According to the transportation equipment 1100b provided by the embodiment of the invention, the storage device 1002b is arranged on the walking device 1001b, the storage mechanism 20b with the multiple layers of storage bins 1b and the lifting mechanism 30b used for driving the storage mechanism 20b to lift are arranged in the storage device 1002b, and the storage station 11b used for storing and conveying workpieces is arranged on the storage mechanism 20b, so that a plurality of workpieces can be automatically loaded and unloaded at the same time, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, the labor cost is reduced, and the production safety can be improved to a certain extent.
Referring to fig. 1, 3, 5-7, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the magazine main body 300b includes a feeding and discharging mechanism 40b, all the magazine sites 11b of the magazine 1b located at the feeding and discharging position are detachably connected to the feeding and discharging mechanism 40b, and the feeding and discharging mechanism 40b can drive all the magazine sites 11b of the magazine 1b located at the feeding and discharging position to convey the workpieces when all the magazine sites 11b of the magazine 1b located at the feeding and discharging position are connected to the feeding and discharging mechanism 40b, for example, the feeding and discharging mechanism 40b can drive all the magazine sites 11b of the magazine 1b located at the feeding and discharging position to convey the workpieces simultaneously. Through setting up business turn over material mechanism 40b, can be convenient for control a plurality of work pieces in every layer of storage silo 1b automatic unloading of going up simultaneously, reduce artificial intensity of labour, improve production efficiency, reduce the cost of labor, can improve the security of production to a certain extent simultaneously. Referring to fig. 6, 7 and 10, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the feeding and discharging mechanism 40b includes a plurality of driving units 5b and a plurality of feeding and discharging transmission units 6b, the plurality of feeding and discharging transmission units 6b are arranged along a horizontal direction, the driving units 5b are connected to all the feeding and discharging transmission units 6b, and the driving units 5b can drive all the feeding and discharging transmission units 6b to synchronously transmit workpieces. The number of the feeding and discharging transmission units 6b is the same as that of the material storage stations 11b of each layer of the material storage bin 1b, and the feeding and discharging transmission units 6b are in one-to-one correspondence with each other, when all the material storage stations 11b of the material storage bin 1b located at the feeding and discharging position are connected with the feeding and discharging mechanism 40b, each feeding and discharging transmission unit 6b is connected with the corresponding material storage station 11b, and each feeding and discharging transmission unit 6b can drive the corresponding material storage station 11b to convey workpieces.

Each feeding and discharging transmission unit 6b comprises a mounting base plate 61b and a clutch assembly 62b, the clutch assembly 62b is arranged on the mounting base plate 61b, the clutch assembly 62b comprises a driver 621b and a transmission member 622b, the driver 621b is connected with the transmission member 622b, the driver 621b can drive the transmission member 622b to move between a butting position and a separation position, and all the transmission members 622b are connected with the driving unit 5 b. When the transmission member 622b is located at the docking position, the transmission member 622b is drivingly connected to the corresponding transferring component 112b, the driving unit 5b drives the corresponding transferring component 112b to transfer the workpiece through the transmission member 622b, and when the transmission member 622b is located at the separating position, the transmission member 622b is separated from the transferring component 112 b.
Before the lifting mechanism 30b moves, the driver 621b can drive the transmission member 622b to the separation position, so as to prevent the transmission member 622b from blocking the conveying assembly 112b and causing the storage mechanism 20b to be incapable of lifting, and prevent the transmission member 622b from generating a large collision with the conveying assembly 112b, so that the lifting mechanism 30b can smoothly drive the storage mechanism 20b to lift, and the service lives of the transmission member 622b and the conveying assembly 112b are prolonged.
When the lifting mechanism 30b lifts one layer of the multi-layer storage bin 1b to the feeding and discharging position, the lifting mechanism 30b stops working, the layer of the storage bin 1b is kept at the feeding and discharging position, the driver 621b can drive the transmission member 622b to the butt joint position, the transmission member 622b is in transmission connection with the corresponding transmission assembly 112b of the layer, and the driving unit 5b can drive the corresponding transmission assembly 112b to work through the transmission member 622b, so that the workpieces stored in the layer can be conveniently transmitted out from the feeding and discharging port 401b, and the workpieces can be conveniently transmitted to the storage station 11b of the layer from the feeding and discharging port 401b.
Referring to fig. 6, 7, 9, and 10, the transfer assembly 112b includes at least one transfer mechanism 1121b, and the transfer mechanism 1121b includes a docking gear 1122b, according to some embodiments of the present invention. The driving member 622b comprises a driving support 6221b and a gear transmission mechanism 6222b, the gear transmission mechanism 6222b is arranged on the driving support 6221b, all the gear transmission mechanisms 6222b are in transmission connection with the driving unit 5b, the driving member 621b is connected with the corresponding driving support 6221b, and the driving member 622b can be driven by the driving member 621b to move between the butt joint position and the separation position. When the transmission member 622b is in the docking position, the gear transmission mechanism 6222b is engaged with the corresponding docking gear 1122b, and when the transmission member 622b is in the disengagement position, the gear transmission mechanism 6222b is disengaged from the docking gear 1122b. The driver 621b may adopt an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, an electric cylinder, or the like.
By providing the gear train 6222b on the transmission bracket 6221b, the driver 621b can move by driving the transmission bracket 6221b to effect the disengagement and engagement of the gear train 6222b and the docking gear 1122b. By providing the docking gear 1122b in the transfer unit 112b and the gear transmission mechanism 6222b in the transmission member 622b, it is easy to perform docking and undocking between the gear transmission mechanism 6222b and the transmission member 622b, and the gear transmission also facilitates adjustment of the direction in which the work is transferred by the transfer unit 112 b.
Referring to fig. 6, 7, 10, 13 and 14, according to some embodiments of the present invention, each feeding and discharging transmission unit 6b includes a transmission shaft 623b, the transmission shaft 623b penetrates through a corresponding transmission bracket 6221b, the transmission bracket 6221b is rotatable relative to the transmission shaft 623b, a push plate 6223b is connected between the driver 621b and the corresponding transmission bracket 6221b, the driver 621b drives the transmission bracket 6221b to rotate between the abutting position and the separating position, each gear transmission mechanism 6222b is coaxially arranged on the corresponding transmission shaft 623b, and the driving unit 5b is connected with one of the transmission shafts 623b to drive all the transmission shafts 623b to rotate synchronously. For example, all the transmission shafts 623b may be sequentially arranged in the second direction (refer to the e2 direction in the drawing), two adjacent transmission shafts 623b may be coupled by a coupling, and the driver 621b may be arranged at one end of all the transmission shafts 623b in the second direction.
Through setting up push plate 6223b between driver 621b and transmission support 6221b, it rotates around the axis of transmission shaft 623b easily to drive transmission support 6221b by driver 621b, can prevent to appear the jam between driver 621b and the transmission support 6221b for gear drive 6222b can be more smooth the realization with docking gear 1122 b's meshing and separation, improve storage device 1002 b's wholeness ability.
By arranging the driving units 5b to be in transmission connection with one of the driving units to drive all the transmission shafts 623b to synchronously rotate, the number of the driving units 5b is small, and the production cost of the material storage device 1002b can be saved; in addition, all the transmission shafts 623b synchronously rotate, so that the material storage device 1002b can simultaneously load and unload a plurality of workpieces, the time for loading and unloading is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
For example, referring to fig. 13 and 14, in some embodiments of the present invention, the gear transmission mechanism 6222b includes a first gear and a second gear, the first gear is sleeved on the transmission shaft 623b, the first gear is coaxially disposed with the transmission shaft 623b, the first gear is fixed relative to the transmission shaft 623b, and the transmission shaft 623b can drive the first gear to synchronously rotate. The second gear is rotatably arranged on the transmission bracket 6221b and is meshed with the first gear. When the transmission member 622b is in the docked position, the second gear is engaged with the corresponding docking gear 1122b, and when the transmission member 622b is in the undocked position, the second gear is disengaged from the docking gear 1122b.
When the driver 621b drives the transmission member 622b to move from the separation position to the docking position, the transmission bracket 6221b rotates around the axis of the transmission shaft 623b toward the docking position, the transmission bracket 6221b drives the second gear to rotate around the axis of the transmission shaft 623b in the same direction, and when the transmission member 622b moves to the docking position, the second gear is meshed with the docking gear 1122b. When the driver 621b drives the transmission member 622b to move from the butting position to the separating position, the transmission bracket 6221b rotates around the axis of the transmission shaft 623b towards the separating position, the transmission bracket 6221b drives the second gear to rotate around the axis of the transmission shaft 623b in the same direction, and when the transmission member 622b moves to the butting position, the second gear is disengaged from the butting gear 1122b.
Since the first gear is arranged coaxially with the transmission shaft 623b and the transmission support 6221b rotates about the axis of the transmission shaft 623b, the second gear always remains in mesh with the first gear during the movement of the transmission member 622b between the disengaged position and the engaged position. When the second gear is meshed with the docking gear 1122b, the stability of the transmission of the gear transmission mechanism 6222b is ensured, and the stability of the operation of the storage device 1002b is ensured. Moreover, the driving member 622b has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, and can reduce the production cost.
When the transmission member 622b is in the docking position and the driving unit 5b drives the transmission shaft 623b to rotate, the transmission shaft 623b drives the first gear to rotate synchronously, the first gear drives the second gear to rotate, and the second gear drives the docking gear 1122b to transmit, so that the transmission assembly 112b can be driven to transmit the workpiece. Therefore, all the material storage stations 11b and all the feeding and discharging transmission units 6b can share the same driving unit 5b, the number of the driving units 5b is small, and the production cost of the material storage device 1002b can be saved; moreover, when the driving unit 5b drives all the transmission shafts 623b to synchronously rotate, all the conveying assemblies 112b at the feeding and discharging positions can be synchronously rotated under the driving of all the transmission shafts 623b, so that the material storing device 1002b can simultaneously feed and discharge a plurality of workpieces, the feeding and discharging time is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, 7, 10, 13 and 14, according to some embodiments of the present invention, each feeding and discharging transmission unit 6b further comprises a guide assembly 624b, the guide assembly 624b comprises a first slider 6241b and a first guide rail 6242b, the first slider 6241b and the first guide rail 6242b are slidably engaged with each other, the first guide rail 6242b is provided on the mounting base plate 61b, the extending direction of the first guide rail 6242b is perpendicular to the extending direction of the corresponding transmission shaft 623b, and the first slider 6241b is provided on the push plate 6223b. When the driver 621b drives the push plate 6223b to move, the first sliding block 6241b is matched with the first guide rail 6242b, so that the movement track of the push plate 6223b can be controlled, the driver 621b is prevented from being incapable of accurately driving the transmission bracket 6221b to move between the butting position and the separation position, the driver 621b can more stably and accurately drive the transmission bracket 6221b to move between the butting position and the separation position, and the running stability of the storage device 1002b is ensured.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, in some specific embodiments of the present invention, each of the feeding and discharging drive units 6b further includes a limit stop 64b, and the limit stop 64b is provided on a side of the first guide rail 6242b adjacent to the magazine station 11 b. The limit stop 64b is adapted to abut the limit stop 64b when the driver 622b is in the docked position. Through setting up limit baffle 64b, can control the stroke of push pedal, can prevent that gear drive 6222b and docking gear 1122b from producing great collision, extension gear drive 6222b and docking gear 1122 b's life for driver 621b can drive gear drive 6222b and docking gear butt joint accurately, improves storage device 1002 b's wholeness ability.
Referring to fig. 1, 3, 10, 13 and 14, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the feeding and discharging mechanism 40b is located on a side of the storage mechanism 20b adjacent to the material receiving and discharging port 401b, each feeding and discharging transmission unit 6b further includes a transmission assembly 63b, the transmission assembly 63b is disposed on the mounting base plate 61b, the transmission assembly 63b is used for supporting and transmitting the workpiece, the workpiece is transferable between the transmission assembly 63b and the corresponding transmission assembly 112b when the transmission member 622b is located at the docking position, the transmission assembly 63b is disposed through the corresponding transmission shaft 623b, and the transmission assembly 63b is driven by the driving unit 5b to transmit the workpiece through the transmission shaft 623 b.
By arranging the feeding and discharging mechanism 40b on the side of the storage mechanism 20b adjacent to the receiving and discharging port 401b and arranging the transmission assembly 63b on the feeding and discharging transmission unit 6b, the transmission assembly 63b can play a role in transferring, so that workpieces are prevented from being clamped between the receiving and discharging port 401b and the storage mechanism 20b, the workpieces can be smoothly transmitted to the storage station 11b from the receiving and discharging port 401b, and the workpieces on the storage station 11b can be smoothly transmitted out of the receiving and discharging port 401b.

Referring to fig. 1, 3, 10, 13 and 14, in accordance with some embodiments of the present invention, the feeding and discharging mechanism 40b is located on a side of the storage mechanism 20b adjacent to the material receiving and discharging port 401b, each feeding and discharging drive unit 6b includes a transport assembly 63b, the transport assembly 63b is disposed on the mounting base 61b, the transport assembly 63b is used for supporting and transporting a workpiece, and the workpiece is transferable between the transport assembly 63b and the corresponding transfer assembly 112b when the drive member 622b is in the docking position.

Referring to fig. 9 and 10, according to some embodiments of the present invention, each of the stockers 11b includes a stocker plate 111b and a conveying assembly 112b, the conveying assembly 112b is disposed on the stocker plate 111b, and the conveying assembly 112b is configured to convey the workpieces, a conveying direction of the conveying assembly 112b is parallel to a first direction (refer to an e1 direction in the drawing), and all of the stockers 11b of each tier of the stockers 1b are arranged along a second direction (refer to an e2 direction in the drawing), and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. When conveying the work piece to storage station 11b on and spread the work piece on the storage station 11b, can reduce the distance that the work piece was transmitted like this, reduce the transfer time, improve the efficiency of going up the unloading, improve production efficiency.
Each magazine station 11b further includes auxiliary support members 113b, the auxiliary support members 113b are disposed on the magazine base 111b, and the auxiliary support members 113b are disposed on opposite sides of the conveying assembly 112b along the second direction, the auxiliary support members 113b include a support block 1131b extending along the first direction and a plurality of support wheels 1132b, the plurality of support wheels 1132b are disposed on the support block 1131b, and the plurality of support wheels 1132b are arranged at intervals along the first direction.
During the process of conveying the workpiece, the bottom surface of the workpiece may contact the supporting wheel 1132b, and rolling friction is generated between the supporting wheel 1132b and the workpiece. Therefore, the friction force of the workpieces in the conveying process can be reduced, the workpieces are prevented from being blocked in the conveying process, the workpieces are conveyed to the material storage station 11b more smoothly, or the workpieces are conveyed out of the material storage device 1002b from the material storage station 11b more smoothly, the conveying time of the workpieces is shortened, and the production efficiency is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the magazine body 300b further includes a driving assembly for replacing the feeding and discharging mechanism 40b, the driving assembly is used for directly driving the magazine station 11b to transport the workpieces, and the driving assembly includes a plurality of driving mechanisms, the number of the driving mechanisms is the same as that of the magazines, and the driving mechanisms correspond to the magazines one by one respectively.
Each driving mechanism can comprise a driving piece and a transmission rod, the transmission rod of each driving mechanism is connected with the output end of the driving piece, the transmission rod of each driving mechanism penetrates through all the storage stations 11b in the corresponding storage bin 1b, and the transmission rod of each driving mechanism can drive all the storage stations 11b in each layer of storage bin 1b to synchronously convey workpieces. For example, the driving rods of each layer of the storage bin 1b can be arranged in sequence along the second direction (refer to the e2 direction in the drawing), and the driving member can be arranged at one end of the driving rod of each layer of the storage bin 1b along the second direction. The driving member may adopt a servo motor.
Through setting up a plurality of actuating mechanism the same and respectively one-to-one with a plurality of storage silo 1 b's quantity, wear to locate all storage stations 11b in the storage silo 1b that corresponds with every actuating mechanism's transfer line, can make every layer of storage silo 1b realize independent control through the driving machine on this layer, every layer of storage silo 1 b's driving machine can drive the synchronous operation of this layer of storage station 11b of storage silo 1b to make all storage stations 11b in every layer of storage silo 1b synchronous transmission work pieces.
Therefore, a plurality of workpieces can be loaded and unloaded simultaneously from the storage station 11b of each layer of the storage bin 1b of the storage mechanism 20b, the time for conveying the workpieces to the processing equipment 1200b by the storage device 1002b is reduced, the processing equipment 1200b can convey the workpieces to be processed to the storage station 11b quickly, the time for loading and unloading the processing equipment 1200b is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. Moreover, the number of the driving members of each driving mechanism is small, and the production cost of the storing device 1002b can be saved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the magazine body 300b further includes a driving assembly for replacing the feeding and discharging mechanism 40b, the driving assembly is used for directly driving the magazine station 11b to transport the workpieces, and the driving assembly includes a plurality of driving mechanisms, and the number of the driving mechanisms is the same as that of the magazine stations 11b and corresponds to that of the magazine stations one by one.
For example, the magazine 1002b may operate by controlling the movement of the corresponding drive mechanism of one of the magazine stations 11b to operate the magazine station 11b, thereby causing the magazine station 11b to transport the workpieces individually.
For another example, the magazine 1002b can control all the driving mechanisms in the same layer of the magazine 1b to move synchronously, so that the magazine stations 11b of the layer of the magazine 1b operate synchronously, and all the magazine stations 11b in the layer of the magazine 1b transport workpieces synchronously.
For another example, the stocker 1002b may synchronously move all the corresponding driving mechanisms of all the stocker stations 11b in the same row, so that all the stocker stations 11b in the row operate synchronously, thereby synchronously conveying the workpieces from all the stocker stations 11b in the row.
For example, when the storage device 1002b controls all the storage stations 11b in the storage bin 1b of a certain floor to load the processing equipment 1200b, if the workpiece on one storage station 11b in the storage bin 1b of the floor is not transferred to the processing equipment 1200b, the storage station 11b can be controlled to move independently to transfer the workpiece to be processed on the storage station 11b to the processing equipment 1200b.
In addition, by arranging the driving assembly, the time for conveying the workpieces to the processing equipment 1200b by the storage device 1002b can be reduced, so that the processing equipment 1200b can convey the workpieces to be processed to the storage station 11b quickly, the time for loading and unloading the processing equipment 1200b is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in some embodiments of the invention, the storage mechanism 20b comprises a main frame 2b, the main frame 2b comprises a cross beam 21b and side plates 22b, the side plates 22b are provided on opposite sides of the cross beam 21b, all the storage bins 1b are arranged between the two side plates 22b, and all the storage bins 1b are located below the cross beam 21 b. Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in some specific embodiments of the present invention, the storage mechanism 20b includes a plurality of sensor assemblies 8b, the sensor assemblies 8b are provided in a plurality of groups, and the number of the sensor assemblies 8b in each group is the same as and corresponds to the number of the plurality of storage stations 11b in each layer of the storage bin 1b. Each set of sensor assemblies 8b is used to detect whether the work-piece is transferred to the correct position of the magazine station 11b, and each set of sensor assemblies 8b is used to detect whether the work-piece on the magazine station 11b is completely transferred out of the stocker mechanism 20b.
In the process of loading and unloading of the material storage device 1002b, the plurality of groups of sensor assemblies 8b are arranged, so that workpieces clamped at the material storage station 11b and the feeding and discharging transmission unit 6b can be detected in time, the workpieces which are not transmitted in place are prevented from blocking the lifting of the storage mechanism 20b, the stable on-ground unloading of the material storage device 1002b is ensured, the safety performance of the material storage device 1002b in the process of loading and unloading is improved, and the service life of the material storage device 1002b is prolonged.
Referring to fig. 7-8 and 11, in some embodiments of the present invention, the cross beam 21b includes a plurality of sub-cross beams 211b that are sequentially butted along the extending direction of the cross beam 21b, and two adjacent sub-cross beams 211b are detachably connected. This can improve the structural strength of the cross member 21b and prolong the service life of the cross member 21 b. Because detachably connects between two adjacent sub-crossbeams 211b, the length of crossbeam 21b can adopt the sub-crossbeam 211b of different quantity to constitute as required, satisfies different crossbeam 21 b's length demand. Moreover, the size of the sub-beam 211b is small, so that the size precision of the sub-beam 211b is easily ensured in the manufacturing process, the qualification rate of the beam 21b is ensured, and the production cost is reduced.
Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 11, in some embodiments of the present invention, the cross beam 21b is provided with a connecting lug plate 212b, a partition plate 23b is provided between two adjacent storage stations 11b along the horizontal direction, the partition plate 23b extends along the up-down direction, the upper end of the partition plate 23b is connected to the connecting lug plate 212b, and the storage stations 11b are connected to the partition plate 23b. The magazine station 11b of each course can be partitioned by providing the partition plate 23b, and when workpieces are conveyed to the magazine station 11b, conveyance of a plurality of workpieces to one magazine station 11b can be prevented, so that the workpieces can be accurately conveyed to the magazine station 11 b. The transport apparatus as recited in claim 6, wherein each of said feeding and discharging drive units further includes a transport assembly for supporting and transporting a workpiece, the workpiece being transferable between said transport assembly and a corresponding said transfer assembly when said drive member is in said docking position, said transport assembly being disposed through a corresponding said drive shaft, said drive unit driving said transport assembly through said drive shaft to transport the workpiece.
