and S110, determining the ex-warehouse frequency of different types of articles.
Wherein, the article may refer to a warehouse stored article, etc. The ex-warehouse frequency can be used for reflecting the ex-warehouse frequency of the articles.
In this embodiment, before the picking process is performed on the stored items in the warehouse, the frequency of the items leaving the warehouse may be estimated and determined in advance for different types of items in the warehouse.
In an alternative embodiment, determining the ex-warehouse frequency of different types of articles may include: acquiring historical ex-warehouse data of the different types of articles; and determining the ex-warehouse frequency of the different types of articles according to the historical ex-warehouse data.
The historical ex-warehouse data can comprise ex-warehouse time, ex-warehouse times and ex-warehouse quantity. Historical ex-warehouse data may be obtained from a database of completed tasks that is recorded in the customer dimension.
In general, the frequency of the ex-warehouse of different types of articles in the warehouse may be determined at a specific time, wherein the specific time may be, for example, a holiday or the like. For example, the warehouse-out frequency and the warehouse-out quantity of different types of articles in corresponding historical special time can be obtained in special time, and the warehouse-out frequency of the different types of articles in the special time is obtained through evaluation, so that the warehouse-out frequency of the different types of articles in the warehouse in the special time can be obtained.
S120, determining the target type of goods which are taken out of the warehouse and have the frequency exceeding the preset frequency from different types of goods, and indicating the transportation equipment to move the target type of goods which are taken out of the warehouse to a reserved position for caching.
The preset frequency may refer to a threshold value of the preset article delivery frequency. The target type of warehouse-out articles can refer to certain type of high-frequency warehouse-out articles with warehouse-out frequency exceeding preset frequency in different types of articles in the warehouse. The transport may be an AGV or other machine for handling articles. The reserved positions can refer to one or more positions arranged at workstations in a warehouse, the number of the reserved positions can be dynamically adjusted according to the number of the target class of goods to be delivered from the warehouse, and the reserved positions can be generally arranged at positions where workers in the workstations can conveniently pick the goods, such as the most comfortable areas of left and right hands of the workstations. The workstation may be a workstation where a worker is located.
In this embodiment, according to the ex-warehouse frequency of different types of articles, the target type of articles that exceed the preset frequency may be determined, and the transportation device may be instructed to move the target type of articles out-warehouse to the reserved position in advance for caching.
In an optional embodiment, the determining, from the different types of articles, the target type of articles whose ex-warehouse frequency exceeds a preset frequency may include: determining the articles with the ex-warehouse frequency exceeding the preset frequency as candidate high-frequency ex-warehouse articles; and determining the candidate high-frequency warehouse-out articles with the storage container attributes of the candidate high-frequency warehouse-out articles matched with the reserved position attributes as the target class warehouse-out articles.
