In the parking system and the method for the parking lot, a license plate information acquisition module, a parking space vehicle locking module and a display module are arranged on a parking space of the parking lot without an entrance gate and an exit gate, and after license plate information of a vehicle acquired by the license plate information acquisition module is received, the parking space vehicle locking module is controlled to lock the vehicle on the parking space and record system locking time when the vehicle is locked; selecting corresponding parking space information of a parking space where the vehicle is located from a database according to the information of a license plate information acquisition module for acquiring license plate information; generating parking two-dimensional code data according to the selected parking space information, the system locking time, the received license plate information, the pre-stored website of the vehicle management system and the pre-stored two-dimensional code coding rule, and displaying the corresponding parking two-dimensional code information in a display module according to the parking two-dimensional code data so as to be used for a vehicle owner to take a picture and record by utilizing the mobile communication equipment; receiving payment completion information provided by a vehicle management system; the parking space vehicle locking module on the corresponding parking space is controlled to be opened according to the payment completion information so as to release the vehicle on the corresponding parking space, so that the condition that the vehicle starts timing when a vehicle owner parks the vehicle in the parking space can be met, the vehicle is limited from driving away by using the parking space vehicle locking module on the parking space, when the vehicle owner finishes payment when driving away from the parking space by using the displayed parking two-dimensional code information, the parking space vehicle locking module is opened to permit the vehicle to drive away, and the vehicle can leave the parking lot without waiting for queuing for payment.
Claims (11)
1. A parking system for a parking lot is characterized by comprising a license plate information acquisition module, a parking space vehicle locking module, a display module and a data processing module; the license plate information acquisition module and the parking space vehicle locking module are arranged on parking spaces of the parking lot, and the license plate information acquisition module, the parking space vehicle locking module and the display module are connected with the data processing module;
the license plate information acquisition module is used for acquiring license plate information of a vehicle in the parking space under the control of the data processing module;
the parking space vehicle locking module is used for locking the vehicle positioned on the parking space under the control of the data processing module;
the data processing module is also used for receiving the license plate information of the vehicle acquired by the license plate information acquisition module, controlling the parking space vehicle locking module to lock the vehicle positioned on the parking space and recording the system locking time when the vehicle is locked;
the data processing module is also used for selecting corresponding parking space information of a parking space where the vehicle is located from a database according to the information of the license plate information acquisition module for acquiring the license plate information; the data processing module generates and stores parking two-dimensional code data according to the selected parking space information, the system locking time, the received license plate information, the pre-stored website of the vehicle management system and the pre-stored two-dimensional code coding rule, and provides the parking two-dimensional code data for the display module;
the data processing module is also used for receiving payment completion information provided by the vehicle management system, wherein the payment completion information is payment completion information generated by the vehicle management system after a vehicle owner utilizes the mobile communication equipment to analyze parking two-dimensional code information and enters the vehicle management system to complete payment operation, and the payment completion information comprises license plate information of a payment vehicle and parking space information of a parking space where the payment vehicle is parked; the data processing module controls a vehicle locking module of a corresponding parking space to be opened according to the payment completion information so as to release the vehicle of the corresponding parking space;
the display module is used for displaying corresponding parking two-dimensional code information according to the parking two-dimensional code data so as to be used for a vehicle owner to take a picture and record by utilizing the mobile communication equipment.

The parking system for a parking lot according to claim 1, wherein: the data processing module is used for receiving vehicle searching information provided by the vehicle management system, wherein the vehicle searching information comprises current position information of a vehicle owner, license plate information of the vehicle owner and parking space information of a parking space where the vehicle is located, the data processing module generates vehicle searching path data according to the vehicle searching information and prestored parking lot map data, and provides the vehicle searching path data to a webpage of the vehicle management system accessed by mobile communication equipment of the vehicle owner, so that the vehicle owner can search the vehicle according to the vehicle searching path displayed by the mobile communication equipment.

The parking system for a parking lot according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the data processing module controls the parking space vehicle locking module on the corresponding parking space to be opened and then to time according to the payment completion information, when the preset timing value is judged to be reached, the license plate information acquisition module is controlled to shoot a parking space picture, when the license plate is judged to be in the parking space picture, the license plate information is acquired from the parking space picture, whether the license plate information acquired from the parking space picture corresponds to the license plate information in the payment completion information or not is judged, and when the license plate information corresponds to the license plate information in the payment completion information, prestored voice warning information for leaving the parking space is output, so that a vehicle owner can drive away from the parking space as soon as possible.

The parking system for a parking lot according to claim 3, wherein: the data processing module is also used for controlling the license plate information acquisition module to carry out photographing operation at regular time when judging that no license plate exists in the parking space picture.

7. A parking method for a parking lot is provided, wherein a license plate information acquisition module, a parking lot vehicle locking module and a display module are arranged on a parking space of the parking lot, and the parking method for the parking lot comprises the following steps:
controlling a license plate information acquisition module to acquire license plate information of a vehicle in a parking space;
after receiving the license plate information of the vehicle acquired by the license plate information acquisition module, controlling a parking space vehicle locking module to lock the vehicle positioned on the parking space and recording the system locking time when the vehicle is locked;
selecting corresponding parking space information of a parking space where the vehicle is located from a database according to the information of a license plate information acquisition module for acquiring license plate information;
generating and storing parking two-dimensional code data according to the selected parking space information, the system locking time, the received license plate information, the pre-stored website of the vehicle management system and the pre-stored two-dimensional code coding rule,
displaying corresponding parking two-dimensional code information in a display module according to the parking two-dimensional code data so that a car owner can take a picture and record by utilizing the mobile communication equipment;
receiving payment completion information provided by a vehicle management system, wherein the payment completion information is payment completion information generated by the vehicle management system after a vehicle owner analyzes parking two-dimensional code information by using a mobile communication device and enters the vehicle management system to complete a payment operation, and the payment completion information comprises license plate information of a payment vehicle and parking space information of a parking space where the payment vehicle stops;
and controlling the vehicle locking module of the corresponding parking space to be opened according to the payment completion information so as to release the vehicle on the corresponding parking space.

The parking method for a parking lot according to claim 7, further comprising the steps of: receiving vehicle searching information provided by a vehicle management system, wherein the vehicle searching information comprises current position information of a vehicle owner, license plate information of the vehicle owner and parking space information of a parking space where a vehicle is parked;
and generating vehicle searching path data according to the vehicle searching information and prestored parking lot map data, and providing the vehicle searching path data to a webpage of a vehicle management system accessed by the mobile communication equipment of the vehicle owner so that the vehicle owner can search the vehicle according to the vehicle searching path displayed by the mobile communication equipment.

The parking method for a parking lot according to claim 7 or 8, further comprising the steps of: the parking space vehicle locking module on the corresponding parking space is controlled to be opened according to the payment completion information, timing is carried out, when the preset timing value is judged to be reached, the license plate information acquisition module is controlled to shoot a parking space picture, when the license plate is judged to be in the parking space picture, license plate information is acquired from the parking space picture, whether the license plate information acquired from the parking space picture corresponds to the license plate information in the payment completion information or not is judged, and when the license plate information corresponds to the license plate information in the payment completion information, prestored voice warning information of leaving the parking space is output, so that a vehicle owner can drive to leave the parking space as soon as possible.

The parking method for a parking lot according to claim 9, further comprising the steps of: when the license plate is judged to be absent in the parking space picture, the license plate information acquisition module is controlled in a timing mode to carry out photographing work; and when the license plate information of the vehicle acquired from the parking space picture is judged not to correspond to the license plate information in the payment completion information, controlling a parking space vehicle locking module to lock the vehicle positioned on the parking space and recording system locking time when the vehicle is locked.

The parking method for the parking lot according to claim 9, wherein a vehicle charging device is provided at a parking space of the parking lot; the parking method for the parking lot further comprises the following steps: receiving charging request information provided by a vehicle management system, wherein the charging request information comprises license plate information, parking space information and vehicle brand model information of a vehicle owner, and controlling charging equipment on a corresponding parking space to work according to the charging request information so that the vehicle owner charges an electric vehicle of the vehicle owner by using the charging equipment.
