Abstract

一种卡缘连接器,包括绝缘本体及收容于绝缘本体的第一排端子251,绝缘本体包括两个侧壁及位于侧壁之间的卡槽。第一排端子包括若干第一端子261及若干第二端子262,两个相邻的第一端子构成差分端子对261S,第二端子为非差分端子,差分端子对与所述第二端子间隔排列。侧壁设有收容第一端子、第二端子的端子槽15。所述卡缘连接器进一步包括多个绝缘块30,每一差分端子对的固定部21埋设在对应的绝缘块30后再固定在对应端子槽15内,每一第二端子的固定部直接固定在对应端子槽内。与现有技术相比,本发明的差分端子对由绝缘块30包覆,接地端子直接插针形式,有助于降低成本,同时能够大大改善串扰谐振问题。

卡缘连接器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种卡缘连接器。
【背景技术】
中国实用新型专利CN208797211U揭示了一种卡缘连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘外壳、固持于绝缘外壳的端子模组及环绕所述端子模组的接地件,绝缘外壳设有沿纵长方向延伸的两侧壁及形成于两侧壁之间的卡插接槽,端子模组包括第一、第二绝缘本体及分别固持于所述第一,第二绝缘本体的两排导电端子,每排导电端子包括接地端子,接地件包括相互拼接在一起的第一接地件与第二接地件,第一接地件与一排导电端子中对应的接地端子电性连接。以该专利图7至图10所显示的第三实施例为例,该接地件为金属制成,并夹设在绝缘外壳侧壁与端子模组之间,该实施例的卡缘连接器具有顶部与底部的两个插接端。然而,金属接地件容易增加成本,同时可能影响端子模组与绝缘外壳之间的干涉组合,另一方面,导电端子具有暴露于绝缘外壳外侧的接触部,在与对接电路板对接时,暴露于外侧的端子接触部容易产生移位导致的短路问题。
因此,确有必要提供一种具有改良结构的卡缘连接器,以克服上述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种卡缘连接器,其能改善高频信号传输。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明可采用如下技术方案:一种卡缘连接器,包括绝缘本体及收容于绝缘本体的第一排端子,所述绝缘本体包括两个侧壁及位于所述侧壁之间的卡槽,每一所述端子包括固定部、自固定部的前端向前倾斜延伸的弹性部、自所述弹性部末端向前延伸的接触部,以及自所述固定部的后端延伸的接脚;所述第一排端子包括若干第一端子及若干第二端子,两个相邻的第一端子构成差分端子对,所述第二端子为非差分端子,所述差分端子对与所述第二端子间隔排列;所述侧壁设有收容所述第一端子、第二端子的端子槽;所述卡缘连接器进一步包括多个绝缘块,每一所述差分端子对的固定部埋设在对应的绝缘块后再固定在对应端子槽内,每一所述第二端子的固定部直接固定在对应端子槽内。
与现有技术相比,本发明的差分端子对由绝缘块包覆,接地端子直接插针形式,有助于降低成本,同时能够大大改善串扰谐振问题。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图11所示,本发明揭示了一种卡缘连接器100,其为PCI Express连接器,尤其是适用高速信号传输的连接器,比如PCI Express 6.0信号,卡缘连接器的前方具有供PCI EXPRESS卡插入的卡槽13,后端则安装在电路板,尤其是主板200,在本实施例中,卡缘连接器100通过夹持主板200而连接于主板。定义供卡插入的方向为前方,相对的则为后方。
所述卡缘连接器100包括绝缘本体10及多排端子20,绝缘本体10包括两个纵长的侧壁11及位于侧壁之间的卡槽13,纵长侧壁的两端由端壁12连接,卡槽13位于两个端壁12之间,卡槽的中间设有键扣14,从整体结构看,所述侧壁则被分成四个子侧壁11a、11b、11c、11d,子侧壁分别安装有一排端子。每一端子20包括固定部21、自固定部的前端向前倾斜延伸的弹性部22、自弹性部末端向前延伸的接触部23,以及自固定部的后端延伸的接脚24。从图面可以看出,固定部21的宽度较弹性部22小,其两侧分别设有突刺211,接触部23的宽度尺寸最小,接脚24与固定部21之间的部分类似于弹性部,呈加宽倾斜设置,用来提供接脚的弹性变形。
先定义位于其中一子侧壁11a的端子为第一排端子25,第一排端子的所有端子结构相同。第一排端子251包括若干第一端子261及若干第二端子262,两个相邻的第一端子261构成差分端子对261S,第二端子262则为非差分端子,可以为接地端子、电源端子或者控制信号端子等。差分端子对261S与第二端子262间隔排列。侧壁11设有收容第一端子、第二端子的端子槽15。本发明的改进点在于,卡缘连接器100进一步包括多个绝缘块30,每一差分端子对261S的固定部21埋设在对应的绝缘块后再固定在对应端子槽15内,每一第二端子262的固定部21直接固定在对应端子槽15内。具体实施例中,用来收容差分端子对261S的两个相邻端子槽在临近绝缘本体后端面处彼此连通在一起而形成连通腔151,绝缘块30则收容在连通腔151内。绝缘块30通过注塑形成的方式固定在每一差分端子对261S,第一端子的固定部21埋设在对应绝缘块30内,弹性部22位于绝缘块30前方,接脚24位于绝缘块的后方。差分端子对261S埋设在绝缘块30后而形成差分端子对模组。第二端子262的固定部的突刺211则硬干涉在端子槽的固定槽153内,实现固定。本发明的第一、第二端子结构相同,为同一料号,可以同时冲压弯折。第一端子为模块式,第二端子为插针式,可以有效调节阻抗、降低串扰。绝缘块30可以采用常规LCP,已能够大大改善串扰谐振。经测试,相较于现有的采用金属接地条结构,或者导电塑胶结构,改善串扰谐振效果比较明显。
每一绝缘块30的中间设置有开槽31而将绝缘块分成两个连接前壁32,开槽位于两个第一端子261之间,使得连接前壁32插入位于连通腔151前方的端子槽15内,连接前壁32的位于端子接触面同侧的位置呈台阶面321,抵靠在连通腔151的前壁面,从而防止绝缘块30向前移动。所述第一端子一侧的突刺211则裸露于开槽31。卡槽具有面对开口的内底面131,所述连接前壁32向前凸伸出内底面131。绝缘块25设有前后贯穿的通孔33。
定义位于第一排端子251对应的端子为第二排端子252,第一、第二排端子分别位于垂直于侧壁11的横向方向的两侧。第二排端子的结构与第一排端子相同,排列方式类似,即第二排端子252包括所述第一端子261及所述第二端子262,但不同的是,所述第一排端子的第一端子261与所述第二排端子的第一端子261彼此错位排列。
在第一排端子或者第二排端子中,第二端子包括接地端子262G,相邻所述差分端子对261S之间间隔有两个接地端子262G。
进一步定义彼此相对的第三排端子253与第四排端子254,其中第三排端子位于所述第一排端子的旁侧,两者之间由键扣14间隔开;第四排端子位于第二排端子的旁侧,两者亦由键扣间隔开。第三排、第四排端子均为所述第二端子。第一排至第四排端子分别固定在子侧壁11a至11d。
本实施例中,所述第一、第二排端子的接脚之间,第三、第四排端子的接脚之间,均形成板接收空间16,用来夹持在主板的两侧,主板在其侧缘处设置有多个金手指201,接脚夹持在金手指上而达成电性连接。
绝缘本体的后端面两侧分别设置有一对夹持部17,一对夹持部之间形成沿纵长方向延伸的夹持空间171,其构成所述板接收空间的一部分,夹持部设有上下贯穿的锁固孔172,用来进一步将卡缘连接器与主板相固定。每一夹持部在其内壁面处设有肋条173,主板200插入夹持空间后,肋条先对主板进行初步的固定。夹持部的内壁面还设有相关贯穿的纵长槽174,用来供螺帽放置。其中一侧壁的外壁面设有若干凸出部18。

Claims (10)

1.一种卡缘连接器,包括绝缘本体及收容于绝缘本体的第一排端子,所述绝缘本体包括两个侧壁及位于所述侧壁之间的卡槽,每一所述端子包括固定部、自固定部的前端向前倾斜延伸的弹性部、自所述弹性部末端向前延伸的接触部,以及自所述固定部的后端延伸的接脚;所述第一排端子包括若干第一端子及若干第二端子,两个相邻的第一端子构成差分端子对,所述第二端子为非差分端子,所述差分端子对与所述第二端子间隔排列;所述侧壁设有收容所述第一端子、第二端子的端子槽;其特征在于:所述卡缘连接器进一步包括多个绝缘块,每一所述差分端子对的固定部埋设在对应的绝缘块后再固定在对应端子槽内,每一所述第二端子的固定部直接固定在对应端子槽内。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘块通过注塑成形的方式固定在每一所述差分端子对,所述第一端子的固定部埋设在对应绝缘块内,所述弹性部位于所述绝缘块前方,所述接脚位于所述绝缘块的后方。
3.如权利要求2所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:用来收容所述差分端子对的两个相邻端子槽在临近绝缘本体后端面处彼此连通在一起而形成连通腔,所述绝缘块则收容在所述连通腔内。
4.如权利要求3所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:每一所述绝缘块的中间设置有开槽而将所述绝缘块分成两个连接前壁,所述开槽位于两个所述第一端子之间,使得所述连接前壁插入位于所述连通腔前方的端子槽内。
5.如权利要求4所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述卡槽具有面对开口的内底面,所述连接前壁向前凸伸出所述内底面。
6.如权利要求5所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述固定部的两侧设有突刺,所述第一端子一侧的突刺部分裸露于所述开槽。
7.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:在垂直于所述纵长侧壁的横向方向上,所述卡缘连接器进一步包括第二排端子,所述第二排端子包括所述第一端子及所述第二端子,所述第一排端子的第一端子与所述第二排端子的第二端子彼此错位排列。
8.如权利要求7所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述第二端子包括接地端子,相邻所述差分端子对之间间隔有两个所述接地端子。
9.如权利要求6所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述卡缘连接器进一步包括彼此相对的第三排端子与第四排端子,其中第三排端子位于所述第一排端子的旁侧,第四排端子位于第二排端子的旁侧,第三排、第四排端子均为所述第二端子。
10.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述第一端子与第二端子的结构相同。
