Typical cases are:
it should be noted that the measurement of the A/N ratio in the following typical cases is the most commonly used method in clinic at present, and can well reflect the size of adenoids and the degree of the adenoids occupying the airway of the nasopharyngeal cavity.
Adenoid (a) thickness: the vertical distance from the most protruded point of the adenoid body to the lateral side of the occipital slope skull is the thickness of the adenoid body;
nasopharyngeal cavity (nasopharyngel, N) width: the distance from the rear end of the hard palate to the intersection point of the wing plate and the skull base is the width of the nasopharyngeal cavity. N is the width of the nasopharynx cavity of the most convex part of the adenoid body, namely the vertical distance between the intersection point of the reverse extension line of the vertical line and the upper edge of the rear end of the hard palate or the front middle part of the soft palate and the external tangent line of the occipital slope cranium; measurement of A/N ratio:
the ratio of the two is less than or equal to 0.60 in normal conditions;
mild hypertrophy at a ratio of 0.61-0.70;
the ratio is more than or equal to 0.71, and the patients are moderately hypertrophic;
adenoids are significantly hypertrophied > 0.80.
Clinical case 1:
when the patient is diagnosed with adenoid by 6-menstruation lateral nasopharynx tablet in 2020, the diagnosis detail report shows that the posterior wall of nasopharynx top is thickened and the corresponding airway is slightly narrowed. The ratio (A/N ratio) of the distance between the outer edge of the slope and the most convex point of the pharyngeal posterior wall to the distance between the outer edge of the slope and the front edge of the airway is 0.87. The patient uses the patch prepared in the embodiment 3 of the invention at night, the diagnosis is in detail reported that the back wall of the nasopharynx top is thickened, the corresponding airway is slightly narrowed, the ratio of the distance between the most convex point of the slope outer edge and the back wall of the nasopharynx to the distance between the slope outer edge and the front edge of the airway is 0.65, the A/N ratio is from 0.87 to 0.65, the adenoid body is changed from obvious hypertrophy to slight hypertrophy, and the symptom is relieved after 3 months to an outpatient service and 9 months of examination of the nasopharynx side tablet in 2020.
Clinical case 2:
the lateral nasopharynx of 8 months of department outpatient department of otorhinolaryngology of some hospitals in Shanxi, 8 years of Liu Ji, male, confirmed diagnosis as that adenoid body is obviously hypertrophied, and its diagnosis is reported in detail as that the back wall of nasopharynx top is thickened, corresponding airway is slightly narrowed, and the ratio (A/N ratio) of the distance from the outer edge of the slope to the most salient point of the back wall of pharynx to the distance from the outer edge of the slope to the front edge of airway is 1.0. After the patient uses the patch prepared in the embodiment 3 of the invention, the patient goes to the hospital for a further diagnosis 2 months later and is examined on the nasopharynx lateral tablet 10 months in 2020, the diagnosis detailed report is that the nasopharynx top back wall is thickened, the corresponding airway is slightly narrowed, and the ratio of the distance between the slope outer edge and the nasopharynx back wall most salient point to the distance between the slope outer edge and the airway front edge is 0.75. Although adenoids are still diagnosed as hypertrophied, the A/N ratio of the patch prepared in example 3 of the present invention is from 1.0 to 0.75, and adenoids are changed from significant hypertrophy to mild hypertrophy, which indicates that adenoids have a tendency to atrophy and the symptoms are improved.
Clinical case 3:

Abnormal density shadow is seen in the maxillary sinus cavity and the sphenoid sinus right atrium on both sides, and the sinus wall bone is not damaged. No obvious abnormalities were seen in the remaining sinuses. When a patient sleeps at night, the patch prepared in the embodiment 3 of the invention is used, the patient goes to a hospital for a double-examination after 3 months, the nasopharyngeal part CT diagnosis in 12-menstruation period in 2020 shows that no abnormality exists, and the diagnosis details report that thickened soft tissue shadow can be seen on the top and back wall of the nasopharyngeal cavity, the edge is smooth, and the thickness is about 0.6CM. Abnormal density shadow is seen in the maxillary sinus cavity and the sphenoid sinus right atrium on both sides, and the sinus wall bone is not damaged. No obvious abnormality was seen in the remaining sinuses. That is, the soft tissue thickness of the nasopharyngeal cavity top was from 1.2CM to 0.6CM, and adenoids were completely removed after the patient used the patch prepared in example 3 of the present invention.
Clinical case 4:
zhao somebody, male, age: after 6 years of age, the adenoid body is confirmed to be remarkably hypertrophied by 9-month nasopharynx lateral tablets in outpatient clinic of nasopharynx and laryngology department of Guizhou hospital in 2020, the diagnosis is reported in detail as thickening of the nasopharynx top posterior wall, the corresponding airway is slightly narrowed, and the ratio (A/N ratio) of the distance between the most salient point of the slope outer edge and the pharynx posterior wall to the distance between the slope outer edge and the airway front edge is 0.81. In morning and evening, adenosylmethionine is used in Zhongxiao, a hospital is retested after 2 months, and after examination on a nasopharynx lateral tablet in 11 months in 2020, the diagnosis is detailed and reported that the nasopharynx top back wall is thickened, the corresponding airway is narrowed, and the ratio of the distance between the outer edge of the slope and the most salient point of the pharynx back wall to the distance between the outer edge of the slope and the front edge of the airway is 0.66. Although adenoids are still diagnosed as hypertrophied, the A/N ratio of the patch prepared in example 3 of the present invention is from 0.81 to 0.66, indicating that adenoids tend to atrophy, and that adenoids undergo a change from marked hypertrophy to mild hypertrophy with reduced symptoms.
The present invention should be considered as limited only by the preferred embodiments and not by the specific details, since modifications, equivalents, and improvements made within the spirit and scope of the invention are intended to be included therein.
