The main body of the above steps may be a system or an apparatus side, for example, a monitoring system, or a video retrieval apparatus, or a processor with human-computer interaction capability configured on a storage apparatus, or a processing apparatus or a processing unit with similar processing capability, and the like, but is not limited thereto. The following description will be given by taking the video retrieval device as an example (which is only an exemplary description, and in actual operation, other devices or modules may be used to perform the above operations):
in the above embodiment, the video retrieval device obtains the access status of a set of video acquisition devices in a target video cascade system, where the target video cascade system includes cascaded multilayer video acquisition devices, and the multilayer video acquisition devices include a set of video acquisition devices, for example, the video acquisition devices may be cameras or cameras, or devices for video collection and summarization, and the multilayer video acquisition devices include video acquisition devices in different hierarchies, for example, taking a certain city retrieval center (or monitoring center) as an example, the retrievable video includes videos acquired by video acquisition devices in counties to which the city belongs, and may also include videos acquired by video acquisition devices in towns to which the counties belong, and may even include videos acquired by video acquisition devices in streets to which the towns belong, that is, the target video cascade system is composed of video acquisition devices in different hierarchies, and the retrieval center may acquire the access status of the set of video acquisition devices, or the city retrieval center acquires the accessibility of each device in the set of video acquisition devices, that is reachable, that it may be reached, which links are included in the video acquisition devices, and which video acquisition devices may be included in the video acquisition devices, or may be set in advance, and may include access statuses of all video acquisition devices in the video acquisition devices or may be set of the video acquisition devices, such as a cascade center, and may be taken by a user, or a cascade system, and may include a video acquisition device in which link or a cascade of a cascade system, and which is set; determining a group of video acquisition devices in the video acquisition device set according to the access state of the video acquisition device set, wherein the access state can be access permission, that is, access permission of a video acquired by a certain video acquisition device, or access prohibition, and the access state of the group of video acquisition devices is access permission, that is, access permission of a group of video acquisition devices is determined from the video acquisition device set; then establishing connection between the video retrieval device and each video acquisition device in the group of video acquisition devices, namely establishing a signaling channel of a link between the video retrieval device and each video acquisition device in the group of video acquisition devices in advance; when the target video retrieval instruction is acquired on the video retrieval device and is used for indicating to retrieve the target video acquired by the target video acquisition device, the target video can be acquired through the established connection, and the target video is played on the video retrieval device, wherein the retrieval video (or the target video) refers to retrieval and playing of the video. The method comprises the steps of determining a group of video acquisition devices (or called available video acquisition devices) according to access states of the video acquisition devices in a target video cascade system, namely determining a group of video acquisition devices (or called video acquisition devices with connectable links) according to accessibility conditions of links of the video acquisition devices in the target video cascade system, establishing connection with the group of video acquisition devices in advance, and then acquiring a target video by using the pre-established connection when a retrieval instruction is received, so that the purpose of improving the stability and speed of the video can be achieved, and the problems of long video retrieval delay time and poor video stability in the related technology are avoided.
In an optional embodiment, the obtaining the access status of the set of video obtaining devices in the target video cascading system includes: sending a target detection signaling to each video acquisition device in the video acquisition device set; and determining the access state of each video acquisition device in the video acquisition device set according to the response result of each video acquisition device in the video acquisition device set to the target detection signaling. In this embodiment, the access state of each video acquisition device may be determined by sending the target detection signaling to each video acquisition device, and then determining, according to a response result of each video acquisition device to the target detection signaling, whether each video acquisition device is allowed to be accessed, or optionally, sending the target detection signaling to all video acquisition devices included in the target video cascade system, and further determining the access states of all video acquisition devices. In practical application, the heartbeat signaling may be sent to each video acquisition device according to a predetermined period to determine an access state of each video acquisition device, or to say, determine an accessibility situation of a link where each video acquisition device is located. Through the embodiment, the aim of determining the access state of the video acquisition equipment by sending the target detection signaling is fulfilled.
In an optional embodiment, the determining, according to a response result of each video acquisition device in the set of video acquisition devices to the target detection signaling, the access state of each video acquisition device in the set of video acquisition devices includes: searching for the video acquisition device with the response result as a first result in the video acquisition device set, wherein the first result indicates that preset response information sent in response to the target detection signaling is received; determining the access state of the video acquisition device with the response result of the first result as the access permission under the condition that the video acquisition device with the response result of the first result is found in the video acquisition device set; searching for the video acquisition device with the response result being a second result in the video acquisition device set, wherein the second result indicates that the preset response information sent in response to the target detection signaling is not received; and determining the access state of the video acquisition device with the response result of the second result as access prohibition under the condition that the video acquisition device with the response result of the second result is found in the video acquisition device set. For example, when the response result of the video obtaining device a to the target detection signaling is the first result, it indicates that the link where the video obtaining device a is located is reachable, that is, the device a is accessible, and at this time, the access state of the video obtaining device a may be determined as allowed to be accessed; conversely, when the response result of the video obtaining device B to the target detection signaling is the second result, it indicates that the link where the video obtaining device B is located is unreachable, that is, the device B is inaccessible, and at this time, the access state of the video obtaining device B may be determined as access prohibition. Through the embodiment, the purpose of determining the access state of each video acquisition device according to the acquired response result of each video acquisition device to the target detection signaling is achieved.

In practical application, different priorities may be set for video acquisition devices of different hierarchies included in a target video cascade system, and then a video acquisition device set is determined from multiple layers of video acquisition devices according to the priorities of the video acquisition devices, for example, for some video acquisition devices with higher attention or videos acquired by the devices, a higher priority may be set, conversely, for video acquisition devices with lower attention or videos acquired by the devices only need to pay attention occasionally, a lower priority may be set, and of course, in practical application, the priorities of different video acquisition devices may be adjusted temporarily as needed. By the embodiment, the purposes of determining the priority of each video acquisition device and determining the video acquisition device set according to the priority are achieved.
In an optional embodiment, the determining the priority of each of the multiple layers of video capturing devices includes: determining the priority of each of the multi-layer video acquisition devices according to the reference information of each of the multi-layer video acquisition devices, wherein the reference information of each of the multi-layer video acquisition devices includes at least one of the following: the video retrieval method comprises the steps of obtaining the number of times of retrieval of videos obtained by each of the multilayer video obtaining devices, judging whether the videos obtained by each of the multilayer video obtaining devices are hot videos or not, obtaining the importance levels of the videos obtained by each of the multilayer video obtaining devices, and obtaining the network transmission state between each of the multilayer video obtaining devices and the video retrieval device. In this embodiment, the priority of each video acquisition device may be determined according to reference information of each video acquisition device, for example, the priority of a hotspot video is higher and the priority of a non-hotspot video is lower according to the number of times that a video acquired by each video acquisition device is called, or the nature of the video acquired by each video acquisition device, such as whether the video is a hotspot video, or the priority of the hotspot video is higher and the priority of the non-hotspot video is lower, or the priority of each video acquisition device may be determined according to the importance level of the video itself acquired by each video acquisition device, or optionally, the priority of each video acquisition device may be determined according to a network transmission state between each video acquisition device and the video calling device. Through the embodiment, the purpose of determining the priority of each video acquisition device based on different principles is achieved.

The current network use condition is detected at regular time, and whether the network congestion occurs in the current video retrieval is mainly analyzed. The principal analytical procedure is as follows:
1) Acquiring the total bandwidth of the current network;
2) Estimating the bandwidth occupied by the currently retrieved video (calculated according to 4mbps code stream);
3) Under the condition of reserving 20% -30% of bandwidth, estimating the number of videos which can be read (calculated according to 4mbps code stream);
4) In an exceptional case, if the retrieval of the video (calculated according to 4mbps code stream) exceeds 80% of the total bandwidth, the last 5 paths of videos are sent to the operation and maintenance personnel according to the queue priority in the video queue analysis module, so that the operation and maintenance personnel close unimportant videos.
Fig. 4 is a diagram of an example network traffic analysis service according to an embodiment of the present invention, which may include: (1) the current network use condition can be detected through a network flow query tool; (2) secondly, according to the queue priority in the video queue analysis module, under the condition that the bandwidth allows, the video with high priority is called first; (3) when the bandwidth exceeds a certain threshold (which may be preset), an alarm notification may be issued.
(2) Video queue analysis module
The video queue analysis module is mainly used for forming a hot video by analyzing the video retrieval record of the user and supporting the setting of important video point positions with high priority. The general flow is as follows:
1) And analyzing the video retrieval record, and recording the video information of the first 150 high-frequency hot spots into a database.
2) For emergency events, operation and maintenance personnel can manually adjust the video priority at a background management end.
3) A priority video queue is maintained for use by other modules based on the statistical information and the manual adjustment information in the database.
Fig. 5 is a diagram of an example of a video retrieval record statistics service according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the process includes: (1) inquiring video retrieval records; (2) counting and recording hot videos; (3) the high priority may be set manually.

The module is mainly a memory data structure. The Channelanalysis represents the reachability analysis result of the video channel cascade link; pathNode denotes each node on the concatenation path. The relationship is shown in fig. 6.
1)ChannelAnalysis
