolding position, the guide track 540 is connected with the unfolding track 510 and the restoring track 520, the guide track 540 extends from the unfolding track 510 to the unfolding position, and the side of the guide track 540 inclines from the side of the unfolding track 510 to the side of the restoring track 520. A partition wall 530 is provided between the extension rail 510 and the return rail 520, the trajectories of the extension rail 510, the return rail 520, and the partition wall 530 are circular arcs centered on the rotation axis of the shelf, the end surface of one end of the partition wall 530 at the extension position is an inclined surface, and the end surface is a track surface on one side of the guide rail 540.
When a user pulls the rack 200 from the storage position to the unfolding position, the limiting rod 600 rotates around the rack 200, the limiting column 610 slides in the unfolding track 510 to one side of the unfolding position, and when the limiting column 610 moves to the limit position of one side of the unfolding track 510 close to the unfolding position, the rack 200 is continuously driven to rotate to the unfolding position, and the limiting column 610 enters the guide track 540 from the unfolding track 510 and then enters the return track 520 from the guide track 540.
The track connection surface of the guide track 540 and the return track 520 is stepped, and the track surface of the guide track 540 side is higher than the return track 520 side. When the limit post 610 slides from the guide rail 540 to the return rail 520, the limit post 610 does not return to the guide rail 540 again at the stop of the step surface.
The bottom surface of the shelf 200 is further provided with stop ribs 611 disposed at both sides of the stop lever 600, and the stop ribs 611 are used for limiting the swing range of the stop lever 600. When the rack 200 is in the accommodating position, the stop bar 600 is abutted with the stop bar 611 on one side, and when the rack 200 is in the limit unfolding position, the stop bar 600 is abutted with the stop bar 611 on the other side, so that the limit bar 600 is prevented from being blocked due to the fact that the swing range of the stop bar 600 is large and the limit post 610 is separated from the limit rail 500.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, a reset guide 700 is further disposed on the inner side of the refrigeration door 100, the reset guide 700 includes a slope surface ascending along the rotation direction of the shelf 200 from the storage position to the unfolding position, the shelf 200 is provided with a supporting portion 230 supported on the slope surface, the supporting portion 230 can slide on the slope surface, and the shelf 200 rotates to drive the supporting portion 230 to climb or slide down along the slope surface.
In the present embodiment, when the user applies an external force to the shelf 200 to drive the shelf 200 to rotate from the storage position to the extended position, the support portion 230 at the bottom of the shelf 200 climbs along the slope, and the shelf 200 slowly rises, and if the user releases the shelf 200 at this time, the shelf 200 tends to slide down along the slope of the reset guide 700 under the action of gravity. If the rack 200 is not unfolded to the limit unfolding position at this time, the limit posts 610 are matched with the ratchets in the unfolding track 510, and at this time, the rack 200 is suspended at the limit unfolding position under the stop of the ratchets. If the rack 200 is rotated to the limit unfolding position, the limit posts 610 enter the restoring rail 520 from the unfolding rail 510, and the rack 200 slides down the slope of the restoring guide 700 under the action of gravity, so as to automatically restore to the storage position.
In this way, by providing the reset guide 700 to store gravitational potential energy when the shelf 200 is unfolded, the shelf 200 can be automatically restored to the storage position from the unfolded position under the action of the gravitational potential energy, thereby facilitating the use of users.
Further, the reset guide 700 is disposed on the lower rotating shaft seat 320, and the slope is arc-shaped with the rotating shaft 340 as the center. When the shelf 200 rotates around the lower rotating shaft seat 320, the shelf 200 ascends or slides down along the slope of the reset guide 700. The slope track of the reset guide 700 is the same as the movement track of the support 230 on the shelf 200, so that the shelf 200 is not blocked from moving, and the reset guide effect is good.
Further, the reset guiding portion 700 includes at least three sections of slopes uniformly distributed with the rotation shaft 340 of the rack 200 as a center, each section of slope rises along the rotation direction from the accommodating position to the unfolding position of the rack 200, and the corresponding arc angle of each section of slope is greater than or equal to the maximum rotation angle of the rack 200, so as to prevent the rack 200 from falling off the slope to cause dumping and locking. The number of the sloping surfaces can be determined according to the maximum rotation angle of the commodity shelf 200, and the commodity shelf 200 can rotate uniformly and stably by arranging a plurality of sections of sloping surfaces.
At least one supporting part 230 is arranged in the corresponding area of the shelf 200 and each section of slope, and rolling elements are arranged on the supporting parts 230 and can be rollers 231. The shelf 200 rotates to drive the rolling member to roll on the slope of the reset guide 700. When the rack 200 rotates, the plurality of supporting parts 230 respectively ascend or slide down the corresponding sloping surfaces, when in the accommodating position, the supporting parts 230 are positioned at the lower side of each section of sloping surface, and when in the unfolding position, the supporting parts 230 ascend to the higher side of each section of sloping surface along the sloping surface. The rolling member can reduce friction between the supporting portion 230 and the reset guiding portion 700, and the shelf 200 can more stably slide to the accommodating position under the action of gravity.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, a locking groove 561 is further disposed at one end of the limiting rail 500 near the accommodating position, an elastic element 800 is disposed between the shelf 200 and the door liner, and when the shelf 200 rotates from the unfolded position to the accommodating position, the elastic element 800 provides an elastic force for driving the shelf 200 to rotate towards the unfolded position, so that the shelf 200 drives the limiting post 610 to slide from the return rail 520 into the locking groove 561.
When the rack 200 automatically returns to the accommodating position under the action of gravity, the rack 200 can extrude the elastic element 800 between the rack 200 and the door body, and the elastic element 800 is pressed to generate elastic force for driving the rack 200 to rotate towards the unfolding position, so that the limit posts 610 are driven to slide into the locking grooves 561 from the return rails 520, the automatic locking of the rack 200 is realized, and the rack 200 is prevented from being driven to rotate when a user opens and closes the refrigeration door body 100.
The elastic element 800 may be disposed on the shelf 200, and when in the storage position, the elastic element 800 is located between the shelf 200 and the door liner. Specifically, the elastic element 800 may be an elastic rib integrally formed with the shelf 200.
Further, a partition wall 530 is provided between the deployment rail 510 and the return rail 520, and the partition wall 530 is recessed at an end face of one end of the storage position to form a lock groove 561. The track of the partition wall 530 may be an arc concentric with the tracks of the deployment track 510 and the return track 520, the locking groove 561 is an arc groove, and the locking groove 561 faces the accommodating position.
The limit rail 500 is provided with a relief portion 550 near one end of the accommodating position, the relief portion 550 is connected with the return rail 520, and the relief portion 550 includes a relief groove 551 opposite to the locking groove 561. When the rack 200 rotates to the accommodating position, the limiting column 610 slides to the accommodating position side in the restoring track 520, and when the limiting column 610 slides to the end of the restoring track 520, the rack 200 continues to rotate to the accommodating position side under the action of gravitational potential energy, and the limiting column 610 enters the abdication part 550 from the restoring track 520 and moves towards the abdication groove 551. At this time, the rack 200 presses the elastic element 800, the elastic force of the elastic element 800 drives the rack 200 to rotate in the opposite direction, and the rack 200 drives the stop lever 600 to move from the relief groove 551 into the opposite locking groove 561, so as to realize locking.
Further, the connection surface of the extension rail 510 and the return rail 520 at one end of the accommodating position is in a step shape, the connection surface comprises a first step surface 552 and a second step surface 562, the first step surface 552 is higher than the second step surface 562, the first step surface 552 is connected with the return rail 520, two ends of the second step surface 562 are respectively connected with the first step surface 552 and the extension rail 510, the first step surface 552 and the abdication groove 551 form an abdication part 550, and the second step surface 562 and the locking groove 561 form a locking part 560. Under the action of the elastic force of the elastic element 800, after the limit post 610 moves into the locking groove 561 from the abdication part 550, the limit post 610 cannot rebound to the locking part 560 any more, and cannot swing at will, so that the locking is more stable due to the step shape between the abdication part 550 and the locking part 560.
Further, the first step surface 552 is lower than the track surface of the return track 520 and the second step surface 562 is higher than the deployment track 510. The opening of the relief groove 551 is smaller than the opening of the locking groove 561, the first step surface 552 and the second step surface 562 are fan-like shapes, two sides of the first step surface 552 are respectively connecting lines between two ends of the relief groove 551 and the end of the locking groove 561, which is close to the return track 520, and two sides of the second step surface 562 are respectively connecting lines between two ends of the locking groove 561 and the end of the relief groove 551, which is close to the unfolding track 510.
The step between the first step surface 552 and the restoring track 520 may increase gravitational potential energy, and meanwhile, the connecting wall between the first step surface 552 and the restoring track 520 may guide and limit the limit post 610, so as to guide the limit post 610 into the locking groove 561, thereby avoiding the limit post 610 from restoring to the restoring track 520 under the action of the elastic force of the elastic element 800.
When the user wants to rotate the rack 200 out of the storage position, the user can press the rack 200, the limit post 610 is disengaged from the locking groove 561, and meanwhile, the elastic element 800 at the rear side of the rack 200 is compressed to generate elastic force for driving the rack 200 to rotate towards the unfolding position, the connection side wall between the first step surface 552 and the second step surface 562 guides the limit post 610, the limit post 610 moves into the unfolding track 510 by the locking part 560 to unlock, and the user can continuously pull the rack 200 to rotate towards the unfolding position. So, supporter 200 can realize automatic locking, and only need press supporter 200 can realize the unblock again, and whole easy operation is convenient.
Further, the restoring track 520 includes a restoring area 521 and a buffering area 522, the buffering area 522 is connected to the yielding portion 550, the tracks of the buffering area 522 and the restoring area 521 are circular arcs centered on the rotation axis 340 of the rack 200, and the radius of the circular arc of the buffering area 522 is larger than that of the restoring area 521. The length of the buffer area 522 is smaller than that of the restoring area 521, and when the rack 200 rotates to the accommodating position under the action of gravitational potential energy, the buffer area 522 can slow down the speed of the rack 200, so that the problem that the rack 200 is too fast to collide with the door body or the fixing frame 300 more severely to cause the shaking of the internal water tank 400 is avoided.
