Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种处理驾驶员的心理物理状态以改善道路车辆的驾驶体验的方法和一种相关的车辆系统。特别地,本发明有利地但非排他地应用于高性能道路车辆,特别是当在赛道上驾驶时,在下面的描述中将对此进行明确提及,而不会因此失去一般性。
背景技术
一般来说,道路车辆、尤其是高性能道路车辆的不同功能可以基于车辆本身的行为(动态参数)、车辆状况(磨损)以及驾驶员与车辆的交互方式(驾驶风格)进行调整。
事实上,如今,驾驶员/驾驶仪的驾驶体验和训练通过共同的标准进行改善,该标准专门使用旨在达到共同幸福感或赛道性能的目标管理的车辆参数作为反馈。
然而,涉及改善驾驶体验的技术现状并没有考虑到每个单独的驾驶员的主观性,他们以与其他驾驶员不同的独特方式感知驾驶体验和与性能相关的感觉。
最近开发了一些系统,它们旨在分析驾驶员进入车辆和/或正在驾驶时的心理物理状态,特别是检查可能的醉酒状态(通过血液酒精含量测试),并且在必要时,防止车辆启动或监测驾驶员的疲倦状况并建议休息。在最后一种情况下,这些系统通常设有光学传感器,例如摄像机,以评估例如驾驶员眼睑的张开度。
然而,这些系统只专注于对交通开放的道路的安全,而不以任何方式旨在改善驾驶员的驾驶体验。此外,这些系统限于对驾驶员进行一般的视觉评估,目前没有考虑到不同驾驶员的主观性;例如,即使不改变眼睑的张开度,驾驶员也可能是疲倦的,就像驾驶员即使部分闭合眼睑也可能完全集中注意力一样。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种处理驾驶员的心理物理状态以改善道路车辆的驾驶体验的方法和一种相关的车辆系统,它们至少部分地没有上述缺点,同时实施和制造起来简单且经济。
根据本发明,提供了如所附权利要求所述的处理驾驶员的心理生理状态以改善道路车辆的驾驶体验的方法及相关的车辆系统。
所附权利要求描述了本发明的优选实施方式并构成描述的组成部分。

具体实施方式
在图1中,附图标记1总体上表示用于改善由驾驶员DR驾驶并具备两个前轮W和两个后轮(特别是驱动轮)的道路车辆2的驾驶体验的车辆系统。车辆2具备乘坐室3,其被设计为容纳驾驶员DR和可能的乘客。术语“驾驶体验”既包括与车辆内部的舒适性相关的体验,也包括与性能方面(即在赛道上)的车辆管理相关的体验。在最后一种情况下,如果它提高了性能或者无论如何使驾驶员对其表现有了更好的认识,那么体验就会得到改善。
特别地,车辆系统1被配置为处理驾驶员DR的心理生理状态,以改善他/她的驾驶体验,更确切地说是他/她在赛道T上的表现(即单圈时间(lap time))。术语“心理物理状态”表示与驾驶员DR感受到的情绪/感觉或一组情绪/感觉有关的所有那些状态。例如,心理物理状态是:压力、焦虑、悲伤、疲倦、冷漠(中性状态)、高兴、快乐、惊讶、恐惧……
车辆系统1包括(特别是,除了车辆2之外)一个或多个传感器装置4,其被配置为在使用中检测驾驶员DR的一个或多个客观生命参数OP(例如参见图5)。驾驶员DR的客观生命参数OP是能够通过合适的系统测量并与能够提供关于他/她的状态的有用指示的驾驶员DR身体的物理/化学状况相关的所有参数。这些参数被认为是客观的,因为它们对于每个人都有正常值和异常值(高于或低于正常值)。
有利地但不是必须地,生命参数OP包括心率HR和/或心电图ECG和/或呼吸频率RR和/或体温BT和/或氧饱和度OS。替代地或附加地,客观生命参数OP包括:动脉压力和/或氧消耗和/或能量消耗(例如,通过代谢计)和/或皮肤电活动(EDA)和/或汗腺活动PE。在一些非限制性情况下,生命参数OP还包括心率变异性,即两次连续心跳的时间间隔之间的差值(通常对其基于压力或疲倦的变化有用)。
在一些优选的非限制性情况下,例如图1和图2所示的情况,传感器装置4包括可由驾驶员DR穿戴的一个或多个可穿戴元件WE(图2)。特别地,例如在图1和图2的非限制性实施方式中,传感器装置4包括头盔E和/或手套GL和/或赛车服装RS的一部分(或下面的衣服)和/或智能手表WT(特别是已知的智能手表,因此将不对其进行详细讨论,其被配置为检测HR、ECG、OS等)。优选地,手套GL包括特别是设置在驾驶员DR的指尖区域中的脉搏血氧定量计PO。
有利地但不是必须地,至少一只手套GL包括设置在手掌和/或至少一根手指的区域中的压力传感器。
有利地但不是必须地,传感器装置4包括被配置为测量皮肤的电导(皮肤电反应,electrodermal response)的GSR(皮电反应)传感器。特别地,GSR传感器被配置为设置在驾驶员DR的手腕区域中。更特别地,传感器GSR集成在手套GL中。强烈的情绪可能会对神经系统造成压力,从而增加汗腺的活动。在这种情况下,GSR传感器允许监测与驾驶员DR相关的活动PE。
根据一些优选但非限制性的实施方式,手套GL是生物测量手套(特别是目前在F1锦标赛中批准的类型)。通过这种方式,目前仅出于安全目的(在发生碰撞时监测驾驶员的生命参数)使用的生物测量手套GL被不同地利用以改善驾驶员DR的驾驶体验(舒适性和性能)。
有利地但不是必须地,赛车服装RS包括至少一件衣服(特别是覆盖胸部),该衣服设有温度传感器和/或压电传感器和/或电极(用于本地安装或远程的心电图仪器)和/或心率监测器。
替代地或附加地,传感器装置4包括一个或多个固定元件FE(图2),其安装在被配置为容纳驾驶员DR的座椅S的区域中或方向盘SW的区域中或集成到车辆2的其他部件(例如,无线传感器,例如距离温度传感器)的区域中。
有利地但不是必须地,方向盘SW包括(在它没有集成在手套GL中的情况下)传导传感器以处理心电图ECG(同时检测心率HR)。特别地,如果方向盘SW没有集成在手套GL中,则方向盘SW包括光体积描记图(photoplethysmogram,PPG传感器)以检测驾驶员DR的血量变化。
有利地但不是必须地,在固定元件FE中,传感器装置4包括雷达传感器,该雷达传感器特别是设置在座椅S的区域中,优选在驾驶员DR的背部后面。
此外,车辆系统1包括一个或多个传感器装置5,其被配置为在使用中检测驾驶员DR的一个或多个主观参数SP。术语“主观参数”表示表征一个人不同于其他人并且基于驾驶员的心理物理状态而变化的那些参数(因此,表征生物测量参数,例如指纹必须被排除在外)。特别地,主观参数SP是面部表情FEX和声音表达VEX(图4和图5)。事实上,这些参数使一个驾驶员DR区别于另一个驾驶员,同时根据他/她的心理物理状态而变化。因此,优选地,主观参数SP变化。
有利地但不是必须地,传感器装置5包括至少一个麦克风M,其被配置为检测驾驶员DR的声音表达VEX和/或光学传感器7,特别是被配置为检测驾驶员DR的面部表情FEX的摄像机和/或热感摄像机C。特别地,摄像机C和麦克风M被配置为基于已知的面部跟踪/面部分析算法和语音跟踪/语音分析算法(因此,在此不对其进行详细描述)来检测面部表情FEX(悲伤、哭泣、眼睑开/合频率、微笑、大笑等)和声音表达VEX(语调、兴高采烈等)。
另外,车辆系统1包括与装置4和5连接的处理单元6,该处理单元6被配置为根据检测到的所述一个或多个客观生命参数OP处理(即,数值计算)生命状态指数SI的值,并从客观生命参数OP开始并根据主观参数SP,处理(即确定)驾驶员DR的心理物理状态ES。详细地,处理单元6还被配置为执行上述的算法。
根据本发明的另外的非限制性实施方式,提供了一种处理驾驶员DR的心理物理状态以改善特别是在赛道T上驾驶时驾驶员DR驾驶的道路车辆2的驾驶体验的方法。
该方法包括以下步骤:通过上述的安装在车辆系统1内的传感器4(换言之,固定元件FE和可穿戴元件WE)循环地检测(在驾驶时)驾驶员DR的一个或多个客观生命参数OP。
该方法还包括以下步骤:根据检测到的客观生命参数OP(通过处理单元6)处理生命状态指数SI的值。
根据优选但非限制性的实施方式,生命状态指数SI的值是绝对值或平均值(特别是加权平均值)。特别地,由于客观生命参数OP以非常不同的间隔变化,因此该方法需要对每个客观生命参数OP应用相关的校正权重α、β、γ、δ,以便在一个单一的可比量表上使其标准化。详细地,生命状态指数SI的值表示当前客观生命参数OP远离中性参考参数的程度。换言之,生命状态指数SI的值是对测量的客观生命参数OP和被视为参考的客观生命参数OP(在基本中性的心理物理条件下)之间的差值的量度。
有利地但不是必须地,该方法还包括调整步骤,该调整步骤在本文描述的(前述)循环步骤之前并且在该调整步骤期间,在静止(中性)条件下、特别是当车辆2停放时记录驾驶员的客观生命参数OP。特别地,在调整步骤期间检测到的客观生命参数OP被用作计算生命状态指数SI的参考。更确切地说,生命状态指数SI的计算使用在调整步骤期间检测到的客观生命参数OP与在驾驶时循环检测到的客观生命参数OP之间的差值。
根据非限制性实施方式,通过(简化的)例子并且仅使用心率HR、呼吸频率RR、体温BT和氧饱和度OS作为参数OP,指数SI的值被计算为每个参考参数OP与(在驾驶时循环检测的)相关测量参数OP之间的差值的(加权)平均值,全部差值除以相应的参考参数,以便以百分比量化参考参数OP与测量参数OP之间的差值。特别地,根据本例子,指数SI的值是根据以下公式测量的:
其中,α、β、γ和δ是相应的权重(例如,以经验方式或通过参考表计算的);其中下标N表示参考参数OP(在驾驶员DR的中性心理物理条件下,例如在调整步骤期间记录的),下标M表示测量参数OP。显然,可以重新调整该公式以包含上述所有参数OP,从而考虑它们与参考值的差值。
通过这样做而获得的指数SI的值向处理单元6提供了参考参数OP和测量参数之间的差值的份额。这导致在经验上或理论上确定阈值,超过该阈值车辆系统1执行保护驾驶员DR和他/她的舒适度的动作或提供输入以改善他/她的表现(如果在某些区域检测到过大的压力或缺乏准备)。然而,存在某些情况,客观参数不足以完全限定驾驶员DR的心理物理状态ES。例如,高心率和呼吸频率以及心律失常可能是焦虑/担忧的心理物理状态和惊讶/快乐的心理物理状态的症状。换言之,单独的客观参数OP无法限定驾驶员的心理物理状态ES是积极的(倾向于高兴、快乐——在图4中用√表示)还是消极的(倾向于恐慌、焦虑、恐惧——在图4中用X表示)。参考参数OP和测量参数OP之间的差异强度越大,生命状态指数SI的值越大。
因此,另外,该方法包括以下步骤:通过安装在车辆系统1内的传感器5循环地检测(在驾驶时)驾驶员DR的一个或多个主观(心理物理)参数。有利地但不是必须地,该步骤需要分析驾驶员的面部表情FEX或声音表达VEX,从而确定驾驶员DR的心理物理状态是积极的还是消极的。
根据一些非限制性实施方式,例如图1所示的实施方式,驾驶员DR的主观参数SP是特别是通过光学传感器7检测的面部表情FEX。
替代地或附加地,如图1的非限制性实施方式中所示,驾驶员DR的主观参数SP是特别是通过麦克风检测的声音表达VEX。
根据一些非限制性实施方式,该方法包括检测面部表情FEX的第一子步骤和从属于第一子步骤(即,在第一子步骤不能准确理解用于确定驾驶员的心理物理状态ES的表情的情况下)的特别是通过向驾驶员DR询问预设问题并通过麦克风M收听来检测声音表达VEX的第二子步骤。
优选地,该方法还包括以下步骤:使用客观参数OP和主观参数SP两者的适当加密算法来保护驾驶员DR的隐私。
在一些优选但非限制性的情况下,驾驶员DR选择与车辆系统1共享哪些客观参数OP和/或哪些主观参数SP和/或哪些边界因素。
特别地,在传感器4和5的检测以及生命状态指数SI的处理之后,该方法需要从客观生命参数OP开始并根据主观参数SP,处理驾驶员的心理物理状态ES。
根据一些非限制性实施方式,如图5所示的实施方式,客观生命参数OP选自于以下各项组成的组:心率HR、心电图ECG、呼吸频率RR、汗腺活动PE、体温BT、氧饱和度OS或它们的任何组合。
有利地但不是必须地,并且如图4的非限制性实施方式中示意性所示,该方法需要根据传感器装置5检测到的主观参数SP来维持或改变状态指数SI的值的符号。这样,心理物理状态ES基于正号或负号来限定。
有利地但不是必须地,为了提高车辆系统1的灵活性和可靠性,根据一个或多个边界因素、特别是驾驶员的轮廓数据、车辆的高度、人体测量数据或它们的任何组合来校正(加上或减去预定的校正因子)生命状态指数SI的值(特别是参考值)。这样,例如,可以执行更准确的分析,从而通过不同的轮廓和特征区分驾驶员的正常值或异常值。特别地,根据一些优选的非限制性实施方式,驾驶员DR选择他/她想要与车辆系统1共享哪些边界因素,自主地选择监测的精确度。
术语“人体测量数据”标识了与驾驶员DR的身体有关的所有可能的测量值,例如肢体的长度和/或厚度、高度、身体关节的位置等。
根据一些非限制性实施方式,上述边界因素中的至少一部分是通过经由接口装置8询问驾驶员DR来检测的。换言之,处理单元6被配置为基于从接口装置8接收的数据来接收至少部分边界因素。特别地,接口装置8被配置为检测驾驶员DR的图像和/或人体测量数据。
在一些非限制性情况下并且根据图3的非限制性实施方式,接口装置8是智能手机9。在其他非限制性情况下,替代地或附加地,接口装置是车辆2内部的pc、平板电脑、虚拟助手或控制面板。
有利地但不是必须地,该方法还包括以下步骤:根据在赛道T上驾驶时驾驶员DR的心理物理状态ES来估计驾驶员DR的驾驶能力。
在一些非限制性情况下,该方法还包括以下步骤:根据(先前检测到的)心理物理状态ES和估计的驾驶能力向驾驶员DR建议专门训练。特别地,驾驶员DR接收要在接口装置8上显示的关于他/她的表现的信息,例如用于更好地应对赛道T的某些部分的特定训练(从身体和精神的角度来看)。
特别地,该方法还包括以下步骤:在估计驾驶能力之后在赛道的一圈期间向驾驶员DR建议纠正动作CA,其中所建议的纠正动作CA的质量和/或数量根据所估计的驾驶能力进行过滤。

本发明提供了许多优点。
首先,本文所描述的方法和车辆系统不仅允许用户了解车辆的状态,而且还允许用户监测驾驶员的心理生理状态,从而通过建议纠正动作来改善他/她尤其是在赛道上的驾驶体验。
此外,对于经验不足的驾驶员,可以提出专门的训练建议,也旨在改善驾驶员的身体状况。
本发明的另一优点在于在测量参数OP与参考参数OP过度不同,超过了限定参数的正常范围的预定阈值的情况下,可以警告驾驶员。
此外,本发明允许对驾驶员的参数OP和SP进行实时分析,以便识别驾驶员的反应并在心理物理准备和管理协议方面从中受益,从而提供匹配他/她的驾驶能力的建议和/或纠正动作。
另外,对于职业驾驶员的准备,这种方法也可以在模拟器中使用,以便即使在上赛道之前也对驾驶员进行最好的训练。
Claims (15)
1.一种处理驾驶员(DR)的心理物理状态以改善所述驾驶员(DR)驾驶的道路车辆(2)的驾驶体验的方法;该方法包括以下步骤:
-通过安装在车辆系统(1)内的一个或多个第一传感器(4)循环地检测所述驾驶员(DR)的一个或多个客观生命参数(OP);
-根据检测到的一个或多个客观生命参数(OP)处理生命状态指数(SI)的值;
-通过安装在所述车辆系统(1)内的一个或多个第二传感器(5)循环地检测所述驾驶员(DR)的一个或多个主观参数(SP),其中所述驾驶员(DR)的所述一个或多个主观参数(SP)是面部表情(FEX)和/或声音表达;
-从所述客观生命参数(OP)开始并根据所述主观参数(SP),处理所述驾驶员(DR)的心理物理状态;
所述方法的特征在于,根据所述主观参数(SP)维持或改变所述状态指数的值的符号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其包括调整步骤,在该调整步骤期间,在静止条件下、特别是当所述车辆(2)静止时记录所述驾驶员(DR)的客观生命参数(OP)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述一个或多个客观生命参数(OP)选自于以下各项组成的组:心率(HR)、心电图(ECG)、呼吸频率(RR)、汗腺活动、体温(BT)、氧饱和度(OS)或它们的任何一种组合。
