The automatic fee deduction and passage billing method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to an application environment shown in figure 1. Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. The data storage system may store data that the server 104 needs to process. The data storage system may be integrated on the server 104, or may be located on the cloud or other network server.
The terminal 102 may determine an automatic toll collection and toll collection schedule of the vehicle; the corresponding relation among the vehicle identification, the identification of the automatic charging card, the scheduling time period and the invoice new line is recorded in the automatic fee deducting and passing invoice scheduling table; the automatic charging card is an electronic card for automatically charging the vehicle without stopping the vehicle. The terminal 102 may import the automatic deductive toll collection schedule into the server 104 of the electronic billing system in response to an import operation on the automatic deductive toll collection schedule to trigger creation of a head-up binding scheduling task based on the imported automatic deductive toll collection schedule.
The server 104 may schedule and execute a head-up binding scheduling task at regular time, and perform associated binding between the identifier of the automatic charging card in the automatic charging communication invoicing scheduling table and the corresponding invoice head-up; the identification of one automatic charging card is associated and bound with different invoice headings in different scheduling time periods. The server 104 may obtain the automatic fee deduction transaction information which is generated by the vehicle represented by the vehicle identifier in the corresponding scheduling time period and is not invoiced according to the vehicle identifier and the identifier of the automatic charging card in the automatic fee deduction toll scheduling table, and issue a corresponding automatic fee deduction toll invoice for the obtained automatic fee deduction transaction information by using the invoice top-up which is associated with the identifier of the automatic charging card and is bound and corresponds to the scheduling time period.

The portable wearable device can be a smart watch, a smart bracelet, a head-mounted device, and the like. The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster comprised of multiple servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an automatic deduction toll collection and billing method is provided, and the method is applied to an electronic billing system comprising a terminal and a server, and is realized through interaction of the terminal and the server. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
step 202, determining an automatic fee deduction and passage invoicing scheduling table of the vehicle; the corresponding relation among the vehicle identification, the identification of the automatic charging card, the scheduling time period and the invoice new line is recorded in the automatic fee deducting and passing invoice scheduling table.
The automatic fee deduction and passage billing schedule is a schedule for performing autonomous billing aiming at automatic fee deduction and passage of the vehicle. Namely, the automatic invoicing can be realized for the automatic fee deducting passage based on the information in the automatic fee deducting passage invoicing scheduling table and by combining the method in each embodiment of the application. The automatic fee deduction is a passing mode that automatic fee deduction can be automatically carried out without stopping a vehicle in the passing process of the vehicle by using an automatic fee deduction card. The automatic toll collection card, namely the ETC card, is an electronic card used for automatically deducting fees when a vehicle does not stop.
Specifically, the corresponding relation among a vehicle identification, an identification of an automatic toll card, a scheduling time period and an invoice new line is recorded in the automatic fee deduction and passing invoicing scheduling table of the vehicle. The scheduling time period refers to the time when the automatic charging transaction information of invoices needs to be scheduled to be generated. It is understood that the automatic deduction transaction information refers to data generated from the vehicle on the next automatic deduction road section, for example, data generated from the vehicle on the next automatic deduction road section.
It should be noted that in the automatic charging toll passing invoicing scheduling table, the corresponding invoice heads of the same automatic charging card in different scheduling time periods may be different, that is, the automatic charging toll transaction information generated by the automatic charging card in different time periods may be specified by the automatic charging toll passing invoicing scheduling table to use different invoice heads to invoice.
It can be understood that in the automatic fee deduction and passing invoicing scheduling table, the same automatic charging card identifier may also correspond to a plurality of invoice heads in the same scheduling time period, that is, the application does not limit that one automatic charging card must use one invoice head in the same scheduling time period, and may also combine with a user of a vehicle or a road section on which the vehicle is traveling to perform a targeted analysis, so as to realize flexible invoicing by specifically selecting a corresponding invoice head in the same scheduling time period, which is not limited herein. In some embodiments, at least one of the target vehicle user or the target travel route segment may be obtained from the vehicle manifest, and a corresponding invoice new line may be selected from a plurality of invoice new lines for the same scheduling period for invoicing according to the target vehicle user or the target travel route segment. Specifically, at least one of a user of the target vehicle at the generation time of the automatic deduction passing transaction information (i.e., a person who uses the vehicle at the generation time) or a target travel section generated by analyzing the automatic deduction passing transaction information (i.e., a section traveled by the vehicle at the generation time) may be analyzed. It can be understood that different vehicle users in the same dispatching time period can correspond to different invoice heads, or different driving road sections in the same dispatching time period can correspond to different invoice heads, or different vehicle users in the same dispatching time period can correspond to different invoice heads in different driving road sections, and then according to the target vehicle user or the target driving road section, corresponding invoice heads are selected from a plurality of invoice heads in the same dispatching time period for invoicing.
In some embodiments, the schedule period may include a schedule start date and a schedule end date, i.e., the period from the schedule start date to the schedule end date is referred to as the schedule period. It can be understood that if the time for generating the automatic deduction transaction information is between the scheduling time period from the scheduling start date to the scheduling end date, the invoice corresponding to the scheduling time period is adopted to be updated (also called as a scheduling enterprise, that is, an enterprise for invoicing is updated).
In some embodiments, the automatic deduction toll ticket making schedule may further include other vehicle-related information, for example, a reserved mobile phone number of a vehicle user or a holder of the automatic toll collection card.
To facilitate understanding of the automatic deductive toll ticketing schedule, reference is now made to fig. 3. FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of an automatic deductive toll collection schedule in one embodiment. It should be noted that the automatic deduction toll collection schedule table may be an electronic form file generated by electronic form software of an operating system, such as an Excel form, some online document editing forms, or a form realized in other forms.
And 204, responding to the import operation of the automatic fee deduction toll collection scheduling table, importing the automatic fee deduction toll collection scheduling table into a server of the electronic toll collection system, and triggering and creating a head-up binding scheduling task based on the imported automatic fee deduction toll collection scheduling table.
The head-up binding scheduling task refers to a task for scheduling and used for binding the invoice head-up and the automatic charging card in a correlation manner.
Specifically, the billing operator of the freight company can select the automatic fee deduction toll collection schedule through the terminal and conduct import operation on the automatic fee deduction toll collection schedule, and the terminal can respond to the import operation and import the automatic fee deduction toll collection schedule into the server of the electronic billing system. And the server of the electronic billing system can trigger the creation of the head-up binding scheduling task based on the imported automatic fee deduction toll billing scheduling table. Namely, the head-up binding scheduling task is used for performing association binding on the automatic charging card identifier in the imported electronic toll collection toll ticket issuing scheduling table and the corresponding invoice head-up.
In some embodiments, the terminal may present an invoicing schedule import interface, and the terminal may import the automatic deductive toll collection schedule in response to an import operation input based on the invoicing schedule import interface.
Fig. 4A to 4B are schematic diagrams of an import of invoicing schedules in one embodiment. Referring to fig. 4A, a local uploading entrance of the automatic fee deducting toll collection schedule is displayed in the entrance interface of the toll collection schedule, the local uploading entrance is triggered to select the automatic fee deducting toll collection schedule to be uploaded, and then the determination button is triggered to introduce the automatic fee deducting toll collection schedule to the server of the electronic billing system. The "schedule" and the "vehicle schedule" in fig. 4A are both automatic deduction and invoicing schedules in the present application, and as indicated by the page in fig. 4A, the import "schedule" (i.e., the automatic deduction and invoicing schedule) can automatically trigger the execution of the new head binding process and the invoicing application process (i.e., automatically trigger the execution of steps 206 and 208). It can be understood that the automatic fee deduction toll billing schedule is imported into the electronic invoice system, and the automatic fee deduction toll billing schedule can be managed in the electronic invoice system correspondingly. Fig. 4B illustrates the invoicing schedule information management interface after being imported into the electronic invoice system, and the interface shows information related to the invoicing schedule. Equivalently, related information of invoicing scheduling is conveniently imported into the system in a form import mode, and operation cost is greatly reduced. The "vehicle schedule import" portal is shown in the billing schedule information management interface of fig. 4B, and the interface of fig. 4A can be skipped again by triggering on the portal to re-import a new automatic deductive toll collection schedule.
It can be understood that when the association binding relationship between the identification of the automatic charging card and the invoice new head in the electronic invoicing system needs to be updated, the update can also be performed in a manner of importing a new automatic fee deducting toll invoicing scheduling table. Or, an editing entry may be displayed in the invoicing scheduling information management interface of the electronic invoicing system, and the association binding relationship between the identifier of the automatic charging card and the invoice new line is updated by responding to the triggering operation on the editing entry.
And step 206, regularly scheduling and executing a head-up binding scheduling task, and performing associated binding on the identification of the automatic charging card in the automatic charging communication invoicing scheduling table and the corresponding invoice head-up.
Specifically, the server can schedule and execute a head-up binding scheduling task in a timed manner, and perform associated binding on the identifier of the automatic charging card in the automatic charging communication invoicing scheduling table and the corresponding invoice head-up. It can be understood that, because the invoices corresponding to the same automatic charging card in the automatic charging communication invoicing scheduling table are different in top-up in different scheduling time periods, after the top-up binding scheduling task is scheduled and executed, the same automatic charging card is associated and bound with different invoice top-up in different scheduling time periods.
It should be noted that the top-up binding scheduling task is used for binding the top-up of the invoice with the automatic charging card not bound with the top-up of the invoice, so that the server can query the automatic charging card not registered with the top-up of the invoice, and then link and bind the automatic charging card with the top-up of the invoice corresponding to the table in the road network center based on the automatic fee deduction communication invoicing scheduling table. In some embodiments, the automatic charging card has a corresponding relationship with the vehicle, so that the head up of the invoice not bound by the automatic charging card is equivalent to the head up of the invoice not bound by the vehicle, so that the server can query the vehicle not registered with the head up of the invoice, and further, based on the automatic fee deduction communication invoicing scheduling table, associate and bind the automatic charging card corresponding to the vehicle with the head up of the invoice corresponding to the table in the road network center. This is not limited in this application.
In some embodiments, the server may execute the head-up binding scheduling task periodically according to a preset period, for example, execute the head-up binding scheduling task once an hour. It can be understood that, because data delay may occur in the road network center, part of the data may not be updated to the road network center before the head-up binding scheduling task is executed, for example, part of the invoice head-up or part of the identifier of the automatic charging card may not be updated to the road network center, so that a binding missing situation may occur when the head-up binding scheduling task is executed before, so that the automatic charging card or the vehicle which is not associated and bound is regularly queried according to a preset period, the binding missing situation can be avoided, and the success rate or the realizability of the autonomous invoicing can be improved to a certain extent.
It should be noted that, in one automatic toll collection passing scheduling table, corresponding invoice heads can be designated for a plurality of vehicles or a plurality of automatic charging cards, that is, one automatic toll collection passing scheduling table is imported, and the binding of the plurality of designated automatic charging cards and the invoice heads under corresponding different scheduling time periods can be triggered, that is, the batch binding of the invoice heads is realized through the import. The convenience and the efficiency are greatly improved.
And 208, acquiring the automatic charging transaction information which is generated by the vehicle and represented by the vehicle identifier in the corresponding scheduling time period and is not invoiced according to the vehicle identifier and the identifier of the automatic charging card in the automatic charging toll ticket dispatching list, and issuing a corresponding automatic charging toll ticket according to the acquired automatic charging transaction information by using the invoice top-up which is associated and bound with the identifier of the automatic charging card and corresponds to the scheduling time period.
It can be understood that after the identifier of the automatic charging card is associated and bound with the new line of invoices required to be used in different scheduling time periods, the server can automatically acquire the automatic charging transaction information which is generated by the corresponding automatic charging card in the scheduling time period and is not invoiced by the corresponding vehicle based on the vehicle identifier in the automatic charging toll ticket-making scheduling table and the identifier of the automatic charging card for each scheduling time period specified in the automatic charging toll ticket-making scheduling table. The server can determine the top of the invoice which is related and bound under the scheduling time period by the identification of the automatic charging card, and then the top of the invoice is used for carrying out invoicing processing on the obtained automatic fee deduction transaction information so as to issue a corresponding automatic fee deduction passing invoice.
In some embodiments, the server may periodically query the automatic deduction transaction information which is generated within the specified scheduling time period and is not invoiced, so as to apply for invoicing again, so as to avoid that the invoicing is missed due to the fact that the transaction information of the road network center is not updated in time when the invoicing is applied previously. The prompt "if the scheduled vehicle has acquired the transaction at the designated scheduled time, the transaction data will be automatically updated" shown in fig. 4A is used to prompt that the server can make the application for invoicing again after updating the automatic deduction transaction information.
In some embodiments, the server may create an invoicing scheduling task, and execute step 208 by scheduling the invoicing scheduling task to be executed periodically to automatically invoice the automatic debit transaction information. In other embodiments, the server may also execute step 208 to perform billing processing on the automatic debit transaction information in response to the billing request after receiving the billing request. This is not limitative.
In the automatic toll deducting and passing billing method, the invoice heads of the marks of the designated automatic charging cards in the automatic toll deducting and passing billing scheduling table are required to be used in different scheduling time periods, the automatic toll deducting and passing billing scheduling table of the vehicle is led in, the establishment and the execution of the head-up binding scheduling task are triggered, so that the marks of the designated automatic charging cards in the table and the invoice heads are automatically associated and bound, a user does not need to manually perform complicated operation, the binding of one automatic charging card and the invoice heads of different scheduling time periods can be realized, the binding of one card and the head-up of multiple invoices is flexibly and conveniently realized, and the billing limitation caused by the use of a single invoice head-up is avoided. Furthermore, the method can automatically trigger and acquire the non-invoiced automatic deduction transaction information generated in the scheduling time period specified in the table based on the vehicle identification and the identification of the automatic charging card in the automatic deduction toll ticket scheduling table, so that the corresponding automatic deduction toll ticket is issued according to the acquired automatic deduction transaction information by using the invoice top-up which is associated with the identification of the automatic charging card and corresponds to the scheduling time period, and the accurate automatic deduction toll ticket is autonomously and flexibly issued.
In addition, repeated binding and unbinding operations are not needed, and the binding of different invoices by one automatic charging card can be realized, so that the demand of more use scenes is met, the manual operation cost is greatly saved, and the invoicing efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the step 208 of obtaining the automatically deducted fee transaction information which is generated by the vehicle and represented by the vehicle identifier in the corresponding scheduling time period and is not invoiced according to the vehicle identifier in the automatically deducted fee passing invoicing scheduling table and the identifier of the automatic charging card comprises: creating an invoicing scheduling task according to the automatic fee deduction toll invoicing scheduling table; the invoicing scheduling task comprises a vehicle identifier, an identifier of an automatic charging card and a specified scheduling time period; and executing the invoicing scheduling task in a timed scheduling manner so as to obtain the non-invoiced automatic deduction transaction information generated in the scheduling time period appointed in the invoicing scheduling task according to the vehicle identification and the identification of the automatic charging card in the invoicing scheduling task.
Specifically, the server can create a plurality of invoicing scheduling tasks according to the automatic fee deduction toll invoicing scheduling table; each invoicing scheduling task comprises a vehicle identifier, an identifier of an automatic charging card and a designated scheduling time period. It can be understood that if the same vehicle identifier and the identifier of the same automatic charging card in the automatic deduction toll collection scheduling table correspond to a plurality of scheduling time periods, a corresponding toll collection scheduling task can be created for each scheduling time period. That is, a plurality of invoicing scheduling tasks may be created based on the automatic deductive toll collection schedule.
Furthermore, the server can schedule and execute the invoicing scheduling task at regular time, so that the automatic fee deduction transaction information which is generated by the corresponding automatic fee charging card used by the corresponding vehicle in the scheduling time period and is not invoiced can be automatically obtained according to the vehicle identification and the identification of the automatic fee charging card in the invoicing scheduling task.
In some embodiments, the server may query the unexecuted invoicing scheduling task, and obtain the unexecuted automatic deduction transaction information generated by the corresponding vehicle using the corresponding automatic charging card within the scheduling time period specified in the invoicing scheduling task according to the vehicle identifier and the identifier of the automatic charging card in the unexecuted invoicing scheduling task.
In some embodiments, the server may query the unexecuted invoicing scheduling task according to a preset period, for example, according to a preset period of once every thirty minutes.
In some embodiments, each invoicing scheduling task needs to be executed for a preset number of times according to a preset period, for example, three times according to the preset period, so as to perform fault-tolerant processing, so as to prevent that partial transaction information is not updated to a road network center when being executed before, and thus, invoicing processing is not performed.
In the embodiment, the invoicing scheduling task is executed through scheduling, so that independent and targeted invoicing is conveniently and accurately realized, and the applicability of invoicing is greatly improved.
In some embodiments, before issuing a corresponding automatic deduction pass invoice for the acquired automatic deduction transaction information using an invoice header bound in association with the identification of the automatic charging card and corresponding to the scheduled time period, the method further comprises: determining the top of each candidate invoice bound with the identification association of the automatic charging card from a server of the electronic billing system; and selecting the invoice headings matched with the scheduling time periods appointed in the invoicing scheduling task from the invoice headings of the candidates according to the scheduling time periods respectively corresponding to the invoice headings of the candidates.
Specifically, since the identifier of the automatic charging card and the corresponding invoice top-line are associated and bound in the server of the electronic billing system, the corresponding association and binding relationship is recorded, and further, when billing is performed for the identifier of the automatic charging card in the automatic fee deducting toll scheduling table, after determining the non-billed automatic fee deducting transaction information, the invoice top-line of each candidate associated and bound with the identifier of the automatic charging card can be determined from the server, and it can be understood that the invoice top-line of each candidate corresponds to different scheduling time periods. The server can select the invoice heads matched with the scheduling time periods appointed in the invoicing scheduling task from the scheduling time periods respectively corresponding to the invoice heads of all the candidates, and then the invoice heads are used for invoicing the automatic fee deduction transaction information which is generated in the appointed scheduling time periods and is not invoiced.
In the embodiment, the corresponding invoice heads can be designated for invoicing according to the time period, so that the flexible use of a plurality of invoice heads by one automatic charging card is realized, and the applicability of invoicing is greatly improved.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: acquiring a vehicle freight note generated by an automatic toll collection vehicle; extracting the identification of a target automatic charging card, target automatic deduction transaction information and target time generated by the target automatic deduction transaction information in the vehicle freight bill; acquiring a target invoice new header which is associated and bound with the identifier of the target automatic charging card and corresponds to the target time from a server of the electronic invoicing system; and (4) using the target invoice new line to bill the target automatic deduction transaction information.
It can be understood that besides the automatic invoicing is executed by importing the automatic fee deducting toll ticket making schedule generation scheduling task, the automatic fee deducting toll ticket making schedule generation scheduling task can also be used for analyzing a vehicle freight bill used by an automatic fee deducting vehicle, and the target invoice is automatically determined to be up-head by the automatic fee deducting transaction information generated by the vehicle freight bill for invoicing processing.
Specifically, the server may obtain a vehicle manifest generated by the automatic fare collection vehicle, and perform a cost analysis on the vehicle manifest to extract an identifier of the target automatic fare collection card, target automatic fare deduction transaction information, and target time generated by the target automatic fare deduction transaction information. Furthermore, the server may determine a scheduling time period in which the target time is located, and take the top of the invoice associated and bound by the identifier of the target automatic charging card in the scheduling time period as the top of the target invoice. The server may invoice the target for the automatic deduction transaction information using the target invoice headup.
In the embodiment, the automatic invoicing is triggered through the automatic vehicle freight bill triggering, and the automatic invoicing is triggered through the automatic fee deducting toll invoicing scheduling table, so that the flexibility, the accuracy and the comprehensiveness of the automatic invoicing are greatly improved.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: recording an automatic fee deduction pass invoice issued and corresponding vehicle information in a server of the electronic invoicing system; displaying a vehicle invoice management interface; the vehicle invoice management interface comprises a plurality of vehicle invoice query dimensions; and responding to the query information input by the query dimension for the target vehicle invoice in the vehicle invoice management interface, and displaying the queried automatic fee deduction pass invoice and corresponding vehicle information.
The vehicle invoice query dimension refers to a query dimension of an invoice issued for a license plate.
In some embodiments, the vehicle invoice query dimension may include at least one of an invoice number, a pass transaction number, a vehicle identification, an identification of an automatic toll card, an invoice header, an invoice issue date, or a pass transaction generation date.
Specifically, the server of the electronic billing system can comprehensively record the issued automatic deduction pass invoice and corresponding vehicle information. The invoice management personnel of the freight company can log in the electronic invoicing system through the account number so as to display the vehicle invoice management interface at the terminal. The vehicle invoice management interface includes a plurality of vehicle invoice query dimensions. Invoice management personnel of a freight company can select a target vehicle invoice query dimension in a vehicle invoice management interface, so as to input query information in a query area corresponding to the target vehicle invoice query dimension, and further send an invoice query request to a server. The server can respond to the invoice inquiry request, and inquire the automatic fee deduction passing invoice and corresponding vehicle information to return to the terminal. The terminal can display the inquired automatic fee deduction pass invoice and corresponding vehicle information.
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of a vehicle invoice management interface, according to one embodiment. Based on the vehicle invoice management interface, the automatic fee deduction invoice can be specified and inquired from multiple dimensions. Therefore, batch collection management of invoices is realized, and convenience is greatly improved.
In some embodiments, after the corresponding automatic fee deduction pass invoice is issued, corresponding fee for the invoicing service is generated aiming at the automatic fee deduction transaction information; the method further comprises the following steps: displaying a service invoice management interface; the service invoice management interface displays the invoicing service fee corresponding to the automatic fee deduction transaction information of the invoicing toll invoice; and triggering the invoicing processing aiming at the invoicing service fee in response to the invoicing operation aiming at the invoicing service fee in the service invoice management interface.
The invoicing service fee refers to the service fee generated after the electronic invoicing system is used for invoicing an automatic fee deducting pass invoice. It can be understood that after the freight company uses the electronic billing system to issue the automatic deduction pass invoice, the freight company will generate the service fee using the electronic billing system, that is, the corresponding billing service fee will be generated for the automatic deduction transaction information.
Specifically, an invoice manager of a freight company can log in the electronic invoicing system through an account number so as to display a service invoice management interface at a terminal, and the service invoice management interface displays the automatic fee deduction transaction information of the invoiced automatic fee deduction pass invoice and the corresponding invoicing service fee. The invoice management personnel of the freight company can trigger the invoicing processing aiming at the invoicing service fee only by carrying out simple service fee invoicing operation on the displayed invoicing service fee.
It can be understood that the electronic billing system of the embodiment of the application has the function of billing the service fee, which is equivalent to combining the invoicing automatic fee deduction pass invoice and the invoicing service fee invoicing, and the invoicing automatic fee deduction pass invoice invoicing is utilized to visually generate the service invoice management interface, so that the invoice management personnel of the freight company can trigger the invoicing application aiming at the invoicing service fee based on the service invoice management interface provided by the electronic billing system, and can realize convenient invoicing without complex invoicing service fee calculation and complex application operation.
FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram of a service invoice management interface, under an embodiment. As can be seen from fig. 6, the invoice manager of the freight company can display the service invoice management interface by triggering the "application for invoicing" entrance under the platform service invoice, and the interface visually displays the invoicing service fee list in which the invoicing automatic deduction pass invoice and the corresponding invoicing service fee are displayed. The invoice management personnel of the freight company can conveniently apply for invoices with invoicing service fees to the electronic invoicing system only by selecting the list and clicking a 'applying for invoicing' button in a service invoice management interface.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: displaying an authorization interface for automatic fee deduction and toll ticket making authorization; and responding to the invoicing authorization operation for the specified automatic charging card triggered on the authorization interface, and requesting the invoicing authorization to the card holder corresponding to the specified automatic charging card. In this embodiment, in response to the importing operation of the automatic deduction toll collection schedule, the step 204 imports the automatic deduction toll collection schedule into a server of the electronic billing system, and the creating of the head-up binding scheduling task triggered based on the imported automatic deduction toll collection schedule includes: responding to the import operation of the automatic fee deducting passing invoicing dispatching list, and verifying whether the automatic fee charging card represented by the identification of the automatic fee charging card in the automatic fee deducting passing invoicing dispatching list is authorized to draw an invoice or not; after the billing authorization is verified, the automatic fee deduction toll ticket making dispatching table is imported into a server of the electronic billing system, and a head-up binding dispatching task is triggered and established based on the imported automatic fee deduction toll ticket making dispatching table.
It will be appreciated that authorization may also be applied to the cardholder of the automatic fare collection card prior to importing the automatic fare deduction and invoicing schedule. Specifically, when the invoicing authorization is carried out, the terminal can be used for accessing an authorization interface for automatic fee deducting and passing invoicing authorization. Furthermore, the authorization interface can perform the operation of billing authorization for the specified automatic charging card, so as to request the card holder corresponding to the specified automatic charging card for billing authorization through the terminal.
In some embodiments, the terminal can send a short message verification code to a mobile phone number of a card holder to request for invoicing authorization, further authorization verification is carried out through the short message verification code input in an authorization interface, invoicing authorization is realized after authorization verification is passed, and further invoice head-up can be automatically bound and invoicing processing can be carried out in a mode of importing an automatic fee deduction toll invoicing scheduling table.
In some embodiments, the above described billing authorization process may be performed when the cardholder's automatic fare collection card is first entered into the electronic billing system. Further, after the authorization verification is passed, the identification of the automatic charging card of the card holder and the default invoice header can be bound. After the automatic fee deduction passing invoicing dispatching list is subsequently imported, the invoice which is updated and bound with the identification of the automatic fee charging card in a correlation mode can be automatically updated.
FIG. 7 is a diagram of an authorization interface in one embodiment. As can be seen from fig. 7, after the short message verification code is entered and verified, the billing authorization of the automatic charging card can be realized.
It can be understood that when the automatic deducting toll collection schedule table is imported into the electronic billing system, the terminal can respond to the import operation of the automatic deducting toll collection schedule table and verify whether the automatic charging card represented by the identification of the automatic charging card in the automatic deducting toll collection schedule table is authorized for billing. After the invoicing authorization is verified, the terminal can lead the automatic fee deducting toll ticket issuing scheduling table into a server of the electronic invoicing system, so that the server triggers and creates a head-up binding scheduling task based on the led-in automatic fee deducting toll ticket issuing scheduling table.
FIG. 8 is a simplified flow diagram of an automatic toll collection method in one embodiment. As can be seen from fig. 8, the freight company may obtain authorization (i.e., invoicing authorization) of an ETC cardholder (i.e., cardholder of an automatic toll collection card), and then apply to associate and bind the ETC card with an invoice head-up specified in the table in the electronic invoicing system by importing an automatic fee deducting toll collection schedule, and create a toll collection scheduling task to apply for making an automatic fee deducting toll invoice corresponding to the invoice head-up in a specified scheduling time period by executing the toll collection scheduling task.
