in the process of processing the product, the output shaft of the servo motor 33 is utilized to drive the rotating frame 32 to perform angle deflection in the fixing frame 31, so that the position of the product is adjusted, the position of the punching drill 60 is adjusted, and the flexibility of punching processing on the product is further improved.
The both sides of workstation 20 bottom still are provided with the electronic slip table of second 315, and one side of the electronic slip table of two second 315 all is provided with sliding block 316, and logical groove 317 has all been seted up to the inside both sides of workstation 20, and the top of two sliding blocks 316 is connected with the bottom of two mounts 31 respectively, drives two mounts 31 through two electronic slip tables of second 315 and slides on workstation 20, realize playing the location clamping action to the product of different specification and dimension.

step two, when punching is carried out on the plate, the plate is lifted to a position between the two rotating frames 32, the two second electric sliding tables 315 drive the two fixing frames 31 to slide on the workbench 20, two sides of the plate enter the grooves 34 on one sides of the two rotating frames 32 respectively, then the driving ends of the two second micro electric cylinders 36 are utilized to push the first pressing block 35 to limit the top of the plate, meanwhile, the two rotating frames 32 respectively clamp two sides of the plate, and then the driving mechanism 40 drives the punching drill bit 60 to punch on the plate;
step three, when the pipe fitting is punched, the pipe fitting is lifted to a position between the two rotating frames 32 through the material placing frame 21, the two second electric sliding tables 315 drive the two fixing frames 31 to slide on the workbench 20, the two ends of the pipe fitting respectively extend into the two rotating frames 32, then the clamping block 38 is driven to be close to the surface of the pipe fitting through the driving end of the second servo electric cylinder 39 by using the connecting block 310, one end of the pipe fitting is inserted into the clamping block 38, the second pressing block 311 is controlled to limit the surface of the pipe fitting, meanwhile, the two connecting plates 37 clamp the two ends of the pipe fitting, and then the punching processing is carried out on the pipe fitting by matching with the punching drill 60;
in the process of processing the product, the output shaft of the servo motor 33 is utilized to drive the rotating frame 32 to perform angle deflection in the fixing frame 31, the multi-directional punching processing of the product is realized by matching with the punching drill bit 60, and in addition, the output end of the steering control motor 18 drives the second driving frame 12 to perform angle deflection in the front-back direction, so that the angle between the punching drill bit 60 and the product is changed, the stable processing of the upper inclined plane of the product is realized, and the punching processing efficiency of the product is improved;
and step five, in the process of punching the product, collecting and treating dust generated in the punching process of the plate and the pipe fitting by using the material extracting frame 321 and the material extracting port 320 formed in the connecting plate 37.
