A square PC well chamber prefabricated template comprises an inner die (I), an outer die (II), an inclined strut support (III), an inclined strut (IV) and a fastener (V), and is characterized in that the inner die (I) is formed by combining a U-shaped inner angle keel (1), an H-shaped inner angle keel (2), a U-shaped standard length straight section keel (5), an H-shaped standard length straight section keel (6), an inner die U-shaped nonstandard length straight section keel (7), an inner die H-shaped nonstandard length straight section keel (8), a batten (11), an external corner plate A (12), an external corner plate B (13), a clamping strip (14), a base plate (15), a rubber sheet (16) and a bolt (23); the outer die (II) is formed by combining a U-shaped outer corner keel (3), an H-shaped outer corner keel (4), a U-shaped standard length straight section keel (5), an H-shaped standard length straight section keel (6), an outer die U-shaped nonstandard length straight section keel (9), an outer die H-shaped nonstandard length straight section keel (10), a slat (11), a clamping strip (14), a rubber sheet (16) and a bolt (23); the inclined strut support (III) is formed by combining a support guide rail (17) and a support (18); the inclined strut (IV) is formed by combining a threaded sleeve (19) and a threaded mandril (20); the fastener (V) is formed by combining two grabbing buckles (21) and a lock catch (22).

The square PC well room prefabricated form of claim 1, wherein: the keel has two section types; one is a U-shaped cross section which is respectively arranged at the upper end part and the lower end part of the combined template, namely a U-shaped inner corner keel (1), a U-shaped outer corner keel (3), a U-shaped standard length straight section keel (5), an inner die U-shaped nonstandard length straight section keel (7) and an outer die U-shaped nonstandard length straight section keel (9); the H-shaped section is arranged in the middle of a combined template, and comprises an H-shaped inner angle keel (2), an H-shaped outer angle keel (4), an H-shaped standard length straight section keel (6), an inner mold H-shaped nonstandard length straight section keel (8) and an outer mold H-shaped nonstandard length straight section keel (10).

The square PC well chamber prefabricated form as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the keels with the two cross sections have two plane shapes, namely a straight section and a right-angle section, and the right-angle section is divided into an inner-angle keel and an outer-angle keel; the inner corner keel is arranged at the corner of the inner mold, and the outer corner keel is arranged at the corner of the outer mold; the straight section is divided into a straight section with standard length and a straight section with non-standard length; the length of the standard length straight section is 1m, the standard length straight section is arranged in the middle of the span of the inner mold and the outer mold, the non-standard section is arranged between the right-angle section keel and the standard length straight section, and the length of the non-standard section is required to be set according to the size of a specific inspection well; limiting holes are formed in the keel flanges and used for fixing the battens (11) and orderly arranging the battens (11) into the template panel; the keel is in a segmented state before use, and all the segments are connected into a whole through bolts (22) when the keel is used.

The square PC well room prefabricated form of claim 1, wherein: the inner mold U-shaped nonstandard length straight section keel (7), the inner mold H-shaped nonstandard length straight section keel (8), the outer mold U-shaped nonstandard length straight section keel (9) and the outer mold H-shaped nonstandard length straight section keel (10) are all nonstandard components, and the manufacturing length of the components is determined according to the size of the square PC well; the main section of the batten (11) is a T-shaped section, the length is 1m standard length, and other length sections smaller than 1m can be produced according to actual needs; the flange direction is a panel, and a rib plate is vertical to the flange direction; the upper part, the middle part and the lower part of the rib plate are protruded backwards, penetrate through the limiting hole of the keel and penetrate out of the limiting hole at the other side of the keel, and the end parts of the protruding parts are provided with clamping grooves for placing clamping strips (14).

The square PC well chamber prefabricated form as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the external corner plate has two specifications, namely an external corner plate A (12) and an external corner plate B (13), and the main sections of the external corner plates are both F-shaped sections; the external corner plates with two specifications are respectively positioned on two sides of the corner external corner of the internal mold (I), the plate surfaces of the external corner plates are flush with the batten (11), and the external corner plates act on the batten (11) in the same way.

The square PC well room prefabricated form of claim 1, wherein: the clamping strip (14) is of a rectangular section and is used for limiting the sliding of the batten in the limiting hole; the base plate (15) is a rectangular steel plate and is used for fixing an external angle plate on the internal angle keel, the lower end of the base plate (15) extends into a clamping groove of the external angle plate, and a mounting bolt (23) on the surface of the base plate (15) is fixed with a keel flange; the rubber sheet (16) is used as a template surface layer and is adhered to the panel of the batten (11); the inclined strut support (III) comprises a support guide rail (17) and a support (18); the support guide rail (17) is fixed on the ground through a bolt (23), the support (18) is fixed on the support guide rail (17) through a bottom structure, and the support form a sliding support together; the side wall of the support (18) is provided with a reserved bolt hole for fixing the end part of the threaded sleeve (19).

The square PC well room prefabricated form of claim 1, wherein: the inclined strut (IV) comprises a threaded sleeve (19) and a threaded ejector rod (20); the threaded mandril (20) is arranged in the threaded sleeve (19), and the threaded mandril (20) can do jacking and contracting movement by rotating the threaded sleeve (19), so that the length of the inclined strut (IV) can be conveniently adjusted; the end part of the threaded sleeve (19) is connected with the inclined strut support (III) through a bolt (23) to form a hinged support; the rod end of the threaded mandril (20) extends into the ear hole of the lock catch (22) to support the keel.

The square PC well room prefabricated form of claim 1, wherein: the ends of the grabbing buckles (21) symmetrically grab the upper flange and the lower flange on the outer side of the keel, and the lock catches (22) slide into the tails of the two grabbing buckles (21) to lock the two grabbing buckles (21); meanwhile, the ear hole of the lock catch (22) is used for structural connection with the end of the threaded mandril (20).
9. The construction assembling and disassembling method of the square PC well chamber prefabricated template as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
step (1), customizing a straight section keel with a nonstandard length: firstly, simulating the installation process of a square PC well prefabricated template in three-dimensional modeling software to obtain the length of a keel of a nonstandard length straight section to be customized and the number and arrangement positions of keel limiting holes; after the simulation installation is successful, customizing the keel according to the manufacturing parameters of the straight section keel with the nonstandard length;
step (2), installing a diagonal bracing support (III) at the position of a reserved bolt hole on the ground, and sticking a red adhesive tape on the ground to be used as an inner die and outer die installation positioning line to confirm that the field of the operation field is neat and safe;
step (3) preparing an inner die (I) for assembly and fixation: firstly, fixing 4 inclined struts (IV) on an inner die inclined strut support (III) through bolts; secondly, installing an external corner plate A (12) and an external corner plate B (13) on the internal corner keels, after the external corner plates are installed, combining all layers of internal corner keels into a whole, then arranging all combined internal corner keels at a designated position, then sequentially splicing straight section keels of the internal mold (I), connecting all sections of internal mold keels into a whole by using bolts (23), basically installing the main body of the internal mold (I), then aligning the main body position of the internal mold (I), installing fasteners on the keels of the internal mold (I), extending the end parts of threaded ejector rods (20) into ear holes of lock catches (22), and then sequentially assembling the battens (11); after all the laths (11) are installed, arranging the clamping strips (14) until the inner mold (I) is basically installed, finally paving rubber sheets (16) and coating a release agent on the surface layer;
step (4), preparing an outer mold (II), assembling and fixing: after the reinforcement cage is placed in place, the outer mold (II) is assembled and fixed; the assembling sequence of the external mold (II) is slightly different from that of the internal mold (I); the outer die (II) is firstly provided with a strip plate (11) on each corner keel, and is paved with rubber sheets (15) and smeared with a release agent to form an outer die corner template; then connecting straight section keels with standard length and non-standard length by using bolts (23), installing a strip plate (11), then paving rubber sheets (16) and coating a release agent to form an external mold straight template; finally, placing the outer mold corner templates and the straight templates at specified positions and connecting the outer mold corner templates and the straight templates into a whole by using bolts (23), so that the outer mold is installed; then aligning the main body of the outer die (II), installing a fastener and an inclined strut (IV) on a keel of the outer die (II), connecting the end part of a threaded sleeve (19) with a support (18) of the inclined strut (IV), and connecting the end part of a threaded ejector rod (20) with an ear hole of a lock catch (22); the inclined strut (IV) can enhance the bearing capacity of the template and is also used for positioning the template, so that the inner mold (I) and the outer mold (II) are not dislocated due to construction disturbance;
step (5), preparing and removing an external mold (II): firstly, bolts at the hinged points of the threaded sleeves (19) of the outer die diagonal braces (II) and the outer die diagonal brace (IV) supports (18) are removed, the outer die diagonal braces (IV) are removed, and fasteners of the outer die (II) are removed; secondly, the bolts (23) at the splicing positions of the keels of the outer die (II) are disassembled, and the die plate of the outer die (II) can be removed in a slicing mode; until the outer mold (II) is completely dismantled;
step (6) preparing to dismantle the internal mold (I): firstly, removing a bolt (23) at the hinged point of a threaded sleeve (19) of an inner die diagonal brace (IV) and a support (18) of the inner die diagonal brace (I), removing the inner die diagonal brace (IV), and removing a fastener of the inner die (I); secondly, integrally moving the inner mold (I) out or disassembling bolts (23) at the keel positions of all the sections by using hoisting equipment, and removing the inner mold (I) in sections; until the template is completely removed;
step (7) preparing to remove the rubber sheet (16): firstly, a hot air blower is used for heating the rubber sheet (16), and the glue melts at the moment, so that the rubber sheet is easy to separate from the ribbon board (11); and then cleaning the rubber sheet (16) and the ribbon board (11) by using organic solvents such as alcohol and the like, removing glue residues on the rubber sheet (16) and the ribbon board (11), and keeping the rubber sheet (16) and the ribbon board (11) clean for the next use.
