s1: drying a fiber mesh fabric which is made by mutually interweaving basalt fibers and glass fibers; wherein, the warp yarn is composed of basalt fiber yarn, and the weft yarn is composed of glass fiber yarn.
Test example
The test examples tested the sensory quality, bacteriostatic and tensile strength of the meshes of example 1 and comparative example 1 by the methods comprising: the index LOI. The fracture strength was tested using GB/T3923.1-2013. Evaluating according to organoleptic score of 1-5 according to whether the surface of the product is balloon. The test results are shown in table 1.

Claims (10)

1. The preparation method of the multifunctional mesh fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1: mixing and stirring methyl cellulose ether, terpene resin, diallyl terephthalate, graphene powder and chloroprene rubber, and heating to obtain a first glue solution;
s2: completely immersing the glass fiber yarns and the bamboo fiber yarns into the first glue solution respectively, airing the glue and drying;
s3: mutually interweaving the glass fiber yarns and the bamboo fiber yarns processed in the step S2 to prepare fiber gridding cloth;
s4: mixing and stirring tea polyphenol, ammonium polyphosphate, alkali lignin, polyethylene and polyurethane, and heating to obtain a second glue solution;
s5: and (4) coating the second glue solution on the surface of the fiber mesh cloth in the step (S3), and drying to obtain the multifunctional mesh cloth.

The method for preparing a multifunctional mesh fabric according to claim 1, wherein the amount of the methyl cellulose ether is 10-15%, the amount of the terpene resin is 15-20%, the amount of the diallyl terephthalate is 20-35%, the amount of the graphene powder is 15-35%, and the amount of the chloroprene rubber is 3-5%, based on the total weight of the first glue solution.
3. The method for preparing a multifunctional grid cloth according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the heating treatment of the step S1 is 50-70 ℃.
4. The method of preparing a multifunctional mesh fabric according to claim 1, wherein the weft of the fiber mesh fabric is composed of bamboo fiber yarn and the warp is composed of glass fiber yarn.
5. The method for preparing a multifunctional mesh fabric according to claim 4, wherein the bamboo fibers are bamboo fibers treated by a bamboo vinegar aqueous solution of 40-50 g/L.
6. The method for preparing a multifunctional grid cloth according to claim 1, wherein the drying process of the step S2 is performed at a temperature of 50-60 ℃ for 1-1.5 hours.
7. The method for preparing a multifunctional mesh fabric according to claim 1, wherein the amount of the tea polyphenols is 30-50%, the ammonium polyphosphate is 10-15%, the alkali lignin is 5-20%, the polyethylene is 5-10% and the polyurethane is 25-30% by total weight of the second glue solution.
8. The method for preparing a multifunctional grid cloth according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the heating treatment of the step S4 is 60-70 ℃.
9. The method for preparing a multifunctional mesh fabric according to claim 1, wherein the drying treatment of the step S5 is performed at a temperature of 140-150 ℃ for 30-45min.
10. The multifunctional gridding cloth prepared by the method for preparing the multifunctional gridding cloth according to any one of claims 1-9.
