and receiving address information of a second monitoring video returned by the face recognition server, and sending the address information of the second monitoring video to the third-party equipment for displaying by the third-party equipment.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the video network comprises a video network monitoring and networking management scheduling terminal, the video network monitoring and networking management scheduling terminal is provided with a video network monitoring and scheduling system, and the receiving of the target positioning information and the target face information of the person to be monitored, which are sent by the third-party device, comprises:
the video network monitoring and networking management and scheduling terminal receives target positioning information and target face information of a person to be monitored, which are sent by a third-party device in a timing or real-time mode through the video network monitoring and scheduling system, wherein the target positioning information comprises longitude information and latitude information of the person to be monitored;

and if the matching degree of the first face features and the second face features is larger than or equal to a preset value, the face recognition server determines the first monitoring video corresponding to the first video frame as the second monitoring video.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein if the first surveillance video is a plurality of surveillance videos, the determining, by the face recognition system, the first surveillance video corresponding to the first video frame as the second surveillance video comprises:
the face recognition server analyzes the first monitoring videos simultaneously and respectively;
and the face recognition server determines the first monitoring video which is firstly analyzed to the target face information as the second monitoring video.
6. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and if the matching degree of the first face features and the second face features is smaller than the preset value, the intelligent analysis linkage terminal of the video network receives a recognition failure response instruction returned by the face recognition system.
7. The method according to claim 3, wherein the receiving address information of the second surveillance video returned by the face recognition server and sending the address information of the second surveillance video to the third-party device for display by the third-party device comprises:
the video networking intelligent analysis linkage terminal receives address information of a real-time streaming protocol of a second monitoring video returned by the face recognition server, and sends the address information of the real-time streaming protocol to the third-party equipment through the video networking management scheduling terminal, so that the third-party equipment can acquire the second monitoring video corresponding to the address information of the real-time streaming protocol from the protocol conversion server according to the address information of the real-time streaming protocol, and play the second monitoring video on the third-party equipment.
8. A surveillance video viewing device for use in a video network, the device comprising:
