The front cleaning section comprises a pre-degreasing spraying section b, a main degreasing spraying section c, a plurality of washing spraying sections d and a silane spraying section e which are sequentially arranged in the spraying channel 7, a dripping section f which is arranged above the water receiving groove, a drying section g which is arranged in the dehydration drying channel 8, and a pre-spraying inspection section h which is arranged at the upstream of the base powder spraying equipment 2. A dehydrating and drying heater 81 is arranged in the middle of the dehydrating and drying channel 8. In the scheme, the metal workpiece is cleaned in advance in the conveying process, specifically, the metal workpiece is sprayed through pre-degreasing spraying, main degreasing spraying, repeated washing spraying and silane spraying, then dripping water and draining are carried out, and finally dehydration and drying are carried out, so that the surface cleanliness of the metal workpiece before the spraying of the base film is guaranteed to reach GB/T8923 Sa2.5 level.

Therefore, the metal workpiece plastic spraying assembly line adopts a roundabout and circulating mode, which is beneficial to reducing the occupied space of the whole assembly line, prolongs the heating and curing time in the bottom powder curing channel 3 and the flour curing channel 5, and ensures the quality of heating and curing.
As shown in fig. 3-6, the base powder spraying apparatus 2 includes a powder spray booth 20 and a powder spray recovery system. The powder spraying room 20 comprises a powder spraying room 21, two groups of powder spraying devices 22 arranged in the powder spraying room 21, a front observing room 23 arranged at the upstream of the powder spraying room 21, and a rear observing room 24 arranged at the downstream of the powder spraying room 21. A pendant channel 211 is formed in the middle of the powder spraying chamber 21, and a pendant conveying guide rail 212 is provided above the pendant channel 211. The front observation chamber 23 and the rear observation chamber 24 are used for detection work of workers, wherein the front observation chamber 23 can be used for observing whether a blank to be sprayed with powder is qualified or not, the rear observation chamber 24 can be used for observing whether the powder spraying is qualified or not, and manual spot spraying can be performed on a leakage point.
The two groups of powder spraying devices 22 are distributed outside the powder spraying chambers 21 at two sides of the hanging part channel 211, and the powder spraying devices 22 comprise a plurality of powder spraying pipes 221 extending into the powder spraying chambers 21 from the side walls, and a lifting mechanism 222 driving the plurality of powder spraying pipes 221 to longitudinally reciprocate. In a further embodiment as shown in the drawings, a plurality of longitudinal through holes 213 are arranged on the side wall of the powder spraying chamber 21, and the powder spraying pipe 221 is disposed in the longitudinal through holes 213 and can reciprocate along the longitudinal through holes 213, and the longitudinal through holes 213 provide conditions for the longitudinal movement of the powder spraying pipe 221. The powder spraying pipes 221 of the powder spraying devices 22 on the two sides are arranged in a staggered mode, and the staggered powder spraying pipes 221 are beneficial to ensuring uniform powder distribution in the powder spraying chamber 21. The powder spraying device 22 comprises a distributing pipe 223 arranged along the conveying direction of the hanging piece, the distributing pipe 223 is connected with a powder supply box, and the outer ends of the plurality of powder spraying pipes 221 are connected with the distributing pipe 223. In this embodiment, powder is fed from a powder supply box into a distribution pipe 223 and then fed through the distribution pipe 223 into each of the powder-spraying pipes 221.
The bottom of the powder spraying room 20 below the hanging part channel 211 is provided with a recovery cavity 201, the bottom plates of the powder spraying rooms 21 at two sides of the top opening of the recovery cavity 201 are provided with inclined planes 202 which incline downwards gradually from the outer side to the inner side, and a plurality of air blowing pipes 203 are arranged on the side wall of the powder spraying room 20 at the outer side of the inclined planes 202 along the conveying direction of the hanging parts. One side of the recovery cavity 201 is connected with a powder spraying recovery system, a flip 204 is arranged on the top opening of the recovery cavity 201, the front end and the rear end of the flip 204 are respectively hinged on the inner wall of the powder spraying chamber 21, and the flip 204 is driven by a driving component to intermittently rotate.
The powder spraying device 2 is provided with powder spraying devices 22 on two sides of the powder spraying chamber 21, and a hanging part channel 211 is formed in the middle of the powder spraying chamber 21 between the powder spraying devices 22 on two sides. When in use, the metal hanging piece subjected to surface pre-cleaning treatment is hung on the hanging piece conveying guide rail 212 of the hanging piece channel 211, and the metal hanging piece slowly or intermittently passes through the hanging piece channel 211 after being sent into the powder spraying room 20. In this process, the powder spraying pipes 221 of the two-side powder spraying device 22 reciprocate longitudinally to spray powder, so as to ensure that powder is uniformly distributed on each outer wall of the metal hanger.
The superfluous powder is adsorbed on the inclined plane 202 of the bottom plate of the powder spraying chamber 21 or the upper end surface of the turnover cover 204 in the sinking process, and the powder adsorbed on the inclined plane 202 of the bottom plate of the powder spraying chamber 21 is collected to the upper end surface of the turnover cover 204 under the action of the air blowing pipe 203 on the side wall of the powder spraying chamber 20, and under the condition that the set time or the set accumulation amount is reached, the turnover cover 204 turns over under the action of the driving part and the powder on the upper end surface of the turnover cover is poured into the recovery cavity 201 below, so that the powder enters the powder spraying recovery system for recovery and utilization.
In a further scheme as shown in fig. 3, the powder spraying recovery system comprises a cyclone 25 and a filter element 26 which are sequentially connected to the powder spraying room 20 through pipelines, wherein a recovery pipeline 251 is arranged at the bottom of the cyclone 25, and the recovery pipeline 251 is connected with a powder supply box. In this scheme, cyclone 25 and filter element filter 26 are prior art, and wherein cyclone 25 can be used to separate the powder, and the powder after the separation can be directly used for recycling, and filter element filter 26 then can filter the gas after the separation, avoids partial powder to be discharged into the air, causes operational environment's pollution. In a further scheme, the cyclone separator 25 includes a support 252, and two cyclone separation units 253 disposed on the support 252, where the cyclone separation units 253 are in a cone shape with a large upper end caliber and a small lower end caliber, the lower end of each cyclone separation unit 253 is provided with a recovery pipe 251, and an air inlet 254 and an air outlet 255 are disposed between the upper ends of the two cyclone separation units 253. The two cyclone separating units 253 are adopted in the scheme, so that the separation efficiency is improved. In use, powder delivered from the recovery chamber 201 of the powder spraying room 20 is sent to the air inlet 254 of the cyclone separator 25 through a pipeline, the powder enters the two cyclone separation units 253 from the air inlet 254 for separation treatment, the separated powder is recovered by the recovery pipeline 251 at the lower end of the cyclone separation units 253, and air is introduced into the filter element filter 26 through the air outlet 255.
In summary, with the above structure, the powder spraying apparatus 2 has the following advantages compared with the background art:
1, the powder adsorbed on the inclined plane 202 of the bottom plate of the powder spraying chamber 21 by adopting the air blowing pipe 203 is collected on the upper end face of the flip 204, so that the dust recovery amount is improved, and the dust is prevented from being accumulated on the bottom plate of the powder spraying chamber 21.

When the flip cover 204 basically covers the top opening of the recovery cavity 201, the internal space of the recovery cavity 201 is similar to an air duct, the wind power is strong, and the powder is easier to be absorbed into the powder spraying recovery system.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 7, the present embodiment relates to a plastic spraying process for metal products, wherein the plastic spraying process adopts the plastic spraying line described in embodiment 1, and specifically comprises the following steps:
1, hanging a metal product blank to be processed on a hook 11 of a conveying track 10. The surface of the workpiece blank needs to be smooth, free of sand bonding, free of cold shock, free of air holes, free of pinholes, free of crinkles and free of cracks. And removing burrs, rust, white spots, oxide scales, greasy dirt, oil spots and welding oxides on the surface of the workpiece blank. The non-machined surface must be free of pits and bulges. No scrap iron or sand is contained in the screw hole.
2, transporting the metal product blank along a conveying track 10, and conveying the metal product blank into a spraying channel 7 to sequentially perform pre-degreasing spraying, main degreasing spraying, a multi-time washing spraying section d and a silane spraying section e.
Pre-degreasing spraying: spraying a solution containing 3% of degreasing agent and 0.3% of surfactant at 50-55deg.C for 1-2min, and performing the second ash removal and oil stain removal treatment. The free base number of the bath solution is kept between 15 and 17 during spraying.
And (3) main degreasing spraying: spraying the workpiece with a solution containing 3% of degreasing agent and 0.3% of surfactant at 50-55deg.C for 3-4min, and performing the third ash removal and oil stain removal treatment. The free base number of the bath solution is kept between 15 and 17 during spraying.
And (3) water washing and spraying for the first time: and (3) washing the degreased workpiece with tap water for 0.5min at normal temperature by first spraying.
And (3) washing and spraying for the second time: and (3) washing the degreased workpiece with tap water for 1-2min at normal temperature by first spraying.
And (3) washing and spraying for the third time: and (3) washing the degreased workpiece with tap water for 1-2min at normal temperature by first spraying.
Silane spraying: and spraying the water-washed workpiece with a silane solution for 1-2min at normal temperature, and performing silane film forming treatment.
And 3, naturally draining water above the water receiving tank after spray pretreatment, then introducing into a dehydration drying tunnel 8 for drying, naturally cooling after drying, and simultaneously detecting whether the sample is qualified.
And 4, feeding the powder into the powder spraying equipment 2 for powder spraying, and manually checking when spraying and feeding, and manually supplementing if a leakage point is found.
And 5, conveying the blank sprayed with the base powder into a base powder solidifying channel 3 for heating and solidifying, keeping the temperature in the base powder solidifying channel 3 between 180 ℃ and 220 ℃, and naturally cooling in a base film cooling section k after heating and solidifying.
And 6, feeding the powder into the flour spraying equipment 4 for flour spraying, and manually checking the powder when spraying and feeding, and manually supplementing the powder if a leakage point is found.
And 7, feeding the blank sprayed with flour into a flour solidification channel 5 for heating and solidifying, keeping the temperature in the flour solidification channel 5 between 180 ℃ and 220 ℃, and naturally cooling in a mask cooling section n after heating and solidifying to construct a finished product.
And 8, unloading the finished product on the hook 11 and checking and packaging.

6, feeding the powder into a flour spraying device (4) for flour spraying, and manually checking when spraying is carried out, and manually supplementing spraying if a leakage point is found;
7, feeding the blank sprayed with flour into a flour solidification channel (5) for heating and solidifying, keeping the temperature in the flour solidification channel (5) between 180 ℃ and 220 ℃, and naturally cooling in a mask cooling section (n) after heating and solidifying to construct a finished product;
8, unloading the finished product on the hook (11) and checking and packaging.
