the support part comprises two U-shaped pieces and two corresponding second shafts, the two U-shaped pieces are respectively positioned at two sides of the tightening part, a space for a steel wire rope to pass through is reserved between the two U-shaped pieces and the tightening part, two ends of one second shaft are correspondingly and rotatably arranged on two vertical plates of one U-shaped piece, and the two second shafts form a sliding support for the steel wire rope;
the second bolt is in threaded connection with the vertical plate of the U-shaped piece, penetrates through the vertical plate and is positioned above the second shaft; one end of the second bolt, which is positioned in the U-shaped piece, is fixedly provided with a wear-resistant protection pad;
the support piece is used for slidably supporting the support part and the tightening part, so that the support part and the tightening part can slide close to and slide far away from the upright posts which are correspondingly arranged, and the sliding amplitude is 0.5-1cm; the support piece is formed by two U-shaped structural blocks side by side, the tightening part is located between the two U-shaped structural blocks, the two U-shaped structural blocks respectively slide and support the two U-shaped pieces of the support part, and a space for a steel wire rope to pass through is reserved between the two U-shaped structural blocks and the tightening part.

The high-voltage line down warning protector according to claim 4, wherein the rotating shaft comprises an upper rotating shaft and a lower rotating shaft, one end of the upper rotating shaft is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating arm and is rotatably connected with the accommodating cylinder through a bearing, and the other end of the upper rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the accommodating cylinder through a bearing; one end of the lower rotating shaft is detachably connected with one end of the upper rotating shaft, an elongated opening for separating the lower rotating shaft from the upper rotating shaft is reserved on the accommodating cylinder, and the other end of the lower rotating shaft is hinged with the other end of the upper rotating shaft.
