Description

Network slice connection configuration method and device and network equipment
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of wireless technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a network device for network slice connection configuration.
Background
Currently, a core network performs configuration management on a slice session connection for data transmission between a network and a terminal through a User Equipment (UE) routing Policy (URSP) rule. Once the configuration rules are in effect, the slice connection service maintains service capabilities and service status for the duration of the subscription. And the network side can modify the configuration rule, update the modified configuration rule or cancel the slice session connection at any time according to the requirement, and issues the updated configuration rule to the terminal, and instructs the terminal to configure the slice session connection according to the updated configuration rule.
The terminal receives the URSP slice configuration rule sent by the network side, configures slice connection according to the rule, and provides service according to the rule until the network side sends a new URSP slice configuration rule, and reconfigures or deletes the original slice connection.
In the prior art, although the current service provides diversified service needs, if a certain service only needs to be used once or within a specific time range, the configuration mode of the current URSP rule cannot meet the service needs.
When a terminal requires to use a slicing service according to a certain special requirement, for example, the terminal requires to use the slicing service and the service according to times or use slicing connection and service within a certain specific time period, without frequently ordering the slicing service and then canceling the slicing service, the existing slicing configuration mode cannot meet the requirement. And the updated configuration rule issued by the network side only indicates that the terminal performs the slice session connection according to the updated configuration rule, but does not indicate how to process the current session under the original configuration rule, if the current session connection is already in a data transmission connection state, the network side issues the updated configuration rule at this moment, and indicates that the slice session connection is updated or newly established according to the updated configuration rule, the current session is affected.
