In order to reduce the environmental vibration and noise problems induced by urban rail transit, corresponding rail vibration reduction measures are adopted in the subway construction stage according to the requirements of the criticism report. After line operation, the problems of ground vibration or excessive secondary structure noise, excessive noise in the vehicle and the like still exist in part of the sections, the life quality of residents along the line and the riding experience of passengers are affected, and related complaints are caused.
At present, the vibration damping performance of an operation line track system is improved, mainly, under the premise of not affecting the existing line operation, a common fastener is gradually replaced by a vibration damping fastener with better elastic performance, if the ballast bed vibration damping measure is replaced by a vibration damping track structure with a higher level, the improvement difficulty is high, the construction progress is slow, the existing line operation is possibly affected to some extent, and quick and effective corrective measures with small influence on the existing line operation are lacking. In addition, most of existing tuned mass dampers suitable for vibration reduction tracks are vibration reduction based on a single frequency band, and comprehensive vibration reduction in a wide frequency range cannot be realized.
There is therefore a need to develop new technologies and devices to solve at least some of the technical problems existing in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the application develops a multi-tuning mass damping device suitable for the vibration reduction track, which can be applied to the existing vibration reduction track, is convenient to install and has obvious effect.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the multi-tuning mass damping device for a vibration reduction track of the embodiment may include a plurality of spring-damper systems 3, a plurality of first vibration reduction track clamping grooves 4, a plurality of cross bars 5, a plurality of second vibration reduction track clamping grooves 6, and a plurality of steel plates 7. As shown, the vibration damping rail may include two vibration damping rail stringers 1 and three vibration damping rail cross members 2 disposed between the two stringers; four cross bars 5 and a plurality of steel plates 7 arranged between two parallel cross bars through a spring-damper system 3 and a damping rail clamping groove are arranged between the three damping rail cross bars 2, it being understood that the number of steel plates 7 can be determined according to actual needs.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the first vibration reduction track clamping groove body 43 is formed of three sides, i.e., upper, lower and side surfaces, to form a "ㄈ" type. The first damping rail clamping groove 4 further comprises a first fixing screw 41 for clamping the first damping rail clamping groove 4 on the damping rail cross beam 2 for fixing. The first vibration reducing track card slot 4 may further include first adjustment screws 42 provided in the upper and side surfaces. The first adjusting screw 42 is used for further fixing the first damping rail clamping groove 4 on the damping rail cross beam 2 so as not to move relatively. The two ends of the upper and lower leaf spring systems are fixedly connected, respectively, for example by means of screws 33, whereby a space is formed between the two, and a damping unit is arranged in the space between the two leaf spring systems.
The damping unit may include an upper damping cylinder 36, a lower damping cylinder 35, an annular rubber stopper 37 disposed between the upper damping cylinder and the lower damping cylinder, and a liquid damper 38 stored in the lower damping cylinder 35, the upper damping cylinder 36 being sleeved in the lower damping cylinder 35, the upper end of the upper damping cylinder 36 being fixed on the lower surface of the upper leaf spring system; the lower end of the lower damping cylinder 35 is fixed on the upper surface of the lower leaf spring system; the annular rubber stopper 37 is used for preventing the leakage of liquid damping; the liquid damper 38 may be, for example, silicone oil or glycerin.
The steel plate 7 is fixed on the lower surface of the lower leaf spring system 31', for example by welding the two together by means of a connecting rod 34, thus constituting a mass-spring-damping vibration damping system.
The tuned mass damper vibration reduction control device of the embodiment can be applied to the vibration reduction reconstruction field of urban rail transit vibration reduction rails, the periphery of a paved vibration reduction rail section can be reconstructed by adopting the device under the condition that vibration noise exceeds standard, and the device has a large market prospect, can realize prefabrication and assembly, is convenient to install and has low cost.
