本发明涉及竹片贮存技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于烤制鲜竹沥的竹片原料贮存方法。
背景技术
竹子品种繁多,有毛竹、淡竹、麻竹、箭竹等,属多年生禾本科竹亚科植物,茎多为木质,也有草本,学名(或),在热带、亚热带地区,东亚、东南亚和印度洋及太平洋岛屿上分布最集中,有的低矮似草,有的高如大树。因竹子内含有糖类、氨基酸类、酚类等成分,糖类除作为细胞生命活动的主要能源物质外,还具有明显的免疫促进作用。据《本草纲目》记载“以竹截长五六寸,以瓶盛,倒悬,下用一器承之,周围以炭火逼之,其油沥于器也”,所得油沥即为竹沥,具有竹香气,性味甘、寒,能够清热化痰、镇惊利窍,故鲜竹沥被中医誉为“痰家圣剂”。
竹子在土壤中生长,易从土壤中携带霉菌、细菌等微生物,空气中也存在有霉菌胞子,当温度在20~35℃、环境湿度在75%以上或竹子水分含量超过18%,是霉菌生长的最佳生长环境。目前用于提取鲜竹沥的竹子,一般是通过破竹机将整根竹子切割为尺寸均匀的竹片,而后将竹片入库贮存待用,因竹中含有糖类、氨基酸类、酚类等,若对竹片贮存不进行处理,易导致竹片在贮存期间生虫、霉变,特别在高湿环境下,竹片在霉菌、酶、氧等因素的共同作用下,其内糖分会被分解游离出来,形成泛糖;竹片本身也有可能携带少量虫卵,在合适的温度条件湿度条件下快速生长繁殖,形成蛀虫,从而损坏竹片成分,严重影响鲜竹沥的质量。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种用于烤制鲜竹沥的竹片原料贮存方法,以解决上述背景技术中的问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于烤制鲜竹沥的竹片原料贮存方法,具体步骤如下:
1)预处理
对锯开截断成固定尺寸的新鲜竹片表面进行预处理:首先对新鲜竹片表面粘附的覆盖物进行表层清洗,而后将清洗完成的竹片至于背光处,直至竹片表面晾干;
2)组装容纳库
采用柔性材料组装容纳库,先对使用场地地面进行清洁,确保地面齐平无异物,而后将柔性材料组成的库底层铺贴在地面,再在库底层上铺设隔板,且在隔板间留有空隙,依次将表面已晾干的竹片成垛码放在隔板上并进行固定,待所有隔板上的竹片码放完成后,竖直向上拉紧位于库底层四角的侧面拉链,使与侧面拉链连接的库侧面和库底层形成库体,最后横向拉紧位于库侧面上的顶面拉链,使与顶面拉链连接的库顶面覆盖在库体顶部形成容纳库;同时在每个容纳库上设置有编号,在每个容纳库内设置有氧含量传感器与湿度传感器,在每个容纳库底部设置有用于通入稀释剂的接入口;
3)配置调气剂
配置调气剂,以对容纳库内的气体进行调剂,调气剂包括去氧剂、二氧化碳吸收剂及去湿剂,去氧剂组成:还原细铁粉、柚子外壳、丝瓜瓤、麦秸秆及艾草,二氧化碳吸收剂组成:氢氧化钙或氧化钙,去湿剂组成:活性炭;
4)贮存养护
在每个容纳库内分别放置调气剂,待所有容纳库贮存完成后,检测容纳库的密封状态与氧含量,保证容纳库密封效果,当氧含量传感器监测容纳库的氧含量超过设置阈值时,接通通入稀释剂的接入口,向超值的容纳库通入稀释剂,稀释剂由氧化乙烯与二氧化碳混合组成,当氧含量传感器监测容纳库的氧含量低于设置阈值时,关闭通入稀释剂的接入口,容纳库中多余二氧化碳由二氧化碳吸收剂进行吸收;当湿度传感器监测容纳库的湿度高于设置阈值时,向容纳库增加去湿剂,以吸收容纳库中多余的水分,去氧剂用于降氧驱虫除湿;容纳库气体环境始终处于动态平衡,以保证竹片成分不被破坏。
在本发明中,容纳库为柔性透明材料组成,便于观测。
在本发明中,调气剂制备方法,具体步骤如下:
a)将柚子外壳与瓤分离,而后对柚子外壳进行干燥;
b)将干燥的丝瓜瓤截断至5~10cm;
c)将干燥的麦秸秆、艾草破碎至70~80目,再将破碎的麦秸秆、艾草均匀吹入至丝瓜瓤内;
d)将吹入有麦秸秆、艾草的丝瓜瓤置入至柚子外壳内;
e)将还原细铁粉吹拂至柚子外壳内的丝瓜瓤中,至此形成去氧剂;
f)将氢氧化钙或氧化钙称量装入 PE 袋中,封口即得二氧化碳吸收剂;g)将活性炭称量装入 PE 袋中,封口即得去湿剂。
有益效果:本发明在容纳库中置放调气剂,当氧含量传感器监测容纳库的氧含量超过设置阈值时,接通通入稀释剂的接入口,向超值的容纳库通入稀释剂,为竹片进行杀菌、杀虫、熏蒸,容纳库中多余二氧化碳由二氧化碳吸收剂进行吸收;当湿度传感器监测容纳库的湿度高于设置阈值时,向容纳库增加去湿剂,以吸收容纳库中多余的水分,去氧剂用于降氧驱虫除湿,使得容纳库气体环境始终处于动态平衡,以保证竹片成分不被破坏;同时经调气剂贮存后烤制的鲜竹沥得出率,与传统工艺相比,鲜竹沥得出率得到提高,有效节约生产资源,且贮存时间短,在保证竹片原料新鲜的同时,能够满足产品生产需要。

一种用于烤制鲜竹沥的竹片原料贮存方法,具体步骤如下:
1)预处理
取新鲜竹子,锯开截断成固定尺寸的竹片,并对竹片表面进行预处理:首先对竹片表面粘附的覆盖物进行表层清洗,而后将清洗完成的竹片至于背光处,直至竹片表面晾干;
2)组装容纳库
采用柔性材料组装容纳库,先对使用场地地面进行清洁,确保地面齐平无异物,而后将柔性材料组成的库底层铺贴在地面,再在库底层上铺设隔板,且在隔板间留有空隙,依次将表面已晾干的竹片成垛码放在隔板上并进行固定,待所有隔板上的竹片码放完成后,竖直向上拉紧位于库底层四角的侧面拉链,使与侧面拉链连接的库侧面和库底层形成库体,最后横向拉紧位于库侧面上的顶面拉链,使与顶面拉链连接的库顶面覆盖在库体顶部形成容纳库;同时在每个容纳库上设置有编号,在每个容纳库内设置有氧含量传感器与湿度传感器,在每个容纳库底部设置有用于通入稀释剂的接入口;
3)配置调气剂
配置调气剂,以对容纳库内的气体进行调剂,调气剂包括去氧剂、二氧化碳吸收剂及去湿剂,去氧剂组成:还原细铁粉、柚子外壳、丝瓜瓤、麦秸秆及艾草,二氧化碳吸收剂组成:氢氧化钙或氧化钙,去湿剂组成:活性炭;
4)贮存养护
在每个容纳库内分别放置调气剂,待所有容纳库贮存完成后,检测容纳库的密封状态与氧含量,保证容纳库密封效果,当氧含量传感器监测容纳库的氧含量超过设置阈值时,接通通入稀释剂的接入口,向超值的容纳库通入稀释剂,稀释剂由氧化乙烯与二氧化碳混合组成,为竹片进行杀菌、杀虫、熏蒸,当氧含量传感器监测容纳库的氧含量低于设置阈值时,关闭通入稀释剂的接入口,容纳库中多余二氧化碳由二氧化碳吸收剂进行吸收;当湿度传感器监测容纳库的湿度高于设置阈值时,向容纳库增加去湿剂,以吸收容纳库中多余的水分,去氧剂用于降氧驱虫除湿;容纳库气体环境始终处于动态平衡,以保证竹片成分不被破坏。
在本实施例中,容纳库为柔性透明材料组成,便于观测。
在本实施例中,调气剂制备方法,具体步骤如下:
a)将柚子外壳与瓤分离,而后对柚子外壳进行干燥;
b)将干燥的丝瓜瓤截断至5~10cm;
c)将干燥的麦秸秆、艾草破碎至70~80目,再将破碎的麦秸秆、艾草均匀吹入至丝瓜瓤内;
d)将吹入有麦秸秆、艾草的丝瓜瓤置入至柚子外壳内;
e)将还原细铁粉吹拂至柚子外壳内的丝瓜瓤中,至此形成去氧剂;
f)将氢氧化钙或氧化钙称量装入 PE 袋中,封口即得二氧化碳吸收剂;
g)将活性炭称量装入 PE 袋中,封口即得去湿剂。
实施例1
按重量份计算,去氧剂:还原细铁粉12份、柚子外壳18份、丝瓜瓤4份、麦秸秆6份及艾草5份,二氧化碳吸收剂:氢氧化钙10份或氧化钙8份,去湿剂:活性炭13份。
实施例2
按重量份计算,去氧剂:还原细铁粉14份、柚子外壳20份、丝瓜瓤5份、麦秸秆8份及艾草6份,二氧化碳吸收剂:氢氧化钙12份或氧化钙10份,去湿剂:活性炭15份。
实施例3
按重量份计算,去氧剂:还原细铁粉15份、柚子外壳22份、丝瓜瓤7份、麦秸秆10份及艾草8份,二氧化碳吸收剂:氢氧化钙14份或氧化钙12份,去湿剂:活性炭17份。
实施例4
按重量份计算,去氧剂:还原细铁粉17份、柚子外壳22份、丝瓜瓤8份、麦秸秆12份及艾草8份,二氧化碳吸收剂:氢氧化钙14份或氧化钙12份,去湿剂:活性炭17份。
实施例5
按重量份计算,去氧剂:还原细铁粉15份、柚子外壳20份、丝瓜瓤6份、麦秸秆8份及艾草6份,二氧化碳吸收剂:氢氧化钙12份或氧化钙10份,去湿剂:活性炭15份。
取对上述实施例1~5制备的调气剂应用于相同的容纳库中,调气剂编号为:1、2、3、4、5,选择同批次、同等级的竹片入库贮存,检测投放调气剂后1天、3天、5天、7天中每个容纳库的氧含量、湿度、竹片含水率,再分别从每个容纳库取100kg贮存的竹片原料烤制鲜竹沥,计算鲜竹沥得出率,以验证使用调气剂贮存对鲜竹沥得出率的影响,检测期间环境温度为20~25℃,整个仓库温度在30℃以下,具体如下表1所示:

通过上述表1可知,应用实施例3贮存的竹片原料烤制鲜竹沥,鲜竹沥的得出率最高,而后检测烤制鲜竹沥中的氨基酸类、酚类含量最高,同时对烤制后的竹片霉变率进行检测,检测结果为无。应用其余实施例贮存的竹片原料烤制鲜竹沥中的氨基酸类、酚类含量较实施例3低,而后对烤制后的竹片霉变率进行检测,检测结果为无;通过加入去氧剂用于降低容纳库内的氧含量,降低霉变率。
因通入有由氧化乙烯与二氧化碳混合组成的稀释剂,为竹片进行杀菌、杀虫、熏蒸,在保证竹片内部含水率的同时,能够抑制竹片携带的虫卵生长,为烤制鲜竹沥和烤制后的竹片进一步深加工,提供质量保障。
故通过调气剂贮存后烤制的鲜竹沥得出率,与传统工艺(10%)相比,鲜竹沥得出率提高了约3%,有效节约生产资源,且贮存时间短,在保证竹片原料新鲜的同时,能够满足产品生产需要。
Claims (6)
1. 一种用于烤制鲜竹沥的竹片原料贮存方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
1)预处理
对锯开截断成固定尺寸的新鲜竹片表面进行预处理,直至竹片表面晾干;
2)组装容纳库
先对使用场地地面进行处理,确保地面齐平无异物,而后将柔性材料组成的库底层铺贴在地面,再在库底层上铺设隔板,且在隔板间留有空隙,依次将表面已晾干的竹片成垛码放在隔板上并进行固定,待所有隔板上的竹片码放完成后,竖直向上拉紧位于库底层四角的侧面拉链,使与侧面拉链连接的库侧面和库底层形成库体,最后横向拉紧位于库侧面上的顶面拉链,使与顶面拉链连接的库顶面覆盖在库体顶部形成容纳库;
同时在每个容纳库上设置有编号,在每个容纳库内设置有氧含量传感器与湿度传感器,在每个容纳库底部设置有用于通入稀释剂的接入口;
3)配置调气剂
配置调气剂,以对容纳库内的气体进行调剂,调气剂包括去氧剂、二氧化碳吸收剂及去湿剂,去氧剂组成:还原细铁粉、柚子外壳、丝瓜瓤、麦秸秆及艾草,二氧化碳吸收剂组成:氢氧化钙或氧化钙,去湿剂组成:活性炭;
4)贮存养护
在每个容纳库内分别放置调气剂,待所有容纳库贮存完成后,检测容纳库的密封状态与氧含量,当氧含量传感器监测容纳库的氧含量超过设置阈值时,接通通入稀释剂的接入口,向超值的容纳库通入稀释剂;当氧含量传感器监测容纳库的氧含量低于设置阈值时,关闭通入稀释剂的接入口,容纳库中多余二氧化碳由二氧化碳吸收剂进行吸收;当湿度传感器监测容纳库的湿度高于设置阈值时,向容纳库增加去湿剂,以吸收容纳库中多余的水分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于烤制鲜竹沥的竹片原料贮存方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中,容纳库为柔性透明材料组成。
3.根据权利要求1述的一种用于烤制鲜竹沥的竹片原料贮存方法,其特征在于,步骤4)中,所述稀释剂由氧化乙烯与二氧化碳混合组成。
4.调气剂制备方法,具体步骤如下:
a)将柚子外壳与瓤分离,而后对柚子外壳进行干燥;
b)将干燥的丝瓜瓤截断至5~10cm;
c)将干燥的麦秸秆、艾草破碎至70~80目,再将破碎的麦秸秆、艾草均匀吹入至丝瓜瓤内;
d)将吹入有麦秸秆、艾草的丝瓜瓤置入至柚子外壳内;
e)将还原细铁粉吹拂至柚子外壳内的丝瓜瓤中,至此形成去氧剂;
f)将氢氧化钙或氧化钙称量装入 PE 袋中,封口即得二氧化碳吸收剂;
g)将活性炭称量装入 PE 袋中,封口即得去湿剂。
5.一种调气剂,其特征在于,包括去氧剂、二氧化碳吸收剂及去湿剂,按重量份计算,去氧剂:还原细铁粉10~18份、柚子外壳16~24份、丝瓜瓤4~8份、麦秸秆6~12份及艾草5~8份,二氧化碳吸收剂:氢氧化钙10~14份或氧化钙8~12份,去湿剂:活性炭13~17份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种调气剂,其特征在于,去氧剂:还原细铁粉15份、柚子外壳22份、丝瓜瓤7份、麦秸秆10份及艾草8份,二氧化碳吸收剂:氢氧化钙14份或氧化钙12份,去湿剂:活性炭17份。
