Abstract
The invention provides a valve seat structure of a large-size upper-mounted fixed ball valve, which comprises: the valve body is internally provided with a ball body; the valve seat holes are formed in the valve body on two sides of the ball body, and valve seat devices are installed in the valve seat holes; the valve seat device comprises a valve seat body, a main sealing ring and a flexible graphite fireproof sealing ring, wherein the main sealing ring and the flexible graphite fireproof sealing ring are respectively positioned at two ends of the valve seat body, and a spring box is sleeved outside the valve seat body; the valve body sealing surface is positioned in the valve seat hole, and an O-shaped sealing ring and a flexible graphite fireproof sealing ring are arranged between the valve body sealing surface and the valve seat body; and the valve rod penetrates through the top of the valve body. The invention solves the problems that the installation is difficult due to large compression amount of the spring during the assembly, and the sealing performance of the ball is influenced because the sealing medium between the ball and the valve seat is easy to wear in order to overcome the resistance of the spring.

the valve rod penetrates through the top of the valve body, one end of the valve rod is connected with the ball body, and the other end of the valve rod is connected with a driving device.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the inner wall of the valve body 1 in the valve seat hole 3 is stepped, the diameter of the valve seat hole 3 is gradually reduced from inside to outside, and the stepped structure is adapted to the valve seat body 46 to prevent the valve seat body 46 from moving in the axial direction.
In the present embodiment, the contact surfaces of the valve seat device 4 and the valve body 1 are a valve body sealing surface 5 and a valve body sealing surface 5.
