FIG. 3 is a flow diagram of a method for processing a video call in one embodiment. The processing method of the video call shown in fig. 3 can be applied to the terminal 102, the terminal 104, or the terminal 106, and includes:
and 310, receiving a video call request sent by a third terminal in the process of carrying out video call with the second terminal.
Any one of the terminals 102, 104 or 106 may be a first terminal, and the other two terminals are a second terminal and a third terminal, respectively. The video call refers to a real-time video picture call triggered by a video call request initiating item provided by a system page or a page inside a call application program. The video call request is used for requesting real-time video call with a target user, the video call request can carry a requesting party user identifier and a requested party user identifier, and the user identifier is used for uniquely identifying one user.
In one possible embodiment, the video call comprises a video call conducted through a mobile communication network or a video call conducted through a wireless network, wherein the video call conducted through the mobile communication network may be initiated directly by a telephone number of a call user, the video call conducted through the wireless network may be initiated by a call application providing a video call function, the call application providing the video call function comprising a social application, a game application, an information browsing application, and the like.
Specifically, the process that the first terminal and the second terminal perform the video call means that the first terminal and the second terminal have established a video call connection and are performing the video call. In the process of carrying out video call between the first terminal and the second terminal, a video call request sent by a third terminal is received, the third terminal can send the video call request to the server, and the video call request carries a user identifier corresponding to the third terminal and a user identifier corresponding to the first terminal, so that after receiving the video call request, the server forwards the video call request to the first terminal according to the user identifier corresponding to the first terminal.
In a possible implementation manner, during the process of a video call between a first terminal and a second terminal, video call requests sent by a plurality of different other terminals may be received simultaneously or sequentially, where the video call requests may be initiated through a touch operation, a gesture operation, or a voice instruction acting on a terminal interface, and the form is not limited.
And step 320, responding to the video call request, and outputting a corresponding video call notification, wherein the video call notification is used for reminding a user that a third terminal requests to establish a video call with the first terminal.
The video call notification is used for reminding a user of a new video call request, is triggered according to the video call request, and can be realized in a mode of combining one or more forms of voice, text, vibration, animation and the like. The video call notification can be realized based on a functional interface provided by the system and can also be realized through an application program.
In a possible implementation manner, if the call application program is not started or runs in the background, the video call notification is realized through a functional interface provided by the system, if the call application program is running in the foreground, the video call notification is realized through the inside of the application program, and the video call notification is output through the inside interface of the application program.
Specifically, the video call notification is matched with the video call request, the feedback mode and the feedback amplitude of the video call notification can be configured according to the information corresponding to the video call request, and the specific configuration relationship can be customized. The information corresponding to the video call request includes information of a video requesting party, such as a user name and user priority information, and information of an association relationship between the video requesting party and a video requested party, such as friend intimacy information, historical call information between the video requesting party and the video requested party, and the like.
In a possible implementation manner, the user may autonomously configure a corresponding target feedback manner and feedback amplitude for a specific user, for example, the feedback manner corresponding to the user a is vibration feedback, the vibration amplitude is a first frequency, the feedback manner corresponding to the user B is text feedback, and the text area is a first area size. The user can conveniently set different video call notifications for different video call objects according to the preference of the user.
In a possible implementation mode, feedback parameters are calculated according to information corresponding to the video call request, the feedback parameters can be related to importance corresponding to the video call request, the feedback mode and the feedback amplitude of the video call notification are determined according to the feedback parameters, an algorithm for calculating the feedback parameters can be customized, information of various types can be quantized, and weighting fusion calculation is carried out to obtain the feedback parameters. In a possible implementation manner, the feedback parameter is a score, and the score is higher and represents that the importance of the video call is higher, so that a more obvious feedback mode and a larger feedback amplitude can be set for the video call request with high importance, and the feedback mode and the feedback amplitude of the video call notification change along with the importance when the importance corresponding to different video call requests is different, so that the user can distinguish the video call requests with different importance.
And step 330, outputting options for responding to the video call request based on the video call notification, wherein the options comprise an option for accepting response to the video call request and an option for rejecting response.
The option for responding to the video call request is used for providing a user with the option of selecting whether to connect the video call corresponding to the video call request, if the user can select to accept the option, the video call corresponding to the video call request is connected, and if the user selects to reject the option, the video call corresponding to the video call request is not connected.
In particular, the option to respond to a video call request may be output directly by the video call notification, representing a different response to the video call request by acting on different operations of the video call notification. In one possible implementation, as shown in the interface 402 in fig. 4, the video call notification is a pop-up actionable text, a left-sliding operation on the text represents a selection of accepting the video call request sent by the third terminal, and a right-sliding operation on the text box represents a rejection of the video call request sent by the third terminal. And based on the operation on the video call notification, jumping to the target interface, and outputting an option for responding to the video call request on the target interface, as shown in an interface 404 in fig. 4, which is an interface schematic diagram of jumping to the target interface.
In one possible implementation, as shown in the interface 404 in fig. 4, an accept option and a reject option are displayed on the target interface, where the accept option represents accepting the video call request sent by the third terminal, and the reject option represents rejecting the video call request sent by the third terminal.
In one possible implementation, a reject option and a plurality of different accept options are displayed on the target interface, where the different accept options respectively represent accepting the video call request in different call forms, and the different call forms include a two-person call form, a three-person call form, a multi-person call form corresponding to more than three calls, and the like, as shown in an interface 406 in fig. 4.
In one possible embodiment, outputting the option to respond to the video call request may be in the form of an animation or in the form of a task, representing different options by different animations, or representing different options by completing different tasks, which may be accomplished by touch operations, voice input, etc.
In one possible implementation, a preset area of the trigger terminal is an event receiving area based on the video call notification, and the event receiving area is used for identifying an operation track acting on the area and triggering a corresponding response event. Drawing a circle in the event receiving area represents accepting the video call request, and drawing a straight line in the event receiving area represents rejecting the video call request.
In one possible implementation, the icon and icon placement area are displayed on the terminal based on the video call notification trigger, which represents accepting the video call request by moving the icon on the terminal to the first icon placement area and rejecting the video call request by moving the icon on the terminal to the second icon placement area, as shown in interface 408 in fig. 4.
In one possible implementation, the voice recognition module is triggered based on the video call notification to accept the video call request by recognizing a voice representative of "turn on new video" and reject the video call request by recognizing a voice representative of "reject new video".
In the method for processing the video call in the embodiment, in the process of performing the video call between the first terminal and the second terminal, a video call request sent by a third terminal is received, a corresponding video call notification is output in response to the video call request, the video call notification is used for reminding a user that the third terminal requests to establish the video call with the first terminal, and based on the video call notification, an option for responding to the video call request is output.
The above embodiment mainly explains how the electronic device outputs an option for responding to the video call request when the electronic device is already in a video call, so that the requested end can selectively accept or reject the video call request according to the requirement, thereby improving the selectivity and flexibility of the video call. In addition, some practical schemes of how to determine the video call notification matching the video call request to output different video call notifications for video call requests with different importance levels are also described in other embodiments of the present application. Reference may be made in particular to the embodiment shown in fig. 3. On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, step 320 includes:
step 322, obtaining historical call relevancy corresponding to the video call request.
And step 324, determining a target feedback amplitude corresponding to the video call notification according to the historical call correlation.
In step 326, the video call notification is output according to the target feedback amplitude.
The historical call correlation degree is used for representing the historical call correlation degree of the third terminal and the first terminal, and the higher the historical call correlation degree is, the higher the intimacy degree of the user corresponding to the third terminal and the user corresponding to the first terminal is, and the higher the importance degree of the video call is. Different target feedback amplitudes are determined according to different historical call relevance degrees, so that video call requests sent by users with different intimacy degrees can be directly distinguished according to the feedback amplitudes notified by video call. The feedback amplitude corresponds to different forms of the video call notification and corresponds to different values, and if the video call notification is in a text form, the feedback amplitude can be the area of the text, the occupation ratio of the text to the terminal screen, and the like. If the video call notification is in a voice form, the feedback amplitude may be the volume of the sound. If the video call notification is in the form of vibration, the feedback amplitude may be the frequency of the vibration.
In one possible embodiment, the video call notification includes at least two different forms, and the target feedback magnitude corresponds to the at least two different forms, and if the video call notification includes a sound and a vibration, the target feedback magnitude includes a volume magnitude corresponding to the sound and a frequency magnitude corresponding to the vibration.
Specifically, the historical call relevancy may be determined according to historical call information corresponding to the video call request, the historical call information may include historical call times, historical call time, and the like, a historical call parameter representing the call relevancy may be calculated based on a user-defined algorithm according to the historical call information, and then the historical call relevancy may be determined according to the size of the historical call parameter. When the historical call parameters are calculated, the historical call information of the associated user terminals corresponding to the first terminal, the number of the associated user terminals, the user priorities corresponding to the associated users and the like can be combined for calculation. The associated user may be a user having an application association relationship with the first terminal, and the association relationship may be a friend relationship. And outputting the corresponding video call notification according to the target feedback amplitude, so that different video call notifications correspond to different feedback amplitudes, and determining the importance of the video call according to the feedback amplitudes, thereby determining whether the call needs to be connected.
In a possible implementation manner, the corresponding relationship between the historical call relevancy and the target feedback amplitude can be customized, and the historical call relevancy may be defined to be in direct proportion or inverse proportion to the target feedback amplitude, and may be in a linear relationship or a nonlinear relationship. When the historical call relevance is in direct proportion to the target feedback amplitude, the larger the historical call relevance is, the larger the target feedback amplitude is, and when the feedback of the video call notification is more severe, the video call is indicated to be more important. When the size of the historical call correlation degree is inversely proportional to the size of the target feedback amplitude, the larger the historical call correlation degree is, the smaller the target feedback amplitude is, and when the feedback of the video call notification is smaller, the video call is indicated to be more important.
In the embodiment, different target feedback amplitudes are determined for different historical call correlations through the historical call correlations corresponding to the video call requests, and since the historical call correlations reflect the intimacy between the video call requesting party and the video call request requested party, the video calls with high intimacy are more important, and different feedback amplitudes can be determined for the video call requests with different importance degrees, a user can directly determine the importance degree of the video call according to the feedback amplitude notified by the video call, and judge whether the video call needs to be connected.
The above embodiment mainly explains a technical scheme that the electronic device can output different feedback amplitudes when performing video call notification on different video call requests, so that the requested end can judge the importance of the video call request according to the feedback amplitudes to judge whether the video call request needs to be connected or not, and a user can conveniently and quickly judge the importance of the video call. In addition, in other embodiments of the present application, how to determine the historical call correlation corresponding to the video call request is further described, so as to accurately calculate the historical call correlation, so that the historical call correlation better represents the importance of the video call. On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, step 322 includes:
step 322A, a first historical call parameter corresponding to the video call request is obtained, where the first historical call parameter is related to the historical call times.
The first historical call parameter is related to the historical call times, the first historical call parameter is obtained by calculation according to the historical call times, and a specific calculation algorithm can be defined by a user.
The historical call times refer to the number of video calls in a preset time period, wherein the preset time period can be customized according to needs, such as one year or one month or after starting up. The historical call times may include call times of a video call requesting party and a video call request requested party, and may further include call times of a video call request requested party and an associated user, where the associated user is a user having an application association relationship with the video call request requested party, and the application association relationship is an association relationship in a video call application, where the application association relationship is a relationship if a friend relationship exists or a history is a friend relationship, and the current is a blacklist relationship.
In one possible implementation, the number of calls between the video call requesting party and the video call request requested party is directly used as the first historical call parameter.
In a possible implementation manner, the call times of the video call request party and the video call request requested party, and the call times of the video call request requested party and each associated user are sequenced to obtain a sequencing result, and a first historical call parameter is calculated according to the sequencing result. If the number of times of calls between the video call requesting party and the video call request requested party is 100, 2 associated users exist, and the number of times of calls respectively corresponding to the video call requesting party and the video call request requested party is 120 and 50, the number of times of calls between the video call requesting party and the video call request requested party is ranked as a second according to the size of the number of times of calls, and 2 is used as a first historical call parameter, or normalization is performed to be used as the first historical call parameter.
In a possible implementation manner, the first historical call parameter is calculated according to the number of calls between the video call requesting party and the video call request requested party, the number of calls between the video call request requested party and each associated user, and the number of associated users.
Step 322B, a second historical call parameter corresponding to the video call request is obtained, where the second historical call parameter is related to the historical call duration.
The second historical call parameter is related to the historical call duration, the second historical call parameter is obtained by calculation according to the historical call duration, and a specific calculation algorithm can be defined by a user.
The historical call duration refers to the time length of a video call within a preset time period, wherein the preset time period can be customized according to needs, such as one year or one month or after the mobile phone is turned on. The historical call duration may include the call duration between the video call requesting party and the video call request requested party, and may further include the call duration between the video call request requested party and the associated user.
In a possible implementation manner, the call duration between the video call requesting party and the video call request requested party is directly used as the second historical call parameter.
In a possible implementation manner, the call durations of the video call requesting party and the video call request requested party and the call durations of the video call request requested party and each associated user are sequenced to obtain a sequencing result, and a first historical call parameter is calculated according to the sequencing result. If the call duration of the video call requesting party and the video call request requested party is 100, 2 associated users exist, and the corresponding call durations are 120 and 50 respectively, the call durations of the video call requesting party and the video call request requested party are ranked as the second according to the call times, and 2 is used as a second historical call parameter, or normalization is performed to be used as a first historical call parameter.
In a possible implementation manner, the second historical call parameter is calculated according to the call duration of the video call requesting party and the video call request requested party, the call duration of the video call request requested party and each associated user, and the number of the associated users.
Step 322C, determining a historical call correlation based on the first historical call parameter and the second historical call parameter.
Specifically, a specific algorithm for determining the historical call correlation according to the first historical call parameter and the second historical call parameter may be customized. The first historical call parameter and the second historical call parameter may be weighted to obtain the historical call relevancy, where the weight of the first historical call parameter and the weight corresponding to the second historical call parameter may be customized, for example, the weight of the first historical call parameter is 0.7, and the weight corresponding to the second historical call parameter is 0.3. And performing other function calculation on the first historical call parameter and the second historical call parameter to obtain historical call correlation.

The above embodiment mainly explains that the electronic device may comprehensively consider a first historical call parameter related to the historical call times and a second historical call parameter related to the historical call duration when calculating the historical call relevancy, and may flexibly allocate the influence degree of the first historical call parameter and the second historical call parameter on the calculation of the historical call relevancy, so as to obtain the historical call relevancy meeting the user requirement. In addition, in other embodiments of the present application, how to calculate the first historical call parameter by combining the target historical call times and the associated historical call times is further described, so as to accurately calculate the first historical call parameter. On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the acquiring a first historical call parameter corresponding to the video call request includes:
step 702, obtaining the association history call times of the calls with each association user terminal, wherein the association user terminal is the user terminal having application association relation with the first terminal.
Step 704, obtaining the target historical call times of the call with the third terminal.
Step 706, a first historical call parameter is calculated based on the target historical call times and the associated historical call times.
The associated user terminal is a user having an application association relationship with a requested party of the video call request, and the application association relationship is an association relationship in the video call application, such as a friend relationship or a friend relationship in history, and a blacklist relationship at present.
Specifically, the association history call times of calls with each associated user terminal may be counted within a preset time period or from power-on. And the target historical call times of the calls with the third terminal are counted in the same preset time period or counted after the third terminal is started, and the counted time period is consistent with the time period for counting the use of the associated historical call times of the calls of each associated user terminal. The algorithm for calculating the first historical call parameter based on the target historical call times and the associated historical call times can be customized, the first historical call parameter determines the importance degree corresponding to the video call request through the call times, and the more the call times are, the greater the importance degree is. And calculating different first historical call parameters according to different historical call times.

The above embodiment mainly explains that the electronic device may comprehensively consider the associated historical call times of calls with each associated user terminal and the target historical call times of calls with the third terminal when calculating the first historical call parameter, so that the importance of the video call is more comprehensively embodied by the calculated first historical call parameter. In addition, in other embodiments of the present application, how to calculate the first historical call parameter by specifically combining the associated historical call times of the calls with each associated user terminal and the target historical call times of the calls with the third terminal is further described, so as to accurately calculate the first historical call parameter. On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the calculating of the first history call parameter based on the target history call number and the associated history call number includes:
step 802, based on the target historical call times and the associated historical call times, a historical call times ranking corresponding to the target historical call times is obtained.
Specifically, the target historical call times and the associated historical call times are sorted according to the size of the times, and if the historical call times corresponding to the target historical call times are ranked as ranking times MA.
And step 804, calculating to obtain a first historical call parameter according to the historical call frequency ranking and the number of the associated user terminals.
Specifically, the number of the associated user terminals is X, the first historical call parameter is obtained by calculation according to the ranking MA and X, and a specific calculation algorithm can be customized. In one possible embodiment, the first historical call parameter M = (X-MA + 1) × 100/X, sorted in descending order of number of times. The first historical call parameter is proportional to the target historical number of calls, and X-MA +1 is that the first historical call parameter ranked higher should be larger, so that the next ranking needs to be reversed. In one possible embodiment, the first historical call parameter M = MA × 100/X is sorted in descending order of number of times, and the first historical call parameter is proportional to the target historical number of calls. The larger the first historical call parameter, the higher the importance of the video call.
In the embodiment, the first historical call parameter is obtained by calculating the historical call number ranking corresponding to the target historical call number and the number of the associated user terminals, the operation is convenient and fast, and the number of the associated user terminals is used, so that the reliability of the calculation result is improved.
In addition, in other embodiments of the present application, how to calculate the second historical call parameter by combining the target historical call duration and the associated historical call duration is further described, so as to accurately calculate the second historical call parameter. On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the acquiring a second historical call parameter corresponding to the video call request includes:
step 902, obtaining the historical call duration associated with each associated user terminal, where the associated user terminal is a user terminal having an application association relationship with the first terminal.
And step 904, acquiring the target historical conversation time length of the conversation with the third terminal.
Step 906, a second historical call parameter is calculated based on the target historical call duration and the associated historical call duration.
The associated user terminal is a user having an application association relationship with a video call request requested party, and the application association relationship is an association relationship in a video call application, for example, a friend relationship exists or a history is a friend relationship, and a current is a blacklist relationship.
Specifically, the associated historical call duration of the call with each associated user terminal may be counted within a preset time period or from the power-on. And the target historical conversation time length of the conversation with the third terminal is also counted in the same preset time period or since the third terminal is started, and is consistent with the time period for counting the use time length of the associated historical conversation time length of the conversation with each associated user terminal. The algorithm for calculating the second historical call parameter based on the target historical call time and the associated historical call time can be customized, the second historical call parameter determines the importance degree corresponding to the video call request through the call time, and the more the call time is, the greater the importance degree is. And calculating different historical call durations to obtain different second historical call parameters.
In a possible embodiment, the method further includes: and adding the association history call durations to obtain a statistic association history call duration, and taking the target history call duration/(statistic association history call duration + target history call duration) as a second history call parameter.
In a possible embodiment, the method further includes: and (4) associating the target historical call duration/the statistic historical call duration, and taking the calculated result as a second historical call parameter.
In a possible embodiment, the method further includes: and sequencing the historical call duration and the target historical call duration of each association, and determining a second historical call parameter according to a sequencing result.
In this embodiment, when the second historical call parameter is calculated, the associated historical call duration of the call with each associated user terminal and the target historical call duration of the call with the third terminal are integrated, so that the importance of the video call can be more comprehensively embodied by the calculated second historical call parameter.
The above embodiment mainly explains that the electronic device may comprehensively consider the associated historical call duration of the call with each associated user terminal and the target historical call duration of the call with the third terminal when calculating the second historical call parameter, so that the importance of the video call is more comprehensively embodied by the calculated second historical call parameter. In addition, in other embodiments of the present application, how to calculate the second historical call parameter by specifically combining the associated historical call duration of the call with each associated user terminal and the target historical call duration of the call with the third terminal is further described, so as to accurately calculate the second historical call parameter. On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the method includes:
step 1002, based on the target historical call duration and the associated historical call duration, obtaining a historical call duration ranking corresponding to the target historical call duration.
Specifically, the target historical call duration and the associated historical call duration are sorted according to the duration, and if the historical call duration corresponding to the target historical call duration is named as a ranking name NA.
Step 1004, calculating to obtain a second historical call parameter according to the historical call duration ranking and the number of the associated user terminals.
Specifically, the number of the associated user terminals is X, the second historical call parameter is obtained by calculation according to the ranking name NA and X, and a specific calculation algorithm can be customized. In one possible embodiment, the second historical call parameter M = (X-NA + 1) × 100/X, sorted in order of decreasing duration. The second historical call parameter is proportional to the target historical call duration, and X-MA +1 is that the second historical call parameter ranked higher should be larger, so that the call needs to be reversed for the next time. In one possible embodiment, the second historical call parameter M = MA × 100/X is sorted in descending order of time length, and the second historical call parameter is proportional to the target historical call time length. The larger the second historical call parameter, the higher the importance of the video call.
In the embodiment, the second historical call parameter is obtained by calculating the historical call time ranking corresponding to the target historical call duration and the number of the associated user terminals, so that the method and the device are convenient and quick, and the number of the associated user terminals is used, so that the reliability of the calculation result is improved.
The above embodiment illustrates a technical scheme that the electronic device can output different feedback amplitudes when performing video call notification on different video call requests, so that the requested end can judge the importance of the video call request according to the feedback amplitudes, thereby judging whether the requested end needs to be connected, and facilitating a user to quickly judge the importance of the video call. In addition, in other embodiments of the present application, how to determine a target feedback amplitude according to a call request priority is further described, where different call request priorities correspond to different target feedback amplitudes, so that a user can identify an importance of a video call according to the target feedback amplitude. On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, step 324 includes:
in step 324A, a call request priority corresponding to the historical call relevancy is determined, wherein the level of the call request priority is in direct proportion to the magnitude of the historical call relevancy.
The communication request priority is used for representing the importance of the video communication request, and the higher the communication request priority is, the higher the importance of the video communication request is. Therefore, the importance of different video call requests can be distinguished according to the call request priority.
Specifically, the corresponding relationship between the historical call relevancy and the call request priority can be customized, and the greater the historical call relevancy is, the higher the level of the call request priority is. The number of the levels of the call request priority and the corresponding relation between the levels and the historical call correlation degree can be set differently according to different application scenes. In a possible implementation manner, the call request priority includes 5 different levels, each level corresponds to a different historical call correlation interval, the value of the historical call correlation interval corresponding to the call request priority with the higher level is larger, and the minimum value of the historical call correlation interval of the next level is determined according to the maximum value of the historical call correlation interval of the previous level. If the historical call relevancy interval of the first level is [0,30 ], the historical call relevancy interval of the second level is [30,50 ].
And 324B, acquiring a target feedback amplitude corresponding to the priority of the call request, wherein the target feedback amplitude is in direct proportion to the level of the priority of the call request.
Specifically, different call request priorities correspond to different target feedback amplitudes, the correspondence between the call request priorities and the target feedback amplitudes can be customized by a user, and in one possible implementation, the correspondence between the different call request priorities and the target feedback amplitudes can be set for different terminal hardware configurations. The maximum feedback amplitude corresponding to the terminal can be obtained according to the terminal hardware configuration, and then different target feedback amplitudes are configured for different call request priorities according to the maximum feedback amplitude. The target feedback amplitude may include target feedback amplitudes corresponding to different types of feedback, such as a first target feedback amplitude corresponding to vibration and a second target feedback amplitude corresponding to sound. The magnitude of the target feedback amplitude is proportional to the level of the priority of the call request, for example, the magnitude of the target feedback amplitude of the first level is a, and the magnitude of the target feedback amplitude of the second level is B, where a is smaller than B.
In the embodiment, the corresponding call request priority is determined according to the historical call correlation degree, the target feedback amplitude corresponding to the video call notification is determined according to the call request priority degree, the higher the historical call correlation degree is, the higher the call request priority degree is, the larger the target feedback amplitude is, the priority degree of the video call request is determined, and automatic feedback is performed by using different feedback amplitudes, so that a user can identify the priority degree of the call request according to the feedback amplitude, and further judge whether the video call needs to be connected.
The above embodiment explains that the electronic device corresponds to different target feedback amplitudes for different call request priorities, so that the user can identify the importance of the video call according to the target feedback amplitudes, and the user can conveniently and quickly judge whether the video call is connected. In addition, other embodiments of the present application also describe how to output an option to respond to a video call request based on the video call notification. On the basis of the above embodiment, step 330 includes: responding to the operation acting on the video call notification, and displaying a call request interface corresponding to the video call request; and displaying a first option of accepting response aiming at the video call request and a second option of refusing response aiming at the video call request on the call request interface.
The operation acting on the video call notification may be a touch operation, a gesture operation, a voice operation, or the like, and the call request interface is an interface for requesting a video call.
Specifically, the request call interface comprises a first option and a second option, wherein the first option is used for performing an acceptance response on the video call request, and the second option is used for performing a rejection response on the video call request. The first option may be one or more options of different types, such as a two-person video call option and a plurality of group video call options, and the options of different types are used for receiving and responding to the video call request in different ways. The request call interface may also display information of the video call requester, such as a user avatar, a user name, and the like. The video call request can be responded differently by operating the first option or the second option, wherein the operation can be click operation, touch operation, track operation and the like, and the presentation forms of the first option and the second option are not limited and can be virtual keys, animation type options and the like.
In the embodiment, the call request interface corresponding to the video call request is displayed through the operation of acting on the video call notification, and different responses can be selectively made to the video call request by a user through different options in the call request interface. Different options are displayed through an independent interface, so that a user can more conveniently and accurately respond to the video call request.
The above embodiment explains that the electronic device displays different options through an independent call request interface, so that the user can selectively respond to the video call request differently, and the user can conveniently select whether to connect the video call. In addition, in other embodiments of the present application, how to conditionally receive an operation applied to a video call notification is described, and validity of the operation is determined according to a preset duration. On the basis of the above embodiment, the displaying a call request interface corresponding to the video call request in response to an operation applied to the video call notification includes: and displaying the video call notification through the current interface for calling with the second terminal, and responding to the operation which is received in the preset time length and acts on the video call notification, and displaying a call request interface corresponding to the video call request.
The preset time length can be customized, for example, defined as 5 seconds.
Specifically, the video call notification is displayed on the interface of the current call with the second terminal, and the display position and the display size of the video call notification can be customized. In one possible implementation, the display position and the display size of the video call notification are related to the historical call correlation corresponding to the video call request, and the larger the historical call correlation is, the more obvious the display position is, and the larger the display size is. And displaying a call request interface corresponding to the video call request only by receiving the operation acting on the video call notification within the preset time length. And starting calculation from the display of the video call notification on the interface, and if the operation acting on the video call notification is received within the preset time length, displaying a call request interface corresponding to the video call request.
In this embodiment, the operation acting on the video call notification is conditionally received, the validity of the operation is determined according to the preset duration, and the call request interface corresponding to the video call request is displayed only if the operation is valid, so that the reliability of display of the call request interface is improved, the call request interface is prevented from being displayed inefficiently, and the misoperation of the user is avoided.
The above embodiment explains that the electronic device displays the call request interface corresponding to the video call request only by receiving the operation acting on the video call notification within the preset time length, so as to avoid the misoperation of the user. In addition, in other embodiments of the present application, an operation that does not receive a notification of a video call within a preset duration is also described, and the terminal helps the user to respond to the video call, so that the user automatically hangs up a new video call request when the operation is inconvenient. On the basis of the above embodiment, after displaying the video call notification through the current interface for making a call with the second terminal, the method further includes: and if the operation acting on the video call notification is not received within the preset time length, rejecting the video call request and continuing to carry out the video call with the second terminal.
Specifically, if the operation acting on the video call notification is not received within the preset time length, the video call request is rejected, and the video call is continued with the second terminal, so that if the display time length of the video call notification exceeds the preset time length and no operation is received, a new video call request can be automatically hung up. It can be understood that if the video call request is rejected and the video call with the second terminal is continued, the video call notification automatically disappears on the interface.
In the embodiment, the validity period of the operation acting on the video call notification is enabled to exist through the preset duration, and if the validity period is exceeded, the terminal helps the user to respond to the video call, so that the user can automatically hang up a new video call request under the condition of inconvenient operation.
In addition to the above embodiments, other embodiments of the present application also describe how to perform different responses to the video call through different operations. On the basis of the above embodiment, after the step 330, the method further includes: and responding to a first operation acted on the option, and establishing a video call with the third terminal, wherein the first operation is used for receiving a response aiming at the video call request. And rejecting the video call with the third terminal in response to a second operation acting on the option, wherein the second operation is used for rejecting a response aiming at the video call request.
Specifically, if the option for outputting a response to the video call request is a video call notification, the first operation and the second operation are different operations acting on the video call notification, and include a sliding operation in different directions, a gesture operation in different directions, a voice operation in different semantics, and the like. And if the video call notification is subjected to the first-direction sliding operation (such as left sliding operation), receiving response is carried out aiming at the video call request, and the video call with the third terminal is established. And if the video call notification is subjected to the second-direction sliding operation (such as right sliding operation), refusing response is carried out aiming at the video call request, and the video call with the third terminal is refused. If the option for responding to the video call request is output and includes a plurality of different options, for example, a first option and a second option are included, the first operation is an operation acting on the first option, and the second operation is an operation acting on the second option, where the operations include clicking, touching, and the like. And performing acceptance response or rejection response on the video call request through operation of different options.
In the embodiment, through the operation of the options, the corresponding different responses to the video call are realized, so that the video call request can be connected or disconnected according to the operation of the user, and the establishment selectivity of a new video call is improved.
In addition, in other embodiments of the present application, when receiving a response, the receiving response includes different forms of receiving responses, and the new video call is connected in different forms through the different forms of receiving responses. On the basis of the above embodiment, establishing a video call with the third terminal in response to the first operation acting on the option, where the first operation is used to perform an acceptance response to the video call request, and includes one of the following manners:
the first mode is as follows: and if the first operation is the operation corresponding to the establishment of the double-person call, ending the video call with the second terminal and establishing the video call with the third terminal.
Specifically, a double-person call refers to a video call that is only performed between two parties of the call, such as a video call performed between a user a and a user B, which is a one-to-one type of call. And if the first operation is the operation corresponding to the establishment of the double-person call, ending the video call with the second terminal and establishing the video call with the third terminal. The operation corresponding to the establishment of the double-person call can be customized, for example, the operation corresponding to the establishment of the double-person call is defined as sliding left, or a double-person call establishment operation area exists, the operation acting on the double-person call operation area is the operation of establishing the double-person call, for example, a double-person call selection button exists, and the operation acting on the double-person call selection button is the operation of establishing the double-person call. For example, if the user a and the user B are performing a video call, if the first operation is an operation corresponding to establishing a double call, the video call with the user B is ended, and a video call with the user C is established.
The second mode is as follows: and if the first operation is an operation corresponding to multi-user call establishment, establishing a group video call, and accessing the second terminal and the third terminal into the group video call, wherein the multi-user call refers to a call in which at least three user terminals participate.
The multi-person call refers to a video call performed among at least three user terminals, such as a group video call performed among a user a, a user B, and a user C, and is a one-to-many call. And if the first operation is an operation corresponding to the multi-person call, establishing a group video call, and accessing the second terminal and the third terminal into the group video call. The operation corresponding to the multi-person call can be customized, for example, the operation corresponding to the multi-person call is established by defining the upward sliding, or the operation area corresponding to the multi-person call exists, the operation acting on the multi-person call operation area is the operation of establishing the multi-person call, for example, the multi-person call selection key exists, and the operation acting on the multi-person call selection key is the operation of establishing the multi-person call. For example, if the user a and the user B are performing a video call, if the first operation is an operation corresponding to a multi-person call, a group video call is established, and the user B and the user C are connected to the group video call.
In the embodiment, when the video call is received, different forms of receiving responses are included, the new video call is connected in different forms through the different forms of receiving responses, double calls or multiple calls can be selectively established, so that the video call forms are diversified, and a user can select the video call forms according to requirements.
In addition to the above embodiments, other embodiments of the present application describe that the electronic device may output the video call notification in a manner of combining one or more types of notifications, in addition to selecting a different form to connect a new video call when receiving a response to the video call through different operations, thereby improving the diversity of the new video call connection form. On the basis of the above embodiment, in response to the video call request, outputting a corresponding video call notification, including at least one of the following ways:
the first mode is as follows: and outputting a video call notification corresponding to the video call request through vibration.
Specifically, if the video call notification corresponding to the video call request is output through vibration, a target vibration frequency corresponding to the video call notification is determined according to the historical call correlation, and the video call notification is output according to the target vibration frequency. The vibration frequency corresponding to different video call requests is different, and the more important the vibration frequency corresponding to the video call request is, the larger the vibration frequency is.
In a possible implementation manner, vibration frequencies corresponding to different call request priorities are configured in advance, so that a target vibration frequency matched with the call request priority is obtained under the condition that the call request priority is determined according to historical call correlation corresponding to the video call request, and a video call notification corresponding to the video call request is output through vibration of the target vibration frequency.
The second mode is as follows: and outputting a video call notification corresponding to the video call request through sound.
Specifically, if the video call notification corresponding to the video call request is output through sound, the target sound size corresponding to the video call notification is determined according to the historical call correlation degree, and the video call notification is output according to the target sound size. The sound sizes corresponding to different video call requests are different, and the more important the sound corresponding to the video call request is, the larger the sound is.
In a possible implementation manner, the sound sizes corresponding to different call request priorities are configured in advance, so that under the condition that the call request priorities are determined according to the historical call relevancy corresponding to the video call requests, the target sound size matched with the call request priorities is obtained, and the video call notification corresponding to the video call request is output through the sound of the target sound size.
The third mode is as follows: and outputting a video call notification corresponding to the video call request through the text.
Specifically, if the video call notification corresponding to the video call request is output through a text, a target text font and a target text occupied area corresponding to the video call notification are determined according to the historical call correlation, and the video call notification is output according to the target text font and the target text occupied area. If the video call notification corresponding to the video call request is output in the form of the text box, the sizes of the text boxes corresponding to different video call requests are different, and the more important the size of the text box corresponding to the video call request is, the larger the size is.
In a possible implementation manner, text formats corresponding to different call request priorities are configured in advance, so that a target text format matched with the call request priority is obtained under the condition that the call request priority is determined according to historical call correlation corresponding to a video call request, and a video call notification corresponding to the video call request is output through the text in the target text format. Wherein the text format includes a target text font and a target text footprint.
It is understood that the video call notification may be output in a form of a combination of two or more ways, such as outputting the video call notification corresponding to the video call request by sound and vibration at the same time, or outputting the video call notification corresponding to the video call request by sound, vibration, and text at the same time.
In one possible implementation, when the video call function is deployed as a system self-contained function, the video call notification function can be deeply integrated, the management authority of the system notification function can be bypassed, the notification type can be customized, for example, the notification type can comprise vibration, text, sound and the like, the notification mode can be customized, for example, the notification mode can comprise displaying the notification or hiding the notification, a UI interface can be customized for the video call notification, different music can be set for the video call notification, and the like, so that the flexibility and the effectiveness of the video call notification are improved.
In this embodiment, the video call notification may be output in a manner of combining one or more types of notifications, so that the form of the video call notification is diversified, and a user may customize the form of the video call notification or determine the form of the video call notification by the system. The video call notification is output in a mode of combining various types of notifications, so that the feedback of the video call notification is more obvious, and the strength of reminding a user of a new video call request is further improved.
In a specific embodiment, the output form of the video call notification includes vibration and sound, the video call application collects existing call record data, calculates the call request priority corresponding to the new video call request, and performs automatic feedback on different call request priorities by using different vibration frequencies and sound magnitudes, so that a user can subjectively judge whether to switch the new video call. As shown in fig. 12, the method specifically includes the following steps:
in step 1210, default vibration frequency and sound level are configured.
Step 1220, determine whether the video call application has the right to analyze the call log data. If so, go to step 1230. Otherwise, the default vibration frequency is set as the target vibration frequency and the default sound size is set as the target sound size, and the process proceeds to step 1260.
Step 1230, obtaining the dividing logic of the call request priority, calculating to obtain the historical call correlation according to the historical call times and the historical call duration corresponding to the new video call requester in the terminal device, which can represent the historical call correlation in a score form, and quantifying the current call request priority according to the historical call correlation, wherein the corresponding relationship between the historical call correlation and the call request priority is shown in table 1.
Step 1240, obtaining a corresponding target vibration frequency according to the current call request priority, wherein the correspondence between the call request priority and the vibration frequency is shown in table 1.
Step 1250, obtaining the corresponding target sound size according to the current call request priority, wherein the correspondence between the call request priority and the sound size is shown in table 1.
And step 1260, outputting the video call notification according to the target vibration frequency and the target sound.
In the embodiment, the matching relationship among different historical call relevancy, call request priority, vibration frequency and sound magnitude is represented by a quantization table, and the current call request priority is determined according to the historical call relevancy corresponding to the new video call request, so that the matched target vibration frequency and target sound magnitude are determined, the video call requests with different priority levels correspond to different vibration frequencies and different sound magnitudes, the user can conveniently identify the priority of the video call request, and whether the video call corresponding to the video call request needs to be connected or not is judged.

The video call can be initiated to the target user through the user identification, and the video call can be initiated to the target user through the mode of inputting the user number or clicking the user head portrait. The user account corresponding to the first terminal and the user account corresponding to the second terminal have an association relationship, the user account corresponding to the first terminal and the user account corresponding to the third terminal have an association relationship, and video calls can be mutually initiated only among the user accounts having the association relationship, wherein the association relationship refers to that a certain association exists in video call application and can be a friend relationship or other relationships. If the first user account and the second user account have a friend relationship, the first user account and the third user account have a friend relationship.
It is understood that the video call application may be various different types of applications that integrate video call functions, such as a social application, a game application, and the like, so that the different types of applications can all initiate video calls through associations between users.
In the embodiment, the video call is carried out through the video call application, and the video call application can be initiated only among the users with the association relation, so that the video call application is ensured to be carried out among the users with the association relation, and the situation that the video call application can be initiated unconditionally and harassment is caused to the users is avoided. And the video call is carried out in the video call application, and the video call application can be different types of applications, so that the convenience of carrying out the video call by different applications is improved.
In addition, in other embodiments of the present application, how to output a video call notification and establish a video call when the video call application is in different operation states and call states is also described. On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 13, before step 310, the method further includes:
step 1310, a video call request sent by the second terminal is received.
Specifically, the second terminal and the user corresponding to the first terminal have an association relationship in the video call application, and the second terminal may send a video call request to the first terminal by inputting the user identifier of the first terminal or by acting on the avatar of the user account corresponding to the first terminal, so as to request to establish a video call with the first terminal.
Step 1320, detecting a current operation state of the video call application, if the current operation state is a non-start state, entering step 1330, and if the current operation state is an operated state, entering step 1340.
The non-starting state refers to that the video call application is not started, and the running state refers to that the video call application is started and is in the running process.
Specifically, the current running state of the video call application may be detected through an interface provided by the system, for example, for an android system, the ActivityManager is acquired through an android system API, and then the ActivityManager is passed.
The getringing tasks may obtain a program list currently running in the system, and may determine whether the video call application is in the running process through the process name query. And for different running states, different steps are entered for processing.
Step 1330, in response to the video call request sent by the second terminal, outputting a first video call notification, where the first video call notification is used to remind the user that the second terminal requests to establish a video call with the first terminal, and based on the first video call notification, running the video call application and outputting an option for responding to the video call request sent by the second terminal.
Specifically, if the current running state is a non-starting state, in response to a video call request sent by a second terminal, a first video call notification is output first, and a user is reminded that the second terminal requests to establish a video call with the first terminal, wherein the first video call notification can be output on an interface corresponding to the non-starting state, if the current video call application is on a desktop interface, the first video call notification can be output on the desktop interface, and if the current video call application is on a page interface of the first application, the first video call notification can be output on the page interface of the first application. The output mode and rule of the first video call notification may refer to the above embodiments, and are not described herein again. And automatically starting the video call application based on the first video call notification, running the video call application and outputting an option for responding to a video call request sent by the second terminal. By detecting the current running state of the video call application, the video call notification can be output in a non-starting state, so that an important video call request is avoided being missed when a user does not start the video call application, and the video call notification can help the user to automatically start the video call application and select whether to connect the video call or not through an option when the user receives the video call request.
Step 1340, detecting the current call state of the video call application, if the current call state is a non-call state, then entering step 1350, and if the current call state is a call state, then entering step 1360.
The current call state comprises a non-call state and a call state, wherein the non-call state indicates that the video call is not currently carried out, and the call state indicates that the currently existing video call is currently carried out. It can be understood that, if the current call state is the call state, the method is adapted to execute the steps in the above embodiment in which a new video call request condition is received in the process of the video call.
And step 1350, in response to the video call request sent by the second terminal, outputting a second video call notification, where the second video call notification is used to remind the user that the second terminal requests to establish a video call with the first terminal, and based on the second video call notification, outputting an option to respond to the video call request sent by the second terminal.
Specifically, if the current operation state is an already-operated state, that is, the video call application is currently operating, the current call state of the video call application may be detected, and if the current call state is a non-call state, a second video call notification may be output. And outputting a second video call notification on the currently running interface, and also skipping to a target page to output the second video call notification when receiving a video call request.
And outputting a second video call notification to remind a user that a second terminal requests to establish a video call with the first terminal, and outputting an option for responding to the video call request sent by the second terminal. The output mode and rule of the second video call notification may refer to the foregoing embodiments, and are not described herein again. By detecting the current running state of the video call application, the video call notification can be output according to the current call state under the condition of the running state, so that a user is reminded of a video call request, the user can receive the prompt in time under the condition that the user receives the video call request in a non-call state, and whether the video call is connected or not is selected through options.
Step 1360, in the process of carrying out video call with other terminals, receiving a video call request sent by a second terminal; responding to the video call request, and outputting a corresponding third video call notification, wherein the third video call notification is used for reminding a user that a second terminal requests to establish a video call with the first terminal; and outputting an option of responding to the video call request sent by the second terminal based on the third video call notification.
In this embodiment, different processing is performed for different operation states by detecting the current operation state of the video call application. The video call notification can be output in the non-starting state, so that the situation that a user misses an important video call request under the condition that the video call application is not started is avoided, the video call application can be automatically started and whether to connect the video call is selected through options under the condition that the user receives the video call request, the video call notification can be output according to the current call state under the condition that the user is in the running state, the user can be reminded of the video call request under the non-call state, the user can conveniently select whether to connect the video call through the options, and the flexibility and the effectiveness of the video call reminding and the selective connection are improved.
In addition, in other embodiments of the present application, specific situations of application state transition under the condition that different triggering events occur in the video call application are introduced. On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, the method further includes:
step 1410, in a case where the video call request sent by the third terminal is received, the application state of the video call application corresponding to the first terminal is switched from the video call in progress to a transition state, where the transition state is to connect a new video call in the case where the video call is in progress.
Specifically, if a trigger event occurs, the application program state is switched from the current state to the target state, and the application program state can be identified to perform the corresponding processing, so that it is important to correctly switch the application program state. The transition state is a state of an application program newly added in the application, and indicates that a new video call request is received when the video call application is in the process of video call. The video call in progress indicates that the video call application is currently in progress.
In the case that a new video call is received while the video call is in progress, the application state of the video call application is switched from the video call in progress to the transition state. In this embodiment, in the process of performing a video call with the second terminal, the video call request sent by the third terminal is received as a trigger event, and the application state of the video call application corresponding to the first terminal is switched from the video call in progress to the transition state.
In step 1420, if the operation applied to the option is to perform an acceptance response for the video call request, the application state of the video call application corresponding to the first terminal is switched from the transition state to the video call in progress.
Specifically, in the case where a new video call is received and then an acceptance response is made to the new video call, the application state of the video call application is switched from the transition state to the video call in progress. In this embodiment, the operation of receiving a response to the video call request in the first terminal is a trigger event, and if the trigger event occurs, the application state of the video call application corresponding to the first terminal is switched from the transition state to the video call in progress.
In step 1430, if the operation on the option is to perform a rejection response for the video call request, the application state of the video call application corresponding to the first terminal is switched from the transition state to the video call in progress.
Specifically, in the case where a new video call is received and then a rejection response is made to the new video call, the application state of the video call application is switched from the transition state to the video call in progress. In this embodiment, the operation of rejecting the response to the video call request in the first terminal is a trigger event, and if the trigger event occurs, the application state of the video call application corresponding to the first terminal is switched from the transition state to the video call in progress.
In this embodiment, in the process of performing a video call, a corresponding application program state is defined for the case of receiving a request for a video call, and a specific conversion of the video call application program state is corresponding to different trigger events, so that the application program can perform correct application program state switching according to different trigger events, thereby ensuring the orderly operation of the application program.
In one possible implementation, the application state switching diagram is shown in fig. 15, and the video call application includes the following states: the method comprises an initial state, an idle state, a video call connection state, a video call in-progress state, a transition state and a termination state.
The initial state is an original state that the video call application is not opened, and the idle state indicates that the video call application is opened and is idle. The video call connection indicates that the video call application receives a video call request and waits for a video call response under the condition that the video call is not carried out. The video call in progress indicates that the video call application is currently in progress. The transitional state indicates that a new video call request is received in the event that the video call application is in progress. The termination state indicates that the video call application is closed.
The corresponding relationship between the state transition of the video call application program and the trigger event is as follows:
initial state > idle, open application.
Idle- > termination state: and closing the application program.
Idle Medium- > video call connection: and receiving a video call request under the condition that the video call is not carried out.
And in the video call connection, the video call request is refused in the idle state.
Video call connection in- > termination state: and after receiving the video call request, closing the application program.
Video call connection in progress: and after receiving the video call request, connecting the video call request.
And (4) during the video call, namely, during the idle, in the case of the video call, ending the video call.
Video call in progress- > termination state, in case of video call, closing application program.
Video call in progress- > transitional state, in which a new video call request is received in the case of a video call in progress.
Transitional state- > video call in progress, connect or reject new video call request.
Transitional state- > terminating state: and closing the application program under the condition that a new video call request is received in the process of video call.
Wherein, in idle, in the video conversation is connected, and the video conversation is in process, these four states of transitional state all contain two substates: the method comprises the steps of foreground running and background running, wherein the foreground running indicates that the video call application is currently running in the foreground, and the background running indicates that the video call application is currently running in the background. The method comprises the steps that a foreground running and a background running are correspondingly switched according to user operation, when the background switching operation is received, namely the video call application is changed from the foreground running to the background running, the corresponding sub-state is switched from the foreground running to the background running, the video call application is not closed, and other applications are displayed on an interface of a terminal. When receiving foreground switching operation, namely, operation of changing the video call application from background operation to foreground operation, the corresponding sub-state is switched from background operation to foreground operation, and the video call application is displayed on the interface of the terminal.
The corresponding relationship between the sub-state transition in the video call application program idle and the trigger event is as follows:
foreground running in-background switching.
Foreground switching in background operation.
The video call application program has the following correspondence relationship between the sub-state transition and the trigger event in the video call connection:
foreground running in-background switching.
Foreground switching in background operation, foreground operation.
The video call application program performs the corresponding relationship between the neutron state conversion and the trigger event in the video call as follows:
foreground running in-background switching.
Foreground switching in background operation.
The corresponding relationship between the transition state and the triggering event of the video call application program is as follows:
foreground running in-background switching.
Foreground switching in background operation.
In order to better understand the solution in the embodiment of the present application, the following describes the details of the embodiment of the present application with an alternative example in combination with the interface change of the electronic device. The terminal is a mobile phone, and a video call request is initiated through a video call application installed in the mobile phone to establish a video call, where a user account corresponding to a first terminal and a user account corresponding to a second terminal are in a friend relationship in the video call application, and a user account corresponding to the first terminal and a user account corresponding to a third terminal are in a friend relationship in the video call application, as shown in fig. 16, in combination with a UI interface diagram shown in fig. 17, the method for processing a video call specifically includes:
step 161, receiving a new video call request, applying for accessing the first terminal providing the video call function, and entering step 162.
Step 162, detecting a current running state of the video call application on the first terminal, and if the video call application is currently in a running process, entering step 163 if the video call application is in a running state, otherwise entering step 164.
And 163, detecting whether the video call application is in the foreground operation process on the first terminal, if so, entering a step 165, otherwise, entering a step 164.
Step 164, detecting whether the notification permission of the video call application is opened on the first terminal, if the notification permission is opened, entering step 166, otherwise entering step 1615.
Step 165, detecting whether the video call application is in a video call state on the first terminal, if so, entering step 167, otherwise, entering step 168.
And step 166, outputting a corresponding first video call notification through vibration or sound, feeding back that a new video call request is accessed, and displaying the new video call request through a UI (user interface) which is shown as step 166UI (user interface) in fig. 17.
And step 167, outputting a corresponding video call notification through vibration or sound, feeding back that a new video call request is accessed and displaying through a UI. The UI interface is shown in FIG. 17 as step 167UI Picture.
And 168, outputting a corresponding second video call notification through vibration or sound, feeding back that a new video call request is accessed and displaying through a UI. The UI interface is shown in FIG. 17 as step 168UI screen.
In a possible implementation manner, in steps 166, 167, and 168, if the operation on the video call notification is received within the preset time period, the corresponding UI interface is displayed, and if the operation on the video call notification is not received within the preset time period, the video call request is rejected.
In one possible embodiment, the feedback amplitude of the vibration or sound in steps 166, 167, and 168 is determined by the historical call correlation corresponding to the video call request, and the greater the historical call correlation, the greater the feedback amplitude.
In one possible implementation, the historical call relevancy corresponding to the video call request is determined according to the following steps: acquiring the total number X of associated users in a video call application of a first terminal, wherein the historical call duration corresponding to a new video call request is A, the historical call times are B, and sequencing the historical call times of the new video call request and the historical call duration corresponding to each associated user in the video call application from large to small to obtain the historical call time ranking number MA of the new video call request. Sequencing the historical call duration of the new video call request and the historical call duration corresponding to each associated user in the video call application from large to small to obtain the historical call duration ranking number NB of the new video call request, and calculating a first historical call parameter corresponding to the new video call request and related to the historical call number: m = (X-MA + 1) × 100/X, calculate a second historical call parameter associated with the historical call duration corresponding to the new video call request: n = (X-NB + 1) × 100/X, the historical call correlation corresponding to the video call request is calculated by O =70% m +30% by N.
Step 169, after step 166, providing the user with a first option of accepting a response to the video call request and a second option of rejecting a response to the video call request, which are displayed on the corresponding UI interface, to select whether to connect the new video call request, and if so, entering step 1614; otherwise, go to step 1615. The UI interface is shown in FIG. 17 as the "step 169UI frame".
Step 1610, after the step 167, providing the user with a third option of accepting a response to the video call request and a fourth option of rejecting a response to the video call request, which are displayed on the corresponding UI interface, to select whether to connect the new video call request, and if so, entering step 1612; otherwise, go to step 1613. The UI interface is shown as step 1610UI screen in FIG. 17.
Step 1611, after step 168, providing the user with a fifth option of accepting a response to the video call request and a sixth option of rejecting a response to the video call request, which are displayed on the corresponding UI interface, to select whether to connect the new video call request, if so, entering step 1614, otherwise, entering step 1615.
Step 1612, end the original video call and establish a new video call connection.
Step 1613, keep the original video call. The UI interface is shown in FIG. 17 as step 1613UI screen.
At step 1614, a new video call is started. The UI interface is shown in FIG. 17 as step 1614UI screen.
Step 1615, end the video call, and return to the interface before the video call. The UI interface is shown in FIG. 17 as step 1615UI screen.
In this embodiment, in combination with the UI interface, after the terminal of the video call receives the new video call request, the new video call request is processed according to different logics according to the state of the current terminal device, and when the video call application is already in the video call, a corresponding video call notification is output through vibration or sound, a feedback reminds that the new video call request is accessed, and an option for responding to the video call request is output, so that the requested terminal can selectively respond to the video call request according to the demand.
The video call application can be automatically started and operated under the condition that the video call application is not started, or under the condition that the video call application is in the background operation process, if the video call application notification is allowed to be started, the corresponding first video call notification is output through vibration or sound, the access of a new video call request is fed back, and the requested end can selectively respond to the video call request according to the requirement by outputting an option for responding to the video call request.
Under the condition that the video call application is operated but the video call is not in progress, the corresponding second video call notification is output through vibration or sound, the access of a new video call request is fed back, and the requested end can selectively respond to the video call request according to the requirement by outputting an option for responding to the video call request.
The system has the advantages that the vibration and sound feedback function is adopted to remind the user, the call record data of the user is analyzed, the call request priority after quantization is obtained, the video call notification feedback with different strengths is generated, the user can be reminded in time, the user can preliminarily know the emergency degree of a new video call request at the first time, important information is prevented from being lost, and the video call notification is more efficient. And meanwhile, a UI (user interface) is provided for a user to select, the current video call is allowed to be ended, a new video call request is connected or a new video conversation request is refused, and the flexibility and the selectivity of the video call are improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 18, a method for processing a video call is provided, which is applied to a third terminal, and includes:

Specifically, various possible implementation manners of the method for processing a video call described above take the third terminal as an execution subject, and the specific method and the interaction process with the first terminal may refer to the description of the above embodiment, which is not described herein again.
Step 1820, displaying the video call request waiting for response.
The option of the video call request waiting response is used for indicating the selectivity of the video call request waiting response, and is used for providing a response to whether the user selects to continue waiting for the video call request, and may include at least one of a first option of waiting for a response and a second option of canceling a video call request.
Specifically, an option of waiting for a response to the video call request may be displayed on an interface for sending the video call request, or the interface may jump to a target page to display an option of waiting for a response to the video call request.
The option of waiting for a response to a video call request can be displayed in the form of, but not limited to, a virtual key, animation, or by a task, different options are represented by different virtual keys, different options are represented by different animations, or different options are represented by completing different tasks, and different tasks can be completed by touch operations, voice input, and the like.
In a possible implementation, the video call request waiting response option triggers the voice recognition module to continue waiting for the response corresponding to the video call request by recognizing the voice of "continue waiting" and cancel waiting for the response corresponding to the video call request by recognizing the voice of "cancel".
In one possible implementation, the video call request waiting response option is represented by displaying an icon and an icon placing area on the terminal, moving the icon on the terminal to the first icon placing area represents continuing waiting for the response corresponding to the video call request, and moving the icon on the terminal to the second icon placing area represents canceling waiting for the response corresponding to the video call request.
In the embodiment, a video call request is sent to a first terminal, and if the first terminal receives the video call request in the process of performing video call with a second terminal, the first terminal is triggered to output a corresponding video call notification, and an option of accepting or rejecting a response to the video call request is output based on the video call notification, wherein the video call notification is used for reminding a user that a third terminal requests to establish video call with the first terminal, and meanwhile, an option of waiting for a response to the video call request is displayed on the third terminal, which indicates that the video call request needs to wait for a response, and in the case that a requested terminal is performing video call, the video call request of the video call requesting party cannot be directly hung up, but the requested terminal waits for a response to the requested terminal, so that the video call request of the video call requesting party can be timely perceived by the requested terminal under the condition that the requested terminal is already performing video call, and in the scenario that the video call request waits for a response, the requested terminal is provided with an option of waiting for a response to the video call request at the requesting terminal, so that different selections of the video call request for the video call waiting for the video call request can be made.
In one embodiment, step 1820 includes: and displaying at least one option in the video call request interface, wherein the option comprises a first option and a second option, the first option is used for indicating that the video call request is waiting for response, and the second option is used for canceling the video call request.
Specifically, the video call request interface refers to an interface for requesting a video call, and the video call request interface includes at least one of a first option and a second option, where the first option is used to indicate that the video call request is waiting for a response, and the second option is used to cancel the video call request. Different responses to the waiting of the video call request can be completed through the operation of the first option or the second option, wherein the operation can be a click operation, a touch operation, a track operation and the like, and the presentation forms of the first option and the second option are not limited and can be virtual keys, animation type options and the like. Fig. 19 is a diagram illustrating a video call request interface in an embodiment. Two options, "wait" and "cancel" are provided in the video call request interface in fig. 19.
In the embodiment, different responses can be selectively made to the waiting of the video call request by the user through different options in the video call request interface, different options can be displayed through the independent interface, the user can more conveniently and accurately respond to the waiting of the video call request, and the video call request can be continuously waited or cancelled.
In one embodiment, after step 1820, the method further comprises: and responding to the operation acted on the first option, and continuously waiting for a response corresponding to the video call request. In response to the operation acting on the second option, the video call request is cancelled.

In the embodiment, different responses to the waiting of the video call request are realized through the operation of the options, so that the video call request can be continuously waited or cancelled according to the operation of a user, and the waiting selectivity of the video call request is improved.
In the embodiments and various possible implementations of the method for processing a video call, the third terminal is used as an execution subject, and the specific method and the interaction process with the terminal may refer to the description of the embodiments and are not described herein again.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flowcharts of fig. 3, 5-14, 16, 18 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 3, 5-14, 16, 18 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be alternated or performed with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
Fig. 20 is a block diagram of a processing apparatus 2000 for video call according to an embodiment. As shown in fig. 20, a processing apparatus 2000 for video call, applied to a third terminal, includes: a receiving module 2002, a notification module 2004, a response options module 2006. Wherein:
the receiving module 2002 is configured to receive a video call request sent by a third terminal in a process of performing a video call with a second terminal.
The notification module 2004 is configured to respond to the video call request and output a corresponding video call notification, where the video call notification is used to remind a user that a third terminal requests to establish a video call with the first terminal.
A response option module 2006, configured to output an option to respond to the video call request based on the video call notification, where the option includes an option to accept a response to the video call request and an option to reject a response.
In the video call processing apparatus 2000 in this embodiment, in the process of performing a video call between a first terminal and a second terminal, a video call request sent by a third terminal is received, and a corresponding video call notification is output in response to the video call request, where the video call notification is used to remind a user that the third terminal requests to establish a video call with the first terminal, and based on the video call notification, an option responding to the video call request is output, where the option includes an option accepting response to the video call request and an option rejecting response, when the terminal is already in a video call, a notification feedback is used to remind that a new video call request is accessed, and by outputting an option responding to the video call request, a requested terminal can selectively respond to the video call request according to a requirement, and give a selection whether the requested user connects the new video call, so that the selectivity and flexibility of the video call are improved.
In one embodiment, the notification module 2004 is further configured to obtain a historical call relevance corresponding to the video call request; determining a target feedback amplitude corresponding to the video call notification according to the historical call correlation; and outputting the video call notification according to the target feedback amplitude.
In the video call processing apparatus 2000 in this embodiment, different target feedback amplitudes are determined for different historical call correlations according to the historical call correlations corresponding to the video call request, and since the historical call correlations reflect the intimacy between the video call requesting party and the video call request receiving party, a video call with a high intimacy degree is more important, and different feedback amplitudes can be determined for video call requests with different importance degrees, a user can determine the importance degree of the video call directly according to the feedback amplitude notified by the video call, and determine whether to connect the video call.
