Therefore, the comment data or the consultation data acquired by the client includes both the comment data or the consultation data and the played voice of the anchor, which may affect the subsequent client to determine the preset logistics keyword information from the comment data or the consultation data. Based on this, the client can perform echo cancellation processing on the comment data or the consultation data input by voice before determining the preset logistics keywords, so as to obtain the comment data or the consultation data after echo data is cancelled. At this time, the comment data or the consultation data from which the echo data is removed may include only the comment data or the consultation data of the user, or include the comment data or the consultation data of the user and the weak currently-played voice that does not affect the preset logistics keyword extraction.
In step S302, logistics information of the resource associated with the first account is displayed on a preset page based on the logistics consultation instruction.
In some possible embodiments, the client may determine resources associated with the first account based on the logistics consultation instruction, display a logistics information display control of the resources associated with the first account in a preset page, and display logistics information of a target resource in the preset page in response to a display instruction triggered by the logistics information display control based on the target resource in the resources.
Fig. 6 is a third schematic diagram illustrating a preset page according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 6, the preset page 400 and the resource display page 600 are included. In the embodiment of the present application, after the client generates the logistics consultation instruction, there are many ways to determine the resource associated with the first account, and a plurality of embodiments to determine the resource associated with the first account will be specifically described below:
in an alternative embodiment, in the case that the client stores information of the resource associated with the first account, the resource associated with the first account may be determined based on the logistics consultation instruction. After determining the resources related to the first account, the client may display a logistics information display control of the resources related to the first account on a preset page. Alternatively, after the client determines the resource related to the first account, the resource display page 600 may be displayed on a preset page. As shown in fig. 6, the resource display page may display resources and logistics information display controls corresponding to the resources. When the client detects a display instruction triggered by the logistics information display control of a target resource (such as a first resource) in the resources, the client may display the logistics information of the target resource on a preset page.
In another alternative embodiment, in the case that the information of the resource associated with the first account is not stored at the client, the client may send a logistics consultation instruction to the server, where the logistics consultation instruction includes the first account. Correspondingly, the server may receive the logistics consultation instruction, and then, the server may analyze the logistics consultation instruction to obtain the first account. In this way, the server may search the information of the resource associated with the first account in the corresponding database based on the first account, and may package the resource associated with the first account to obtain the logistics consultation reply when it is determined that the information of the resource associated with the first account exists in the corresponding database. And returning the logistics consultation reply to the client corresponding to the first account. Therefore, the client can analyze the resources related to the first account from the logistics consultation reply.
After determining the resources related to the first account, the client may display a logistics information display control of the resources related to the first account on a preset page. Alternatively, after the client determines the resource related to the first account, the resource display page 600 may be displayed on a preset page. As shown in fig. 6, the resource display page may display resources and logistics information display controls corresponding to the resources. When the client detects a display instruction triggered by the logistics information display control of a target resource (such as a first resource) in the resources, the client may display the logistics information of the target resource on a preset page.
In the above embodiment, the preset page or the resource display page may display the resources and also display the logistics information display control corresponding to the resources, and give the user a selection right for displaying the logistics information, so that the client may display the logistics information of the resources that the user wants to display according to the intention of the user.
In this embodiment, the resource associated with the first account may refer to a resource acquired by the first account through the first live broadcast room, and the resource acquired by the first account in other live broadcast rooms has no relationship. Therefore, the client can determine the resources associated with the first account and acquired through the first live broadcast room based on the logistics consultation instruction, and display the logistics information display control of the resources associated with the first account and acquired through the first live broadcast room in the preset page or the resource display page.
Optionally, the resource associated with the first account may be a resource acquired through the first live broadcast room, or may be a resource acquired through another live broadcast room, that is, the resource associated with the first account may include a resource acquired through the first live broadcast room and the second live broadcast room (another live broadcast room), and thus, the client may display the logistics information display control of the resource acquired through the first live broadcast room and/or the second live broadcast room, the logistics information display control being associated with the first account, in a preset page or in a resource display page.
Optionally, in a case that the resource associated with the first account is not a resource acquired through the first live broadcast room, that is, the user is not a resource acquired through the first live broadcast room, the resource associated with the first account may refer to a resource acquired through another live broadcast room. In this way, the client may determine, based on the logistics consultation instruction, the resource associated with the first account and acquired through the second live broadcast room (other live broadcast rooms), and display, in a preset page or a resource display page, a logistics display control of the resource associated with the first account and acquired through the second live broadcast room.
Through the description of the content on the resource associated with the first account, the client can display the logistics information of the resource acquired through the first live broadcast room in the first live broadcast room, and can display the logistics information of the resource acquired through other live broadcast rooms in the first live broadcast room, so that when a user views the logistics information of the resource acquired through other live broadcast rooms, the user can view the logistics information of the resource to be viewed without switching from the first live broadcast room to other live broadcast rooms, the operation steps of the user are reduced, and the user experience is improved.
In this embodiment, the resources associated with the first account may include not only the resources acquired by the first account through the first live broadcast room and the other live broadcast rooms, but also the resources acquired by the first account through the non-live broadcast room, for example, the resources acquired through the virtual store in the application program.
In another optional embodiment, the displaying, by the client, the logistics information of the resource associated with the first account on the preset page based on the logistics consultation instruction may be represented as: the client determines resources which are related to the first account and acquired through the first live broadcast room based on the logistics consultation instruction, and displays logistics information of the resources acquired through the first live broadcast room in a preset page.
Optionally, when the client generates a logistics consultation instruction corresponding to the first account, the resource acquired through the first live broadcast room and associated with the first account may be determined based on the logistics consultation instruction, and logistics information of the resource acquired through the first live broadcast room is displayed in a preset page or a resource display page.
Optionally, when the client generates a logistics consultation instruction corresponding to the first account, the resources associated with the first account and obtained through the first live broadcast room and the second live broadcast room can be determined based on the logistics consultation instruction, and logistics information of the resources obtained through the first live broadcast room or the second live broadcast room is displayed in a preset page or a resource display page.
Optionally, when the resources associated with the first account do not include resources acquired through the first live broadcast room, that is, when the user does not include resources acquired through the first live broadcast room, when the client generates a logistics consultation instruction corresponding to the first account, the resources associated with the first account and acquired through the second live broadcast room may be determined based on the logistics consultation instruction, and the logistics information of the resources acquired through the second live broadcast room is displayed on a preset page or a resource display page.
Therefore, the client side omits the interaction step generated by the user based on the logistics display control.
Optionally, when the client displays the logistics information of the resource acquired through the first live broadcast room and/or the second live broadcast room in the preset page or the resource display page, all the logistics information of the resource acquired through the first live broadcast room and/or the second live broadcast room may be displayed.
However, the amount of resources acquired by the first live broadcast room and/or the second live broadcast room may be large, and thus, the client may display part of the logistics information of the resources acquired through the first live broadcast room and/or the second live broadcast room.
For example, the client may display logistics information of one or more recently ordered resources obtained via the first live broadcast and/or the second live broadcast. Alternatively, the client may display one or more of the logistics information of the resource acquired through the first live broadcast room and/or the second live broadcast room with the fastest expected arrival time. Or, the client may display logistics information of resources, which is preset by one or several users in advance and is acquired through the first live broadcast room and/or the second live broadcast room.
Fig. 7 is a fourth schematic diagram illustrating a preset page according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, including a preset page 400 and logistics information 700. As shown in fig. 7, when the client determines that the logistics information of the target resource is to be displayed, a pop-up window may pop up on the preset page, and the logistics information of the target resource is displayed in the pop-up window. The logistics information may include map information and transportation information on the map information, and may further include an order number and an estimated arrival time.
In some possible embodiments, the popup may be displayed at a middle position of the preset page. Optionally, the pop-up window may be adjusted to a position corresponding to the position adjustment instruction according to the position adjustment instruction.
In some possible embodiments, the window size of the pop-up window may be adjustable. Specifically, the pop-up window may perform window size adjustment according to the pop-up window size adjustment instruction.
In the embodiment of the present application, the content indicates that the client may display the logistics information of the target resource in a preset page of the first live broadcast room. Optionally, the client may also display logistics information of the resource associated with the first account on the client interface through a communication mode corresponding to the first account.
Optionally, when the first account is a phone number, the communication mode corresponding to the first account may be a short message. Correspondingly, the client can display the logistics information of the resource associated with the first account in the form of a short message on the interface.
Optionally, when the first account is a mailbox, the communication mode corresponding to the first account may be a mail. Correspondingly, the client can display the logistics information of the resource associated with the first account on the interface by the recognition of the mail.
Therefore, the client can display the logistics information of the resources associated with the first account in different forms.
In this embodiment, the resource associated with the first account may refer to a resource acquired by the first account through a first live broadcast room, or a resource acquired by the first account through a second live broadcast room, or a resource acquired by the first account through a non-live broadcast room. In some specific scenarios, after the client determines to generate the logistics consultation instruction, the client may determine, under the condition that the second account is authorized, the second account with the first account having the preset relationship, where for example, the first account and the second account are parent-child accounts. Subsequently, the first resource associated with the first account and the second resource associated with the second account are determined as the resource associated with the first account, and then the client may display the logistics information of the first resource associated with the first account and the logistics information of the second resource associated with the second account on a preset page.
Fig. 8 is a block diagram illustrating an information display apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment. The device has the function of realizing the data processing method in the method embodiment, and the function can be realized by hardware or by hardware executing corresponding software. Referring to fig. 8, the apparatus includes a first display module 801 and a second display module 802.
A first display module 801 configured to display a first direct broadcasting time on a preset page corresponding to a first account;
the second display module 802 is configured to execute a logistics consultation instruction corresponding to the first account in the first live broadcast room, and display logistics information of the resource associated with the first account.
In some possible embodiments, the second display module is configured to perform:
if the interactive data corresponding to the first account is detected and the interactive data comprises logistics consultation information, generating a logistics consultation instruction corresponding to the first account;
and displaying logistics information of the resources associated with the first account on a preset page based on the logistics consultation instruction.
In some possible embodiments, the second display module is configured to perform:
determining resources associated with the first account based on the logistics consultation instruction;
displaying a logistics information display control of the resource associated with the first account in a preset page;
and responding to a display instruction triggered by the logistics information display control based on the target resource in the resources, and displaying the logistics information of the target resource in a preset page.
In some possible embodiments, the second display module is configured to perform:
determining resources related to the first account and acquired through the first live broadcast room and/or the second live broadcast room based on the logistics consultation instruction;
the method for displaying the logistics information of the resource associated with the first account in the preset page comprises the following steps:
and displaying a logistics information display control of the resource, which is associated with the first account and is obtained through the first live broadcast room and/or the second live broadcast room, in a preset page.
In some possible embodiments, the second display module is configured to perform:
determining resources related to the first account and acquired through the first live broadcast room based on the logistics consultation instruction;
and displaying the logistics information of the resources acquired through the first live broadcast room in a preset page.
In some possible embodiments, the second display module is configured to perform:
sending a logistics consultation instruction to a server; the logistics consultation instruction comprises a first account number;
receiving logistics consultation response fed back by the server based on the first account;
and analyzing the logistics consultation reply to obtain the resources related to the first account.
In some possible embodiments, the second display module is configured to perform:
determining a second account number having a preset relationship with the first account number based on the logistics consultation instruction;
and determining a first resource associated with the first account and a second resource associated with the second account as the resource associated with the first account.
In some possible embodiments, the second display module is configured to perform:
if the interactive data corresponding to the first account is detected and the interactive data comprises logistics consultation information, generating a logistics consultation instruction corresponding to the first account;
and displaying logistics information of the resources associated with the first account on a client interface through a communication mode corresponding to the first account based on the logistics consultation instruction.
It should be noted that, when the apparatus provided in the foregoing embodiment implements the functions thereof, only the division of the functional modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the functions may be distributed by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus may be divided into different functional modules to implement all or part of the functions described above. In addition, the apparatus and method embodiments provided by the above embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are described in the method embodiments for details, which are not described herein again.
Fig. 9 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus 3000 for information display according to an exemplary embodiment. For example, the apparatus 3000 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, an exercise device, a personal digital assistant, and the like.
Referring to fig. 9, the apparatus 3000 may include one or more of the following components: processing component 3002, memory 3004, power component 3006, multimedia component 3008, audio component 3010, input/output (I/O) interface 3012, sensor component 3014, and communications component 3016.
The processing component 3002 generally controls the overall operation of the device 3000, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing component 3002 may include one or more processors 3020 to execute instructions to perform all or part of the steps of the methods described above. Further, processing component 3002 may include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between processing component 3002 and other components. For example, the processing component 3002 may include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 3008 and the processing component 3002.
The memory 3004 is configured to store various types of data to support operation at the device 3000. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the device 3000, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 3004 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The power supply component 3006 provides power to the various components of the device 3000. The power components 3006 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device 3000.
The multimedia component 3008 comprises a screen providing an output interface between the device 3000 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, multimedia component 3008 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front-facing camera and/or the rear-facing camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 3000 is in an operating mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 3010 is configured to output and/or input an audio signal. For example, the audio component 3010 may include a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the apparatus 3000 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 3004 or transmitted via the communication component 3016. In some embodiments, the audio component 3010 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
I/O interface 3012 provides an interface between processing component 3002 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor component 3014 includes one or more sensors for providing status assessment of various aspects to the device 3000. For example, the sensor component 3014 can detect the open/closed state of the device 3000, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of the apparatus 3000, the sensor component 3014 can also detect a change in position of the apparatus 3000 or a component of the apparatus 3000, the presence or absence of user contact with the apparatus 3000, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the apparatus 3000, and a change in temperature of the apparatus 3000. The sensor component 3014 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object in the absence of any physical contact. The sensor assembly 3014 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 3014 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 3016 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the apparatus 3000 and other devices. The device 3000 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, a carrier network (such as 2G, 3G, 4G, or 5G), or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 3016 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast associated information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 3016 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 3000 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), digital Signal Processors (DSPs), digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer-readable storage medium, which may be disposed in an electronic device to store at least one instruction or at least one program for implementing an information display method, where the at least one instruction or the at least one program is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the information display method provided by the foregoing method embodiments.
In an exemplary embodiment, a storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 3004 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 3020 of the apparatus 3000 to perform the above-described method is also provided. Alternatively, the storage medium may be a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which may be, for example, a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer-readable storage medium, in which instructions, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, enable the electronic device to perform the method of any one of the first aspects of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer program product comprising a computer program stored in a readable storage medium, from which at least one processor of a computer device reads and executes the computer program, causing the computer device to perform the method of any one of the first aspect of the disclosed embodiments.
It should be noted that: the sequence of the above embodiments of the present invention is only for description, and does not represent the advantages or disadvantages of the embodiments. And that specific embodiments have been described above. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims may be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk.

Claims (12)

1. An information display method, comprising:
displaying a first direct broadcasting time on a preset page corresponding to a first account;
responding to a logistics consultation instruction corresponding to the first account in the first live broadcast room, and displaying logistics information of resources related to the first account.
2. The information display method according to claim 1, wherein the displaying, in response to a logistics consultation instruction corresponding to the first account in the first live broadcast room, logistics information of a resource associated with the first account includes:
if the interactive data corresponding to the first account is detected and the interactive data comprises logistics consultation information, generating a logistics consultation instruction corresponding to the first account;
and displaying logistics information of the resources related to the first account on the preset page based on the logistics consultation instruction.
3. The information display method according to claim 2, wherein the displaying of the logistics information of the resource associated with the first account on the preset page based on the logistics consultation instruction comprises:
determining resources associated with the first account based on the logistics consultation instruction;
displaying a logistics information display control of the resource associated with the first account in the preset page;
and responding to a display instruction triggered by a logistics information display control based on a target resource in the resources, and displaying the logistics information of the target resource in the preset page.
4. The information display method according to claim 3, wherein the determining the resources associated with the first account based on the logistics consultation instruction includes:
determining resources related to the first account and acquired through the first live broadcast room and/or the second live broadcast room based on the logistics consultation instruction;
the logistics information display control for displaying the resource associated with the first account in the preset page comprises:
and displaying a logistics information display control of the resource, which is associated with the first account and is obtained through the first live broadcast room and/or the second live broadcast room, in the preset page.
5. The information display method according to claim 3, wherein the displaying of the logistics information of the resource associated with the first account on the preset page based on the logistics consultation instruction comprises:
determining resources related to the first account and acquired through the first live broadcast room based on the logistics consultation instruction;
and displaying the logistics information of the resources acquired through the first live broadcast room in the preset page.
6. The information display method according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the determining the resources associated with the first account based on the logistics consultation instruction includes:
sending the logistics consultation instruction to a server; the logistics consultation instruction comprises the first account;
receiving a logistics consultation reply fed back by the server based on the first account;
and analyzing the logistics consultation reply to obtain the resources related to the first account.
7. The information display method according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the determining the resources associated with the first account based on the logistics consultation instruction includes:
determining a second account number having a preset relationship with the first account number based on the logistics consultation instruction;
and determining a first resource associated with the first account and a second resource associated with the second account as the resource associated with the first account.
8. The information display method according to claim 1, wherein the displaying, in response to a logistics consultation instruction corresponding to the first account in the first live broadcast room, logistics information of a resource associated with the first account includes:
if the interactive data corresponding to the first account is detected and the interactive data comprises logistics consultation information, generating a logistics consultation instruction corresponding to the first account;
and displaying logistics information of the resources related to the first account on a client interface through a communication mode corresponding to the first account based on the logistics consultation instruction.
9. An information display device characterized by comprising:
the first display module is configured to display a first direct broadcasting time on a preset page corresponding to a first account;
and the second display module is configured to execute a logistics consultation instruction corresponding to the first account in the first live broadcast room, and display logistics information of the resource associated with the first account.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement the information display method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein instructions in the computer-readable storage medium, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, enable the electronic device to perform the information display method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
12. A computer program product, characterized in that the computer program product comprises a computer program, the computer program being stored in a readable storage medium, from which at least one processor of a computer device reads and executes the computer program, causing the computer device to perform the information display method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
