本发明公开了一种负压引流联合PH检测清创敷料及其应用方法,装置包括敷料主体和用于负压引流的负压管道,所述敷料主体设有敷芯;所述敷料主体还设有用以检测创面PH情况的PH检测装置,还设有用以向创口输送清创液的灌注管道;所述负压管道上设有用以收集清创废液、与负压管道可拆卸密闭连接的集液瓶。方法用上述装置进行。本装置在传统的负压引流敷料上增加了辅助清创的功能,可减少医护人员在处理伤口时需要不断的更换医疗器械的麻烦,降低患者痛苦的同时也有利于加速伤口的恢复。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种负压引流联合PH检测清创敷料及其应用方法。
背景技术
慢性创面一种长期消耗性疾病,创面微环境是影响创面愈合尤其是慢性创面愈合的重要因素。清创对防止或减轻局部感染,改善局部血液循环以及促进损伤组织修复,具有重要意义。良好适宜的清创手段,为皮肤和组织的再生提供了适宜的条件;反复清创,可以有效减少细菌生物膜的产生,减少了创面慢性化的进展。能为创面肉芽组织的生长、创口的愈合奠定良好的基础。在慢性创面治疗过程中经常需要辅以持续或间断负压吸引保持疮面湿润、清洁,为疮面修复创造一个前提条件。在创口治疗的过程中,通过检测创口的PH数值即可一定程度上反应伤口愈合情况及局部是否感染,从而可以在不揭开敷料的情况下即可快速判断伤口愈合情况。
然而现有的一些负压引流敷料功能较为单一,在治疗时,清创以及负压引流是采用独立的装置单独分开进行的,因此医护人员在处理伤口时,需要不断的更换医疗器械,所以创伤的整体处理速度较为缓慢,不利于创口的快速救治。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种负压引流联合PH检测清创敷料,能够减少医护人员在处理伤口时需要不断的更换医疗器械的麻烦、降低了患者的治疗痛苦、加速伤口的恢复。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种负压引流联合PH检测清创敷料,包括敷料主体和用于负压引流的负压管道,所述敷料主体设有敷芯;所述敷料主体还设有用以检测创面PH情况的PH检测装置,还设有用以向创口输送清创液的灌注管道;所述负压管道上设有用以收集清创废液、与负压管道可拆卸密闭连接的集液瓶。
作为上述方案的进一步改进:
所述PH检测装置可以实时检测创面的PH值。
所述灌注管道包括露出于敷料主体的外部灌注管道和盘旋固定在敷料主体内部的内部灌注管道,所述内部灌注管道上均匀分布有多个可以输送灌注液的出液口,所述出液口能满足流体性能试验,使灌注液能有效流经灌注管道尾端。
所述灌注管道采用耐温、耐酸材料制成。
所述内部灌注管道固定连接在敷芯下表面,使灌注液能直接作用于创面。
所述内部灌注管道埋藏在敷芯内部,使灌注液能充分浸润敷芯。
一种负压引流联合PH检测清创敷料的应用方法,用上述的负压引流联合PH检测清创敷料进行,具体包括以下步骤:
S1:将敷料主体贴敷在已初步处理的伤口,进行常规的负压引流治疗;
S2:通过PH检测装置检测到的PH数值判断创面恢复情况;
S3:当PH值在处于不利于伤口愈合的弱碱性区间时,向灌注管道内灌注清创液清洗创口,使清创液充分浸润敷芯,直至PH数值处于利于伤口愈合的弱酸性区间;
S4:清创完毕后,封闭灌注管道,启动负压引流装置,清创废液流经负压管道,最终收集在集液瓶内;
S5:引流完成后关闭负压引流装置,拆卸集液瓶,处理清创废液。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本发明在常规的负压引流敷料的基础上设置了PH检测装置,以便可以不揭开敷料便可通过PH数值的大小判断伤口的愈合情况,并设有灌注管道向创面输送清创液进行辅助清创,当创面表层PH值影响创面愈合时,使用清创液通过灌注管道导流到创面表层,改善创面微环境,起到、清创、降低创面PH值等的作用;当清洗完成后,启动负压装置,清洗废液流经负压管道,最终收集在集液瓶内,然后拆卸集液瓶处理清创废液。本装置在传统的负压引流敷料上增加了辅助清创的功能,可减少医护人员在处理伤口时需要不断的更换医疗器械的麻烦,降低患者痛苦的同时也有利于加速伤口的恢复。

以下将结合说明书附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
装置实施例1
图1和图2示出了本发明一种负压引流联合PH检测清创敷料的第一种实施例,包括敷料主体1和用于负压引流的负压管道2,所述敷料主体1设有敷芯;所述敷料主体1还设有用以检测创面PH情况的PH检测装置5,还设有用以向创口输送清创液的灌注管道4;所述负压管道2上设有用以收集清创废液、与负压管道2可拆卸密闭连接的集液瓶3。
本发明在常规的负压引流敷料的基础上设置了PH检测装置5,以便可以不揭开敷料便可通过PH数值的大小判断伤口的愈合情况,并设有灌注管道向创面输送清创液进行辅助清创,当创面表层PH值影响创面愈合时,使用清创液通过灌注管道4导流到创面表层,改善创面微环境,起到、清创、降低创面PH值等的作用;当清洗完成后,启动负压装置,清洗废液流经负压管道2,最终收集在集液瓶3内,然后拆卸集液瓶3处理清创废液。本装置在传统的负压引流敷料上增加了辅助清创的功能,可减少医护人员在处理伤口时需要不断的更换医疗器械的麻烦,降低患者痛苦的同时也有利于加速伤口的恢复。
本实施例中,所述PH检测装置5可以实时检测创面的PH值。以便能及时反应创面表层的PH数值情况,以便医护人员及时做出判断处理。
本实施例中,所述灌注管道包括露出于敷料主体1的外部灌注管道41,和盘旋固定在敷料主体1内部的内部灌注管道42,所述内部灌注管道42上均匀分布有多个可以输送灌注液的出液口43,所述出液口43能满足流体性能试验,使灌注液能有效流经内部灌注管道42尾端。内部灌注管道42设置为盘旋状,并设有多个出液口43,以便于清创液能快速、充分、均匀的遍布创口表面,保证清创效果。
本实施例中,所述灌注管道4采用耐温、耐酸材料制成。以便在特殊情况下可以向伤口输送酸性溶液、恒温溶液等性质的不限于清创液的辅助治疗液体,增加装置的适用性。
本实施例中,所述内部灌注管道42固定连接在敷芯下表面,使灌注液能直接作用于创面。使清创液可以直接作用于创面。
装置实施例2
图3与图4示出了本发明一种负压引流联合PH检测清创敷料的第二种实施例,该负压引流联合PH检测清创敷料,该负压引流敷料与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述内部灌注管道42埋藏在敷芯内部,使灌注液能充分浸润敷芯。使清创液可以通过浸润敷料,间接进行创面清洁,清创方式更柔和,减轻患者治疗痛苦。
方法实施例
一种负压引流联合PH检测清创敷料的应用方法,用上述装置实施例所述的任一负压引流联合PH检测清创敷料进行,具体包括以下步骤:
S1:将敷料主体1贴敷在已初步处理的伤口,进行常规的负压引流治疗;
S2:通过PH检测装置5检测到的PH数值判断创面恢复情况;
S3:当PH值在处于不利于伤口愈合的弱碱性区间时,向灌注管道4内灌注清创液清洗创口,使清创液充分浸润敷芯,直至PH数值处于利于伤口愈合的弱酸性区间;
S4:清创完毕后,封闭灌注管道4,启动负压引流装置,清创废液流经负压管道2,最终收集在集液瓶3内;
S5:引流完成后关闭负压引流装置,拆卸集液瓶3,处理清创废液。
在步骤S3中,伤口环境处于弱碱性区间时,PH值通常在7.5-8.5之间;处于弱酸性区间时,PH数值通常在5.5-6.5之间。可以将清创液替换为其它酸性液体或恒温液体以辅助治疗。

1.一种负压引流联合PH检测清创敷料,其特征在于:包括敷料主体(1)和用于负压引流的负压管道(2),所述敷料主体(1)设有敷芯;所述敷料主体(1)还设有用以检测创面PH情况的PH检测装置(5),还设有用以向创口输送清创液的灌注管道(4);所述负压管道(2)上设有用以收集清创废液、与负压管道(2)可拆卸密闭连接的集液瓶(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的负压引流联合PH检测清创敷料,其特征在于:所述PH检测装置(5)可以实时检测创面的PH值。
3.根据权利要求1所述的负压引流联合PH检测清创敷料,其特征在于:所述灌注管道(4)包括露出于敷料主体(1)的外部灌注管道(41)和盘旋固定在敷料主体(1)内部的内部灌注管道(42),所述内部灌注管道(42)上均匀分布有多个能输送灌注液的出液口(43),所述出液口(43)能满足流体性能试验,使灌注液能有效流经灌注管道(4)尾端。
4.根据权利要求3所述的负压引流联合PH检测清创敷料,其特征在于:所述灌注管道(4)采用耐温、耐酸材料制成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的负压引流联合PH检测清创敷料,其特征在于:所述内部灌注管道(42)固定连接在敷芯下表面,使灌注液能直接作用于创面。
6.根据权利要求4所述的负压引流联合PH检测清创敷料,其特征在于:所述内部灌注管埋藏在敷芯内部,使灌注液能充分浸润敷芯。
7.一种负压引流联合PH检测清创敷料的应用方法,其特征在于:用权利要求5或6所述的负压引流联合PH检测清创敷料进行,具体包括以下步骤:
S1:将敷料主体(1)贴敷在已初步处理的伤口,进行常规的负压引流治疗;
S2:通过PH检测装置(5)检测到的PH数值判断创面恢复情况;
S3:当PH值在处于不利于伤口愈合的弱碱性区间时,向灌注管道(4)内灌注清创液清洗创口,使清创液充分浸润敷芯,直至PH数值处于利于伤口愈合的弱酸性区间;
S4:清创完毕后,封闭灌注管道(4),启动负压引流装置,清创废液流经负压管道(2),最终收集在集液瓶(3)内;
S5:引流完成后关闭负压引流装置,拆卸集液瓶(3),处理清创废液。
