meanwhile, the blowing pipeline 17 blows intermittently to the middle layer 7 of the tank body 1 under the control of the air source control part 18, and then screening materials and dust accumulation inside the middle layer 7 are effectively avoided.

when the vibratory screening machine functions are normally used: the whole roller shutter piece (8) can be completely curled on the roller shutter shaft through a manual turntable (15) and is positioned at the initial end (A) of the groove body, and the roller shutter piece is locked with the guide strips (3) at two sides of the groove body through the positioning threaded hole (6) and the positioning hole (7) through the butterfly bolt, so that the roller shutter piece is prevented from generating vibration abnormal sound in the guide groove (4) when the vibration screening machine works;
when the function of only starting the vibrating conveyor is screened without the vibrating screening machine: firstly, releasing the fixed pin (14) and the roller shutter (8) fastened by the butterfly bolt; secondly, the rolling blind piece is completely stretched along the guide groove in a mode of manually slowly dragging the rolling blind piece and rotating the manual rotating disc (15) anticlockwise, and two ends of the rolling blind piece are respectively fixed to the initial end (A) and the terminal end (B); then, the roller shutter piece is locked by the positioning threaded hole and the positioning hole and the guide strips on two sides of the groove body through butterfly bolts respectively, so that the roller shutter piece is prevented from generating vibration abnormal sound in the guide groove when the vibration screening machine works; a plurality of positioning holes are formed and are locked with the guide bars on the two sides of the groove body through butterfly bolts, so that no vibration is ensured during operation; finally, the fixing pin is locked to enable the manual rotating disc and the groove body to run synchronously, so that the stability and no noise when the roller shutter device is used are further ensured;
