Abstract

The O-shaped rubber sealing ring is superposed with the structural seal of the PTFE sealing element in the piston groove, and the O-shaped rubber sealing ring and the PTFE sealing element are combined by means of the material elasticity and the special characteristics of high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high lubrication (minimum friction coefficient), non-stickiness and the like of the O-shaped rubber sealing ring, so that the problem of the use reliability of the sealing ring is solved, and the swelling phenomenon of the sealing ring caused by long-term immersion in different gear oil media is overcome; the phenomena that the sealing function is changed and the sealing leakage is generated due to the corresponding change of rubber hardness, size, volume change, material and the like of the O-shaped sealing ring at different temperatures are overcome; the problem of sealing failure of the sealing ring is solved, and the service life is prolonged.
