Wherein the identification module 100 is used for identifying the actual protection intention of the driver; the first control module 200 is configured to, when the actual protection intention is a non-privacy protection intention, control the vehicle to enter a preset normal mode, control a display device of the vehicle to display a first arbitrary content and control a voice playing device to play a second arbitrary content; the second control module 300 is configured to, when the actual protection intention is a privacy protection intention, control the vehicle to enter a preset privacy protection mode, control the display device to hide a first preset privacy content of the first arbitrary content, and/or prohibit the voice playing device from playing a second preset privacy content of the second arbitrary content.
In an embodiment of the present application, the identification module 100 is further configured to: recognizing gesture actions of a driver; when the gesture action is taken as a first gesture action, judging that the actual protection intention is a non-privacy protection intention; when the gesture motion is used as the second gesture motion, the actual protection intention is judged to be the privacy protection intention.
In the embodiment of the present application, the privacy protecting apparatus 10 for a car user further includes: a detection module for detecting whether a passenger is in the vehicle before identifying an actual protection intention of the driver; and if the passenger in the vehicle is detected, generating a preset privacy protection prompt and controlling the voice playing equipment to play the privacy protection prompt.
It should be noted that the foregoing explanation of the embodiment of the privacy protection method for the vehicle user is also applicable to the privacy protection apparatus for the vehicle user in this embodiment, and details are not repeated here.
According to the privacy protection device for the automobile user, the actual protection intention of the driver is recognized, the vehicle is controlled to enter different modes, and the non-sensitive switching between the privacy mode and the non-privacy mode can be realized according to the actual intention of the automobile user, so that the privacy protection of the user can be realized under the condition of not attracting the attention of other passengers, and the intelligence of the vehicle and the adaptive experience of the user are improved; the actual protection intention of the driver is judged by recognizing the gesture action of the driver, so that the driver can conveniently switch between a privacy mode and a non-privacy mode, and any other non-automobile user cannot sense the switching of the privacy mode when driving a vehicle, so that the privacy of the user is protected; when passengers are detected in the vehicle, a privacy protection prompt is generated, and a user can be reminded of privacy protection; when the gesture action preset by the user is not detected, controlling the vehicle to enter a privacy mode, and protecting the privacy of the user; before the actual protection intention of the driver is identified, whether the identity of the driver is a legal user needs to be judged, and the privacy of the user can be protected more accurately.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application. The vehicle may include:
memory 401, processor 402, and computer programs stored on memory 401 and executable on processor 402.
The processor 402, when executing the program, implements the privacy protecting method for the automobile user provided in the above embodiments.
Further, the vehicle further includes:
a communication interface 403 for communication between the memory 401 and the processor 402.
A memory 401 for storing computer programs executable on the processor 402.
The Memory 401 may include a high-speed RAM (Random Access Memory) Memory, and may also include a non-volatile Memory, such as at least one disk Memory.
If the memory 401, the processor 402 and the communication interface 403 are implemented independently, the communication interface 403, the memory 401 and the processor 402 may be connected to each other through a bus and perform communication with each other. The bus may be an ISA (Industry Standard Architecture) bus, a PCI (Peripheral Component interconnect) bus, an EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture) bus, or the like. Optionally, in a specific implementation, if the memory 401, the processor 402, and the communication interface 403 are integrated on a chip, the memory 401, the processor 402, and the communication interface 403 may complete mutual communication through an internal interface.
Processor 402 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits configured to implement embodiments of the present Application.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the privacy protection method for a vehicle user as above.

Claims (10)

1. A privacy protection method for automobile users is characterized by comprising the following steps:
identifying an actual protection intention of the driver;
when the actual protection intention is a non-privacy protection intention, controlling a vehicle to enter a preset normal mode, and controlling display equipment of the vehicle to display first arbitrary content and voice playing equipment to play second arbitrary content;
and when the actual protection intention is a privacy protection intention, controlling the vehicle to enter a preset privacy protection mode, controlling the display device to hide first preset privacy content in the first arbitrary content, and/or prohibiting the voice playing device from playing second preset privacy content in the second arbitrary content.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the identifying the actual protection intent of the driver comprises:
recognizing gesture actions of a driver;
when the gesture action is a first gesture action, judging that the actual protection intention is the non-privacy protection intention;
and when the gesture motion is used as a second gesture motion, judging that the actual protection intention is the privacy protection intention.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising, prior to identifying the actual protection intent of the driver:
detecting whether a passenger is in the vehicle;
and if the passenger is detected in the vehicle, generating a preset privacy protection prompt and controlling the voice playing device to play the privacy protection prompt.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising, after detecting the presence of the passenger in the vehicle:
and if the first gesture action or the second gesture action is not detected, controlling the vehicle to enter a preset privacy protection mode.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising, prior to identifying the actual protection intent of the driver:
detecting the identity of the driver;
and judging whether the driver is a preset legal user or not according to the identity, if so, identifying the actual protection intention of the driver, and otherwise, controlling the vehicle to enter a preset privacy protection mode.
6. An automotive user's privacy preserving apparatus, comprising:
the identification module is used for identifying the actual protection intention of the driver;
the first control module is used for controlling a vehicle to enter a preset normal mode when the actual protection intention is a non-privacy protection intention, and controlling display equipment of the vehicle to display first arbitrary content and voice playing equipment to play second arbitrary content;
and the second control module is used for controlling the vehicle to enter a preset privacy protection mode when the actual protection intention is a privacy protection intention, controlling the display equipment to hide first preset privacy content in the first arbitrary content, and/or prohibiting the voice playing equipment from playing second preset privacy content in the second arbitrary content.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the identification module is further configured to:
recognizing gesture actions of a driver;
when the gesture action is a first gesture action, judging that the actual protection intention is the non-privacy protection intention;
when the gesture action is taken as a second gesture action, the actual protection intention is judged to be the privacy protection intention.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
a detection module for detecting whether a passenger is present in the vehicle before identifying an actual protection intention of a driver; and if the passenger is detected in the vehicle, generating a preset privacy protection prompt, and controlling the voice playing device to play the privacy protection prompt.
9. A vehicle, characterized by comprising: memory, processor and computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor executing the program to implement the method of privacy protection for a vehicle user according to any one of claims 1-5.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program is executed by a processor for implementing a method for privacy protection for a vehicle user according to any one of claims 1-5.
