The method of the invention is as follows:
step one: 1 ton of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort volume was measured: length x width x height = 1.2 x 1.5 = 1.8m and using a heat seal machine to make a film curtain according to the measured volume;
step two: sealing 1 ton of rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong with the film curtain in step one to ensure tightness, and meanwhile, reserving 2 parts of small sample as a medicine stack area;
step three: 10 bags of deoxidizer are added at 1m, and 10 x 1.8=18 bags are needed for accounting 1 ton of dangshen in the first step;
step four: measuring 18 deoxidizing agent-coated volume length x width x height = 0.3 x 0.2 = 0.018m by using a heat seal machine to form a film curtain;
step five: sealing the 18 bags of deoxidizing agent by using the film curtain in the fourth step, and ensuring the sealing property, namely a low oxygen area;
step six: the thin film tent on the side wall of the medicine stack area is cut off by the scissors, the intelligent detection monitoring equipment can be placed into a small opening in the medicine stack, the intelligent detection monitoring equipment is attached to the thin film tent on the side wall of the medicine stack area, and the small opening is flatly attached by the PE adhesive tape.
Cutting small holes which can be penetrated by power wires at the positions near the film tent of the intelligent detection monitoring equipment, connecting the intelligent detection monitoring equipment with a portable external power supply through the power wires, and sealing the power wires and the small openings by using a rubber valve;
step seven: two silica gel tubes with the cutting length of 1m and the pipe diameter of 5cm are connected with the left and right bottom corners of the medicine stack area and the hypoxia area respectively through rubber valves.
Step eight: and (3) the intelligent detection monitoring equipment is connected with the mobile phone in a pairing way, namely the operation steps of the invention are finished, namely the sealing is finished.
Tracking and detecting:
(1) Through 12 months of storage period observation and detection, 1 ton of boat-fruited sterculia seed passes through the plum rain season, and the problem of deterioration such as insect growth and mildew is avoided by naked eyes.
(2) Through detection, the oxygen concentration in the medicine stack area is reduced to 5% from 5-7 days after the sealing is completed; the oxygen concentration is reduced to below 2% after 10-15 days and is kept below 2%.
(3) The effective content of the Ligusticum chuanxiong in the three sampling medicine stack area is basically unchanged compared with the effective content of the Ligusticum chuanxiong in the first step.

step three: 10 bags of deoxidizer are added at 1m, and 10 x 1.8=18 bags are needed for accounting 1 ton of dangshen in the first step;
step four: measuring 18 deoxidizing agent-coated volume length x width x height = 0.3 x 0.3 = 0.027m, using a heat seal machine to form a film curtain;
step five: sealing the 22 bags of deoxidizing agent by using the film curtain in the fourth step, and ensuring the sealing property, namely a low oxygen area;
step six: the thin film tent on the side wall of the medicine stack area is cut off by the scissors, the intelligent detection monitoring equipment can be placed into a small opening in the medicine stack, the intelligent detection monitoring equipment is attached to the thin film tent on the side wall of the medicine stack area, and the small opening is flatly attached by the PE adhesive tape.

1. A split type low-oxygen quality guarantee and intelligent detection monitoring method for traditional Chinese medicinal materials is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step one: firstly, measuring the volume of a medicine stack to be stored, and manufacturing a film curtain according to the measured volume of the medicine stack;
step two: sealing the traditional Chinese medicinal materials to be stored by using the film curtain manufactured in the first step to form a medicine stack area;
step three: calculating the consumption of the deoxidizer according to the volume of the Chinese medicine stack in the first step;
step four: measuring the volume of the required deoxidizer according to the consumption of the deoxidizer required in the third step, and cutting and manufacturing a film curtain according to the volume of the required deoxidizer;
step five: sealing the deoxidizer by using the film curtain in the fourth step to form a low oxygen area;
step six: the intelligent detection monitoring equipment to be used is arranged in the medicine stack area in the second step, and the installation position is the inner side wall of the film curtain of the medicine stack area;
step seven: the medicine stack area in the second step is communicated with the hypoxia area in the fifth step through a silica gel pipe, and the joints of the silica gel pipe, the medicine stack area and the hypoxia area are all in sealing arrangement;
step eight: the intelligent detection monitoring equipment in the step six is in communication connection with a mobile phone;
the medicine stack area in the second step and the hypoxia area in the fifth step are of independent split type unit structures;
the split units of the mutually independent medicine stack area and the hypoxia area are communicated through a plurality of silica gel pipes, and the insides of the two ends of the silica gel pipes are respectively provided with a water absorption sponge;
the number of the silicone tubes is more than or equal to 2, the diameter of the tubes is more than or equal to 5cm, and the connecting positions of the silicone tubes, the medicine stack area and the hypoxia area are distributed in a dispersed way;
in the third step, the deoxidizer model is 7000cc type, and the dosage of 7000cc type per cubic meter is 10 bags;
the film curtain manufacturing materials in the first step and the fourth step are at least one of nylon composite films, TPU films and EVA films;
the oxygen transmission rate of the film is less than or equal to 20 cm < 3 >/square meter 24 h.0.1 MPa.

The split type low-oxygen quality guarantee and intelligent detection and monitoring method for traditional Chinese medicinal materials according to claim 1, wherein the power source used by the intelligent detection and monitoring equipment is a portable external power source, and the power source is arranged on the outer side wall of the film tent.
