The embodiment of the present specification provides a method for obtaining order information, where a user designates another user as a shared user of a certain order on an online shopping platform, and the online shopping platform creates a shared order of the order in an account of the shared user, so that the shared user can obtain information related to the shared order from the account of the shared user and operate the shared order, thereby solving the problems in the prior art.
