the number of the cross rods (13) is two, the two cross rods (13) are respectively arranged at two ends of the fixing plate (11), and two ends of each cross rod (13) are respectively fixedly connected with one end of each vertical rod (12);
the reinforcing plate (14) is arranged at the lower end of the through groove (111), and two ends of the reinforcing plate (14) are fixedly connected with the middle parts of the two vertical rods (12) respectively;
the shaking base (2) is arranged above the fixed base (1);
the number of the moving mechanisms (3) is four, and the four moving mechanisms (3) are respectively arranged in the first mounting grooves (121) of the two vertical rods (12);
the number of the supporting components (4) is four, and the four supporting components (4) are respectively arranged in the second mounting grooves (122) of the two vertical rods (12);
the body-building equipment main body (5) is arranged on the shaking base (2), and the body-building equipment main body (5) is fixedly connected with the shaking base (2);
the controller (6) is arranged on the body-building equipment main body (5), and the controller (6) is electrically connected with the shaking base (2).

one end of the first bidirectional hinge seat (2222) is hinged with the first hinge seat (2221);
