Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a high-voltage wire protection support system, which is compared with a common protection structure erected by a steel pipe grounding frame or a moso bamboo support frame, and provides a protection support system consisting of an ADSS optical cable, a prefabricated hollow concrete rod, a galvanized steel pipe and a steel wire rope by analyzing the excellent physical characteristics of the ADSS optical cable such as electric erosion resistance, lightning protection, low temperature resistance, light dead weight and the like, wherein the system has good stability and high safety coefficient, and can effectively solve the problems of large construction difficulty and the like caused by overlarge span and height; the warning net formed by the ADSS optical cable can perform height limit warning on the height limit facilities of the power line protection area in the construction project construction range, so that the construction personnel and the related facilities can keep enough safety distance with the electrified body, and the construction safety is ensured.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a high-voltage line protection support system comprises a support system 2 and a warning net 14; the supporting system 2 is arranged below the high-voltage wire 1 and comprises a first upright post 3, a second upright post 4, a first cross beam 5 and a second cross beam 6; the first cross beam 5 is arranged along the direction intersecting with the extending direction of the high-voltage wire 1 and is arranged on the first upright post 3; the second upright post 4 is arranged on one side of the first upright post 3 far away from the first cross beam 5 and is connected with the first upright post 3 through a second cross beam 6; the guard net 14 is arranged along the extension direction of the high voltage line 1 and is mounted on the first beam 5.
Further, a vertical beam 7 is installed at the top of the first upright column 3, a first inclined pulling piece 8 is installed between the vertical beam 7 and the first cross beam 5, and a second inclined pulling piece 9 is installed between the vertical beam 7 and the second upright column 4 or the second cross beam 6.
Further, the vertical beam 7 and the first cross beam 5 are both located on the same side of the first upright 3, and the vertical beam 7 is detachably mounted on the top of the first upright 3 through a first mounting piece 10.
Furthermore, the outer surfaces of the first inclined pulling piece 8 and the second inclined pulling piece 9 are provided with a first light reflecting layer.
Further, one end of the first cross beam 5 is provided with a second mounting piece 11, and the first cross beam 5 is detachably mounted on the first upright post 3 through the second mounting piece 11; both ends of second crossbeam 6 all are equipped with third installed part 12, the both ends of second crossbeam 6 are installed on first stand 3 and second stand 4 through third installed part 12 detachably respectively.
Further, first stand 3 and second stand 4 are limit for height concrete pole, the bottom of limit for height concrete pole is equipped with the concrete foundation 13 that is used for with stratum fixed connection.
Further, at least two support systems 2 are arranged, and the at least two support systems 2 are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the high-voltage wire 1; the first upright columns 3 and the second upright columns 4 are arranged in double rows along the direction of the high-voltage wire 1, and the arrangement distance and the height are confirmed according to the actual situation on site.
Further, the guard net 14 includes a guard line 15, and the guard line 15 is disposed along the extending direction of the high voltage line 1.
Further, the number of the warning lines 15 is at least three, the at least three warning lines 15 are arranged at intervals along a direction intersecting with the extending direction of the high-voltage line 1, and the interval between two adjacent warning lines 15 is gradually reduced along a direction away from the first upright post 3.
Further, the warning line 15 is an all-dielectric self-supporting optical cable, and a second reflective layer is arranged on the outer surface of the warning line 15.
Furthermore, the first cross beam 5, the second cross beam 6 and the vertical beam 7 are galvanized steel pipes.
Further, the first mounting part 10, the second mounting part 11 and the third mounting part 12 are double-semicircle hot-dip galvanized flat steel hoops.
Further, the high voltage line 1 is a high voltage cable.
Further, the high voltage tower 16 is used for transporting the high voltage line 1 in a construction range.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention relates to a high-voltage wire protection support system which is suitable for protecting a high-voltage wire below 500 kV; a support system is arranged below the high-voltage line, and a first upright post and a second upright post in the support system are height-limiting concrete poles; the first beam is provided with a warning net arranged along the extension direction of the high-voltage line, the warning net can carry out height-limiting warning on the height-limiting facilities of the power line protection area in the construction project construction range, and the construction safety is ensured by ensuring that constructors and related facilities keep enough safety distance with the electrified body; in addition, the first upright post, the first cross beam, the second upright post and the second cross beam are connected to form a support system, so that the stability is high, the safety coefficient is high, and the problems of high construction difficulty and the like caused by overlarge span and height can be effectively solved; in addition, the high-voltage line protection support system has small requirement on the construction space range.
Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below; in the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention; this invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a high voltage line protection support system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a support system 2 and a guard net 14; the supporting system 2 is arranged below the high-voltage wire 1 and comprises a first upright post 3, a second upright post 4, a first cross beam 5 and a second cross beam 6; the first cross beam 5 is arranged along the direction intersecting with the extending direction of the high-voltage wire 1 and is arranged on the first upright post 3; the second upright post 4 is arranged on one side of the first upright post 3 far away from the first cross beam 5 and is connected with the first upright post 3 through a second cross beam 6; the fence 14 is arranged in the direction of extension of the high-voltage line 1 and is mounted on the first beam 5.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 2, the interval L1 between the first upright post 3 and the second upright post 4 along the direction intersecting the extending direction of the high-voltage line 1 may be set according to actual situations in the field, and is not specifically limited herein; in the present embodiment, the spacing L1 between the first pillar 3 and the second pillar 4 in the direction intersecting the direction in which the high voltage wire 1 extends is 2 m.
The high-voltage wire protection support system is suitable for protecting a high-voltage wire below 500 kV; specifically, a supporting system 2 is arranged below the high-voltage line 1, and a first upright column 3 and a second upright column 4 in the supporting system 2 are height-limiting upright columns; the first beam 5 is provided with a warning net 14 arranged along the extension direction of the high-voltage line 1, the warning net 14 can carry out height-limiting warning on the height-limiting facilities of the power line protection area in the construction project construction range, and the construction safety is ensured by ensuring that constructors and related facilities keep enough safety distance with charged bodies; in addition, the first upright post 3, the first cross beam 5, the second upright post 4 and the second cross beam 6 are connected to form the support system 2, so that the stability is high, the safety coefficient is high, and the problems of high construction difficulty and the like caused by overlarge span and height can be effectively solved; in addition, the protection of the high-voltage line 1 has small requirements on the construction space range.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the first pillar 3 is located right below the high-voltage wire 1 and is spaced apart from the second pillar 4 in a direction intersecting the high-voltage wire 1, for example, the first pillar 3 and the second pillar 4 are spaced apart in a direction perpendicular to the high-voltage wire 1.
Further, referring to fig. 2, at least two support systems 2 are provided, and at least two support systems 2 are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the high voltage line 1; therefore, the warning net 14 can be better supported, the excessive sag of the warning net 14 is ensured, and the warning net 14 can carry out height limit warning on the power line protection area height limit facilities in the construction range of the under-construction project.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 2, the interval L2 between two adjacent support systems 2 along the extending direction of the high voltage line 1 may be set according to actual situations in the field, and is not specifically limited herein; in the present embodiment, the interval L2 between two adjacent support systems 2 in the direction of extension of the high voltage wire 1 is 20 m.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, a vertical beam 7 is installed at the top of the first upright 3, a first diagonal member 8 is installed between the vertical beam 7 and the first cross beam 5, and a second diagonal member 9 is installed between the vertical beam 7 and the second upright 4 or the second cross beam 6; specifically, the tops of the vertical beams 7 are higher than the tops of the first cross beam 5 and the second upright post 4; so, first diagonal member 8 and second diagonal member 9 can support first crossbeam 5 and second stand 4 or second crossbeam 6 to one side, can strengthen braced system 2's transverse rigidity like this, improve braced system 2's stability, and then improve this high-tension line protection braced system's factor of safety.
Optionally, the vertical beam 7 is a galvanized steel pipe with a diameter of 90 mm; of course, in other embodiments, the upright beams 7 may be supporting bodies made of other materials.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 1, the interval h between the top of the vertical beam 7 and the high-voltage line 1 in the height direction should be determined according to the transmission voltage of the high-voltage line 1; specifically, if the transmission voltage of the high-voltage line 1 is 35kV to 110kV, h is 5 m; if the transmission voltage of the high-voltage line 1 is 220kV to 330kV, h is 6 m; if the transmission voltage of the high-voltage line 1 is 500kV, h is 8.5 m.
It should be noted that the first diagonal member 8 and the second diagonal member 9 may be an integral structure or a separate structure; in this embodiment, the first diagonal member 8 and the second diagonal member 9 are a steel wire rope, the middle part of the steel wire rope is fixed on the vertical beam 7, two ends of the steel wire rope respectively pass through the through holes of the first cross beam 5 and the second vertical column 4 and then are folded back, and the folded steel wire rope is fixed by a rope clamp; the number of rope clamps is determined according to the diameter of the steel wire rope, for example, in this embodiment, the number of rope clamps required for each steel wire rope is 3.
In addition, the specification parameters of the first diagonal member 8 and the second diagonal member 9 can be set according to the actual situation on site, and are not specifically limited herein; in this embodiment, the first diagonal member 8 and the second diagonal member 9 are both steel cables with 6 × 19 diameter of 6.2 mm; wherein 6 by 19 means that there are 6 strands of steel cord, each strand having 19 steel cords.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the vertical beam 7 and the first cross beam 5 are both located on the same side of the first upright 3, and the vertical beam 7 is detachably mounted on the top of the first upright 3 through a first mounting member 10; optionally, the first mounting 10 is a hoop, a bolt, or the like; in this way, the vertical beam 7 and the first cross beam 5 are arranged on the same side of the first upright post 3, so that the vertical beam 7 can better play a supporting role, and the stability of the supporting system 2 is improved; in addition, the vertical beam 7 is detachably mounted on the first upright post 3 through the first mounting piece 10, so that the assembly and disassembly are convenient, and the assembly and disassembly efficiency is improved; meanwhile, the maintenance and replacement are convenient, and the use cost is reduced.
In this embodiment, the upright beam 7 is a galvanized steel pipe with a diameter of 90mm, and the first mounting piece 10 is a double-semicircle hot-dip galvanized flat steel hoop.
Furthermore, the outer surfaces of the first inclined pulling piece 8 and the second inclined pulling piece 9 are provided with a first light reflecting layer; therefore, the first reflecting layer reflects ambient light at night to play a certain warning role and improve the safety of the high-voltage wire protection and support system.
In this embodiment, the first reflective layer is a yellow-black reflective stripe; of course, the first light reflecting layer may be other types of light reflecting layers, and is not limited thereto.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, one end of the first beam 5 is provided with a second mounting part 11, and the first beam 5 is detachably mounted on the first upright 3 through the second mounting part 11; optionally, the second mounting 11 is a hoop, a buckle, or the like; therefore, the first cross beam 5 is detachably arranged on the first upright post 3 through the second mounting part 11, so that the assembly and disassembly are convenient, and the assembly and disassembly efficiency is improved; meanwhile, the maintenance, the replacement and the like are convenient, and the use cost is reduced.
In this embodiment, the first beam 5 is a galvanized steel pipe with a diameter of 90mm, and the second mounting member 11 is a double-semicircle galvanized flat steel hoop.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, both ends of the second beam 6 are provided with third mounting parts 12, and both ends of the second beam 6 are detachably mounted on the first upright post 3 and the second upright post 4 through the third mounting parts 12 respectively; optionally, the third mount 12 is a hoop, a snap, or the like; thus, two ends of the second cross beam 6 are detachably mounted on the first upright post 3 and the second upright post 4 through the third mounting pieces 12 respectively; in this embodiment, the second cross beam 6 is a galvanized steel pipe with a diameter of 90mm, and the third mounting member 12 is a double-semicircle hot-galvanized flat steel hoop.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the first upright column 3 and the second upright column 4 are height-limited concrete poles, and a concrete foundation 13 for fixedly connecting with the ground layer is arranged at the bottom of each height-limited concrete pole; during installation, a safe distance control line of the high-voltage line 1 is determined according to the projection of the high-voltage line 1, a total station is adopted for positioning, and the installation positions of the first upright post 3 and the second upright post 4 are drawn; drilling a hole with a certain aperture and depth by using a drilling machine, determining the embedding depth according to the material, height and soil condition of the first upright post 3 and the second upright post 4, wherein the embedding depth of the first upright post 3 and the second upright post 4 is not less than 1/6 of the height of the first upright post 3 and the second upright post 4, so that the first upright post 3 and the second upright post 4 can bear loads such as wind, ice and the like under normal conditions; after the first upright post 3 and the second upright post 4 are embedded into the holes, filling gaps among the first upright post 3, the second upright post 4 and the hole walls with concrete not less than C25 to form a concrete foundation 13; so, guarantee braced system 2's stability, improve high-voltage line protection braced system's factor of safety.
In the embodiment, the first upright column 3 and the second upright column 4 are tapered concrete electric poles, the tip diameter of each tapered concrete electric pole is 190mm, the root diameter of each tapered concrete electric pole is 310mm, and the wall thickness of each tapered concrete electric pole is 50 mm; the bore diameter of the bore hole was 400mm and the depth was 3 m.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the guard net 14 includes a guard line 15, and the guard line 15 is disposed along the extending direction of the high voltage line 1 and fixed on the first beam 5; specifically, the guard line 15 is detachably mounted on the first cross member 5 using a connector; wherein, the connecting piece can be a clamp and the like.
During installation, the warning line 15 is manually unfolded, the line needs to be tightened as soon as possible after the unfolding is finished, over traction needs to be paid attention to during the line tightening, and the over traction length is less than 200 mm; observing sag by using a sag plate, wherein the sag of the warning line 15 is consistent with the sag of the conducting wire in principle; lifting the warning line 15 from the pulley wheel groove through a line lifter, carrying out anchorage at two ends of a high-voltage tower 16 by using a hand-operated block and a clamp, and adjusting sag; then, connecting the special grounding wire of the warning wire 15 with the high-voltage tower 16 in time; wherein, in the installation process, the bending radius of the warning line 15 is not less than 300 mm; the high-voltage power tower 16 is used for transporting the high-voltage power line 16 in a construction field.
Optionally, the guard line 15 is an all-dielectric self-supporting optical cable (ADSS optical cable); the full-dielectric self-supporting optical cable adopts the physical properties of the anti-fiber material with high tensile strength and the optical cable with smaller thermal expansion coefficient due to the full insulation structure, can exert the advantages of high voltage resistance, good electrical corrosion resistance, lightning protection, strong low temperature resistance and the like in a high-voltage wire protection method, and effectively reduces the construction difficulty; it should be noted that the number of cells of the all-dielectric self-supporting optical cable may be set according to actual field conditions, for example, in this embodiment, the warning line 15 is a 24-core all-dielectric self-supporting optical cable.
Further, at least three warning lines 15 are arranged at intervals along the direction intersecting with the extending direction of the high-voltage line 1, and the interval between two adjacent warning lines 15 is gradually reduced along the direction far away from the first upright post 3; so, when playing limit for height warning effect, can also reduce the 15 quantity of warning line, improve the efficiency of construction, save the cost.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 2, there are three warning lines 15, and the interval L3 between two adjacent warning lines 15 close to the first upright post 3 is greater than the interval L4 between two adjacent warning lines 15 far from the first upright post 3; specifically, L3 > L4; l3 and L4 may be provided according to actual field conditions, for example, L3 is 0.5m, and L4 is 0.2 m.
Further, a second reflective layer is arranged on the outer surface of the warning line 15; therefore, the second reflective layer reflects ambient light at night to play a certain warning role and improve the safety of the high-voltage wire protection method.
Optionally, the outer surface of the guard line 15 is coated with a second reflective layer at preset intervals; the preset distance and the type of the second reflective layer can be set according to the actual situation on site, and are not specifically limited herein; in this embodiment, the outer surface of the guard line 15 is coated with red and white reflective stripes every 1 m.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "central," "longitudinal," "lateral," "length," "width," "thickness," "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "vertical," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," "clockwise," "counterclockwise," "axial," "radial," "circumferential," and the like are used in the orientations and positional relationships indicated in the drawings for convenience in describing the invention and to simplify the description, and are not intended to indicate or imply that the referenced device or element must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and are not to be considered limiting of the invention.
Furthermore, the terms "first", "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated; thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature; in the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means at least two, e.g., two, three, etc., unless specifically limited otherwise.
