Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of flat seaming machines, in particular to a lock seaming method of a flat seaming machine.
Background
The flat seaming machine is a special sewing machine, the sewed stitch is a chain type sewing stitch, the stitch is mainly used for collar rolling, edge folding, flat seaming, splicing seam, edge trimming and the like of knitted clothes, and the special sewing effect which is difficult to finish by a common flat seaming machine is realized.
For conventional chain stitch, the flat seaming machine operates using one thread. The fabric is placed on the metal plate under the needle and pressed down by the presser foot. At the beginning of each needle, the needle passes a loop through the fabric. The looper device moves in synchronism with the needle and will catch the loop of thread before the needle is lifted. Once the needle is lifted clear of the fabric, the drive dog moves the fabric forward. When the needle passes through the fabric again, a new stitch passes through the middle of the previous stitch. The looper again grasps the loop and winds it over the next loop. In this way each coil is exactly congruent with the next coil. The main advantage of the chain stitch process is the fast stitch speed. The forming process of the three-line or four-line single-side covering chain stitch is as follows: 2 or 3 needles perforate the sewing material and lead the needle thread through the sewing material; at this time, the hook shuttle with the shuttle thread below the sewing material penetrates into the thread ring of all the needle threads, and the needle thread is sleeved on the hook shuttle (namely, on the shuttle thread) after the machine needle rises; then the feeding mechanism forwards transfers the sewing material for a certain distance, and the machine needle carries the needle thread for the second time to penetrate through the sewing material and is sleeved in a thread loop on the hook shuttle; after the hook shuttle retreats, the shuttle thread is sleeved on the machine needle (namely sleeved on the needle thread) and moves forward quickly, and then the hook shuttle is taken to penetrate into the thread loop of the needle thread; after the needle rises, the needle thread is sleeved on the hook shuttle again, the feeding mechanism transfers the sewing material forward for a certain distance, and meanwhile, the needle rod takes up the needle thread and the cam takes up the shuttle thread to complete a single-side covering chain stitch. This repeats the cyclic movement to form the seam.
However, such chain stitches are not very secure and once the thread end on one side is released, the entire stitch may fall off.

Detailed Description
The flat seaming machine and the method for reinforcing stitches thereof according to the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and from the claims. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is provided solely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.
The inventor researches and finds that the stitches sewn by the traditional flat seaming machine are chain type sewing stitches which are mostly used for collar rolling, edge rolling, hemmed edge, flat seaming, splicing seams, trimming and the like of knitted clothes, and realizes special sewing effects which are difficult to finish by a common flat seaming machine. However, the stitches sewn by the conventional flat seaming machine are chain type sewing stitches, and if the knots at the two ends of the chain type sewing stitches are damaged, the whole sewing stitches are loosened.
The inventor further researches and discovers that if the thread knots are added in the sewing process, even if the thread ends at the two ends are loose, the whole sewing stitch is not loose, and the firmness of the sewing stitch is ensured.
Therefore, the core idea of the invention is to add the sewing action of the wire bonding on the basis of the traditional chain type sewing stitch, thereby ensuring the firmness of the sewing stitch.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, a flat seaming machine comprises: the needle group 100, the looper 200, the thread hooking component 300, the first thread releasing component 401 and the second thread releasing component 402; the needle group 100 and the looper 200 are used in cooperation to realize a first sewing action of the flat seaming machine; the first thread releasing assembly 401 is used for synchronously releasing all the machine needles of the machine needle group 100; the needle group 100 at least comprises a first needle 101 and a second needle 102 which are vertically arranged in a gradient manner, and the needle head position of the second needle 102 is lower than that of the first needle 101; the second thread loosening assembly 402 is used for loosening the needle thread of the second needle 102; the thread hooking component 300 is configured to hook the needle thread of the second needle 102, so that the needle thread of the second needle 102 and the curved needle 200 enclose to form a triangular thread loop; the needle group 100, the looper 200 and the thread hooking component 300 are matched to realize the second sewing action of the flat seaming machine.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the present invention provides a flat-seam machine that adds an additional thread-releasing assembly, i.e., the second thread-releasing assembly 402, as compared to conventional flat-seam machines. The first thread releasing assembly 401 has no difference from the thread releasing assembly in the conventional flat seaming machine in position and effect, and is used for synchronously releasing all the machine needle threads of the machine needle group 100 of the flat seaming machine. The second thread slacking 402 is used to coordinate the second sewing operation, i.e., the wire bonding operation.
The needle group 100 and the looper 200 are both in the prior art of a conventional flat seaming machine, the needle group 100 at least includes two vertically arranged needles (if the needles are more than three, the needles are arranged at equal intervals along the same plane), and the needles are arranged in a gradient manner, including a first needle 101 with a needle head above and a second needle 102 with a needle head below. The needle group 100 and the looper 200 are combined to wind the needle thread and the looper thread.
In addition, for the conventional flat seaming machine, the conventional flat seaming machine performs a sewing operation once the needle set 100 performs an up-and-down movement, and in this embodiment, the sewing operation of the conventional sewing machine is a first sewing operation, and the stitch to be sewn by the first sewing operation is a chain stitch. Through the improvement of the inventor, the flat seaming machine provided by the invention can also perform the second sewing action, and the second sewing action is completed by the cooperation of the thread hooking component 300. The thread hooking component 300 is arranged below a sewing table of the flat seaming machine and is positioned on the same horizontal plane with the looper 200, and the thread hooking component 300 hooks the needle thread of the second needle 102 along a direction far away from the looper 200 before the second needle 102 descends below the sewing table of the flat seaming machine, so that the needle thread of the second needle 102 and the looper 200 are enclosed to form a triangular thread loop, and the second needle 102 conveniently penetrates through the triangular thread loop, thereby forming a thread joint.
The invention also provides a closed stitch component 500, as shown in fig. 4, the closed stitch component 500 comprises a magnet inside, and the distance between the needles in the needle group is adjusted by the magnet, so that the sewing stitch is more compact.
The invention also provides a method for reinforcing the sewing stitch of the flat seaming machine, which comprises the following steps:
first, the needle group 100 of the flat-seam machine cooperates with the looper 200 to complete the first sewing operation, which is an operation of completing a basic chain stitch, starting with the needle group 100 moving downward from the highest position, and ending again at the highest position after the needle group 100 moves to the lowest position. The first sewing action is performed twice, taking into full account the reinforcement effect of the sewing stitches. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the first sewing action can be performed once or more than three times, and the number of the first sewing actions can be changed according to the specific actual requirement and is within the protection scope of the present invention.
Next, the second thread releasing assembly 402 is turned on, the needle unit 100 moves downward, the thread hooking assembly 300 hooks the needle thread of the second needle 102 before the second needle 102 descends below the sewing table of the flat seaming machine, the needle thread of the second needle 102 is wound on the looper 200, and the hooking action of the thread hooking assembly 300 causes the needle thread to form a triangular thread loop between the looper and the thread hooking assembly of the flat seaming machine.
Then, the needle group 100 continues to descend, the second needle 102 passes through the triangular loop, the looper 200 moves away from the thread hooking component 300, and when the needle group 100 descends to the lowest point, the needle thread on the thread hooking component 300 naturally falls off and is sleeved on the needle. Compared with the common chain type sewing stitch, the flat seaming machine provided by the invention makes a knot on the needle thread of the second needle 102 and sleeves the knot on the second needle 102, so that the effect of stitch reinforcement is achieved.
Then, as in the conventional flat seaming machine, the needle group 100 is lifted up, one end of the part, below the sewing table, of all the needle threads of the needle group 100 is fixed on the cloth due to resistance of the sewn cloth, the other end of the part, below the sewing table, of all the needle threads of the needle group 100 moves upwards due to traction of the needle group, the linear distance between the two ends of the part, below the sewing table, of the same needle thread is reduced, and a thread loop is formed between the needle thread and the corresponding needle.
Then, the looper 200 is inserted into the loop according to the trajectory, the needle group 100 returns to the highest point, the sewing operation is finished, and the step S1 is repeated until all sewing operations are completed.
And finally, the flat seaming machine performs thread cutting action to cut all machine needle threads and looper threads, and sewing is completed.
In summary, in the flat seaming machine and the method for reinforcing the stitches thereof provided by the embodiment of the invention, the second sewing action is added in the sewing process, so that the problem of insecure sewing stitches can be solved.
The above description is only for the purpose of describing the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any variations and modifications made by those skilled in the art based on the above disclosure are within the scope of the appended claims.
