when the vibrating conveyor is not needed to screen, the vibrating conveyor only plays a role in vibrating: firstly releasing the fixing pin 14 and the shutter 8 fastened by the butterfly bolt; secondly, the rolling shutter 8 is fully stretched out along the guide groove 4 by combining manual slow dragging of the rolling shutter 8 with counterclockwise rotation of the manual rotary table 15, and two ends of the rolling shutter 8 are respectively fixed to the initial end A and the terminal end B; then, the rolling shutter 8 is locked with the guide bars 3 at the two sides of the groove body 1 through the positioning threaded holes 6 and the positioning holes 9 respectively by butterfly bolts, so that the rolling shutter 8 is ensured not to generate vibration abnormal sound in the guide groove 4 when the vibration screening machine works; a plurality of positioning holes 9 are formed and are locked with the guide bars 3 on two sides of the groove body 1 through butterfly bolts, so that running is ensured to be free from vibration; finally, the fixed pin 14 is locked to synchronize the operation of the manual rotary table 15 and the groove body 1, so that the stability and the no abnormal sound performance of the roller shutter device are further ensured when the roller shutter device is used;
meanwhile, the jetting pipeline 17 intermittently jets the middle layer 7 of the tank body 1 under the control action of the air source control part 18, so that the accumulation of screening materials and dust in the middle layer 7 is effectively avoided.
The dual-purpose vibrating screen machine with the blowing device realizes the dual-purpose function of the vibrating screen machine, can realize the function of vibrating screen and the conveying function of a vibrating groove, and simultaneously realizes the function of cleaning and blowing the middle layer of the vibrating screen on line. The spraying device solves the problem that the process processing requirements of different brands on screened objects can not be changed on the premise of the structural design of original production equipment, effectively reduces the maintenance labor intensity and time of operators, effectively reduces the insect risk of the middle layer of the vibrating screen caused by difficult maintenance, ensures the product quality, and has simple, firm and reliable structure and simple and convenient installation and disassembly.
