The working principle is as follows:
in the initial state: the second spring 306 is uncompressed, no gas is present in the expansion bladder 309, the third spring 405 is uncompressed, and the lubricating wool 410 is at a distance from the first port 408.
The method comprises the following steps:
the working process of the jaw raising assembly 2 is as follows:
when the multifunctional nursing bed is used, a patient needing intubation lies on the lying plate 1 horizontally, a headrest is rested on the bolster 201, then the adjusting column 204 is pressed downwards, along with the downward pressing of the adjusting column 204, the gear 205 connected to the adjusting column 204 can rotate clockwise under the action of the teeth of the N-shaped rack 203 on one side, so that the second arc block 210 indirectly connected with the adjusting column 204 and the adjusting column 204 moves to a proper position, namely is positioned under the jaw of the patient, and in the process, due to the action of the inclined plane at one end of the anti-reverse rotation body 206, when the gear 205 rotates clockwise, the anti-reverse rotation body 206 cannot block the rotation of the gear 205;
further, if the gear 205 is desired to be pulled up to the original position through the adjusting column 204, the auxiliary rod 211 is simply pressed downward, referring to fig. 12, and the anti-rotation body 206 does not restrict the gear 205;
further, after the second arc block 210 is moved to a proper position, the motor on one side of the rotating shaft rod 209 is started, so that the rotating shaft rod 209 is assisted by the first arc block 208 to drive the second arc block 210 to rotate clockwise, during rotation, the second arc block 210 can gradually prop up the lower jaw of a patient, along with the propping up of the lower jaw of the patient, the airway of the patient can be conveniently checked by medical staff, at the moment, the motor is turned off to stop the movement of the second arc block 210, the external support of the second arc block 210 can effectively solve the problem that the existing manual work deforms the patient during the head raising action of the patient during intubation, and the airway is prevented from being stabbed in intubation operation to a large extent;
furthermore, because the adjusting column 204 can move on the N-shaped rack 203 with the aid of the teeth on the N-shaped rack 203, the design can enable the second arc block 210 to cling to and abut against the lower jaw of the patient no matter where the lower jaw of the patient lies on the lying plate 1, and the adaptability is strong;
please refer to fig. 1 to 5 for the above working process.
The following is the operation of the broken airbag detection assembly 3:
furthermore, when the rotating shaft 209 is driven by the motor to rotate, the cam 301 fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 209 rotates along with the rotating shaft, when the protruding end of the cam 301 contacts the push rod 305, the cam 301 continuously rotates along with the push rod 305 to drive the fixedly connected disc 304 to move in the air storage cavity 302, at this time, the second spring 306 is compressed, the gas in the air storage cavity 302 enters the expansion bag 309 through the one-way gas valve 307 and under the action of the auxiliary gas injection pipe 308, at this time, the expansion bag 309 expands, if the expansion bag 309 is damaged, the shape of the expansion bag 309 does not greatly expand, that is, the expansion bag 309 can be subjected to damage inspection through the arrangement of the damaged air bag detection assembly 3, and the situation that the damaged expansion bag 309 is not fixed firmly when the damaged expansion bag 309 is fixed in the air passage of the guide tube 5 can be effectively avoided, so that the fixing effect is affected;
further, when the protruding end of the cam 301 does not abut against the push rod 305 any more, the second spring 306 in a compressed state pushes the disc 304 out of the inner cavity of the air storage cavity 302 in the self-recovery state, at this time, the disc 304 moving to the right of the air inlet 303 during the original air pushing gradually goes to the left of the air inlet 303, and at this time, the air enters the air storage cavity 302 through the air inlet 303 again to wait for the start of the next work;
fig. 2, fig. 6 to fig. 7 are referred to in the above working process.
The working process of the lubricating assembly 4 is as follows:
furthermore, when the patient lifts his/her head and his/her jaw, the detected inflatable bladder 309 is not deflated, the airway of the patient can be intubated, the tube 5 and the auxiliary insufflation tube 308 and the inflatable bladder 309 mounted on the tube 5 are removed from the fixed position, the inflatable bladder 309 releases most of the air that was inflated, and further, as the tube 5 gradually moves downward, referring to fig. nine, the moving strips 406 on both sides of the tube 5 move against the first cross-slot body 403, the third spring 405 is compressed, and according to the interaction of the forces, the third spring 405 gives the moving strip 406 a force away from himself/herself via the air-pushing sheet 404, the inflatable bladder 309 on the tube 5 is compressed, and the air that was not deflated in the inflatable bladder 309 is squeezed out of the auxiliary insufflation tube 308, because the amount of the injected gas is generally five to ten milliliters when the inflation bag 309 is used for injecting gas for fixation under normal conditions, if part of the gas in the inflation bag 309 is not removed, the gas in the inflation bag 309 is larger than the gas injection amount required by medicine to a certain extent after the air is injected into the inflation bag 309 through the auxiliary gas injection pipe 308, the gas in the inflation bag 309 which is expanded too much is likely to cause necrosis of the trachea at the fixed part, namely, the gas in the inflation bag 309 can be completely discharged before the catheter 5 is inserted into the airway of the patient through the arrangement of the third spring 405 and the moving strip 406 on the gas pushing sheet 404, and the situation that the fixed part of the airway where the catheter 5 is located is necrotic due to the expansion bag 309 which is expanded too much can be effectively avoided;
furthermore, when the conduit 5 is gradually inserted into the square cavity 402, the conduit 5 will support the moving bar 406 to move towards two sides away from the conduit 5, at this time, the moving bar 406 will drive the third spring 405 to push the gas in the first transverse groove body 403 to enter the L-shaped groove body 407, because the first transverse groove body 403 and the L-shaped groove body 407 are both closed cavities, the flat piece 409 in the L-shaped groove body 407 will be gradually pushed to move towards the first through hole 408 along with the entering of the gas, the lubricating cotton 410 with lubricating liquid arranged on the flat piece 409 during the moving will finally abut against the L-shaped groove body 407, the lubricating liquid in the lubricating cotton 410 will also pass through the first through hole 408 and the second through hole 412 arranged on the hollow upright column 411 during the squeezing and lubricate the conduit 5 inserted from the hollow upright column 411 at this time, this arrangement for inserting the conduit 5 and lubricating it is different from the situation that the user performs intubation after lubrication in the prior art, so as to save intubation time to a certain extent, and reduce the risk of the patient who breathes badly;
furthermore, when the cannula is inserted, the patient bites the mouth supporting column block 413, so that the situation that the patient closes the tooth joint due to conditioned reflex under the condition that the cannula is blocked and bites the tube fitting can be effectively avoided, the cannula can be smoothly operated, and the working efficiency of the cannula operation is increased;
please refer to fig. 8 to fig. 11 for the above working process.
Summarizing the following:
the arrangement of the jaw lifting component 2 can assist the patient to lift the jaw upwards, so that the situation that the intubation operation is influenced due to the action deformation of the patient in the intubation is avoided, meanwhile, necessary gas can be provided for the work of the damaged airbag detection component 3 in the rotation of the rotating shaft rod 209 in the jaw lifting component 2, after the damaged airbag detection component 3 detects the expansion bag 309, in the intubation operation process of the catheter 5, the expansion bag 309 on the catheter 5 can discharge the internal gas under the action of the third spring 405 and the moving strip 406, the phenomenon that the expansion bag 309 which is too large expands causes the necrosis of the airway fixing part where the catheter 5 is located can be avoided, and under the arrangement of the lubricating cotton 410, the catheter 5 is lubricated, so that the follow-up intubation action is convenient to be carried out.
