Referring to fig. 5, a schematic structural diagram of a withdrawal apparatus is shown, where the withdrawal apparatus is applied to a mobile terminal in a withdrawal system provided in the foregoing embodiment, and the schematic structural diagram may include: the system comprises a biological characteristic receiving module 501, a biological information collecting module 502, a biological characteristic extracting module 503, a biological characteristic matching module 504 and a matching condition prompt information sending module 505.
And the biometric receiving module 501 is used for receiving the target biometric transmitted by the ATM system.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides an ATM system, where the ATM system may include: at least one processor, at least one communication interface, at least one memory, and at least one communication bus;
in the embodiment of the invention, the number of the processor, the communication interface, the memory and the communication bus is at least one, and the processor, the communication interface and the memory complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
the processor may be a central processing unit CPU, or an Application Specific Integrated Circuit ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit), or one or more Integrated circuits configured to implement embodiments of the present invention, or the like;

and when receiving indication information that the biological characteristics sent by the mobile terminal are successfully matched, displaying a withdrawal interface so that a user can input a withdrawal amount on the withdrawal interface for withdrawal.

A withdrawal system, comprising: the mobile terminal can realize information interaction with the ATM system through the NFC function, bank card information is bound to the NFC of the mobile terminal, biological characteristics corresponding to a plurality of users are stored in the ATM system, and bank card information of the corresponding user is associated with the biological characteristics corresponding to each user;
the ATM system is used for reading bank card information bound by NFC of the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal approaches, determining a biological characteristic corresponding to a user corresponding to the read bank card information as a target biological characteristic based on the stored biological characteristic and bank card information associated with the stored biological characteristic, and sending the target biological characteristic to the mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal is used for acquiring biological information of a user, extracting biological characteristics from the biological information, matching the extracted biological characteristics with the target biological characteristics, and if the matching is successful, sending indication information of successful biological characteristic matching to the ATM system;
the ATM system is further used for displaying a withdrawal interface when the indication information that the biological characteristics are successfully matched is received, so that a user can conveniently input a withdrawal amount on the withdrawal interface to withdraw money.
2. The withdrawal system of claim 1, wherein the ATM system is further configured to collect biometric information of the user when the user first uses the ATM system for a transaction, extract a biometric feature from the collected biometric information, store the extracted biometric feature, and associate the stored biometric feature with bank card information of the corresponding user.
3. The withdrawal system of claim 1, wherein the ATM system comprises an ATM card reader module;
and the ATM card reader module is used for reading the bank card information bound by the NFC of the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal approaches.
4. The withdrawal system of claim 1, wherein the ATM system, when determining the biometric characteristic corresponding to the user corresponding to the read bank card information based on the stored biometric characteristic and the bank card information associated with the stored biometric characteristic, is specifically configured to:
searching bank card information consistent with the read bank card information in the stored bank card information associated with the biological characteristics as target bank card information;
and determining the biological characteristics of the target bank card information in the stored biological characteristics as the biological characteristics corresponding to the user corresponding to the read bank card information.
5. The withdrawal system of claim 1, wherein the mobile terminal is further configured to send a biometric match failure indication to the ATM system when the matching fails;
and the ATM system is also used for displaying a password input interface when receiving the indication information of the failure of the biometric matching so that a user can withdraw money by inputting a password.
6. The withdrawal system of claim 1, wherein the biometric features employ a combination of one or more of the following features:
fingerprint features, face features, iris features, voiceprint features.
7. A withdrawal method applied to an ATM system in the withdrawal system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, the withdrawal method comprising:
when a mobile terminal with an NFC function approaches, reading bank card information bound by NFC of the mobile terminal;
determining the biological characteristics corresponding to the read bank card information and corresponding to the user based on the stored biological characteristics and the bank card information related to the stored biological characteristics as target biological characteristics;
sending the target biological characteristics to the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal can match the biological characteristics extracted from the acquired biological information with the target biological characteristics;
and when receiving indication information that the biological characteristics are successfully matched and sent by the mobile terminal, displaying a withdrawal interface so that a user can input a withdrawal amount on the withdrawal interface to withdraw money.
8. The withdrawal method as recited in claim 7, wherein determining the biometric characteristic corresponding to the user corresponding to the read bank card information based on the stored biometric characteristic and the bank card information associated with the stored biometric characteristic comprises:
searching bank card information consistent with the read bank card information in the stored bank card information associated with the biological characteristics as target bank card information;
and determining the biological characteristics related to the target bank card information in the stored biological characteristics as the biological characteristics corresponding to the user corresponding to the read bank card information.
9. A withdrawal method applied to a mobile terminal in the withdrawal system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, the withdrawal method comprising:
triggering the ATM system to read the bank card information bound by the NFC of the mobile terminal, so that the ATM system determines the biological characteristics corresponding to the user corresponding to the read bank card information as target biological characteristics based on the stored biological characteristics and the bank card information associated with the stored biological characteristics;
when receiving the target biological characteristics sent by the ATM system, acquiring biological information of a user and extracting biological characteristics from the biological information;
and matching the extracted biological characteristics with the target biological characteristics, and if the biological characteristics are successfully matched, sending indication information of successful biological characteristic matching to the ATM system so that the ATM system can display a withdrawal interface.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
and if the biological characteristic matching fails, sending indication information of the biological characteristic matching failure to the ATM system so that the ATM system can display a password input interface.
