Abstract
The invention provides furniture aerosol paint and a preparation method thereof, wherein the furniture aerosol paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50.0-60.0 parts of diluent, 10.0-20.0 parts of nitrocotton, 10.0-20.0 parts of modified rosin resin, 0.3-0.8 part of flatting agent, 0.1-1.0 part of dispersing agent, 15.0-25.0 parts of modified alkyd resin, 1.0-3.0 parts of coloring agent and 10.0-20.0 parts of propellant. The furniture aerosol paint has the following beneficial effects: 1. the furniture aerosol paint is convenient to construct and stable in product performance; 2. the product can be sprayed on different woods and also on renovated furniture, and has wide application range; 3. the product has good spraying effect, can be sprayed in a targeted manner, and improves the construction capability of the product; 4. the product is used for spraying and coloring furniture, has uniform color and provides good appearance and protective performance for the furniture. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the furniture aerosol paint.

Propellant 10.0-20.0 weight portions;
the diluent is at least one of ethylene glycol methyl ether acetate, butyl acetate, butanone, xylene, dimethyl carbonate, propanol and ethylene glycol dibutyl ether;
the nitrocotton is at least one of 1/2 second nitrocotton, 1/4 second nitrocotton and 1/16 second nitrocotton;
the modified rosin resin is at least one of 136 rosin glyceride, 422 rosin modified maleic anhydride resin and 138 rosin glyceride;
the leveling agent is at least one of BYK323, BYK320 and BYK 331;
the dispersant is at least one of BYK110, BYK103 and EFK 47;
the alkyd resin is at least one of soybean oil alkyd resin, synthetic fatty acid alkyd resin and castor oil alkyd resin;
the propellant is at least one of LPG, dimethyl ether, CO2, N2, HFC-134a and HFO-1234 ze.
According to another aspect of the invention, there is provided an aerosol paint for air furniture and a preparation method thereof, comprising the following steps:
(1) Preparing feed liquid: adding a diluent and nitrocotton into a container according to the weight part ratio, uniformly stirring, adding the modified rosin resin, uniformly stirring until the modified rosin resin is completely dissolved, slowly adding the leveling agent and the dispersing agent, uniformly stirring, adding the alkyd resin and the coloring agent, uniformly stirring, and finally filtering for later use;
(2) Filling: filling the mixture into an aerosol can according to a certain filling rate, adding a valve, sealing, filling the propellant, and installing a press head and a cover to obtain the furniture aerosol paint.
The furniture aerosol paint provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the furniture aerosol paint is convenient to construct and stable in product performance;

5. the paint film is dry heat resistant: according to the dry heat resistance measurement method of the furniture surface of the standard GB/T4893.3-2005;
6. water resistance (24 h) according to the method for measuring the cold liquid resistance of the furniture surface of GB/T4893.1-2005.
The test results in table 1 show that the furniture aerosol paint has excellent comprehensive performance, and example 4 is relatively excellent. The furniture aerosol paint and the preparation method thereof have the characteristics of simple manufacturing process, convenient use, uniform color, stable product performance and the like.

1. The furniture aerosol paint is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
55.0 to 60.0 portions of diluent
10.0 to 20.0 portions of nitrocotton
5.0 to 20.0 portions of modified rosin resin
0.3 to 0.8 portion of flatting agent
0.1 to 1.0 portion of dispersant
15.0 to 25.0 portions of modified alkyd resin
1.0 to 3.0 portions of coloring agent
10.0 to 20.0 portions of propellant.
2. The furniture aerosol paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diluent is at least one of ethylene glycol methyl ether acetate, butyl acetate, butanone, xylene, dimethyl carbonate, propanol, and ethylene glycol dibutyl ether.
3. The furniture aerosol paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nitrocellulose is at least one of 1/2 second nitrocellulose, 1/4 second nitrocellulose and 1/16 second nitrocellulose.
4. The furniture aerosol paint of claim 1, wherein the modified rosin resin is at least one of 136 rosin glycerol ester, 422 rosin modified maleic anhydride resin, and 138 rosin glycerol ester.
5. The aerosol paint for furniture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the leveling agent is at least one of BYK323, BYK320 and BYK 331.
6. The furniture aerosol paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dispersing agent is at least one of BYK110, BYK103 and EFK 47.
7. The furniture aerosol paint of claim 1, wherein the alkyd resin is at least one of a soybean oil alkyd resin, a synthetic fatty acid alkyd resin, and a castor oil alkyd resin.
8. The furniture aerosol paint of claim 1, wherein the propellant is at least one of LPG, dimethyl ether, CO2, N2, HFC-134a, HFO-1234 ze.
9. The method for preparing furniture aerosol paint according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Preparing feed liquid: adding a diluent and nitrocotton into a container according to the weight part ratio, uniformly stirring, adding the modified rosin resin, uniformly stirring until the modified rosin resin is completely dissolved, slowly adding the leveling agent and the dispersing agent, uniformly stirring, adding the alkyd resin and the coloring agent, uniformly stirring, and finally filtering for later use;
