Abstract

本新型為一種卡緣連接器,包括絕緣本體及收容於絕緣本體的第一排端子,絕緣本體包括兩側壁及位於側壁之間的卡槽。第一排端子包括若干第一端子及若干第二端子,兩相鄰的第一端子構成差分端子對,第二端子為非差分端子,差分端子對與所述第二端子間隔排列。所述側壁設有收容第一端子、第二端子的端子槽。所述卡緣連接器進一步包括複數絕緣塊,每一差分端子對的固定部埋設在對應的絕緣塊後再固定在對應端子槽內,每一第二端子的固定部直接固定在對應端子槽內。與現有技術相比,本新型的差分端子對由絕緣塊包覆,接地端子直接插針形式,有助於降低成本,同時能夠大大改善串擾諧振問題。

Description

卡緣連接器
本創作涉及一種卡緣連接器。
中國實用新型專利CN208797211U揭示了一種卡緣連接器,其包括縱長的絕緣外殼、固持於絕緣外殼的端子模組及環繞所述端子模組的接地件,絕緣外殼設有沿縱長方向延伸的兩側壁及形成於兩側壁之間的卡插接槽,端子模組包括第一、第二絕緣本體及分別固持於所述第一,第二絕緣本體的兩排導電端子,每排導電端子包括接地端子,接地件包括相互拼接在一起的第一接地件與第二接地件,第一接地件與一排導電端子中對應的接地端子電性連接。以該專利圖7至圖10所顯示的第三實施例為例,該接地件為金屬製成,並夾設在絕緣外殼側壁與端子模組之間,該實施例的卡緣連接器具有頂部與底部的兩個插接端。然而,金屬接地件容易增加成本,同時可能影響端子模組與絕緣外殼之間的干涉組合,另一方面,導電端子具有暴露於絕緣外殼外側的接觸部,在與對接電路板對接時,暴露於外側的端子接觸部容易產生移位導致的短路問題。
因此,確有必要提供一種具有改良結構的卡緣連接器,以克服上述缺陷。
本創作的主要目的在於提供一種卡緣連接器,其能改善高頻信號傳輸。
為實現上述目的,本創作可以採用以下技術方案:一種卡緣連接器,包括絕緣本體及收容於絕緣本體的第一排端子,所述絕緣本體包括兩側壁及位於所述側壁之間的卡槽,每一所述端子包括固定部、自固定部的前端向前傾斜延伸的彈性部、自所述彈性部末端向前延伸的接觸部,以及自所述固定部的後端延伸的接腳;所述第一排端子包括複數第一端子及複數第二端子,兩相鄰的第一端子構成差分端子對,所述第二端子為非差分端子,所述差分端子對與所述第二端子間隔排列;所述側壁設有收容所述第一端子、第二端子的端子槽;所述卡緣連接器進一步包括複數絕緣塊,每一所述差分端子對的固定部埋設在對應的絕緣塊後再固定在對應端子槽內,每一所述第二端子的固定部直接固定在對應端子槽內。
與現有技術相比,本新型的差分端子對由絕緣塊包覆,接地端子則直接插針形式,有助於降低成本,同時能夠大大改善串擾諧振問題。

為便於更好的理解本創作的目的、結構、特徵以及功效等,現結合附圖和具體實施方式對本創作作進一步說明。
請參閱第一圖至第十一圖所示,本創作揭示了一種卡緣連接器100,其為PCI Express連接器,尤其是適用高速信號傳輸的連接器,比如PCI Express 6.0信號,卡緣連接器的前方具有供PCI EXPRESS卡插入的卡槽13,後端則安裝在電路板,尤其是主機板200。在本實施例中,卡緣連接器100通過夾持主機板200而連接於主機板。定義供卡插入的方向為前方,相對的則為後方。
所述卡緣連接器100包括絕緣本體10及多排端子20,絕緣本體10包括縱長的兩側壁11及位於側壁之間的卡槽13,縱長側壁的兩端由端壁12連接,卡槽13位於兩端壁12之間,卡槽的中間設有鍵扣14,從整體結構看,所述側壁則被分成四子側壁11a、11b、11c、11d,子側壁分別安裝有一排端子。每一端子20包括固定部21、自固定部前端向前傾斜延伸的彈性部22、自彈性部末端向前延伸的接觸部23,以及自固定部後端延伸的接腳24。從圖面可以看出,固定部21的寬度較彈性部22小,其兩側分別設有突刺211,接觸部23的寬度尺寸最小,接腳24與固定部21之間的部分類似於彈性部,呈加寬傾斜設置,用來提供接腳的彈性變形。
先定義位於其中一子側壁11a的端子為第一排端子251,第一排端子的所有端子結構相同。第一排端子251包括複數第一端子261及複數第二端子262,兩相鄰的第一端子261構成差分端子對261S,第二端子262則為非差分端子,可以為接地端子、電源端子或者控制信號端子等。差分端子對261S與第二端子262間隔排列。側壁11設有收容第一端子、第二端子的端子槽15。本創作的改進點在於,卡緣連接器100進一步包括複數絕緣塊30,每一差分端子對261S的固定部21埋設在對應的絕緣塊後再固定在對應端子槽15內,每一第二端子262的固定部21直接固定在對應端子槽15內。具體實施例中,用來收容差分端子對261S的兩相鄰端子槽在臨近絕緣本體後端面處彼此連通在一起而形成連通腔151,絕緣塊30則收容在連通腔151內。絕緣塊30通過注塑形成的方式固定在每一差分端子對261S,第一端子的固定部21埋設在對應絕緣塊30內,彈性部22位於絕緣塊30前方,接腳24位於絕緣塊的後方。差分端子對261S埋設在絕緣塊30後而形成差分端子對模組。第二端子262的固定部突刺211則硬干涉在端子槽設有的固定槽153內,實現固定。本創作的第一、第二端子結構相同,為同一料號,可以同時衝壓彎折。第一端子為模組式,第二端子為插針式,可以有效調節阻抗、降低串擾。絕緣塊30可以採用常規LCP,能夠大大改善串擾諧振。經測試,相較於現有的採用金屬接地條結構,或者導電塑膠結構,改善串擾諧振效果比較明顯。
每一絕緣塊30的中間設置有開槽31而將絕緣塊分成兩個連接前壁32,開槽31位於兩第一端子261之間,使得所述連接前壁32插入位於連通腔151前方的端子槽15內,連接前壁32的位於端子接觸面同側的位置呈臺階面321,抵靠在連通腔151的前壁面,從而防止絕緣塊30向前移動。所述第一端子一側的突 刺211則裸露於開槽31。卡槽具有面對開口的內底面131,所述連接前壁32向前凸伸出內底面131。絕緣塊30設有前後貫穿的通孔33。
定義位於第一排端子251對應的端子為第二排端子252,第一、第二排端子分別位於垂直於側壁11的橫向方向的兩側。第二排端子的結構與第一排端子相同,排列方式類似,即第二排端子252包括所述第一端子261及所述第二端子262,但不同的是,所述第一排端子的第一端子261與所述第二排端子的第一端子261彼此錯位排列。
在第一排端子或者第二排端子中,第二端子包括接地端子261G,相鄰所述差分端子對261S之間間隔有兩接地端子261G。
進一步定義彼此相對的第三排端子253與第四排端子254,其中第三排端子253位於所述第一排端子251的旁側,兩者之間由鍵扣14間隔開;第四排端子254位於第二排端子252的旁側,兩者亦由鍵扣間隔開。第三排、第四排端子均為所述第二端子262。第一排至第四排端子分別固定在所述子側壁11a至11d。
本實施例中,所述第一、第二排端子的接腳之間,第三、第四排端子的接腳之間,均形成板接收空間16,用來夾持在主機板的兩側,主機板200在其側緣處設置有複數金手指201,接腳24夾持在金手指201上而達成電性連接。
絕緣本體10的後端面兩側分別設置有一對夾持部17,一對夾持部之間形成沿縱長方向延伸的夾持空間171,其構成所述板接收空間的一部分,夾持部設有上下貫穿的鎖固孔172,用來進一步將卡緣連接器100與主機板200相固定。每一夾持部17在其內壁面處設有肋條173,主機板200插入夾持空間後,肋 條173先對主機板進行初步的固定。夾持部17的內壁面還設有相關貫穿的縱長槽174,用來供螺帽放置。其中一側壁的外壁面設有複數凸出部18。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種卡緣連接器,包括絕緣本體及收容於絕緣本體的第一排端子,所述絕緣本體包括兩側壁及位於所述側壁之間的卡槽,每一所述端子包括固定部、自固定部前端向前傾斜延伸的彈性部、自所述彈性部末端向前延伸的接觸部,以及自所述固定部後端延伸的接腳;所述第一排端子包括複數第一端子及複數第二端子,兩相鄰的所述第一端子構成一差分端子對,所述第二端子為非差分端子,所述差分端子對與所述第二端子間隔排列;所述側壁設有收容所述第一端子、第二端子的端子槽;其中,所述卡緣連接器進一步包括複數絕緣塊,每一所述差分端子對的固定部埋設在對應的絕緣塊後再固定在對應端子槽內,每一所述第二端子的固定部直接固定在對應端子槽內。
  2. 如請求項1所述之卡緣連接器,其中,所述絕緣塊通過注塑成形的方式固定在每一所述差分端子對,所述第一端子的固定部埋設在對應絕緣塊內,所述彈性部位於所述絕緣塊前方,所述接腳位於所述絕緣塊的後方。
  3. 如請求項2所述之卡緣連接器,其中,用來收容所述差分端子對的兩相鄰端子槽在臨近所述絕緣本體後端面處彼此連通在一起而形成連通腔,所述絕緣塊則收容在所述連通腔內。
  4. 如請求項1或3所述之卡緣連接器,其中每一所述絕緣塊的中間設置有開槽而將所述絕緣塊分成兩個連接前壁,所述開槽位於兩個所述第一端子之間。
  5. 如請求項4所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述卡槽具有面對開口的內 底面,所述連接前壁向前凸伸出所述內底面。
  6. 如請求項5所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述固定部的兩側設有突刺,所述第一端子一側的突刺部分裸露於所述開槽。
  7. 如請求項1所述之卡緣連接器,其中在垂直於所述側壁的橫向方向上,所述卡緣連接器進一步包括第二排端子,所述第二排端子包括所述第一端子及所述第二端子,所述第一排端子的第一端子與所述第二排端子的第二端子彼此錯位排列。
  8. 如請求項7所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述第二端子包括接地端子,相鄰所述差分端子對之間間隔有兩所述接地端子。
  9. 如請求項6所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述卡緣連接器進一步包括彼此相對的第三排端子與第四排端子,其中第三排端子位於所述第一排端子的旁側,第四排端子位於第二排端子的旁側,第三排、第四排端子均為所述第二端子。
  10. 如請求項1所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述第一端子與第二端子的結構相同。
